Fred is the best! This is our new a/c company! First hot day & when we flipped to a/c our units were blowing heat. He figured out the problem was our thermostat and NOT our system. I've been a comfort club client for over 3 years. I would highly recommend this company. Whenever I have a problem, they come that day and fix it. They are very efficient and have installed thermostats along with a new unit. They have fair prices but most importantly, you get great service and quick response.

We recently underwent a complete remodel in our home. We took down a wall that contained our cold air return, took down a dropped ceiling that contained duct work in our bathroom and dining room and installed a wall to create a new powder room. AZ Perfect Comfort relocated the cold air return and duct work in all the rooms. AZ Perfect Comfort was amazing to work with from initial walk through for the estimate to the finished product. We encountered several bumps along the way during demolition nothing fazed these guys. They were professional and had lots of great ideas on how to fix the issues and give us they layout in our home we had only dreamed about in the past.

My a/c had finally died after 29 years. I decided to get 3 bids and went online and sent interest requests . I heard from 2 and added a quote from Costco. AZ Perfect Comfort was the first to come out. They were the best in their initial inspection and presentation of the proposal. They also had the best price and were the earliest for installation and availability! I had been without a/c for 10 days at that point so this was important! Within 30 minutes my house had cooled 10 degrees! And so much quieter! And Fred and Justin were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Fred and Raymond were at our house this morning to install our new AC unit. It was installed in a very timely manner. When speaking with either Robin or Stacy on the phone it is always a great experience. It is very evident that they really care about their clients.

I really love AZ Perfect Comfort, they have the best service compares to some other companies. Our AC had issue on the Labor day weekend, I called them on early in the morning on the Labor Day (at 7AM) and James arrived after 1 hour and fixed all the issue within 15 mins and explained to me all the details. Mack came out on Saturday, determined we needed a new Motherboard for one of our systems. Parts warehouse is closed on weekends, so it could not be ordered until Monday. He had the system up and running Monday morning. He is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, efficient and leaves no mess behind. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time. AZ Perfect Comfort is a great company, and I couldn't be happier with their services. They've been servicing my A/C for a couple of years, and when I finally needed a new unit, they replaced it at a very fair price with a great service contract included, and their employees were friendly, professional and on time.

This was hands down the best choice for our AC. The 20 year old AC didn’t work when we purchased the property, but it was winter (in AZ lol) so we weren’t too pressed about it. Since this is such a big purchase, we talked interviews many companies. Perfect Comfort had the best mix of customer service, knowledge, value, quality of system, and professionalism. It took us a few months to end up selecting a company since it was winter, then the holidays etc, but they weren’t pushy or “sales-y” in the meantime. Fred came by and assessed our needs and provided the optimum plan for us. He even allowed us to go over our future plans to remodel, and gave us many great suggestions which helped us to put a timeline together for the services (of course we will hire them for!).
Throughout the process, Jana would make sure we had all the information necessary for a smooth install. She was always polite and knowledgeable, and never left us confused or questioning anything.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Fred running the actual install! I’ve heard of the “sales-person” coming to get the business, then leaving the labor for the technicians. It was awesome to see him and the rest of the team doing exactly what he explained months earlier.
We have an older home, and the previous owner was... interesting... anywho, Fred found some questionable AC parts in the attic that he advised me of, and left me with some guidance as to what to do with it. The team completed their job quick and efficiently, and left no trace that they were even there... well except now we have an AMAZING ac unit! Our bill hasn’t changed much either. We went from not having a working unit, to a brand new unit running daily, and haven’t experienced a notable change in our electric bill.

We moved into our new house and replaced the 19-year-old A/C system with a new, high efficiency one. Fred was fantastic about outlining our options, even explaining why we didn't need the most expensive systems. The installation was on time and professional, and the installers took the time to help us program the new thermostat. Not only that, but the installers of the original system had left a huge mess in the attic, which AZ Perfect Comfort cleaned up free of charge.

We had our A/C system installation completed today by AZ Perfect Comfort through Fred Russo and his team.

The team that came to do the install wore masks and put down coverings on the floors stairs and other areas they would be accessing in the house.

The installation was done as expected and they were very professional and vacuumed after they were done.

They took their time to test and ensure that the system was running and explain the setup and usage of the digital and WiFi enabled thermostat.

I cannot give AZ Perfect Comfort enough praise. We came home from an extended leave on Wednesday afternoon to a non-working AC. After checking their reviews, I called Janna. She scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am Thursday. Dan arrived early and got right to work. It showed that he really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained our options. We chose to replace the whole unit. Janna called me and set us up for installation the same day. Dan and Fred had us in cool comfort before the sun went down.

