I have used DiNardo Plumbing for over 10 years. Tom DiNardo has consistently proven to be the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever used. I have used many plumbers, having been in property management business for over 35 years. Tom will always back up his work! He has installed hot water heaters, numerous new sink faucets, shower heads, repaired pipes in the wall, outdoor pipes, installed new toilets and much, much more. I have been in my home 56 years so many things have needed to be fixed or updated. I can always rely on the work being done professionally and correctly! Great service, good prices, although not punctual but I can understand if the previous job takes longer. I work construction and things just run late all the time. So the fact that they were an hour late doesn't knock any points off in my book.

Wow, wow, wow!!Reliability, friendliness, responsiveness, and qualified professionals can be hard to come by these days, but Andy’s Plumbing checked all the boxes for me.The work I requested was to replaced the oven/range gas supply valve. He was very thorough as to ensure proper installation and safety from any type of gas leak.Blaine was also easy to work with and has fair prices!

They came to complete a job that was started by Bill Howe (which was a horrible experience). Showed up with everything to install a water heater including the water heater. Ours had failed, with no explanation. Once they install the new water heater they diagnosed our regulator and it was at 120 psi which is almost double the amount, they went above and beyond and also replace the regulator so we don’t have any future issues! Thanks guys. I manage vacation rentals and we’ve dealt with multiple companies coming in. Hands-down the best company!

Water heater went down, WestPro Plumbing came in and replaced without any issues. Totally recommend for your commercial needs. Beautifully replaced and installed, customer service was awesome...make sure to speak with Tricia Parks (Operations Manager) she'll make sure you're all your requirements are completed to your satisfaction.

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. This is my honest review. Thanks.4 stars for efforts.

I unfortunately had contact with Mr. O'Fenelon in 2008/9. Let the consumer beware. Be sure you get all agreements in writing in advance. If not, he will submit documents stating that an agreement for services was verbal.

Bill’s son came out to fix my garbage disposal - as it turned out it had something in it. He also had to remove and reseal it - so when I went to use it on Saturday morning - turned on the disposal with something in it - it started spraying water out everywhere. I called them (which they don’t work on weekends) and left a message. Not only did the disposal spray out water when in use - it leaked even when the sink was being used. So I didn’t have a kitchen sink for the weekend. So I called again before they opened on Monday morning (their hours 10-5 m-f) and left another msg - it is now 11:15am on Monday and I have not heard from them. - not very responsive, professional and at this time very poor quality in their work. The sad thing was I was referred by a friend who thought very highly of them) — I am very disappointed and hope to hear from them soon - or just bite the bullet and hire someone else. -Just got a call from Bill - will be coming between 1:30-2:30 today to fix the issue - I will keep you updated.Well his son returned and fixed the problem - I appreciated that they did come today and corrected the problem.I won’t use them again - you should decide if they are right for you. I prefer a company that has more hours, emergency phone number etc.But I will change my review stars - because they did come fix their mistake and didn’t charge me - if they had called me on Saturday after my phone messsage - or 1st thing this morning - after my 2nd message - I would have given them another chance in the future because everyone makes mistakes it’s how you go about correcting your mistakes that makes a good company - being responsive is important.
