Upon calling bio-one I was greeted by a women named karizma. I was taken away by the professionalism the receptionist had, I believe she told me she had just started with the company a couple of weeks now but I can already tell it will be a pleasure talking with her if ever needed again! Thank you for helping out!

When the crew arrived there was 3 people tackling this big project. One of these boys and I believe his name was Cayden, stood out to me because he seemed well trained with how knowledgeable and professional he well. He put so much care and respect into his work you couldn’t tell that anything took place. I’ll be sure to request for him if ever there is a next time that needs to be handled just RIGHT .

Got in quick, cut the offending and water damaged areas out, and was out quick. Needed a couple of days to dry out, but they were in and out.

Everything was perfect! The serviceman was able to get out many spots I thought were going to be permanent, especially the one black spot done by my daughter's tower on the rug. Everything came out and, for the first time, I get some of my deposit back from the apartment complex. Thanks again for the great service!

EHS was very knowledgeable and professional when I had significant water damage in my house. They dried it out, fixed everything to look better than it had before, and worked with my insurance company for me. Made a super stressful situation much better. Highly recommend them.
