Just Air replaced our A/C unit several years back and they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous. Technicians are great! Danielle is so sweet and always willing to work with my work schedule when we need technicians to come out for our A/C and heater maintenance.

Just Air did an amazing job for us when our A/C broke during the hottest week of the summer. The first tech was here in a few hours to diagnose - and later brought over a portable to help with some cooler air. The boss spent hours on the phone tracking down a condenser that would work with the warranty on the unit (amid supply chain shortages). And when that arrived, another tech came ASAP to fix everything (which took 4 hours in 114 degree temperatures.) Everyone was extremely helpful, efficient, and really cared about our welfare. We highly recommend this company Thanks so much for all your help!

Just air has been great. I had them install a new AC and they are very responsive. When I've asked for scheduled maintenance. The technician couldn't be nicer, nor could the office.

Amazing experience! My A/C went out on a Saturday with temps above 110 degrees. Just Air was there to fix it in less than an hour! They were able to send out a technician on a Saturday in less than an hour! The technician was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the replacement parts ready in the truck and fixed the issue promptly. This was an ideal experience! I recommend Just Air to anyone who needs AC work in the Phoenix area.

I was having issues with my thermostat not working. James called me and walked me through the wiring of my thermostat and I found the incorrect wire. This saved me a service call. This is the second time I have used Just Air. They are professional and responsive!

When my furnace went out, I called and spoke with a very friendly secretary who transferred me to James the technician immediately. He helped me arrange an appointment for someone to come assess the unit within 2-3 hours.

The technician, Bradly, was extremely kind and professional. He wore shoe covers to keep the house clean and fixed the problem with the furnace quickly. This company is great - I will be trusting them with all future issues!

Quick response on a Sunday evening. James was able to identify the issue quickly and went through options with me. The repair was completed quickly and made for a stress free evening. After trying a few AC companies, I believe I have found one to rely on going forward.

I had been pleased with their service until today. The service call I planned on paying for to see whether our wiring could be updated to be able to use a Google Nest was charged as expected. We declined the rewiring as it would was out of our budget, but they charged another $50 in addition to the original service call price to put stuff back together- literally what it said on the invoice. That's exactly what the service call fee is for which I had planned for and agreed upon, and no further action had been approved. I don't appreciate the nickel and diming.

When it gets cold, not MidWest/Northwestern cold, just 30 degrees, it gives up the ghost & we have to use space heaters.
They're still rude & sloppy, & I'm not a liar.
- Right after installation I would have given JustAir 5 stars for my full HVAC system replacement, since the A/C & heat both seemed to work and they cleaned up after themselves in the living space of my house before they left, & the cost of the installation was very reasonable & was an upgrade to my existing system.
- That dropped to 4 stars that night when I tried to watch TV in the house & discovered the cable was out on all my indoor TVs (with cables running through attic), vs. the working TV on my back porch (not through attic).
- That dropped to 3 stars when I went up into the attic to investigate the failure, discovering debris left strewn about & displaced insulation throughout the attic.
- That dropped to 2 stars when they returned to address my customer satisfaction issues but denied any possibility of their responsibility for knocking out the cable or displacing insulation, & refused to go in attic to investigate either issue & saying I was trying to blame them for all the problems in my attic (even though they're the only ones other than me that have been up there in at least 2 years), then stomped off yelling that I'm the type of customer that could never be satisfied & drove away.
-That should have dropped to 1 star the very next day after a service call by Cox cable co., during which the technician identified a broken pin in the incoming cable & traumatized outgoing cable from the splitter directly adjacent to the air handler they installed, which leads to the opposite side of house controlling all 3 malfunctioning TVs.
- I kept it at 2 stars, because I know that finding & solving that problem was beyond JustAir's capability, but the evidence of the damage & the timeliness of the house-wide malfunction confirms that JustAir caused the problem.
- I wasn't trying to get anything free or at a discount, I just wanted my life back to the way it was before JustAir came into my house.

