I had a great experience with SG Mechanical.  For starters, the service technician, Patrick, that came out to inspect my unit was very friendly and explained everything in detail and in a way I was able to understand. Great customer service!!

Unfortunately, I needed a new AC unit.

Figuring it all out now.... Andy and Leah answered every question I had about AC sizes, pricing, financing in detailed and in a timely manner.  They made it seamless! Thank God!!!   That's a headache I didn't have to worry about!

Then came installation day!! Mark and Zach did an exceptional job while installing my new AC unit.  They were clean, professional, courteous and informative on every aspect of the job.  They even helped tweak one of my vents to get more airflow in a rear room!

Over all, my experience was beyond what I would have expected!  All individuals I encountered and worked with were exceptional and kind.  Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!!  God bless you all!

It was a delight to work with Leah, Andy and Miles over the phone and via email throughout the entire process! Although the AC equipment was delayed due to the world's current supply chain issue, once it finally arrived, it was installed seamlessly to the church fellowship hall and kitchen existing AC system. We used SG Mechanical to install a humidifier into a new HVAC system. The consultation with Andy, the owner, and installation of humidifier and new thermostats and build of new plenum were exemplary all around. Andy's team - Cody, Kirkland, Zach and Miles - were all extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Of note is how attentive they were to cleaning up post-install - floors swept and wiped down (even the tops of the floorboards!). Very responsive and the expertise of this group is evident. A++ all around. Would recommend for any HVAC issue/install you may have.

Miles was pleasant and efficient and meticulous in doing his job. He tried to get the humidifier working (since he found out it wasn't) but determined it needed a new control unit inside the house. The unit and indoor control is quite old. He was very pleasant and a joy to talk to.

Extremely fast and clean work for central humidifier installations (they installed 4 units over our 4 AC systems). Warranty repairs was also promptly executed. Very professional and proficient crew.

I called SG Mechanical Air after several attempts of trying to get my AC fixed through my new build's HVAC vendor, which has been a frustrating experience. Miles from SG came and found an oil leak right away (something the vendor was unable to do yesterday). He provided a write up so I could pass it along to my builder to finally get the help needed. He was also very knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I was very impressed and will be referring friends and family to SG.

My AC went out. They responded quickly and fixed it right then and there. So was only down for a couple of hours. Patrick the technician was courteous and professional. The repair was reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

AC went out over night on a Sunday. EXCELLENT response. Never imagined I would have Kirkland at my door by 9:00 AM. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and found a bad contact switch that fixed the problem. Lesser companies can be found who would take this opportunity to upsell a capacitor or other component. Kirkland fixed the only real problem, resulting in a very reasonable service cost - ALL ON A SUNDAY. How often does that happen? Good job.

Our air conditioner broke down on Sunday, and they were there in a couple of hours to figure out what was wrong and fix the problem.
I highly recommend this company. Everyone we have dealt with have always been professional and courteous towards us!!

I would HIGHLY recommend SG Mechanical!!! Our 20 year old unit died in the middle of summer. It was miserable. Leah was so great and very quick to get a hold of me. Because I was at work we had to do a little bit of phone tag. She never stopped until she got a hold of me. She worked with my schedule. Andy was right on time and very honest about what we needed and when it could be done. We had a quote by the end of the business day. From first call to quote was 11 am to before 5!! Andy worked a miracle and was able to find what we needed and get guys to our house on Friday. My husband was there for the installation and said Matt Stone and Kirkland Ulrich were amazing! They worked so hard and stayed to make sure it was working properly. And it was Matt's birthday. He still stayed. They were right on time and very professional. We had a minor issue and had to call the emergency number during a holiday weekend and Miles came out sooner than we expected. Fixed the issue very quickly. Andy was great with making sure everything has been taken care of. I would give everyone a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you so much for everything SG Mechanical!!

Update-Absolutely highly recommend this contractor! Initially after needing Miles to get my unit up and running, I then started the project of getting quotes to have the unit replaced. Because of the great customer service I received from the service call and their excellent pricing, I decided to go with SG for the replacement. We have used and recommended SG Mechanical for years. Today, when we woke up to a warm house and temps were expected over 100 degrees with one call SG was at our house by early afternoon. Andy quickly assessed and repaired our system. Andy and all his team are very friendly and professional. If you have HVAC issues or just need regular maintenance give SG a call!

The process from the beginning job estimation through installation was comfortable. No high pressure or constant callbacks. Andy was thorough with the entire process and didn’t try to upsell me. Installation was done in less than 8 hours. Andy followed up with an inspection and air balance. Very satisfied with the process and price.

Some of our bedrooms were a lot hotter than the rest of the house. Andy figured out what was causing that issue and was able to reroute more air back to those rooms and better balance our house out. I wish we would have called him years ago. They also found a fire hazard that has been a danger to us for many years and fixed that for us as well. Because of all the additional work his team was here 3 days but they did a great job. We are very pleased with SG Mechanical and would recommend them to our friend and family.

I had a new air conditioner installed by Kyle and Matt today. They showed up on time and were very professional. The crane showed up at the scheduled time and the switching of the units on top of my 2 story home was very efficient and quick. . Kyle showed me multiple pictures of the roof before the old unit was removed and various stages of the installation. As soon as the air conditioner was turned on, I could immediately tell how much better the air flow was. I would recommend SG Mechanical Services for all services they offer. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

SG Mechanical is by far the best HVAC company in the area, I have been using them on Residential and Commercial properties for two years and they are honest and reliable and do quality work. I had my own A/C company years ago and I would not use any one else.

