We had our roof replaced by Craig and his company last week. This is not something I took lightly. We're are literally talking about the roof over my family's head. I had several estimates and spent a lot of time taking to people who knew the industry. I chose Craig because he's local, runs a family business, and was willing to stand by his work. The price wasn't the cheapest we were quoted but also not the highest by a long shot. The job started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Craig's workers were professional and took time to clean up after themselves. We did have an issue with my AC unit blowing a fuse twice. You can tell a lot about a person how they handle adverse situations. We realized the AC was out after-hours. I reached out to Craig and he was all over it. The AC was up and running quickly and Craig took care of it. He was contrite and did whatever he needed to make sure it was fixed. That's good customer service. I recommend Craig and Brown Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

Communicating with the roofers was difficult.

I had a very small project that I could not do myself. Jack Core is the best!! He is great to communicate with, honest, reliable, particular about the work he does and very, very fair in terms of cost. If you are looking for someone to do roofing or remodeling, I could not think of anyone who would be better.

Scott helped me get my roof replaced. Him and his company battled with my insurance company to get it done right.

Jim came to the house to inspect my 30-year old roof. He gave me a guestimate to replace the roof after climbing up and taking some pictures. His estimate came in at the same level a few days later. The crew showed up when expected and the job finished in about 10 days (there were a few break days in between, but I was expecting that). My neighbors have all replaced their roofs recently, and their tiles were distinctly color mis-matched. I was pleasantly surprised that I don't see any mismatches in my roof tile color : ) I did see 2 spots I didn't like--the tiles didn't lay well along a couple features. I called Jim and he had the crew back out to fix within a day, no push-back or extra charges. Now it looks great.

The service and installation was great. Our estimate was right on time and the actual roofing was on time and quality. What else can you ask for. We would recommend In-Ex Designs to anyone.

Mark, owner of Dunne Roofing Services, was great to work with. During the rainy, and very busy time this fall Mark was able to fit us in for repairs to our roof when we really need him. We really appreciate his straight forward approach along with the fact that he did not try to sell us on a much bigger job than needed. Don't hesitate to call Dunne Roofing!

I tried to use this company to work on my flat roof. We agreed to price and had a contractor agreement we have all our contractors fill out that includes references and rules while working on our companies jobs. This company refused to fill it out and would not explain why. I'm not sure if they don't pay taxes but don't waste your time with this company.

Steve and his team did an amazing job on our roof. They replaced our entire roof. We are so pleased with the outcome and our roof looks great and no leaks! Their team is extremely professional, on time and cleaned up after leaving each day.

I was impressed from the moment they arrived with the huge dumpster with port-a-johns attached! I know that might sound silly, but it was appreciated to have the workers be able to go to the bathroom in a respectful way. This was the best experience I've ever had dealing with a contractor. Every one of my concerns were answered promptly and there were only a couple. The work they preformed was exceptional. They were on the job site when they said they would be. The owner, Rene, checked in every day with me and his crew to make sure everything was going well. The final product is great! We couldn't be more happy with the whole experience.

It was easy to get a quote. Jim answered all of our questions. He answered the phone every time i called him. Scheduled job around our needs. Job was completed on time and Miguel was very communicative throughout the installation. The crew cleaned up daily and did an excellent job with final clean up at end of job. Miguel even made sure the mud packs got painted to match the tile. They were very professional and the entire process went smoothly and caused us no stress. Thank you so much!

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
