My a/c stopped working and Lilcoln Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job from the time I called, until the end of the service. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them which was huge being that no a/c in Arizona is quite miserable. Jeff B was my technician and he was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what was going on, why it was happening, and the next steps he would take. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, including informing me of the cost of his services BEFORE he did anything. There was a lot wrong with my a/c unit, but he was able to fix it and make it good as new! I am very pleased with my experience with both Lincoln Air & Plumbing and my technician, Jeff. Highly recommend!

Wanted to know if the airflow could be more quiet. Jeff was professional, honest and suggested several ways to reduce the noise. He said first step is to switch to a less restrictive air filter which would definitely help. He then added some additional steps to take later but this was least cost alternative. Thought that was unique in this business based on experiences with other companies. Very pleased with Jeff and Lincoln Air. Will definitely use them again.

Lincoln Air provides great products and service. They removed my ancient A/C systems from two buildings on the property, including old air handlers, duct work and even a hefty water heater from the attic that appears to have been there since the house was built over 100 years ago. They installed Mitsubishi mini-splits throughout, and have effectively maintained them. When we discovered an installation leak (mistakes happen), they owned up to it and did the repair on their nickel. So... good products, good service, good warranty. I'm a happy camper and they the man!

We just had Jason and Jesse out to service the two units we have. They were on time, professional, and thorough. They also educated us on a few things that we can do to keep the units in top shape. Our dog loved them so much he wanted to leave with them! Everyone at Lincoln Air is really great. A shout out to Tom, Craig, and Jeff as well. See you guys in the spring!

It was an outstanding experience. The experiences (3 visits) I had last year were not good. I wanted to call another company to look at my AC. But, my husband said let's stick with the company that installed it. I'm glad I did! The experience was totally different. It's been three days since the repair was made. Our air conditioner broke on a Sunday when our daughter and grandson were visiting from Boston. They are not used to hot weather. I called quite a few air-conditioning companies. Some didn’t answer the phone, some couldn’t come until the next day because they don’t work on weekends. Only Lincoln Air and Plumbing could send someone out that day! Daniel arrived and check things out but needed to come back the next day because he needed to review the system with the manufacturer. I have environmental illness and cannot tolerate scented products and the next day he arrived wearing nothing scented! He figured out how to get our air conditioner working without the part that was needed as a temporary fix until he could get the part. When he returned with the part he remembered to once again not wear anything scented and I had no reactions! He went above and beyond for us and I recommend Daniel and his company to everyone.

Lincoln Air & Plumbing responded quickly to our request for service. There was a knowledgeable person there to answer the phone, well before what I would have considered normal business hours. I soon had a call back to confirm the problem and provide me a window of when the technician would arrive. The technician arrived early within the time window provided, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to correct it.

Technician Jesse James was the best, don't let this employee ever leave! Helped educate us on our ductless mini split we had Lincoln Air install a year ago. Others techs have been nice but lacked the knowledge of the product and led me to search online in the beginning to learn myself. Jesse was a wealth of info expert advice, and made us much more confident with this purchase we made with you. Thank you for scheduling him for our service call!

The service we received was exceptional. Our technician (Daniel) went above and beyond to assist us in getting our AC unit back to working order. He kept me in the loop throughout making sure I knew what he was finding and will be correcting. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Our AC went out on a Friday evening in Phoenix in July and they were quick to come out Saturday morning. The unit was old and needed to be replaced, using a crane, and they replaced it by Thursday. The guys were professional and courteous. AC works great. They are also prompt and courteous when they come out to do regular maintenance. Definitely recommend Lincoln Air.

Yes I'm doing a review on Nick tyner he came over and repaired my bathroom sink and had to do some extensive plumbing behind the wall was extremely knowledgeable timely courteous and clean I would honestly with the next time I need plumbing service not only use your company but request him as my tech have a good day.

Repairman Jeff Brost came to my rescue on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Jeff was honest about the required repair. He got my AC up and running and gave me some pro tips about routine maintenance.

The installation fees were high for warranty work, but that should be no reflection on the service provided.

Overall, I'd recommend this company for honest service.

Requested a bid from company, and made an appointment for 9am, they didn't show or call. i called and they said they would look into it and get back me, they never did. i don't know why i called back but i did, and they finally send over someone later in the day who didn't look at my equipment or the site it was going or anything for that matter, and proceeded to quote me almost double every other bid i have received.
Very unprofessional i would avoid wasting your time here.

Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

The representative was very responsive and provided lots of info regarding air conditioners. The price this co gave me was almost the same as a Bosch sir cond from another co but the warranty on the Bosch unit longer plus included a whole house power surge protector. If I had gone with a lennox this would been my co of choice.

Lincoln Air installed a multi zone Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. I am very pleased with the appearance of the install and the operation of the new unit. I was also pleased with the quality of work by the install crew who did the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. Lincoln Air is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, the highest rating. I could not be more satisfied and will be using Lincoln for a future install.

All of the staff at Lincoln Air are professional and exceedingly helpful. Right from the beginning of the process I felt comfortable doing business with them. They are attentive, courteous and prompt. They went above and beyond what I contracted for and that is a rarity these days. I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

Lincoln put in a new HVAC unit for us a few years ago (saved us a bunch!) We just had them back out for a maintenance. As always, they are on time, knowledgeable and professional. Gabe was actually early, but their technicians text you so you know they're on the way. He was professional, conscientious of my cat who likes to run out, answered our questions, and showed me how to hose out the unit so I can keep it from getting so dirty. We always have a great experience with Lincoln Air.

Thank goodness for Lincoln Air! Our AC unit had been broken for quite some time, and Arizona heat is nothing to play around with. We needed it fixed ASAP! We called a family friend to take a look at our broken unit and we were quoted thousands of dollars worth of work and equipment. It wasn't until we called Lincoln Air out that we found out it wasn't as expensive as we thought. They were able to find us a less expensive repair and provide us with excellent service! The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.

Technicians checked out the heating and cooling functions of the HVAC system. They also changed the system filters. They were efficient did not leave any mess. I recommend this company, they installed the HVAC system and have maintained it since.

Purchased an .75 ton 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi straight cool Mini Split 24.5 seer from Lincoln Air. After researching different brands, I decided on the Mitsubishi system. I received estimates from Lincoln Air and two HVAC companies for the same unit. Lincoln Air price was by far the best. The installation of the unit went very smoothly, the installers did a great job of hiding the wiring from the unit to the electrical box. I would highly recommend using Lincoln Air.

At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.
