He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. A Christmas Miracle. My unit's single toilet was not filling up with water, but the sink and shower all worked fine. I texted John and he replied within 2 minutes, was on site in 5 minutes and fixed the issue in 10 minutes on Christmas Day! I would give John six stars but Google only allows up to 5, he's the best and I recommend him to others on Social Media all the time!

This is my 2nd time using Express Plumbing and again I had stellar service at a great rate. We have a short-term service as well as our lessee stated the waste disposal unit quit working. I called Daniel at 8:15 on a Saturday and he was here by 10:30. He fixed it in no time at all as well as charged a very reasonable fee. I won't call any kind of other plumbing technician once more. Ralph was my hero the various other day! I was obtaining a brand-new dishwasher mounted by Residence Depot when they broke the water shutoff under my sink. This is no great. Water started gushing everywhere naturally. They had the nerve to ask if I recognized a plumbing that could come by right now, within their hour designated time port for set up, or else they would not be able to install the home appliance. I took a jump and called Express Plumbing as well as Ralph answered the phone and also said he 'd go to my house within 40 minutes! And also he was! He saved the day for sure as well as billed a really reasonable He is now in my phone for any type of plumbing demand that need to occur as well as I will certainly be sharing his details with all my pals. We refer this company all the time especially for HVAC and plumbing issues. They always answer and show up providing excellent options for every situation. Many companies out there give you only one price for only one solution, and this solution is usually the one that benefits their company the best financially. This company instead provides several options for the customer whereby the customer can choose the best one that meets their needs financially and logically.

It has taken over a month and a half for this company to fix our AC and we are still waiting. They don't return calls and won't work with our insurance company. Very disappointed in this company
