They do a great job! I called in to get my AC (air conditioning) repaired, and Jessica was very friendly and professional. The previous company came out and were not able to finish the job without trying to charge me thousands of dollars. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable. I spoke to the tech before he came out and he let me text photos of the potential issue over the phone. He gave me a quote and explained over the phone what he believed the problem much better than the company that actually came out to my property!

The tech came out on time and was very polite. He even took his shoes off so he wouldn't track dirt on my carpet. Comfort One fixed the problem in less than 90 minutes, and had both my air conditioner and heater running perfectly! He even explained how I could tell if the a/c was working and gave me some tips. They take credit cards, so I even got some rewards points out of it. If the other companies can't figure it out, or if you feel like you are being overcharged, call Comfort one for a HVAC consult. They give you the straight skinny!

This company is a real gem in the industry. They are very responsive, explain everything you need and want to know, went over the options, and got the job done! They replaced two aging heat pump a/c rooftop units, and were flexible enough to work with the roofer to do what was needed to seal underneath before completion. The price was very fair and competitive, and everyone of their staff was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them!

Our roof was leaking in through the intake vent when it rained. I had a different A/C company come out who stated it was a roofing issue. While having our roof reshingled, it was determined that the piece going from the A/C unit into the house was rusted and leaking. Comfort One Air Conditioning was able to give me a quote that day and the repair was completed less than a week later. I am very pleased with their work.

I called in and spoke to Joanna who was friendly and helped me. Joanna was able to schedule to have someone come out and within an hour they sent someone. They let me know when they were on their way and even showed up before the time I was quoted. I had repairman John who was on time. John was professional and respectful. Comfort One Air is FANTASTIC. We had a broken bracket and they fixed it within an hour. Responded within and hour. The Technician was GREAT! OTHER companies wanted to show up (replace the motor AND bracket even though it's a newer unit and was running VERY COLD prior to the bracket breaking) and Charge $1049, $1200, and $1600 just to fix this. We were charged just a few hundred. Will DEFINITELY use them in the future IF needed. Thank you so much. PLEASE don't hesitate to use them.

I bought a TRANE air conditioner from Comfort One Air Conditioning about 5 years ago. I had a problem with the thermostat about two years ago and they came right out and changed it out for me. No charge. Today when I got home from work I noticed the house wasn’t cooling so I called Comfort One about 1:45 pm and by 3:00 pm John was at my house. Air conditioner had froze up and he was able to get it repaired and did some maintenance that was due at the same time. Incredibly great service! My three furry dogs are also very thankful the air is back on!

On a Friday night that was 100 degrees one of my AC units was blowing warm air so I called Comfort One AC. Jessica took my call and said that they could have someone out on Saturday morning! She told me that Juha would be out at 7:00 am. Juha showed up on TIME! He diagnosed my AC unit (it's 25 years old) and had the needed parts in his van and was able to get me up and running in no time! There was no sales pitch to get me to replace my old unit. I have been looking to find a reliable HVAC company for several years now. After trying several companies, Comfort One AC is the one. Today was my first experience with them and Jonathan was a Superstar! He discovered that my AC had been overcharged with refrigerant. He took the time to explain what that meant and how it could impact my system. He, of course, put the refrigerant to the level it should be. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, but that's exactly what Jonathan provided today. If you are looking for a new AC company, go with Comfort One AC. They are the BEST!

Comfort 1 AC is great. Taps came out to to look at a Nest thermostat that I installed but the AC unit was short cycling. I called and spoke with Jessica and she set me up with an appointment.

Our AC went out on a Wednesday. Called my warranty company to send someone out. The service provider they sent on Thursday was unable to diagnose the problem & had them schedule someone else. That company could not be out until the following Monday! The thought of spending an entire weekend with no AC and 117 degree temps was too much to bear. I called Comfort One to perform a routine service on my AC unit as I had not had one done the past 2 years.

Taps was prompt with his arrival, being able to fit me in between previous appointments. Once he arrived, he was quick to get to work on the unit. The whole time he was working on it he was educating me about the different test results and pieces, as well as giving me projected timelines for needed repairs and approximate costs.

Once in the attic, he identified a small issue that he was able to correct on site with no additional charge, and even gave me a quick lesson on how to care and maintain the AC unit, and what warning signs to look for.

The overall service price was in line or cheaper than most other companies I contacted, and was even the same as my home warranty payment, so it seemed a no-brainer to go with Comfort One.

This company came immediately this fall when my A/C shorted when the roofers moved it, and got it running again. When my heater went out before Xmas they came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and had the part ordered. It took less than 20 minutes for them to install the part, and yay, the heater is working!

Today I had them install 2 new Thermostats and the gentleman was so kind to not only install my thermostats but he also helped me complete me the download on my iPhone. On a typical Phoenix summer night of 105 degrees my a/c went out. At about 10 p.m. I sent an email to Comfort One with the hope that they would be able to come out is in a couple of days anyway.
I was pleasantly surprised when at 6 a.m. I received an email and a text that they could be out to see me at 9:30 that morning. I accepted and it came to pass. I've been using Comfort One for a number of years. So many HVAC companies take advantage of the consumer's lack of knowledge and panicked state of mind. Comfort One can be trusted completely. That's why I feel comfortable referring this company to my friends and family.

We've used this company for our home and commercial properties. I've referred numerous friends and colleagues to them as well. Owners are amazing, rates are affordable and there isn't anything they can't fix. They've always done our yearly tune-ups and repairs also replaced large units in commercial building. I've worked with the owner Taps numerous times, he always shows up on time (even off-hours) and gets the job done right the first time, his employees are also top notch. I trust these people and will use them anytime I'm in need of heating or air repair/install.

Had a fuse blow on our A/C unit called them at night and they had someone out the next day to take of the issue and also had them replace our old thermostat, I would highly recommend them for how quickly they got the issues resolved.

Technician arrived with the diagnostic tools to determine the problem as well as the tools for repair. Obvious the tech knew what he was doing. The furnace required a new Capacitor which required the Tech to go up on the roof. Job was done in less than an hour.

I had a bad fan motor in my AC unit. Tap came out and was able to swap it out for me quickly and at a fair price. My AC unit is back up and running and all is well. Tap was easy to work with and straightforward with no up-selling BS like some of the other guys I have tried to deal with in the past. I would highly recommend him.

I texted at 6:00am that my conditioner went out and I received a text back that a guy would be there at 9-9:30 am. We just recently had our 11 year old Trane system serviced and they did a great job. They were tidy, cleaned up any stray insulation under our attic access and clearly explained what they checked.

They arrived on time and upon checking and found that two of the capacitors to help start the fans and the compressed were beginning to fail. Thrilled they found this BEFORE the summer heat had sent in. Pricing was very fair and I would recommend them to anyone!
