I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

Recently had a split AC system installed by Klein Heating and cooling. I can not praise them enough. Their quote was significantly lower than their competitors and their installation ideas were neater and more imaginative than their competitors. The work was done on time and in a very competent and professional manner. I have no doubt that Klein Heating and cooling are the best in the business and I wish them well.

This company was terrific. They sent Henry and he worked tirelessly...almost 24 hours within two days. My system was very old, and it was quite a challenge to install the new unit. I recommend this company without any hesitation!!!

Update: after they saw my review they called to explain that he doesn't know why but they never got any of our messages. Offered to come and fix issue for free. Not gonna take them up on the offer tho. Just feels awkward at this point.

Had them come out to fix our heating a year or two ago during the winter. The best way I can describe our problem is we have warm air for 10 min. And then it will stop producing warm air and just push cold air. We then have to reset the circuit breaker to the unit and it'll start pushing heat again. They came out. Did whatever they did. Charged us about 300$ problem still occurs. Called and left a message about it not being fixed and never heard from them again.

I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

The tech properly identified the failed part, ordered the correct parts and contacted the warranty company for approval to repair.
Turn around time was reasonable. Tech was on time for repair and all is working well now.