I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your AC needs. Their staff was professional and friendly. We had an emergency and they came out to our house the same day. I was afraid I would need a new AC unit as mine is from 1997. They were able to repair my AC unit for under $300. I appreciated their honesty during my crisis.

Wow! Truly a blessing. I called them today after a horrifying experience with a scam artist HVAC company this morning. I had been without air for 1.5 days. The woman I spoke to initially was so nice and checked how far one of their technicians was from my address. I could not believe when she said he could make his way over TODAY. James showed up within 3 hours and could not have been more helpful. He was on my roof in the sweltering sun for a long time running tests and making sure everything was ok. It ended up being a very small fix but he was so extremely thorough, informative and kind. Thank you James and AZ Perfect Comfort!! Highly recommend.

Our air handling unit went down on a Thursday night in the middle of a heat wave. I called AZ Perfect Comfort at 7am on Friday and they we able to get a repair person onsite by 8:30am.

Matt was extremely professional, fast, and knowledgeable. I have some experience with motor repairs and he talked me through the issue and his recommended repair with no b.s. He had out unit back up and running by 9:30am.

AZ Perfect Comfort took what could have been a long, uncomfortable situation for my family and made it a shining example of what good customer service can do.

Our A/C went out on a Sunday night. It was set to be 117 degrees that week. I left a message with AZ Perfect Comfort. Ray arrived early the next morning. Ray had our A/C bandaged and temporary cooling. Ray took the time to explain what happened and our options. After a very thorough discussion and subsequent high-quality estimate from Fred, we decided to replace our 10 year old system.

Dan and Ray arrived early to completely replace our system. They were done by noon. Fast, efficient and personable. I especially liked the color Dan used to describe our new system.

The front office kept me informed of the process and assured all details were in place for a smooth transition.

Called them to get a second opinion on a job that didn’t seem right. They promptly came out and saved me a ton on money by showing me the repairs weren’t needed. When my second ac unit goes out I will be calling AZ Perfect Comfort to come and replace it.

I live in North Central Phoenix and had my HVAC system serviced by AZ Perfect Comfort. Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. I have met the owners through The Phoenix Metro Chamber of Commerce and they are passionate about their business and keeping their clients happy and “cool”.

First let me start with the customer service...top notch the entire time! From setting the appointment to confirming the appointment to the arrival of the technician, their process is extremely professional. I was in the process of selling my condo and the buyers realtor wanted me to add a $750 allowance for an issue the inspector flagged. I called AZ Perfect Comfort and the repair was an easy fix that saved me over $600. Honesty and integrity are the name of the game with this company.

Of all companies we have dealt with in the past 25 years of owning our home, we have NEVER had this GREAT experience. Our AC unit was not cooling. Janna set up appointment. Fred and Leo were here right on time.
As we expected our 25 year old unit had ruined coils, rusted pan and no freon. Fred took his time and gave us all options. We decided to go with a new unit. Instead of telling us what we should buy, he gave us options again and let us decide.
After giving him our choice. Our new unit was installed in one day.

The attic potion of our AC system died last Thursday. When the AZPC technician, Mack, verified this and put in an order for a new Trane, he left a portable AC and installed it in the hottest bedroom, to help us make it through the hot weekend until our new system - both outside and attic units - arrived and could be installed. The four-man team arrived at 6:45 Monday morning and could not have been more professional or worked harder than these men did. They were courteous, positive, and very helpful explaining our new thermostat and how to ease our new AC into running at our preferred level of cooling. They also thoroughly covered up their walkway and work area and then cleaned up the insulation, etc., that had fallen from the attic while they worked. When our packet of information arrived in the mail, we were thrilled to see that we now have a 14-year warranty (mostly transferrable) and a built-in semi-annual service plan. Our AC is running better than it ever has in the three years we have lived here. We are thrilled with our experience with AZ Perfect Comfort and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with AC issues.

Our a/c went out on Friday afternoon and had a new system up and running by Monday afternoon. I called and talked with Robin late Friday afternoon. Home Warranty technicians came out after going without air 5 days and and said they found the problem and fixed it. And then two hours after they left warm air is blowing through air vents again. Callef AZ Perfect Comfor they arrived the next morning fixed the problem. And we're living happily ever after with cool air.

The entire crew is awesome from owner Robin to Fred the Ops Manager as well as Stacy in the office. Also, installers were extremely friendly and worked their butts off to ensure we got our A/C done quickly. I wont work with another HVAC company in the future as Perfect Comfort stands by their name.

