I could not be more grateful to George for taking on the headache of communicating with insurance companies to get major repairs approved and completed at my property after a car went through the boiler room wall. All I did was make a phone call to Kowalski and gave George the info he needed to handle everything. He kept me updated throughout the process and when the work was completed you could not tell where the damage had happened on the 1986 stucco building. The paint even matched perfectly. I will definitely call Kowalski again for any construction or mitigation needs.

Their Content moving crew was awesome. THey did a park out for us and when they returned, they knew where everything was and put it all away super quickly. We used them to pack everything out when we got our wood floors refinished. They took great care of everything and moved a super heavy safe without scratching any floors. I would definitely use Blanca and her crew again.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Valley, everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process, they really care about their customers and it shows with the way they communicate and the final product they leave you with!

I highly encourage you to NOT use this company. I gave them my deposit on time to recommendation from my insurance company to repair a large fire damaged home. They didn't tarp off ANYTHING. They took 2 months to even apply for my permits after getting my plans from the architect. Which I never ended up getting. After almost 5 months they requested more money to complete the job in the amount of almost 50k more. Had to find out my project supervisor got let go by calling after no answer for awhile from him. So we are now at 6 months with almost nothing done. They completed a little bit of demo of the damage. But I paid alot for it and had to pay 2200 of overhead and they didn't even do anything. I had to ask for them to haul away a ton of demo trash they left in my front yard. Appliances. So much stuff. And I requested a refund due to the delays we have had and lack of work so they did refund me my remaining deposit. But when I requested the overhead back, no answer after two requests. I will be reporting them to whatever higher up that hold contractors accountable im assuming the registrar of contractors. This company is a joke. They didn't even tarp a gaping whole in my ceiling until 5 months later after many rains and snows here. They said it wasn't in their scope. So who knows what water damage might exist now. I gave them plenty of chances to remedy the situation before posting a review. So my suggestion, don't use them. Even if your insurance company recommends it.

We have used Thomas Restoration for several projects including Mitigation, Abatement, and Packouts. They do a fantastic job and have a great team that works for them. I also love that it’s a family company! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a company that will treat you right!

Valleywide Restoration did excellent work on our house. They were extremely responsive, and had good communication throughout the whole process. They accurately and swiftly diagnosed our problem, and were able to get us on the schedule quickly. And that was the best thing about working with Valleywide, they were able to move things quickly. It was extremely difficult on our family to be without a kitchen for several weeks, but because Valleywide knew that the insurance wasn't covering the damages, they were proactive in making things easier for us. On top of that, the work they did was excellent, with all of the work looking exactly like it should. Thank you Valleywide!

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

Matthew and Cody are very thorough and professionally commutative. I honestly wouldn't trust most people to do extensive jobs in my home like this but there's something about them that made me very comfortable with the situation. I REALLY hate to leave another business a negative review.... but this one is warranted. In November I called and asked them if they were comfortable cleaning hand made rugs .... and was told unequivocally that they do it all the time. So I brought my $4000 rug to their office and asked if there were any chance I could get it back before moving into my new home Dec 1. ( Got the rug back closer to Jan 1 and the rug is RUINED. The owner Rich indicated that they had a water leak in their place of business and that my rug must have been damaged in the process. My opinion was that the rug appeared to have had a cleaning ATTEMPTED and once colors started bleeding and such...they gave up. The owner Rich assured me that he would take care of the situation and he would get it to his insurance adjuster and / or rug appraiser to evaluate the value and the best way to resolve the matter. So just yesterday 01/16/2014 that he doesn't think there is any damage to the rug ( despite my having another Professional rug dealer inspect and clearly state the rug had been damaged through incorrect cleaning process ). He then proceeded to tell me he intends to do NOTHING about the rug. This is the same guy who looked me in the eye and swore up and down he was going to resolve the matter to my satisfaction and definitely wanted to take good care of me. Small claims is in this guys near future and I would caution anyone to not trust a word they say as I was blatantly LIED TO from the owner of this company ( RICH ). Integrity trickles down from the top so I wouldn't trust anyone there.

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
