Nixa called me when she was on her way, troubleshot it in about three minutes, went to the truck, got the part, and installed it. Wow! This family business is AMAZING. They were sent to me through Fidelity's National Home Warranty program. I had a one-off anomaly issue where my thermostat was not talking to my home security system. Others were stumped by this and couldn't figure it out. Father and Son team, Mike and Tim, stuck with it until they figured it out and rather quickly I might add. Top notch service. Very professional, efficient and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

Home Warranty technicians came out after going without air 5 days and and said they found the problem and fixed it. And then two hours after they left warm air is blowing through air vents again. Callef AZ Perfect Comfor they arrived the next morning fixed the problem. And we're living happily ever after with cool air.