UPDATE: The owner of JustAir was the rude one. He understated everything in his response. There were 2 long lengths of PVC still containing stagnant water from the old system, and the bag of trash is what I gathered myself strewn all throughout the attic picking up sheet metal, zip ties, wiring, insulation scraps, 2x4s with nails sticking out, etc. (per pic.). I have accused them of breaking my cable, and Cox cable co. verified that they did. Yes, stuff happens, but they should take responsibility for it instead of using denial as their 1st line of defense and default customer service.

Bradley was very professional, on time and communicative. He was also very good with our two massive dogs. Just Air was quick to respond to my request for service and then provided plenty of availability to schedule a time to come out. Will definitely use again.

Called at 9am as my AC went out. James showed up by 11am and had it back up in running within 20 minutes. He took pictures and showed me what’s wrong as well as prices for the part needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bradley came out on a Sunday evening to help with an AC issue. My AC wasn’t connecting to my thermostat. I was so worried my smart thermostat just junked out on me,I was totally bummed that I would have to pay a service fee for a problem that was unrelated to the issue. Sure enough Bradley checked a few things and then doubled check a few things and realized what the problem was. He fixed my wire, signed me up for a three year service package, and was on his way! I was with one of those “corporate” AC companies that would not even give an option to come out and look at it until the next day! These guys were out in the matter of an hour to fix my problem. Highly recommend.

James, the technician, is honest, courteous and professional. Explained the solution very clearly to our AC problem and repaired our unit to good working condition. The repair was done for a very reasonable cost. Great company.

I have used this family-owned business for 15+ years. I call them for yearly service and I have purchased a new unit from them. During the annual spring inspection, the technician took pictures and explained what should be repaired to avoid an A/C breakdown in the summer. He was really good at answering our questions and giving us estimates. We also asked whether it was time to consider getting a new unit. After giving us pros and cons, he responded, “it’s up to you.” There was no pressure to spend our money. We opted to go with the repairs which were completed in a timely manner and our A/C is expected to run efficiently another 5 years.

AC has been fine as we do take care of the mechanicals around the home.

Last year this time we decided to find a new Service Company and my wife searched and found a boutique, family run Company in North Phoenix called Just Air, Inc.

Their Owner James came and serviced the Unit while being understanding with our Covid concerns.

Just Air is truly family run which now includes their son Bradley as a service technician.

Bradley came out on time and began a very thorough spring clean and inspection and became concerned about the condenser motor. He also went into the attic to observe the air handler and check the settings ala the cooling temps.

He determined that we were very close to needing a new motor and we opted in. The sheer level of detail that Bradley engaged on & efforted was pretty amazing while honoring our safety concerns via Covid as a family member here is immunocompromised.

For a young man to have this level of understanding and emotional intelligence was very impressive and greatly appreciated.

It also follows what we had felt from last years’ service about the TLC and professionalism of Just Air.

They may not be even close to being the biggest service provider, but we would be hard pressed to find a better managed and run organization.

Had to make an emergency call on a Friday night when our air stopped working after a failed attempt at installing a new thermostat. They had our tech James out to us in only about half an hour & he worked through the issues until he found what was the real cause of the problem & got it fixed fast. Pricing was completely reasonable, response time was amazing, and the service quality was great too. Feel lucky that we had such good luck with a last minute search Google for someone who's open and look forward to using them for regular maintenance from here on out too!

We just moved to the Phoenix area and receive a flyer to get a discounted A/C tuneup. Gave “Just Air” a call and had an appointment within 2 days. James was our service guy. He was professional and informative. Gave my husband the lowdown on our A/C unit and some recommendations. We were so impressed with his honesty and quality of work, we decided to go with their 3 year service plan. It is hard to find a reliable and honest company, so glad we found one.

James arrived promptly, he was very professional. He explained to me exactly what was going on and resolved the issue. I definitely will be calling again if needed.

