I'm 100% completely satisfied with this outstanding company! Everyone there has been so wonderful and very great to work with.
I found them on the on the SRP website under Certified Contractors. After having four companies come out to do their inspections and give pricing, I decided to go with Alien Air because they were very fairly priced and offer an absolutely wonderful warranty.
I highly recommend!

I have been a customer of alien air for several years now and have been extremely happy with their service. Most recently I had a routine service appointment scheduled and both the company and the individual repair guy called me the day of to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was punctual and polite and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions I had and explain what was being done before he did it. Overall, great service for a reasonable price!

We have every construction company in our home, from windows to re-models to plumbers to flooring, you name it we've had them. Alien AC has been amazing since our move to Arizona. They installed a whole new unit in our upstairs, repaired the unit downstairs, and when our heat went out this morning, they talked me through how to re-program our thermostat over the phone. We've used Alien Air to service/fix our AC since 2017. They have always been great to work with. Our AC is newer but too big for our house, but they never tried to sell us a new one unlike some other companies who just want to make a sale. They have worked with us on how to keep it efficient so it doesn't eat up our electricity.

Every technician has been great to work with and super knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my AC needs.

Really recommend this company! They are super friendly and provide quick service which is significant in Arizona heat. My AC broke on a Monday morning, called them, and they were over diagnosing the issue within a couple hours. They were able to get a brand new AC unit, order a crane, and install my new AC unit by 8am on Tuesday morning. Not even 24 hours had passed since I called them and my AC was fixed!

We have used Alien AC several times now for our annual AC cleaning and check-up, as well as for duct and platform sealing. They have always been responsive, very fairly-priced, friendly and done quality work. One of their techs, Jeremy, in particular has been fantastic. (Request him if he's available!)

Also, although our AC units do not yet need to be replaced, I called several companies for estimates, and Alien's was by far the best. Definitely worth keeping them in mind for new installations, too.

Chris at Alien Air goes the extra mile to give excellent service. We had a little leak and he responded quickly to keep our air conditioner running. While there he did our preventative maintenance and as usual we are more than pleased with his work.

Accessing the AC unit was not the easiest task, as the unit was located on the second floor with a very steep pitched roof and a parapet wall. Alien Air was responsive and willing to work with our situation. They were on time and professional, and our replacement unit is 100% functional and cooling our house as expected. The workers were courteous and understanding, and the experience was very positive overall.

I first contacted Chris with Alien Air Conditioning and Heating at 6:05 a.m.on Thursday May 26, without expecting somebody to answer the phone. Chris answered the phone, was very polite listening to what I have to say. I'm out of State owner, he asked me to text him the address and promised me that his team will do the job to get the A/C working at least 75% same day. I was amazed that the job was done as Chris promised due to upcoming memorial day weekend. I am talking about the A/C that another company went to service barely 9 days through management company before I found Alien Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris never try to sell me something my house didn't need. Chris and his team went to my renting house and access what need to be done and see what was done a week before to the A/C. Chris sent me an estimate with pictures of what need to be done and say that he want to do what is necessary to lower the cost. Chris care about owner's compare to other company that has went to my house. Please if you are living out of State I advice you to use Alien Air Conditioning and Heating for A/C services. The company can be trusted 100% and if I have to give this company million stars I will do it. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating went above my expectation. The company is HONEST. Jeremy is awesome! Best A/C maintenance person I have ever had. He has been servicing our Trane XR17 unit that we had Alien install in 2015 for the last several years. Happy with the install and the unit. Jeremy is professional, very personable, knowledgeable, offers quality service, communication, etc. In short...he is great to work with and a breath of fresh air in the service industry! If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would!!! My AC unit wasn't cooling off my house. My home warranty sent out Alien Air. I had Chris come out. I explained to him what was going on. He LISTENED to me which I appreciate very much!! He looked at the unit and put a part on. He took pictures and showed me everything he did and what was up there. Let me know it definitely needs to be serviced and I could see that. Told me it should be getting cooler soon. If there was anymore problems to call him. I had to call him and ask him to come back. I let him know it wasn't getting any cooler. He wanted to check the attic. #1 I have zero insulation up there and #2 the duct work fell off the vent. Thats why no air was pushing through the vents in the house! I would 100% recommend this company if you need anything repaired or looked at. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Very happy with the service! Thank you Chris and Alien Air. You will be my go to company from here on out!!!

Chris at Alien Air was fair and honest. My roof A/C was replaced without any problems, the crew got to my place at 6 am and was done in 3 hours. The employees were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I was very surprised to have such honesty from a company. Chris decided I didn't need any ductwork and saved me $1100. I had Mike come out early today. After leaving them a voicemail at 4 in the morning. They replied to me even before they opened for business. And had Mike come out just before 10am. And before the heat got too bad. He did a great job explaining. And going over options. And made short work of the issue we were having. I could tell he was recommending what was best for us. And not what would make them more money. Really appreciate that kind of honesty. Alien, you just earned yourself another long term customer. Thanks again Mike!

