Great experience!!!! Service Tech was on time with answers. Bad time of year for heater to go out. But parts are needed. Sunrise is on the job, checking on our warranty with the manufacturer. For calling during the holidays the were here that day.

I previously had Rising Sun out to my house earlier this year for a thermostat issue so when I received a call from Pamela about their promo for a $45 AC check up, I jumped at the opportunity. Brandon, one of their technicians, came out 2 days later and checked everything. He was thorough in the tune up and even took pictures of the unit and recommended some things to watch for. He was amazing, professional and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Rising Sun to anyone who needs a company they can trust with all their heating and cooling needs!

HVAC complete installation. On time, friendly, worked non-stop, cleaned up afterwards, all old equipment was hauled away. The new system cooled the house (2800 sq.ft.) down from 85 to 78 in 15 mins.. The entire transaction was quick and efficient from talking to Pam to the end of the installation. I truly hope this will be an excellent relationship for the life of the units.

Love that these guys are a local family business. My system was over 15 years old, and these guys were able to come out the next day after it failed, bandaid my current one and gave me a competitive quote. Few days I finally pulled the trigger, parts were in stock locally, and the install couldn’t have been any more professional!

Brandon was very friendly, polite and informative. He included photos of our system. And we had him replace 2 capacitors. And because I am a senior recovering from a broken ankle I am hesitant to get on a step ladder to change air filter. He did it for me. I will continue to call Rising Sun for A/C maintenance.
I can’t say enough about Adrian and his crew. I’m a recent addition to the Breast Cancer Survivor community, and things have been really hard. But Adrian and his team made the install of our AC the smoothest, easiest thing we’ve dealt with in over a year. Smiling at 7 am and running around with so much energy!! From Pam on the phones to the guys installing and even the crane operator!! I mean come on.....it doesn’t get better than this. Adrian came out personally to introduce his company and make sure I understood everything. He treats you like he would his own family member. How many companies nowadays are like this? I’m just so impressed!!! Thank you guys from the bottom of our heart ❤️ I highly, HIGHLY recommend and will continue to recommend Rising Sun!!!

Every step of the way, Rising Sun Air was communicative. They called and asked if it was ok to come by even earlier than planned by 4 hours which was great. When scheduling with Pamela originally, I spoke to Adrian, the owner, on the phone and was price matched from a quote the previous day by a different company. Rising Sun had the parts ready to go, their competitors did not. Adrian even came to the house to help Kevin, the technician, and quoted me a great price for a new 5 ton unit. Great overall experience. They have earned my business and my word of mouth moving forward.
While not able to totally resolve the problem or willing to check the roof unit for freon level or do any more work on the unit due to age like others were, we appreciate his honesty and waiving the charge for a nitrogen blowout since as we expected, that did not resolve the issue as we tried clearing the line many times before. Gave some tips and only charged for service call.

Adrian and Kevin were great to work with. Our air conditioner went out at night and I sent Rising Sun an email around 5:00 am on a Sunday morning. Pam the office manager was able to send someone out the very same morning on a Sunday so we didn't have to suffer in the day, as the high was going to be 111 degrees that day! The owner Adrian is a trustworthy man and I found out later that his assessment of my units being so old and fragile to clean the inside coils was on point. The reason I know this is that I paid another contractor a thousand dollars for each unit to clean it more thoroughly than Rising Sun would and it ended up being a waste of money, one of the units started to cool better but one failed a month later. These old units were so fragile and old. My home warranty company refused to replace my 24 yr old units due to a compressor failure and I should have trusted Adrian the whole time and just replaced my units because he was right, my home warranty was useless and wasn't going to pay for a new AC. Adrian provided me with excellent service and and excellent pricing too. Pam the office manager is super nice and hardworking too, I would invite her and Adrian over for Thanksgiving lol. Pam is even doing the work for me of registering the 10 hr warranties from the manufacturer for us and will not only email me an electronic copy of this but also is going to put a physical copy in the mail for us. Nobody wants to pay for an AC, and Adrian the owner was so kind as to basically honor the price he quoted me a year ago with some included inflation. I cannot recommend Rising Sun Air enough. Nobody actually wants to pay for 2 AC units but I have never felt to comfortable or excited to hand over so much money so that I have the peace of mind knowing that my tenants in my rental can be comfortable in their homes. Very professional and capable technicians. Installed new Split Pack in Sun Room. Technicians arrived as scheduled and completed the work competently . Techs explained the operation and features of new unit and cleaned and removed all packing materials. Would definitely recommend this company for A/C service work.

We had an AC outage last week and tried to contact the warranty company to come out. They were so far behind that they couldn’t get there for over two weeks! Two weeks! Who in AZ can live without AC for that long? We have two AC units in our next gen home and the outage was on my elderly parents side. We called Rising Sun Air Inc and spoke with the owner Adrian. He was so prompt and worked with us to get our AC repair scheduled and came out the next day! The technician that came out took his time, made sure that our AC was running appropriately and was very informative. The price was reasonable and the follow up was a nice touch. We will be calling Rising Sun Air anytime we have any AC concerns.

I called Rising Sun A/C around 3:30 pm and they had a tech to my house by 5pm. The tech (Kevin) fixed got us back up and running. He was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

The technician stated that in the repairs that I needed two capacitors replaced. One capacitor was replaced 4 years ago. Not sure why it would need to be replaced again. They had lasted 20 years before needing replacement.
It was a wonderful experience considering that I had no use of my AC
during one of the hottest weekends in August! The receptionist on the phone was so understanding of my situation and although they
had a busy week, she was able to get me help right away.
Kevin the technician who came to check out my problem and gave mey an honest assessment of the problem and provided me with the temporary service that I needed to get by.
I can not thank Rising Sun enough!
Came home & AC was blowing hot. Called Pamela & Kevin was out next morning promptly. Discovered my unit was pretty old & compressor was shot. A new unit was in order as I suspected. Got a good deal with a new Carrier unit, install & easy on the spot financing. Was able to coordinate the install fir a couple days later. Adrian, Tim & crew showed up as scheduled & made quick work of the install. 1.5 hours & I was able to go into work as usual. I will be using them going forward.

Kevin came out to repair my air conditioner. Unfortunately he determined that I need a new unit. He did however give me a quote which he was also able to get lowered for me. He seemed knowledgeable and explained things to me.

The technician quickly diagnoses my problem and had the parts on hand to immediately repair my AC Unit.
My son was napping when they initially came out to inspect his room (his room is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house) and they were so respectful he didn't even wake up! They installed a return in his room- quick, efficient and CLEAN! They left his room spotless even after installing the vent in a popcorn ceiling. Highly recommend!!!!

Good experience with replacement. My old system was totally dead. They completed the job in 5 hrs, including remove old system, install new 4 ton outdoor unit, and indoor air handler. The only thing confusing is the attic entrance recovery can’t be on the same day afternoon. Anyway, I would recommend Rising Sun Air to everyone for their good service and low price.
Highly recommend!! Replaced my a/c unit. It's a MAJOR purchase and I never felt more at ease than I did at Rising Sun Air, Inc. At our first tune up, Brandon took the time to educate me and explain his recommendations and shared photos with me. He never once tried to pressure me into anything, just took the time to answer all my questions.
Pamela was wonderful!! Once I made the decision to proceed with replacing the unit, she walked me through the financing options and answered all my questions with that. Quickest response time I've ever experienced!
The installation team arrived and took extreme care ensuring my home was clean after installation. They cared about our dogs, letting us know when we could let them out. They definitely took pride in their work!!