I called many big names around Phoenix, I am sure you'd know who I am talking about just by seeing their trucks driving around. Neither of them could have anyone come out the same day and I am not going to be able to live in a 90 degree house with three dogs who were miserable and had no idea why they were. After frantically Google'ing AC people in Phoenix I came across these guys who answered the phone right away and said they would have a tech out in about 3 hours. They lied. He was there in about an hour! Took him about 3 minutes on the roof to determine the issue and they needed a part they couldn't get on a Sunday. I emailed them the next morning after a night of barely any sleep and got a response from Danielle immediately saying she was already on the phone with the parts company. When I replied to say thank you the next few minutes she emailed back saying they found the part and are on their way to get it. About 2 hours later they were on my roof fixing the unit, which is now blowing cold air on the disgustingly hot day. Well done, James, Danielle, and Bradly. Excellent and fast work! I will definitely recommend you next time someone says their AC is out and doesn't want to wait days to have someone come take a look!

I've only had one interaction with them, but it was a pleasurable one. They showed on time, assessed the problem, told me what fix was required and told me pricing. I'm military and they also proactivelynoffered a military discount (I was in uniform getting ready to leave for work). After giving pricing, then offered a 3 year service plan, which they would come out and service the AC unit twice a year, which I happily accepted. They made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I trust them, and telling by all of the other positive reviews, I can be confident in this feeling. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service.

I contacted Just Air to have an old unit inspected. Just Air was able to schedule us in in a timely way, and they communicated well. Bradly went above an beyond to be polite, thorough, and tidy during his inspection of our AC system (both attic and outside). The report he generated--complete with pictures--was just what we needed.

Called Just Air yesterday, they were able to get out the very next day - in the AM. He diagnosed our commercial AC unit quickly - got us a price on repair while on site and completed the repair on site as well upon our approval. Less than 1 day and all our AC needs were fixed. Charged me $100 for service call just to tell me they don’t have the tools to get into the electrical unit under the AC. This was 1 month after they charged me $65 for a “tune-up” and inspection that didn’t discover this problem. Will not use again.

UPDATE: Had Parker & Sons come out 2 hours after Just Air and they had the unit back up and running in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely zero need to access the junction box referenced before. On top of that, they charged $0 as a second opinion. I don’t think this is a name calling match anymore (James, the tech, called me a jerk via text because I left a critical review), I just honestly don’t trust Just Air’s work. They took my money and made no attempt to earn that money.

I have been with Just Air for over 9 years. I trust them and just bought new A/C from them. They are all Great but James is Exceptional. Wouldn't use anyone else. As is Danielle. They are the only people I trust with my Heating & A/C needs. HONEST INTEGRITY SUMS UP JUST AIR

James came out on an extremely hot day. We came home after work and the AC was not working. Called on after getting referred by a friend for their professionalism and honesty. He showed up in about 40 minutes from the first time I reached out and fixed my system in less than an hour. Very polite and cleaned up after himself. I wish more companies worked like Just Air. I had an issue with my AC, and I called Just Air. A nice guy by the name of James M. answered my call, and helped me make an appointment. It was 108* today, so having someone nearby is helpful. My situation was VERY lucky as he was nearby and could assist me and my fiance. He was at our house in ~10 mins. Again, this is situational, as I called at the right time, and he had some time to meet us.

When James arrived, he had a card in hand (as this was his first visit to our house). He introduced himself, was extremely professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, listened intently to our issue, took an assessment, and took our systems symptoms into consideration.

He found the issue quickly, and was honest with us. No beating around the bush, and had our issue resolved in a very timely manner.

Better than the bigger names in town as Just Air does not have to up-sell or meet quotas. Just Air is a honest company, and WILL be calling them from here on out.

I would recommend to family members and friends.

They arrived in about 30 minutes from when the appointment was scheduled. We were high priority due to having small children. They were respectful and clean (wore face masks and shoe covers). They were straightforward with what was going on, explained things so that we'd understand, gave us recommendations on what we could do, and quoted us on additional services if we so choose. Overall extremely impressed and will use them in the future!

8+ years I've been a loyal customer, I have never had anything but thorough and complete service than that which was completed by James Mattingly, and his team. I would highly recommend this company to perform service in the future because from customer service, to on the job, they always do a thorough job. They are dedicated to hiring qualified, professional, and courteous technicians and always going the extra mile. My A/C was making a high pitched squeak and I was certain a bearing was shot. I wanted the fan repaired before it got really hot.

