The A/C air handler that was in our home filled up with condensation and our ceiling fell through. After paying to fix the ceiling we called Reeis to install a brand new setup (condenser and air handler) as well as add insulation to the whole attic. Shortly after install, the brand new air handler filled up with condensation and leaked on our new insulation and new ceiling. The air handler was fixed and the team went up to ensure there was no mold.During the winter, the new unit makes a banging noise. After two winters, a tech was finally able to find the cause in the third winter. Reeis was able to send out a tech to secure the lines and reduce the knocking so it is barely audible now.After being in the attic figuring out the cause of the knocking, the tech told me that there were spots in the attic that didn’t have much insulation. Reeis sent out a team to fill in any spot that needed.I can trust that Reeis stands behind their work. I would recommend this business to others.

Technician, Kyle, was very knowledgeable and professional. Clearly described service packages but none really fit my needs. I am committed to continue to have an maintenance check up.
Also flushed water heater and cleaned and repaired dryer vent. Mike Harris was my technician and he did a fabulous job. Really friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
The company dispatch was prompt and the tech, Kyle, was thorough, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I would do business with REEIS again.

We had an issue with a new HVAC unit in the evening and were without cooling in one building. They were able to fit us in the schedule the next morning. The technician was courteous, very knowledgeable, and professional. Problem fixed in no time. I highly recommend.
We contacted several air conditioning companies to replace duct work in our house. Sometimes duct work is just as important as replacing the air conditioner itself. We were shocked at how many air conditioning companies in the valley refused to do any duct work repair until it was convenient for them in the fall or the winter. Reeis on the other hand knew the importance of bad duct work and came to our rescue immediately. I can be a very negative and critical person. Reeis promptly sent three spectacular technicians and did a spectacular job. They balanced everything and even adjusted the air conditioner while they were here. We are very appreciative.
Kyle was very professional and did a very thorough job of fixing the main issue as well as discovering other parts that needed repair or replacement. He took pictures and shared them with me, took his time explaining what, why and how and answered my questions. He did a great job and so far my older AC system is working very well. Thank you!

REEIS IS THE BESTWe started out with Reeis from the home & garden show. We decided to invite them to give us an energy audit. IT WAS THE BEST SPENT $99! Eduardo is absolutely amazing at explaining the process on a project. He is so knowledgeable and easygoing. The crew that did the work were great guys. All of them were very respectful and quality minded in their work. We have saved lots on our energy bill since then. Today we had REEIS replace our A/C unit. We would not have considered anyone else. We were not disappointed: Orlando, Vincent and the rest of the crew were awesome, professional, and personable. We look forward to a long term relationship with the service department for the regular service checks that will protect our investment.

I was scheduled to have my A/C repaired on Monday between 2-4pm. Johnny called me said he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early, I told him to come on over. Johnny listened to what the issue was and then went to diagnosing the problem and found a bad capacitor. He quoted me the price, fixed the problem, then made sure my A/C system was working properly and blowing cold air. Johnny was quick, courteous, knowledgeable and professional and most importantly he was a serviceman and not a salesman, I did not feel like he was trying to upsell me. Scheduling was easy, unfortunately I forgot the young lady’s name but she to was friendly and professional as well. Thank you for the great service.

I have used REEIS on multiple occasions and for multiple reasons. REEIS sealed all my duct work for a single family, 3,000 sq ft home and they did an outstanding job. I also required emergency A/C attention and they responded quickly and fixed my issue. Very thankful for their work, and although I forget, I need to get them out to do my annual A/C maintenance!

Professional, prompt, on time, stellar communication top notch above and beyond service. I've used other companies in the past and the difference is noticed. Technician Dennis was wonderful, spoke in terms that I was able to understand and not industry jargon. Overall as perfect a interaction as it gets and I have already passed on his information and the companies to a friend needing service. While I'm thankful no issues were detected if I ever needed a repair I will call and feel confident honesty would be given.
After having a bad experience with a Phoenix AC company whose company founder has the initials G.B., I used word of mouth to find a recommended PHX air conditioning company. The recommendation led me to REEis. Thus far, ~1 month into the new installation, I have no major issues and feel that I got a reasonable price. For price, I had three quotes and I talked to my neighbor who had two recent quotes for his kids house. REEis still owes me a major item so hopefully, I do not have to make any adjustments to this review. By the way, I am not a paid review. I know it is hard to trust online reviews these days ... and that is why I started with a recommendation who was my wife's sister (they had used REEis about six months before we used them)..

