So, I booked 24-hour emergency plumbing services to accurately locate the leak and fix the issue quickly. Their customer service is excellent. The professionals came to assist me in 60 minutes. They gave me an estimate right up front. I was ready with their course of action as it was in my budget. They are absolutely the best!

Sergio did an amazing job with my leak issue at my home. He tested everything and was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. Being a Master plumber it was evident he knows what he’s doing.He was very thorough with everything. He even fixed my water heater connection that was done wrong and also made a nice box for my refrigerator water and ice line. He’s super neat and cleaned up great. If you ever need a great plumber call and ask for Sergio. You won’t be disappointed plus he’s nice!

I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. Thank you for not only fixing my problems, but leaving the house better off than it was before.

Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

I scheduled air conditioner tune-up services on Sunday. The customer service immediately scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They removed brush and debris, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced filters, refilled refrigerant, and ensured that the condensate drain was clear. Very satisfied with the promptness and expertise. All Star Plumbing is the best in town!

Anthony and his partner came out the same day and fixed a huge water leak that was super involved. The water department was out earlier that day, and another plumber, and neither one of them had a clue what was going on. Anthony found the problem straight away, fixed it that same day and just basically stopped a bad leak immediately that was snowballing into a nightmare of a situation. I would have had floor damage, cabinets.. bills upon bills. And stress. But all was avoided thanks to this amazing team of incredibly intelligent, caring and hard working plumbers. John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

I called late on a Sunday night because there was a leak in my irrigation system and I couldn't find the shut off valve. They stayed on the phone with me, looked at pictures I texted of the problem, and talked me through it as a courtesy!! Wow, I was so grateful and impressed.

The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

We had to call an emergency plumber today. This company was very nice, professional, and responsive. They didn’t even charge us for coming out, since we didn’t need any repairs right now. Looks like we may need some repairs soon though, and we plan to call this company.

What a great guy, Nick Roque came by on short notice as my wife and I were afraid we had a major issue in our master bathroom. Quickly diagnosed the problem and calmed our concerns. Fixed the issue in seconds and even coached me on how to improve my home repairs when I do it myself. Will always call All Star for help when needed.

Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.