James came out and checked the air filter which was clogged. I had replacement filters on hand. He replaced the filters and didn’t charge me for the service call.

I’m embarrassed that I didn’t figure out the problem myself but thankful The problem is solved. I will call JustAir when I have any other issues with my A/C.

Just Air came out late at night, when I couldn't get a hold of any other AC companies. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable and even wore shoe booties in my house! My unit was fixed in under an hour and we were cooling in no time. I am impressed and will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends. When your AC goes out and its over 100 degrees out its a nightmare, but Just Air came out quickly and saved the day!

I can't fully express how appreciative I am of the level of support and service I received from technicians. Not only were they able to respond to my request for maintenance quickly, but they were patient enough to wait until we heard back from our Warranty people to approve the work needed. A REAL 24hr service HVAC repair company. We had an emergency last year with 3 families visiting in the middle of AZ summer and the A/C went out at 9pm. After calling several other 24hr emergency (I just went down the search list in order) all of which either didn't return my call or said their crew was done for the night and won't be avail until morning [Not what I was expecting to hear from 'BIG NAMES' 24hr emergency HVAC repair companies] JUSTAIR, LLC, answered our need and James, came out within an hour of our call, where so many others failed us (by now it was midnight because I had to wait for those other callback disappointments). The repair took all but 20min and he was our hero. And we've since used them a couple other times including just today, adding an additional 'air intake' to remove hot air that gets trapped in a room and make it more efficient. They are professional, respond in a timely manner, offer great value and I highly recommend using JUSTAIR, LLC for HVAC needs. They are reliable and do quality work.

It's was really hard to find someone to fix my AC online, especially without a referral. I took a chance and went with Just Air. It was relatively close to me and they had some good reviews. I guess I got really lucky with this pick. James the technician, called me right on schedule and told me he was on his way. He was very courteous and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem, a bad capacitor and had the system working again within 10-15 min. It was quick and way less expensive than what I thought it would be. After asking friends for referrals and no one had any, now I can refer them to Just Air. Five Star Service for sure!!

My air stopped working late at night and I called a few companies. I called one hour air and the guy was rude, so I called George Brazil and it was an answering service who could not give me any info. My last call was Just Air and I talked to someone immediately. He answered my questions about price and I scheduled a service call for the next day. The two techs showed up on time and were very professional and helpful. They had to replace a (resistor thingy?) and added a pound of coolant. The service call was less than 45 minutes and my air works perfectly now. It is a very old unit and I am sure they could have told me it needed to be replaced, but they did what was necessary and did not gouge me for more $. AC repair is not cheap so you need to be able to trust the company. These guys have earned my trust and I would not consider using any other company.

They came out to our house quickly got the unit to start blowing again but did not check to see if it was blowing cold air. Charged is $350 and told us it would start cooling down but would take hours. After hours of waiting and the temperature was rising i called they assured me it would cool down. Again waited a few hours called back i left message since they didnt answer. They didnt bother calling me back so i called AGAIN. After explaining to the tech that we had to leave our home because it was too hot he said he'd be back the next morning at 6am and that we needed to.be there on time because he was going out of his way to come back to our house. Excuse me?! He should have made sure it was working properly the first time!!!! When he came back the next morning he discovered that our compressor went out and it was best if we would get a whole new unit which he quoted at $6250. Not only did he give us a very high quote since we found a better deal for $5100. But if just air had done a thorough exam of the unit the first time we wouldnt be out $350 we never would have had a unit worked on if we had to replace it anyway.

James was honest, professional and awesome to work with. Came for a service and ended up helping us determined our AC unit was a lot older than what the previous owner had stated! We found our new A/C guy!

