Back in August we noticed our water heater had been leaking all over the garage after feeling water in our master closet! We immediately called Gateway after seeing many posts on our neighborhood FB page about them. They came out and guided us through what was going to be a long and tedious process with cleanup/rebuild and insurance. Although the project start to finish took much longer then we would have liked due to elements out of Gateway’s control they were there to support us. They helped deal with our home owners insurance and coordinated the dry out and rebuild of the damaged areas. The office team is very responsive and nice during what is no doubt a stressful time for us as home owners. Thanks Gateway team for helping us finally get the house back together.

I bought a couch from college boys last week. The couch was in decent shape but after they cleaned it, it looks brand new! I will be using them in the future!

Horrible service. Carpet looked worse than it did before they ran a cheap home carpet cleaner over it. Save your money. Above all don't zelle this guy anything. Operates out of a residence. Non professional. We had to pay for another actual pro to do over. Paid $150 to have dirty smelly carpets. Would give zero if possible.

Hobaica is the best! I purchased a new HVAC 2 years ago and yesterday noticed something was off. I called after hours and was able to speak with Scott Dale. He was incredibly professional and helpful. He gave me accurate time updates and I decided to wait to have a tech come out the next day. Hobaica said the tech would arrive between 12p-4p and he arrived right at 12pm with a 30 minute warning. I was thrilled to see it was Scott Dale who showed up! He was super friendly, helpful and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the problem was outside of his control and I am now waiting on the manufacturer Bosch. Scott gave me advice on what to do in the meantime to ensure I am comfortable while I wait for the manufacturer to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Hobaica to anyone looking for a new HVAC. When I had the unit installed 2 years ago, I shopped around and now I know I made the right choice!

Professional and knowledgeable

I had an old AC unit go out at my house. Had 4 companies come out and quote a replacement. Desert Diamond was prompt, clear about options, not sales-y, and also had the best price by far. Normally I'm skeptical of lowest price options, but reading reviews here I decided to go for it. They were quick, thorough, and did a great job on the installation. I also had them out to clear a condensate line, and do seasonal inspections on my other 2 units. Each time they were quick to respond and send someone out, and the techs they sent were very knowledgeable and professional. Extremely happy with the service I've received, and would not hesitate to recommend DDM to anyone looking for service or replacement. Thank you!

I had been calling around to get a qoute on getting my Unit in out business fixed and everyone was telling me they had to go and check it out and had to pay a fee, when i called i spoke to Mariana she was soo quick to give me an estimate just by the infor i gave her and go someone out next day.

The guy said that the water turn off valves were frozen, after spaying with a nut buster spray I was able to turn them off. I can't believe they don't run across this regularly. So the drain was unclogged but was not recommended to put back together without some up-sells. So I'm fixing it this weekend. Also left a mess in my bathroom.

I was very grateful to have Mike come by our house, he was very knowledgeable and informing of everything he was doing, I felt like I was even learning something too. This is a great company, honest work, and I would highly recommend everyone to give these guys a call.