First, let me start off by saying I am shocked by the number of positive reviews for this place. Dealing with this company has been a horrendous process since day one. Stacy, the admin person, is extremely rude and greatly lacks professionalism. I had to deal with her trying to aggressively sell me a new unit multiple times before she finally got the clue to stop pressuring me. My unit is 5 years old, yet she told me it was subpar and old and I should just replace it. She didn't even know how old it was when she was telling me it's old. When I told her it was 5 years old, she changed what she said to it's middle aged. The technicians that came out told me that it's a good name, not old or middle aged. I was told by the technicians that 15-20 years old is what qualifies as an older unit. Stacy has her aggressive sales tactics that she will use to try to convince you that you have no other choice but to replace your unit. Don't fall for it! I feel so bad for all the elderly/naive people that have probably believed her lies. She is on commission and will do anything to convince you to buy a new AC out of pocket and avoid the home warranty company. Every interaction I've had with Stacy has been difficult. We have been trying to use our home warranty to get the costs of the repairs covered, but her poor communication has caused several delays. The repairs should be covered under our policy, but, we decided to hire another contractor to do the job because we are so frustrated with waiting on this company to follow the protocol requirements by the home warranty. It is clear to me that this company only works with the home warranty companies in order to try to make sales and convince their customers that it's useless to use the home warranty. They tried to sell me a new, bigger unit, a better brand unit, insulation, etc... All I needed was one tiny part!! So glad we went Matt over at Desert Diamond Mechanical! He was able to come out and get it fixed within an hour!

John and his team responded to a leak and damage situation at our offices in less than 2 hours. They diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Best in class. Knowledgeable and responsive. Last Friday we had a flurry of pink snow falling from our dining room ac duct onto everything.

We closed the vent to stop the flow of cellulose insulation. I decided to venture into my attic the next morning. Fortunately there is excellent head room for me to walk it. I found the vent above the dining room and then it occurred to me, Why am I doing this? Even if I might have found the problem, I could also just as easily put my foot through my ceiling. Wisdom gained, I got out of the attic and called AZ Comfort.

The young tech, Mack, showed up on time. Very polite and equally professional. He went right into the attic and observed our entire duct and Air handler system. He came back down and commented about the professional way the 3 year old system was laid out. He checked everything and determined that what came out was a temporary burst of cellulose that had probably been there from the beginning installation but had now foundits way through our vent, hence no problem.

So, really there was no problem, but this young man quickly and professionally diagnosed the non-issue and took the time to explain everything. For less than a hundred bucks and less than 30 minutes, we became very satisfied with their (his) service.

Julio came out to service my AC and he was very detailed and knowledgeable. He explained what he did, checked on warranty status, made recommendations, and made an honest quote for the repair. This company has great employees and does quality work.

I initially had the wrong service performed, but that may have been a miscommunication between me and the business. Once I brought it to their attention, they were quick to remediate and help fix the misunderstanding. It’s great to see a company stand behind their work and make sure they have a happy customer in the end. I was so pleased with them that I let them work on both my rental home and my personal home!

Review and update... owner came by on Sunday, early in the morning, and fixed the AC unit in 15 minutes, something about a capacitor. HE didnt need to. Apparently, even though we have home warranty, the insurance only pays for normal business hours, so sunday was definitely not normal hours.
It seemed that the weekend person hadnt arrived at my calls so no one knew about my problem.
Once all the messages were written and reviewed, my problem with the AC was fixed less than 24 hrs later.
I'm very thankful since my 9 month old baby was able to sleep through the night.

The technicians who came out were really kind and so helpful. They also worked really well with our home warranty company to get us the equipment we needed to get our house cooled down and comfortable for our family.

Excellent service and Veteran owned. The technician went above and beyond the job. I have a new AC unit but he installed the Nexia wifi thermostat. While installing he identified a major wiring issued left by the previous guys. He fixed the issue, installed the thermostat and everything has been running smoothly ever since. I highly recommend this company and upgrading to the Nexia thermostat.

There are a great many positives things i would like to say were wonderful right from speaking with Robin who is wonderfully intelligent about the entire AC Heat business, to the Finance assistance and help i received from Stacy to Cameron who installed a wonderful new Trane heat pump unit. This is a top notch company who answers the phone consistently and responsively. I am not getting paid to say any of this and it is sincere. It is horrible to be without AC on AZ and this company came thru!

Fair prices and great service. Their tech Raymond in particular has a great attitude, is extremely knowledgeable, and does an excellent job. Also their inside support staff (Jana) is prompt and very pleasant to work with.