The AC Technician, Dennis, was very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to servicing our unit, he helped us get the thermostat connected to our cell phones through the app, which we previously had technical issues with. He ask gave us additional information about the options and functions of our unit and made recommendations to help extend the life of the unit. Overall, Dennis and his coworker were very helpful and friendly!

After the installation. Someone came out to do a inspection and testing of the new system. The Inspection team (Denis) found some issues. They then had the installers come back out to modify the system. To make the pressures and techno stuff better. All I know is it makes really COLD AC. From the Sales process to the installation and service. Reeis gave top notch 5 star service. I would recommend Reeis to anyone looking to have AC work done.

The service technician Steven is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and took time to explain how well my A/C system is performing and what I need to consider going forward. I have dealt with other companies in the past and all I can say is WOW……. From the first call to completion it has been by far the best. Beyond that if I need anything their response time is amazing. I highly them.
Horrible customer service. They were the HVAC company that my home builder used. One compressor in my two compressor house went out after 6 months. Came and diagnosed it on a Friday. Couldn't fix because needed a part. Came back the next Tuesday with the new part, didn't fix the problem. Said they needed a special tool. Said they would be back in a day or two with the tool. I called to schedule and they said they couldn't come back until the next Thursday. So basically two weeks after I initially called them. Horrible customer service. Come to find out they didn't replace any part on the 2nd return trip. That they actually just tried to clean the part. Then I found out the part they were waiting for is a semi-generic part that any A/C company would have in stock. So half my house, the part with all my kids bedrooms stayed in the mid 80s, while they waited for a part that any A/C company would have in stock. Such BS.
I chose REEis through SRP home evaluation. It was $99 so not bad to see if I could improve on my home. They came out and did their testing. They were friendly and worked quickly. Explained what the tests were, the results, and gave their honest feedback regarding any fixes. I liked that they gave me advice what to do now and how to prepare for the future when the A/C will eventually need replacing.
We have had exceptional service with Reeis since our home was built 4 years ago. They installed the system and maintain it like new. The technician, Steve, is extremely well trained, knowledgeable, and offers lots of great tips.

Reeis does not follow through on their warranty service. I have been trying to get my bathroom fan fixed, as well as my AC fixed since October and they keep cancelling. Now they won’t even return my calls to schedule service. The builder has been trying to contact them also with no luck.
We have used REEis for years, and per usual they were thorough and explained everything to us. They are respectful of our property, arrived on time and made sure to give us the chance to ask any questions to make sure we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend them!
Install had a freon leak from the start, told it might have been low on the initial install. Nope, leak and oil up in the attic unit not even checked, had to have them out and fix a couple weeks later. Lines to the condensation drip are routed backwards and they would not fix it, this is shoddy work and now I have to hire another come to fix their poor install, bummed.Updated, they reached out after the review, and wanted to make this right. Overall to be fair they have been helpful and will make sure the install is right, that is what I expect so good to go now

This is a great company to work with. I forget my regular technicians but they are great! I schedule 2 check ups a year and they always arrive punctual and perform the service timely. Very polite and provide information in a manner to inform me and in a way that a non-technician can understand. Great Company. Great People. Great service.
I forget the names other than Paul, on the phone, and Chris Gloria at my home. I know there are others, and they are just as good! I've had REEis to my home for a survey / audit. They suggested changes which I did. Now I am enjoying a lower electric bill, while keeping my wife happy, and me. I never recommend anyone because that's is my name going out there. I have no problem recommending this company, and their people. There quality, workmanship, knowledge, and friendliness is paramount.