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the Just Air price and schedule.would be just cutting corners. I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company took a deposit ($700) equal to half the cost of the job then canceled on the job the next morning giving me no time to find someone else. So, I potentially have to go another day without AC because I relied on this company to do what it said it was going to do. UPDATE - They did refund my money. But, you don't take a deposit if you can't do the job. And, despite this dude's response, I did get another company to fix the AC, but it did take an additional 4 days -cause of the weekend and they couldn't find the part this guy already located and supposedly had ready. What most likely happened is this guy was afraid that the compressor wasnt actually broken (see his response) and would not get reimbursed for it - since warranty only applies if its in fact broken. Regardless, I have running air now, and it certainly is in no way due to this company. This guy also has no class and insulted me multiple times via text, just have to read his response to get a feel for how this guy acts and treats its customers. It's also beyond comical how he tries to put into quotes a conversation that I never had and would never. Dude called me a jerk via text which is just funny. Not someone that is worth dealing with, lots of better companies out there ran by people with class.

Investment property rental was not blowing cold air. Called late Friday evening and they had someone ready Saturday afternoon. James quickly identified the problem and replaced a capacitor. He had to climb up on the 3rd story to reach the condo unit. It was over 105 degrees out and within an hour he had it running. Thanks for coming through on a Saturday!

James is seriously one of the best at what he does very fair and honest. Very hard to find these days and doesn't try to sell things that aren't needed. I know very little about home Ac units and everything was explained to where I could understand what was going on. Customer service was amazing. Thank you Just Air for not just wanting my money and caring about my family.

Just Air is a company I can stand by. They were courteous about our time and was there when they had said they would. They did a thorough inspection and didn't charge us for items we didn't already have on hand for the fixes that were made. They are very respectable people and business. I will highly recommend their services a thousand times over and will rely on them for future complications

Have been using Just Air for years they show up when they say they will show up!! They might not be the cheapest around but for the service and work done in a timely manner is priceless to me!! They are good people in my book!!

I gauge a company many ways, but rarely get the opportunity to see how a company responds to an error. I cannot speak highly enough of the honesty and integrity I encountered using Just Air.

First, my air stopped blowing on a Sunday - wife and kid and pets were facing a 100F day, and my regular company doesn't do service on Sundays. I got a very fast response from Just Air and was lucky to have the closest tech live only a couple of blocks away (who was prompt, polite and helpful)! This made it easy for him to come and go from the house as the diagnosis proceeded.

Turns out my interior coil was completely frozen - a block of ice - which sounds good when it's hot, but not when it blocks your nice frozen air from getting in to the house. After a few hours of thawing, they were finally able to see the problem and got me cleaned up, diagnosed with a likely leak and added refrigerant to address it - and we were left feeling cooler, if not thrilled about a possible expensive leak.

My regular company offered me a courtesy call to come out and check for no charge, and who turns that down? In the few days between, it also climbed up to 115F and the air was really struggling - the differential had fallen to 10F and that doesn't cut it at that temp. After checking it, my other company confirmed Just Air did good work, and could also see how they thought extra refrigerant could be called for, but with some additional time, troubleshooting and the extra high outside temps which gave them more data - that extra was actually making it harder on the compressor. They drained the extra back out, and back to a 21F delta - ah, cold air.

I probably should have called Just Air to come back and fix it at that point - but I already had people on the roof - so I just informed them of the subsequent work and action - but did not contest their bill and planned on paying it in full. This was when they went the extra mile - with proof of the removal of the refrigerant - they only charged me for the work they should've done! Without me asking for it!

Providing good service is the cornerstone of a business, but taking responsibility and making things right when you make a mistake - that's when you see the true character of a person or business. Kudos to everyone I've interacted with at Just Air, I'm sure I'll be using you again.

Just Air came and serviced one of my rental properties in the Phoenix area at about 8:30 pm and night. My tenant talked with the service guy and determined that we needed start assist kit. If you go online these kits cost $30. The following day to was emailed the invoice which was $535.00 for a service that took under an hour. I called 2 other AC companies and asked how much it would cost for this same service and they said around $200. I talked to James the owner to see if he would make this right and and he told me to F-off. As a business owner myself I don't believe in ripping people off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Thank you guys for restoring my AC in about 1 hour after I called! James came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and in no time our air was working again! It was a little expensive but in your defense I am cheap! Looking at the money you saved us renting a room, I guess we did alright. I really want you to know me and my family appreciate you and your team - we found our heating and cooling company for life!!

