What shame. On Saturday morning we called and were told they were so busy they couldn't give an appointment until Sunday. We were given an appointment for today (Sunday) with a a window of between 10 and 2. So we waited. First call we were told there were emergency call and he a lot of water heater emergencies and would likely not get to us until after five. Five o'clock come and no call no show. My husband calls and we were told there were too many emergencies today and he wouldn't be able to get to us. Really cruddy that they didn't honor our appointment. Meanwhile my entire kitchen is in complete disarray because they didn't show up. Moreso, there was not one apology. Tell the gang we're coming only if you have an emergency that is going to make them a lot of money. I wanted to give a new, seemingly local person a chance. I blew it. WIll stay with ASI forever.

Water heater in my hotel room was leaking due to which customers were facing inconvenience. Other plumbers of Orange County were saying all the parts have to be replaced which would have cost a lot. So I called EZ Plumbing USA after getting a suggestion from an employee. He asked me to try their services. Surprisingly, their plumberfixed it without changing all the parts. He cleaned everything properly and only replaced the leaking pipe. I’m impressed by their services.

My husband is a committed DYI perfectionist but replacing our tankless water was a more complicated job than I wanted to take on. There were some issues I wasn't sure how to negotiate so we hired ProMax to do the job. Daniel responded immediately to our inquiry and came back promptly with a quote after the home visit. I had a water leak in the crawl space under my house during the rainy season so I didn't see it on the ground or driveway due to the rain water. Once I discovered it I had them come out that day. It was a weekend so there was an extra charge, however, during our severe drought and with the price of our water it was worth the extra expense. Pablo came out, got it fixed, and asked me probably 3 times if I had any questions. When was the last time you had a plumber ask you if you had any questions? I highly recommend Fox Plumbing. While you may not see commercials for them on TV remember that the customer is actually paying for those commercials.

Had a great experience dealing with Rooter Solutions, they managed my bathroom issues promptly and the clog I had for years. Will contact in the future as needed.

Ideal is the best. In 2008 they installed my air conditioning system. Every 6 months or so I have them do a routine check on the heater and the air conditioning unit. They are very thorough, all the technicians are fabulous. Ideal routinely services and maintain my mom's A/c / heater unit as well.

They are always quick to respond to any plumbing issue we have and will work around the clock to make sure our home is back on track.

I first used this company to find a water leak and the technician Sal was very thorough and professional. On a different occasion, I called him again and he replied promptly letting me know he could come by the next day. I reached out on that day in the afternoon and got no reply or explanation for not showing up. Was disappointed since I had great service the first time. A call or message would have been appreciated.
