My shower stopped working and James Kim from Collins Pacific was excellent! He diagnosed and fixed the problem and even went and double check the pressure. Another company easily could have taken advantage or overcharged me, but Collins Pacific was fair, honest, and extremely competent. I would highly recommend them.

Gilbert installed our new water filter and softener system and we are VERY satisfied. Not only he was super professional, but we can tell that the quality of the installation and materials is very high. Would definitely recommend their services.

I have used Collins Pacific Plumbing on three occasions. First, they gave me a fair price on a new hot water heater. They installed it correctly. When the automatic pilot light didn't light automatically, they immediately ordered a new part (under warranty) and installed it. Then, I upgraded my gas meter. I hired Collins Pacific to unhook all my gas appliances, wait for a contractor to test the pressure in the pipes, and reattach the appliances after the new meter had been installed. They were the same price as others, but they included extra services in the price. Finally, an outside hose bib would not shut off. It was leaking about two gallons of water per hour. Some other plumbers wouldn't come out the same day, or would charge me an emergency call fee. Not Collins Pacific; they came out the same day and fixed the problem (a new hose bib had to be soldered on the copper pipe) and the price charged was very reasonable. They are now my go-to guys for all plumbing issues. Aaron has always been my contact; he is responsive, efficient and very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong if you give them a shot.

I booked an appt via the website on Thursday evening for Sat. from 8am-10am. I wasted two hours waiting for them on Sat., on top of waiting two days for an appt. I have had absolutely no response to my messages. Maybe their website is broken and they didn't see my appt, but they don't reply to text messages or phone calls either. They do not deserve even one star! All the reviews were good, which is why I booked the appt in the first place. I wish I had called someone else!!!!

James, the tech, was wonderful. He was professional and courteous and happily answered all of my questions. The company was very responsive and able to schedule an appointment quickly. I was very pleased with the overall service and repair and will happily use them again.

We had an emergency plumbing issue at our very fast paced Veterinary hospital and they were able to come out within 2 hours and get us back up and running! Guys were super nice and very professional! Will be using them again for our plumbing needs!

I needed to re-pipe my house, so I got a few bids from different companies. I chose Collins Pacific Plumbing because they were competitive, and they had availability to start right away. They were very organized and communicative. I got a text message every time they were on their way on who was coming to work in the house. They looked for ways to perform the work with minimal damage to the house and were able to re-pipe the shower without destroying any tile. During the process they helped me trouble shoot some other things that came up and offered good solutions. They also helped me with the permitting process by creating drawings and attending the rough-in inspection. Aaron and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They were honesty and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Collins provided excellent customer service and a high quality of workmanship on some complex plumbing (cast iron sewer line replacement, new tankless Hot water heater and two washer hookups). I received several quotes and their pricing was very competitive, Aaron was the consummate professional and Jose and Jordan were top shelf technicians. Very knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

My 14 year old water heater broke at the beginning of the week. I broadcast a request through yelp for a replacement and that I wanted to go tankless. Aaron (Operarions Manager) from Collins Pacific was the first to respond and after sending a few pictures of the area in the garage where the water heater was located and some discussion about the different models available in tankless, Aaron promptly sent me a formal quote on company letterhead explaining the planned services. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the week (based on my availability). In the meantime I exchanged several text messages and phone calls with Aaron regarding the installation requirements and the difference in features among a few candidate models. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, and responsive to all my questions. I decided to go with the Norwitz EZTR75. Aaron showed up on time for the installation, and was joined by a another technician a couple hours later. The team of two worked diligently all day (and a lot of Time in hot,cramped conditions up in the crawl space). The final result was spectacular. Aaron ensured a clean install, moving existing pipe runs to create a truly customized install in the exact spot I wanted on the wall.Stellar service experiences like this are few and far between. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from start to finish, especially the professionalism and quality of work performed by Aaron and his team.Without a doubt I will be going back to Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs. In fact, when Aaron returns to install the condensate line for the tankless water heater, I am having them replace the pressure regulator and valves for the house main water shutoff. Thank you!!

Needed a new water heater. Called Troy and Omar at Collins Pacific. They had a truck out in 3 hours. Gilbert, the tech was professional, clean and extremely courteous. He was very thorough and ensured all faucets in the house were functioning properly before he left. Can’t recommend enough.

These guys are the best. They are family owned and know there stuff. We have used them multiple times over the years.... we mainly used them for emergencies (leaky water heater, backed up drains) but we have also used them to install new toilets and piping. Based on 2 different jobs Collins has done for me, they're a good bunch of folks! First job was a gas meter relocation. Second job was hydrojetting drain lines - and they were 1/3 the cost of one of the emergency plumbers. No nonsense approach to addressing plumbing issues. Will use them again.
