I couldn't be happier with all aspects of the installation / replacement of our attic air conditioning system. Juan and his team were knowledgeable, well trained, neat, polite and knew what they were doing. They took time to explain things and update me throughout the process. When the new system didn't meet operating specs, they stayed extra long hours until expert techs from Howards Heating Cooling & Refrigeration found and replaced the defective part. They do quality work and clearly care about their customers.

The technician that installed my new air conditioner was superb. They always looked put together, kept themselves clean, and carried themselves with an air of competence. They gave the new system a thorough examination from top to bottom to make sure it was flawless. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Air conditioning of Arizona is the best in the business. My AC unit was the original with my house, 25 years old, its hard to stop a trane. They replaced the unit, added insulation and upgraded some other parts. Great work and super friendly!

Ulysses arrived ahead of a scheduled visit for a quote on a new HVAC system. By the time he left 2+ hrs later, he didn't feel we needed a new system yet, and instead replaced a small part he found to not be working as expected.
He is very polite, very honest, and will be our only HVAC person to call for future HVAC needs!!

The best place to have AC work done. Six cars were suggested, and each one received great reviews. One visit is all there is to it. There is no need for you to return.

Brian is the most helpful person I’ve ever met. I reached out to him back in September about some issues I was having with my A/C unit and he followed along with me for months while trying to figure out what my options were and explaining them to me. We ended up going with a new unit, Brian and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Brian stood by my side every step of the way and made getting a whole new unit for my home very easy and not stressful at all. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone.

Great Company to work for, they are all so friendly and treat employees well. I only have been with the company a little over a year and can't even count on how many lunches and shirts they gave away. It's nice knowing they care about the guys out in the field and in the office.

Update:
Second time using Nathan and he was able to diagnose the cooling issue we had quickly and setup a plan to fix it by shortening runs and offering to check the status before marking the job complete. I know it’s been harder times Nathan, but thanks for you help once again!

Nathan of Desert State Heating and Air was great. We had an issue where the heater wasn’t working (it actually gets cold in AZ sometimes) and Nathan was first willing to troubleshoot with me before coming out to the house for service. Turned out to be my newer thermostats (which had issues during the hot seasons as well) and he was able to check on my units as well as help to reprogram the thermostats to be operational in both weather conditions. He was responsive, kind, and human. Thanks DSHA!

Great work! Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.