I started looking and researching to replace my 2 AC units and I chose REEis based on of course price, responsiveness, respect, and professionalism. First person I met was Brian. He is the best. He helped me from beginning to the end to make sure things were taken care of, even it's late at night. That's the customer obsessed. Jeff, the op manager, was very supportive and understanding. Another person that I am very much appreciated was Kyle. He is professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. Both Brian and Kyle earn my trust absolutely. Great, honest service. Have used then repeatedly the last 3 years. Technicians are very professional and respectful and take the time to complete the job right. Recommend them everyone I know and call them every year to keep my HVAC system running efficiently.
I had to have my Thermostats moved to make room for some sliding barn doors. Reeis came and did the job quick and easy for me and best of all for a great price! I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs a similar service.
We have had nothing but exceptional service from Reeis. They did maintenance on our old units and gave us a clear understanding of what was wrong but didn't pressure us into upgrading. The technician Steve came to do the maintenance on my daughters air conditioning unit today. He was fabulous!I cannot say enough good things regarding his customer service skills. He took the time to explain everything he tested and checked and why. He also went over any recommendations he had and explained why they were important to care for the unit properly.He was so thorough and took detailed notes on all the readings in case there is a problem in the future, he has them for comparison. We needed some serious help before the summer got super hot, and REEis was the answer. We recently moved into a new home, we were not happy with the company that was providing warranty work for the units we have. REEis was more than accommodating by sending over one of there technicians to come and do a whole house evaluation. Within an hour, Stephen had discovered numerous fault points that required immediate attention. He was thorough, kind, prompt and treated the inspection like it was on his own home. Once the warranty runs out with this other company, we will be coming to REEis for all our heating and cooling needs.
Tyler and the entire team did an exceptional job! I had to have my entire ductwork re-done and insulation added in the ceiling. Before Reeis came, my AC would run anywhere from 30-90 minutes at a time to cool my house one degree. No joke. Now...10 minutes!! I never write reviews, but truly thought this company deserves it! Thank you so much!!!

My wife and I are full time Phoenix residents. I selected REEis after talking to neighbor who uses REEis and then talking with the REEis owner about their qualifications. Stephen was sent out to do our spring AC check. He called ahead and told us when he would arrive. We have a Trane AC system and Stephen is a trained Trane service technician. This was one of my selection criteria. I thought he handled himself very professionally and knowledgeably. Stephen was very thorough. I followed him around as he made his checks and I asked questions. Once he made all the manual checks, he connected wifi sensors to the condenser lines and used supply and return air temp sensors on the supply and return air house. With all this, he as able to view the entire AC system parameters in cooling mode. He explained all the results. He made suggesting on using less expensive air filters that would improve system life and reduce energy consumption. REEis is far and away better than C... B..... (small owner) company that I was using. I was very impressed REEis and plan to continue to use them for our HVAC servicing,

Total waste of money. I called them out to do an energy audit and look into a hot room. Paid $99 for the energy audit. REEis came back with two estimates for additional services, one for $19k and one for $10k. Basically wanted to remove all existing insulation and ducts for the entire house (the home was constructed by a reputable builder in 1996). Told me that the total potential savings would be $900/year and it would fix the hot room. After declining their services, I fixed the hot room myself by re-adjusting some of the a/c vents (one was blowing right on the thermostat). Got a quote from another company for additional insulation for $2,300. They said the system looked great. I would recommend not using unless you want to be taken advantage of.
Stephen Baker did an excellent job in repairing our A/C. He was friendly, helpful in answering questions, and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend him.
REEis was more than i expected in the flex duct work installed through out my home.. from the initial visit to recommend and design the system to the install, all employees were professional, courteous and very cautious of keeping dust and dirt to a minimum. The new ducts and registers improved the home in comfort tremendously.
Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running in no time. We signed up for their annual maintenance program and would definitely recommend them to others.
I tried this company this year instead of my regular guy. I had Danny out to my house to do air conditioning tune up. Very professional and detailed. I am use to getting a $1,000 list of part to repair with a high pressure sale tactic. He showed me that some of the previous recommendations were not even valid and found the real issue the other guys never even talked to me about in my previous appointments. I will use them again.

The service technician, Steven, came out to service our heating and cooling units. They were due servicing and one of the heating units was not operating. He found the problem and explained it, and completed the repair. He serviced both systems as well. He was very thorough, pleasant, and represented his company well.
REEIs has been our home air conditioning company for about 8 years. They upgraded the energy efficiency (new insulation, duct sealing etc.) and replaced the air conditioner in our home with positive and noticeable results. Solid, communicative, and honest business. 5 stars.
It said 24/7 response. While I admit 2:30 am is not an opportune time to set up an appointment, I have two cats and a dog in a house that is 83F in the middle of the night after what I believe is the fan breaking down in the AC. By midday, I'm going to to have to relocate them and myself.The response I got for using the emergency phone number was an answering machine that stated you have reached **muffled noises like a phone being rustled in a pocket** followed by an answering machine beep to leave a message. Not exactly a promising lead.Edited update: A response 2 months after the incident occurred using passive aggressive undertones. Yeah, about what I expected.
Steven went over the top to make sure all my concerns were addressed properly. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in complete detail. With all that, he was also friendly and considerate.