This company is amazing!! They worked with my warranty company and are very easy to work with. Andy (manager)is very on top of things and up front with everything. The tech, Kyle, was also great with communication and really figured out a problem and the solution that 4 other AC companies misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me over $1000 -$7000 for what cost several hundred through SG Mechanical cause the other companies didn’t take the time to diagnose the problem and just wanted to replace major parts of the system to the whole system. SG even fixed the thermostat that was installed sloppy by another company. They are my company now and only ones I will call with maintenance and any issues!!

SG Mechanical has been a lifesaver for our business. Our plaza is older and the units are not in very good working order. When we leased the property, we were told to use the landlords hvac service. What a mistake that was!! After being repeatedly overcharged for problems that were not being resolved, we contacted SG Mechanical. Not only were they able to properly diagnose and repair the problems we were having - they cost way less than our landlords company, and they fixed it correctly the first time without requiring multiple visits. We liked Andy and his team so much, that we hired them to repair and install new duct-work in our new suites, and set up yearly maintenance contracts on all of our units. Everyone on their staff is so friendly and helpful! They are prompt, courteous, and extremely fair on price. Andy and his technicians make thorough inspections and discuss the problems with you before they do the work - allowing you time for a second opinion if needed (trust me, you won't need a second opinion!) They do all of the work very efficiently and if you ever have any questions or concerns, they come right back out to make sure you are completely satisfied. SG Mechanical is the company that feels like a neighbor. They are a company that treats you like they care about you - not as a customer but as a person. Andy with SG Mechanical is an honest hardworking family man. He was personally involved with my job (replacing 2 systems) from the first day to the last. He was not some mystery man in an office. He was onsite, interacting and answering all my questions directly. I have dealt with many other licensed companies, where you feel like another number on a spreadsheet. There were several complications with my job (NOT SG Mechanical's fault), Andy stepped up beyond any reasonable expectation to help me get them resolved. He sacrificed his own time to help get my issues resolved.
If you like to support local businesses, earning an honest living doing honest work, you can't beat SG Mechanical. He does not have any Melvin's at his company, but he also does not need to spend $$$$$$ to communicate that on TV (that the customers pay for). Pricewas extremely reasonable (did compare), quality, professional, friendly workers who were punctual, neat, focused & knowledgeable about the job at hand. They actually adjusted the airflow in the house & found one duct that was squished, & fixed that. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND SGMechanical. They will come out 2X after installation for free to assess the system & make sure you are happy with it. Customer Service is truly top-notch. Trustworthy, honest folks.

My a/c unit failed yesterday. When I called to inquire about a repair call I was informed they could have someone out the same day! I was very impressed! However due to my schedule I opted for a Next Day appointment.
Andy arrived early in the schedule window and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He offered a recommendation on Air Filters only after I asked and did not attempt to sell me any extraneous services or products. THAT was very refreshing. He explained that the problem was the exterior fan motor had failed and what the cost was to repair it. He was done within 40 minutes and my house is finally cooling down again!

Had bad coil leak in our air handler and Matthew G. And Matt S. From SG Mechanical were right on time this morning with the needed part and performed that equipment switch out for us. Their GM Andy D. Provided a fair quote and we are so pleased we went with Andy’s suggestion rather than buying an entirely new a/c for a system that was only 6-years old.

Called SG Mechanical in the morning when I felt my AC blowing hot air. Was advised a tech would be out between 2pm-3pm and I called at around 9:15 am. The repairman came out quickly during the busy season and was able to diagnose the problem. The company quickly turned around quotes on various ways to proceed forward. Starting a new business from scratch is a lot of work with so many people trying to scam you out of money as you learn on the fly. Kyle was great, I strongly recommend hiring SG Mechanical, and requesting Kyle, why, because of his knowledge, expertise, and courtesy. He did a great job cleaning the coils on my air conditioner, and keeping the cost down on repairs.

I have been using SG Mechanical for several years to perform annual servicing and this year a repair. The tech has always been helpful when I have any questions and he explains any issues clearly. I find that SG Mechanical is fair and honest company. After going through 3 other contractors I was very happy to find them. Our technician Kyle S. is thorough and a real credit to SG Mechanical.

I purchased an annual preventative maintenance (PM) contract from SG Mechanical. An expensive mistake.

During the sumner PM they replaced an OEM capacitor with their cheap inferior capacitor. The replacement caused electrical surges in the fan and compressor - a shady dishonest way disreputable contractors can stress-fail an older air conditioner to force a service call or a lucrative AC replacement - which SG Mechanical pushed before, during, and repeatedly after their PM.

After recognizing the surges as something very wrong, I called one of the SG Mechanical owners for them to come back and put in the correct capacitor. Again they Installed a cheap, inferior, non-OEM, non-Trane-approved capacitor (this time it was the correct voltage and amperage size for the AC unit). After gaslighting the facts and their responsibility they charged me $89 for the service call.

Unfortunately the damage caused by SG Mechanical was already done. The motherboard with visible scorch marks from repeated surging, failed less than three months after their summer PM-Mission accomplished. An expensive repair. Lesson learned: I will NEVER let SG Mechanical work on my Trane AC/Furnace again.

The team at SG Mechanical is professional and prompt. They have provided exceptional service for our AC system year over year. My wife and I highly recommend them.
