We had Howard Air out for a Spring tune up. Miguel was on time and very efficient. He gave several helpful tips. I highly recommend Howard Air.

They did an excellent job! This company and its technician are worth hiring because they did an excellent job for the dryer vent that needed to be repaired, and ac that was not turning on in my bedroom. The work they provided was surprising because these guys were able to complete it on time and without difficulty. This was a truly masterful performance! You guys did a fantastic job!

The units are only two years old and this is the first maintenance we’ve done on them. Manny did an amazing job walking me through step by step what he was doing/what needed to be done. After a through inspection and cleaning, my units look brand new! Super nice and very professional. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air.

So I just bought the house 5 months ago and had it inspected there was nothing about exposed wire. When They came to replace the air handler they arrived after I left for work. my lights in the bathroom/closet was working fine. I came home 4 hours later and they stated they that my lights wouldn’t come on in the bathroom/closet where the access point is to my air handler. I asked them what happened they stated they are not sure they went out and fillip some breakers to see if it would come back on. Which it didn’t so I looked around and I couldn’t find anything. So I asked if I can look at there work. I followed the tech in the attic he immediately looked to his left and said we’ll this wire was exposed and I taped it up so nobody would get shocked. And he also stated that had to move some wires out of the way to get the air handler out and the new one in. So they are not taking any responsibility for there mistake they made and on top of that they me to get an electrician to repair a problem that wasn’t there until they got there. I will never return business with this company or recommend them to anyone. This was the 5th attempt to fix a problem with my ac. And it’s still not fixed

Larvell was very knowledgeable about his work and what needs to be accomplished. When asked a question, he seems to enjoy assisting others and takes the time to illustrate the whats and whys! I will continue to call Goliath Mechanical if I need assistance in the future, and I will tell others about it if they need help with any air conditioning services!!

One of my AC units stopped blowing cold air. The AC units I purchased from George Brazil (their premium AC units) were installed back on 07/2021 are practically brand new yet the largest of the two stopped working. For this to happen in such a short amount of time, I was upset. This being a hot spring day in Arizona, I called George Brazil twice and filled out online form to get immediate assistance. The first call was before they opened, and I was treated less than respectful and with no urgency. The second time I called, when they were open, I had a great experience and had someone out there in less than 6 hours.An individual came, and his name was Matt. He provided exceptional service, got me up and running temporarily till he could order a part. He came back with help on the following Tuesday to fix the issue. In addition to working in the heat, he helped me understand what the issue was and had happened and I was thankful for that.Matt was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. This was needed especially with the situation at hand with the AC unit being practically new. Matt displayed great confidence in the resolution to the issue. He explained what the issue was, what could have caused it and how to fix it.If I could, I would like to request him for each call I make to George Brazil. These are the type of people that make George Brazil great and this is the type of service I would share with my family and friends that need new equipment or repairs. There was another individual with him, I did forget his name, that assisted him. He too was extremely helpful and displayed a lot of knowledge to the issue at hand. He also was courteous and friendly. Both he and Matt provided a great service that I am thankful for and worked really hard at repairing the unit.I would like to recognize them both for a job well done and I hope they both get the recognition they deserve!

I called the office on a Friday afternoon and was able to get a Monday morning appointment, outside of their normal service area even. After George was done looking at my problem, he took the time to sit down and explain things to me so I could understand what he found and what he needed to do to get it repaired. Told me my 23 year unit did not need replacing, as a previous company told me, just a few adjustments. Why replace something when its still working, right? I went ahead and signed up for their maintenance program to help me feel at ease. Looking forward to working with George and Air Control in the future

I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

These guys came out to fix an AC issue through American Home Warranty. What a surprise, usually Home Warranty Companies get a bad reputation. But they did an amazing job!

Adam from FN AC is awesome. Our AC went out and we was able to fix it the next day. His service is affordable and professional. He was punctual and professional. He explained the repairs and didn’t try any unnecessary up sells. I would recommend them to anyone. A great outfit all-around.

I bought their water softener system about five years ago. Whenever I had any issues with it, which is rare, they have come and checked it out at no charge. The technician is always professional and they show up on time. So far I have been very happy with their product and service.

Shane was not just on time but EARLY to the appointment to help diagnose the cause of a leak that appeared to be coming from my A/C unit. After quickly ruling out the most common culprits (and a little inter-wall investigation), he was able to ascertain that the problem appeared to be not with my A/C unit but an upstairs neighbor's! He lifted a big weight off my shoulders, in less than two hours, and was super friendly the whole time and answered all the random questions I kept peppering him with.

Nathan was the service tech who serviced our unit. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Courtdeous; wore cloth booties and gloves into the residence. Explained service procedures and work accomplished. A good representative for the Company.

Howard Air did what they committed to do, and did a top notch job. Out of 3 quotes, they were in the middle for new A/C and gas furnace. However, the scope of work was better defined, and we got a TRANE 4 ton unit. The other 2 companies were brands that I hadn't heard of. The 3 man crew showed up exactly on time, started working, and I don't think they stopped until they got done 7 hrs later. Nice clean setup, answered all my questions, briefed me on the new programmable thermostat. Cleaned up the debris. Never hurried, just very efficient, courteous, and seemed to enjoy what they do. They were great!

Aguilar A/C & Heating were great. Family business father and son showed up quick first thing in the morning day after I contacted them. Fixed all the problems I had going on blower fan issue and water draining issue. Really honest down to earth company saved me lots of money before my problems got worse. I did contact them because they had the same last name as me. Turned out to be probably the best decision I made. I highly recommend This company. Your for sure to get the best service possible.