Fred, the sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He came back to temporarily fix the 18 year old unit until it could be replaced. I had 4 estimates that varied by an amazing $5000 difference for the exact same unit and manufacturers. There are numerous people out there that try to take advantage of people BEWARE! The installers were on time, personable and experienced. They also brought a ac unit for 1 room. I highly recommend this company. The entire process(even office staff) made this a better experience than I imagined it would be.

Initial installation was faulty and caused water damage to our ceiling. When we filed a claim with their insurance company for damages, they blamed us (the customer) and refused to stand by their work. This was extremely disappointing. I will never use this company again as they do not stand behind their work.

How could you go wrong with anything Disney! It was the first weekend of the Christmas holiday season. Christmas music was playing people are in good moods lots of things to do lots of eateries! You went to Splitsville the bowling alley had lots of fun it was about $24 per person for 1 hour and include your shoes.

Here we are, not even 2 years after installation of our mini-split and it doesn't work. Again. This place is atrocious to deal with. While giving the worst customer service, they told us how excellent their service is, as evidenced by their reviews. They're great when you don't have a problem. Beware if you have any issues!

Great experience with TemperaturePro. They arranged a time to come by that worked with our schedule, and confirmed the arrival time earlier in the day. Showed up on time, took pictures of the issue and explained what had happened, fixed the issue so it wouldn't happen again, and made an effort to leave the area very clean, as well. So my air handler was making an awful racket for the past week or so. I knew this meant I'd need the Dreaded Air Conditioning Replacement but I wasn't sure who I could trust. Am SO glad I went with TemperaturePro!. The technician on site was courteous and respectful to my family; he explained (in plain English) what was wrong and what was needed. When the time came to make a decision re: which system to install, Robin spent an hour with us walking through the options and the pros/cons of each. It was clear she was looking for the best system for us for the money...and indeed, she recommended that we NOT choose the most expensive option as it didn't make sense for our needs. Their installation crew was amazing -- meticulous, quick, and clean. The work was done in a day, and Robin followed up a few days later to ensure the everything was okay. Truly, truly can't say enough good things about these guys; they've earned my business for life!

Our AC went out in the middle of the night last week and Temp Pro had someone out at 7:30 am and fixed it right away. The tech, Julio, was very friendly and professional. The price was great and he explained what was wrong in a lot of detail, you could tell he was very knowledgeable in his trade. Thankful they came so quickly, we have a 2 year old and it would have been a very miserable day/weekend if they didn't come so quickly.

Do not use this business! They wanted me to put in a new air conditioner for $7,000 and I got another company to fix my air conditioner for less than $400 They told me the part I needed was not available and I would need to get an entire new air conditioner. So I checked with another ac service who found the part and replaced it within 2 days.

Temperature Pro was able to come out on just 24 hour notice. The technician was very nice and professional. After just buying our first home, my fiance and I noticed that we had terrible airflow going to our master bedroom. We thought that we had a major issue that would cost a lot of money. The technician (forgot his name) found a piece of card board or foam that was blocking our vent. It was probably used to help airflow but became detached. We received pictures of the piece and airflow is back to normal. If you are looking for an honest company, that responds quickly, I would choose temperature pro all day!

Temperature Pro helped me out when I was in need of some load calculations for an HVAC unit that was installed by another company. These calculations were required by the city to pass inspection yet my installer didn't have the program to give me this information. I contacted Temperature Pro and they came out the next day, did the calculations and had them to me in less than 24 hours so I could have them for our inspection. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

They came and fixed my furnace for $250 after another contractor recommended a $5000 replacement. They vacuumed up after they fixed the furnace in the attic and dust came down when they were going in and out of the attic. Most important though, they are a contractor I can trust.

They say veteran owned but when it comes to service wise they are not professional at all, the guy came for service called another person and checked for the alternative opinion. He was not sure what to do at the time of service. And he charged more than 400 bucks and said my HVAC is not in good shape. When i checked with other provider on the same day he said he can fix it for 150$.

HVAC unit was running fine but it used to make some kind of screeching noise so I scheduled appointment for tune up. Service guy came said there was imbalance pressure, need to refill freon. For that he charged me 429$ and said there will be another repair suggested which is pressure switch. He said For pressure switch repair some one will be calling and gives me estimation. Lady from office called me and said it is going to be 1500$ to install that part. Seriously they are trying to get as much, they are not honest at all. I would not recommend this company at all.

Techs are knowledgeable and prompt. Our Trane system is over 11 years old but still going stong.