Fantastic! I have an older home with an older a/c unit. I need a new unit but can't afford it right now. Well, it went out again and I have a family and just can't wait in the heat for a company to come out until usually the next day. It went out when it was about 110 degrees outside. So I looked at some reviews that said these guys came out quickly and I called.

This guy came out in about an hour! I couldn't believe it. They were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my unit is so old that they don't make a fan motor for it any more. And that's what I needed. So they made a new universal one work instead of telling me too bad, you need a new unit. Well, they basically found a way to make it work right, but it had a few issues and they had to come out several more times. THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, they were trying to make it work with the dinosaur I own. I looked at it. Fans just don't fit this way any more. It's a totally different set up. I can't believe he even tried for us.

Every time he came out, he refused to take a payment, even though he deserved it. He even gave me new parts for free to make it work. He just kept saying he wants to keep my business forever. And he will! Any other company would have charged $69 every time they came out. And it would've been justified. This was a rebuild with old junk, not a normal repair. AND each time he came out with in 1-2 hours.

I just couldn't believe it. I haven't seen someone care so much about service and keeping up a good reputation in so long. I wish everyone was like that.

Just Air is a company with integrity. I'm so pleased I chose Just Air to resolve my a/c problem. To begin with, Danielle worked with me to schedule and reschedule an appt. I had to cancel 2 appt. and she was professional and happy to accomodate my needs. James Mattingly arrived in a timely fashion. He was polite, respectful (wore booties over his shoes) and knowledgable. I had called with a problem of my return not cycling off. Within minutes he realized I had inadvertently hith the fan button which told my unit to run 24/7. It was my mistake, he resolved it and waived the service charge. I have never experienced THAT courtesy fromany other company. They obviously aren't out to rip the customer off.
I will definitely be using this company in the future!

I have always had very prompt and excellent service from Just Air LLC. They are friendly and honest. They are quick to get my a/c unit up and running. If you have any a/c needs you will be confident when using them!!!

I had two calls by owner asking me to change my review.They have been in the business 20 years.After hearing the owners side of the story,I am upping the stars although there were mixed stories. They had no idea how to put in old fuses in a historical home and suggested an electrician which makes sense.

Called to see about having my air fixed. The man that answered couldn't be bothered to talk into the phone-he mumbled the whole call. I have a national service plan that can be honored by any Rudd authorized dealer. When I asked if they worked with the warranty company his answer was uh. I don't think so.. I said it was a yes/no question. Its getting very hot in my house. He then said no and hung up. Wow. All the great reviews here and this was the first impression? Huh. I won't call them back and try again.

Cave Creek, We had 4 ac companies come to look and give estimate on broken ac. All 4 said cant repair and would have to replace entire ac unit for $5000-$12000. Called Just Air and within the hour James showed up and gave us multiple options and he repaired it within 15 minutes. HE was very professional and HONEST!!

Our A/c went down when it was 115 outside. We have a 3 month old baby and a 2 year old. Most so called emergency services said they could be there the next day. I called Just Air and they said they would have their man out in one hour. He was there in 40 minutes.

He was very professional and was up on the roof and replaced a few fuses and within 10 minutes of him being there we had our AC back

Just Air because of your professionalism, promptness and reasonable service charge you have a customer for life!!

I sent an email at 4:30 pm describing the problem. Danelle responded within an hour and scheduled a visit for the next morning. Joe was thorough. He showed me how to re-initialize the system which sometimes fixes some problems. He checked everything and confirmed that the system was working properly before he left.

Business is not 24 hours as they claim. Called twice and left a voicemail on Saturday. Now its tuesday and Have yet to recieve a call back.

Bradly was on time, extremely professional and knew what he was doing. Very polite, knowledgeable and even wore booties in the house. Would highly recommend

They tried to charge $550 to install a condenser fan motor and cap. I found the parts for $180 and installed with a friend in less than an hour. I don't have the tools or coolant to charge my AC, so I am glad to have that part of the service call.