These guys are great! I talked with one of those big name companies first. Then I talked to Chris over at Alien. He explained that it would be about 3x LESS than what the big companies were charging. He never tried to upsell me (which is a big deal to me)... in fact, he explained that I actually needed to downsize for better efficiency. Jeremy and Mike were professional and thorough. Everyone explained every bit of what they were installing and what they were doing. And when my Nest thermostat was giving me issues not long after the install, Chris came by the same day to take a look at the wiring.... He fixed it in minutes! (it was an improper install from the Nest people) I love my new AC unit! It's working GREAT! And it's nice to know I have some knowledgeable and trustworthy people to lean on when I need help!

Alien Air is the only ac company I fully trust. I have been exclusively using this company for years. I am always pleased with their professional service. I have recommended Alien Air to many people who were all extremely pleased with their work quality and customer service. Alien Air does not try to upsell you or sell you anything that you don't need. Alien Air shows up when other's company's won't. Their techs are neat and knowledgeable.

They actually listen to you (the last repair person did not). They also told us about the best (and most cost effective) AC filters to get - Flanders High air flow filters (from Ace Hardware).

Jeremy and his coworker came to my house to fix my air. They were fast and efficient. Did not try to upsell me on anything. Honestly and price was right.

The middle of the summer in Phoenix Arizona and my air conditioning goes out...
I called and Chris was so considerate and accommodating, within an hour Michael was at my door! He was professional and knowledgeable, he fixed a few parts and I was feeling the cool Air again!
I read reviews although I've have never written a review; but in this situation I'm so Grateful and impressed with their service I just had to share.
It ended up being 111degrees Yesterday! Today 117!

First of all, that little alien on their trucks is super cute. There. I said it.
So, after the first air conditioner they installed ran it's course we knew exactly who to call. And once again they gave us a great deal, amazing service and had our new unit up and running the next morning. Whether you need your ac fixed or replaced you should call Alien AC. Our family has used them for years and wouldn't use anyone else.

I'm not one to write reviews but i've made an exeption for Alien Air due to the extremely positive interactions I've had with them. I originally contacted them for an energy audit and had the owner, Chris, come out. Not once did he try and upsell me on something I didn't need. After having several companies come out for a general AC install/repair estimate, Chris was the only one who didn't turn that into a sales pitch.

I ended up having Alien install a new unit and add insulation to my home to take advantage of the SRP rebates program. Chris was honest, direct, on time and always answered any questions I had. One month into having the work completed I've noticed a cooler home, less run time on my unit and a reduction in my electricity bill compared to last year. I will definitely use Alien air moving forward for my AC needs.

Alien A/C is the best company I have ever used for assistance with a/c problems. We have used them for several years. They are quick to respond and go out of their way to make sure issues are addressed as soon as possible even in the worst heat of the summer! Most recently on a 105+ day our heat pump stopped working, the evening before I was to leave out of town. The owner was able to get someone out very early the next morning before I had to leave for the airport. I felt very comfortable and confident in Mike's ability to take care of our a/c. i had to leave, but he stayed and finished the job very nicely, and the cost was very reasonable. My husband and daughters were very happy to have the a/c fixed so quickly (as was I). I would highly recommend this company!

Have you ever come home mid summer to a roasting hot house, only to find your air conditioner had died? Well, we have. Alien Air Conditioning came to our rescue 10 years ago with a fast response, knowledgeable technicians, and excellent choices of repair or replacement.

10 years in how do we feel about Alien AC? They continue to offer excellent service, they are responsive, and they are reasonably priced. About 5 years ago I decided to price other AC businesses’ services, just to see. I found they either refused to give clear pricing up front or were much more expensive. Alien AC continues to be our informed AC service of choice.

Jeremy was great! He explained to me what was wrong and offered me services that will extend my AC! He was quick to repair the problem and go over with what he found and explain things thorough with me. I’ll definitely will be contacting them again!

The level of customer service we received was great! Jeremy was very friendlly professional. He did a very thorough job diagnosing and fixing the issue. We always receive good service from them. This time was the best yet.

I called Chris Anderson at Alien AC today, because the air conditioning stopped working at my aunt’s house. She was very worried her AC would not get fixed, since it was a holiday. I left a message and in less than 15 minutes, he returned my call. He was at her house with in the hour and he had the unit running right away. Chris was really friendly, honest and very professional. He only charged her for a service call, since it was an easy fix. There was no extra charge for being after hours or on a holiday. I think he will be her AC guy from now on!

Alien AC are the only guys I trust! I've been using them for all my heating and cooling needs for years. I get honest upfront advice and service, and feel they always have my best interest at heart. I purchased a new unit from them several years ago plus they are able to keep by other original Trane running at minimum cost.

Alien Air has been very reliable and easy to work with. I have two AC units that they have maintained and kept running even though they are old units. I appreciate their pleasantness and kindness when the are here.