Their communication is terrible. After signing contract and paying 50% down, I waited and waited for them to schedule. Then got a call that I still owed them the other 50% as the job had been finished some time earlier. Finally got scheduled but I had to cancel due to illness. Got rescheduled, guys came out to do the insulation and add a return. Couldn't finish the return as they needed a Y. Was told that I would get a call in a day or so for the tech to come finish job ( a 30 min job) . A week later, I got a call at 9:30am that they wanted to come that day between 11 and 1. Not possible so agreed to 2pm. Had to take off work early and go home. Tech arrives, no one had filled him in on the details of what needed to be done. He needed another tech to help him. Had to wait for one to drive to Goodyear. Took until 630pm to complete as the part that was sent out was the wrong size so they had to fabricate a fix. Then this morning I noticed that the attic access was left off. Overall a disappointing experience

Disappointed with this company and it’s inability to communicate with there customer… they have now no show’d me twice which both times I took time off work to accommodate the time they said they would be in. I sent them a message asking what was going on and got no response back. Not a company I would recommend to any friends or family.
This review is delayed a couple years. We had a room above the garage that was much warmer than the rest of the house. Reeis came out, took a bunch of temp/airflow measurements input them into a program. They provided a proposal for around $4k which would correct our problem. (Included additional spray insulation, running a return air return line and a couple other small items. We did not see any significant difference after completion. That room still was 10 degrees hotter than the rest of house. After calling them they offered a 3rd solution by running additional return line from another room upstairs, no change. Finally offered another $2k solution to put control valves in the ducts to increase airflow to the hot room. I asked that they only charge is the cost of this fix and never heard from them again.My next door neighbor saw them at our house and hired them to do some work. Had a similar experience, thousands of dollars with no significant change.We have since replaced both AC and AHU’s in our home. The room is still warmer than the rest of the house but the new units made it much better.
Steven took the time to investigate ongoing issues we were experiencing, rather than just doing a cursory inspection. The fixes were simple, but will greatly reduce irritants within the home. Additionally, he came up with 2 viable solutions for fixing a design flaw with our shower ventilation! We can't thank him enough for taking the time to think outside the box and explain his ideas.
I used REEis for the first time thru SRP's pre-summer check. The tech,Antonio did a very through check according to the SRP's program's listed items. I was happy, and use them for my other house's pre-summer check. The technician seemed very knowledgeable. He also told me that REEis does not use high pressure sales tactics, will not tell you to buy or do something that you don't need. I'll use them again, they seem to be very reliable, and have good skill technician.
We have in the past had Stephen as our technician and that is why when we called this time we specifically asked for him. He is thorough in his checking our unit and takes time to explain how our system works. We very much appreciate and trust him as our technician.

I am faced with the unfortunate circumstance of buying a new AC unit. REEis was my second quote because I wanted to get at least two before I decided. They were able to get out same day which was excellent. They gave me a window of 2 hours and Tyler was right on the dot at the beginning of that 2 hour. I really appreciated his punctuality because my spouse gets antsy if she has to wait after a promised time. Most service professionals run perpetually late.Tyler inspected our unit, prepared a written quote for a 4 ton Trane unit and then called me to discuss. The price was reasonable for such a high quality unit, but I had to go with the lower bid and a slightly lesser quality unit.Tyler understood my decision, did not pressure me, answered a few more questions I had with no strings attached. I really appreciated his professionalism and if he represents the company values I would definitely do business with Reeis in the future.I heard the owner on KTAR a couple of years ago and was impressed with his knowledge. I continue to be impressed with this company and if I had a little more money to afford a Trane, I would certainly do business with them in this case. I'll be calling them for my maintenance needs . REEis has been our AC and heating service provided for three years. I learned about REEis through a friend after any company said that we needed to replace our unit. REEis came out and serviced our unit. A couple of things needed replaced through natural wear. However the unit is still performing well. The REEis crew instills trust in the service industry.

My AC went out this past summer and I contacted Reeis for a quote. They came out and were very professional and fair with pricing. The repaired the unit the same day. When I got home from work it was like nothing had even happened.I also purchased a home performance audit as I felt my AC bills have been exceptionally high for our size of house. It has been the best $99 investment I have spent on our home. They found several small leaks in the a/c duct work. My electric bill has reduced and already paid for itself!highly suggested

Where do I even begin? Purchased 2 new systems, new ducts and added insulation back in April for a late May install. It’s not July and we are still not fully up and running. To say we are disappointed in the service we received post purchase is an understatement.
This company was recommended to me via radio advertising by Rosey On the House. I asked them to perform annual maintenance and evaluation on my system. I was impressed with the professionalism, the approach, and the candid analysis that their technician performed. I will continue to use this company for my A/C needs.
Stephan performed our heating maintenance. He is VERY professional and personable. He was very helpful by explaining, in detail, the safeguards of our hvac system. He clearly cares about providing a thorough service, and takes pride in his work.