My air conditioning stopped cooling earlier this month so I called my Home Warranty company. They sent out Chris at Alien A/C. He did an inspection like no other company that has done check ups on my A/C. He advised the unit was over 30 years old and it was on it's last leg. He was here over hour checking wiring and components and showing me the problems. I elected to buy a new unit, since it was 115 degrees. He had it installed within 2 days. They had my new unit up and running within 3 hours. Cleaned up all the mess and gave me a box of filters for this type of unit. I can't say enough about this company. Integrity, honesty, prompt, friendly and a family company. I will always call them for any air conditioning or heating problems. Thank you guys, you're the best!!!!!!

They fixed a simple wire and tried to charge me $335

Alien AC installed our A/C unit for us 8 1/2 years ago. We came home yesterday to a 90 degree house and realized our fan motor wasn't blowing. We called their service department and they were out within 30 minutes with a new motor. Thank you so much for your quick response. I highly recommend Chris and his service technicians at alien a c.

Chris and his guys really know what there doing. We had them replace 2 split A/C units outside and the attic. Everything went smooth and on time, great job.

Chris did a great job repairing my A/C unit. He was able to fix in one day. Select Home warranty sucks at life but at least Alien A/C got it done. At first I was less then impressed with Alien but soon found out not was Select Home Warranty that sucked at life.

I highly recommend Alien Air Conditioning! When my A/C was out, they came the same day and fixed the problem! Completely COVID friendly...we were able to communicate by phone and text to resolve the problem in a short period of time. There are a TON of AC repair companies....Alien Air came to me due to my property manager...and they made a GREAT choice selecting Alien Air :)!!!

Update: after they saw my review they called to explain that he doesn't know why but they never got any of our messages. Offered to come and fix issue for free. Not gonna take them up on the offer tho. Just feels awkward at this point.

Had them come out to fix our heating a year or two ago during the winter. The best way I can describe our problem is we have warm air for 10 min. And then it will stop producing warm air and just push cold air. We then have to reset the circuit breaker to the unit and it'll start pushing heat again. They came out. Did whatever they did. Charged us about 300$ problem still occurs. Called and left a message about it not being fixed and never heard from them again.

Was referred by word of mouth by another happy customer. I was having trouble with my ac and they were able to respond the very next day. The tech who arrived was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He worked quickly provided photos before and after of the work performed explaining the process and results. I feel confident in the work performed and look forward to a long working relationship with this team. Thank you for such amazing customer service. It is rare these days and very much appreciated.

Alien air is a company that treat you like family. In my multiple interactions with them they have always come to my rescue at odd hours of the night. Not only do they back up their work with warranties but with trust as well. They keep their word at every turn and ensure you feel not only cool on a hot summer day but 120% satisfied with their service.

By far the best customer service. Christian worked really hard to walk me through all the steps he was taking to check the unit, reasons why and explaining options. He was very patient and completely thorough in his inspections as well as solutions. They went above and beyond!! I would recommend this company to my friends and family and even tell them to ask for Christian!

Great service at a fair price. The technician got my A/C running quickly, fixed a wiring issue with my thermostat and gave me some pointers on getting the best performance out of my system.

Phone calls answered quickly and by nice and efficient people. A/C repair visit that day by Cristian identified problem and parts secured that evening. A/C restored next day. Cristian was professional and very nice to everyone including the cat! A secondary problem surfaced the next day and another A/C specialist in the neighborhooe, Chris, came immediately and fixed that at no additional charge. These people and their service were wonderful.

This company is amazing. They came out short notice on a Sunday and fixed the problem within like 25 mins. Chris was our service guy and he was so nice and broken everything down to us about what was wrong and what needs to be done. They don't push anything on you that you don't want or can't afford. I will for sure be calling them again if I ever have problems again. So happy with them!!!!!

Although the tech was nice he failed to address the reason for my call. I was offered products and services as well as talk of a new AC however he did not look into Duct to see if there was a leak.
Crazy because an endoscope to look in the duct work is like 20.00 on ebay

As if their name and logo weren't awesome enough! These guys are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. I hope this review helps those that are in our position, wherein everything in the home we bought last November needs fixed/repaired/replaced. Chris and Mike and the team did an A+ job for us. They gave us our options of replacing the entire unit ( with different models) or replacing the compressor, capicitor, etc, all the while explaining the pros and cons of our options. Very professional with no pressure to make one choice or the other. In a scam-ridden industry, full of charlatans and incompetent bozos, it's refreshing to work with a company you can trust.

Alien Air Conditioning and Heating just completed the APS Home Energy Audit and APS Advanced Air Conditioning Tune-Up on my home. Jose was the technician and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. Every step along the way Jose showed me what he was measuring and explained what it meant. It was also nice to see Jose wearing booties over his shoes when he was in my house and placing a tarp on the floor when he worked on the air handler and had to climb into the attic. Jose left me an informal report of what he found and I received the formal reports later that same day. All around fantastic service. Thanks Alien Air Conditioning and Heating!

Alien Air is AMAZING!! I had a part replaced on my air conditioner and mentioned I needed some duct repair from the October storm. Other places stayed a minimum of $2500 to work on it. Alien not only fixed the ductwork but sealed and a bit more for more than less than half the others price.
BEST? Jamison and Jose were professional, friendly and actually cleaned up after their work was done. They explained everything; offered suggestions but never pushed anything.
I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us.