My A/C went out and I called REEis. They got here earlier than expected and when the technician saw that it was a new house he advised me to check to see if the unit was still under warranty. When I found out it was, he advised me to have them repair it instead and what I should make sure to have them do to ensure they truly fix it instead of just set it up to break on me after the warranty expires. I will definitely call them for problems after the warranty ends.
All workers have been thorough and professional. The units have been installed and maintained by Reeis. Prices and service have been exactly what I wanted and expected. No surprises, just good service.
We had used REEis 9 years ago for an energy audit and also to seal our duct work. We had them back out today because our HVAC company couldn't find the reason for an excessive amount of dust suddenly coming into our house. Instead, the HVAC company suggested we purchase air scrubbers for our units to treat the dust but, they couldn't figure out what was causing the problem. We declined the air scrubbers and called REEis instead. They sent Kyle and within 5 minutes, he found the problem (which turned out to be caused by the HVAC company when they installed the system) and he told us how it could be fixed. I would highly recommend REEis to anyone in need of HVAC work or home energy audits.
Our unit broke on a 112 degree day & I have 2 toddlers. They sent someone out right away and the problem was fixed right away. The technician was clean cut, friendly, and knowledgable.
The employees of this company are all polite and professional. Scheduling appointments is easy and no problem it too small for them to take care of. All of the technicians are thorough. Couldn't ask for a better company.

The salesman was outstanding, but that was it. He was only a salesman :/ the texturing on our cielings after vents were removed was poorly done. The actual problem of temperature change and control on one side of our house was never fixed. No one ever decided to follow up with us about how the work they did affected our home.Furthermore, I feel like we were used for our wallet. If I'd have known anything about HVAC I would have been more in tune with what they tried to fix and add on. It seems, however, many of the fixes and additions they made to try to make our house cooler was purely to Jack up the price. I certainly didn't need a vent in my tiny master closet. Lastly, the assistant at the office has trouble following instructions and barely seemed to care about her job.I still need additional HVAC work but will not be using Reeis, nor will I ever recommend them.
Steve did a fantastic job with his work and explained everything in detail. I request him for service twice a year. I will not use another technician at my home.

Electric bill dropped by %50 after the repairs done to our sad A/C ventilation system. The made many common sense reccomendations and showed me everthing that needed work and why they said that. ACTUALLY SHOWED ME!!! p.s. the work was done 5 years ago and we are still happy with the results

Poor work conditions people here cut insulation all day without wearing masks or having vacuums in the shop, there’s literally so much fiber glass in the air and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEE HEALTH.I got sick and instead of going into work and getting everybody else sick, I decided to take a COVID test on Sunday when I had work Monday, I let them know I took a COVID test and cannot make it in to work cause I don’t wanna get anyone sick and they fired me, they fired me because I didn’t want to get them sick. They fired me because I was precautious and they fired me over Covid. I should take these guys to court.
Dennis came out to do maintenance on my AC, and he was very informative and explained things clearly--which I absolutely appreciated. I will definitely call back for next time!
REEis originally installed my TRANE 18 Seer veritable speed AC System in 2018 after my old 1998 Carrier unit died in July 2018 , they saved me that summer , Howard Air was some how , so busy at that time & date they were not able to help me out , I went 8 days without AC , called REEis , a Rosie On The House Company , 2 days later I was blessed with COLD AIR , today 5/17 19 , my man Stephen Baker , a really knowledgeable Service Technician came out for a yearly Advance Air Conditioning TUNE -UP ,he was very pleasant , and did a really great job , REEis ROCKS !

Kyle is a hard working, knowledgeable technician who answered my questions and completed his work even though I was his last call and it was late in the day.
Miguel arrived on time. His appearance (clean uniform) and manners were impeccable.Miguel spent 1.5 hours inspecting and testing our 10 year old A/C, and recommended some maintenance, went over the details of what he found, with photos, assigned a priority to the recommended repairs, and provided a verbal estimate (which the office later confirmed in writing). I felt no pressure to make the repairs. A few hours after Miguel departed, I opted to accept their estimate.
The repair was fine and reasonable.The Freon needed topped off but he would not do it because he said he needed to check for a Freon leak. It was only down 2 pounds in 5 years. Not much!So we just wanted to top off, but he wouldn’t do it. We feel they just wanted to charge us more.
