Quick, clean, experienced, efficient, thorough, and very detailed about the quality of work given!! After previously having another company come out to try & identify the source of a leak, (which they could not find after cutting into the wall and ceiling!) A.P.E.S. was called out & Dominic was GREAT from the moment he walked in the door! Experience matters, they know what they're doing and he made everything so simple and smooth! He was able to pinpoint and address the leak within the hour. Very personable and clean work!! I can see Dominic truly cares about doing his work right, he has integrity!! We are only calling them for any needs from now on! Thank you again!

Luckily I found A.P.E.S, super great company! They came on time, unlike most companies that I’ve used! My technician was Dominic, who was super professional and was able to identify the source of the problem immediately! He took the time to explain and answer questions before he fixed the issue. Super friendly and personable and what I appreciated the most was that he cleaned up his mess before he left! Super helpful! I will be using their services in the future!

Could not be more impressed with Cole and Craig who were the A.P.E.S plumbers that fixed our sink. Not only were they fast and efficient you could really tell they knew their stuff. Upon greeting them at the door they introduced themselves and detailed the work to be done. They asked about my holiday and we took time to exchange some stories while they were hard at work. Again this was a fabulous experience and the workmanship was top notch. Impressive.

The technician, I believe it was Jibran, was promptly on time, not what I’m used to with OTHER businesses, so I actually almost missed him! He was professional, told me exactly what he needed to do to fix the plumbing issue, got right to business. He was friendly, did not leave any mess of trash behind and literally was hassle free for me. Even the courteous phone call at the time of making the appointment The scheduler(female) was super polite and friendly. Dominic was professional and timely from the very start. Upon arrival, he was tasked with fixing a disposal issue. He assessed the issue quickly and also advised there was an issue with the other side of the sink. He worked quickly and provided clear education on the issue and how to proactively use my new disposal to avoid this problem from reoccurring. Awesome! Matt definitely got to work right away. I explained what was the problem under my sink, He looked at it, and knew how and what to do within a minute. Then It scared me that he did all he could with my water heater and couldn’t find the problem especially knowing it is a brand new water heater. He then tried what he “thought” would work And it surely did! I’m so glad he caught it! I’m very grateful and pleased with his patience and expertise!

We had a clogged sink backed up with paper, and after efforts of plunger, drano, 15 ft snake, it did not work to clear it, so we were relieved to have APE come with their commercial grade 50 ft camera and snake to clean out the pipe so I can reuse my kitchen sink again finally after 5 long days waiting. Cole was our technician and he was super professional and friendly and clean and I would definitely want to use them again because of him.

Very thankful for APES HVAC! Our water heater went out and with it being winter the pipes , and then water is very cold. They came out right away, discovered the issue, and got us up and going same day within a few hours. We knew it likely needed to be replaced and we were concerned it would take days , but we’re up and running again. Thank you Aaron for your professionalism and efficiency!!!

Sal and Jibran were the techs that came out to repair our plumbing system that had root invasion. They were always here when they said they would be, and they did great work. They were very friendly and explained everything that was going on. We haven't had a plumbing issue since they replaced the pipes.

Fastest turnaround service I’ve ever had. The technician Matt was very helpful, he explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond to fix my shower. What I thought was simple... was extensive to fix and Matt made sure it was done correctly. I was using a drain cover because mine rusted off. I didn’t know mold was growing underneath. He removed all molded piping and replaced with a new drain. Great job! Great customer service!

the man came to my home and was instantly rude asking was i gonna be hostile toward him i asked him why would he walk up to someones home asking that question!! he went on to say oh i just dont feel comfortable doing this im leaving ! didnt even attemp to see the issue was instantly on defense for no reason other than he felt intimidated by a black woman! they shouldnt send racist people out to do jobs. this us one way to lose business! i will file a complaint with the BBB AG office and OCR

Bathroom tub wasn't draining properly. The tech showed up on time, was friendly and professional, The problem was old owner installed a piece that was wrong for the type of shower. Literally took under 5 minutes for him to figure out. Didn't make me feel incompetent for not knowing. Gave me a tip to to save money on a part we discussed based on a question i had asked. More importantly Didn't try to do something more or add services that weren't needed ..AKA...HONEST!! I think his name is Kevin. Would definately use again if we have another problem. Kevin would be good for teaching others about great customer service.

I know Ralph from the new BNI group I joined. When our main shower stopped draining well I reached out to Ralph at APES explained the issue & that the shower drain had been grouted in by sloppy previous contractors. He coached me on a zero-invasive way with an expensive Home Depot product that I could see if I could clear the drain myself. When that didn’t work Ralph sent Zack the Plumbing Manager over to help. Zack was able to check at a deeper level without popping the drain cover off & found it was tree roots clogging the pipes.
Although we aren’t going to dig into this project quite yet as we may be renovating that side of the house relatively soon, we really appreciated their expertise, precision & care. Great guys & great company! We will be calling them when we are ready to dig up & reposition those 2 bathrooms for sure. Thanks team! ?

Destry was amazing. He first had to come out days before Christmas Eve to try and fix our oven. He was great about communicating when he was coming, what was going on and what he needed to do. Was able to a temporary fix to get us through the Christmas while we waited for the major part to come in. Came out today and completed the fix. Thank you so very much.

I live in an apartment complex & my building began experiencing plumbing problems on/around 4/26. Several units in my building were experiencing sewage backups that were causing terrible smells & overflows. The plumbing issues caused my toilet not to flush, & it also caused a terrible smell in my unit (which, up until A.P.E.S. came to “fix” the problem, were the ONLY problems in my unit). The leasing office called A.P.E.S. sometime during the morning of 4/27, & after claiming that they would arrive in an hour, A.P.E.S. didn’t arrive until HOURS later (& once they finally arrived, the problem remained unresolved by the time they left).

A.P.E.S. left the complex shortly before 4PM on 4/27. Thinking that the plumbing issue was now resolved, I went to check my toilet & found that it still was not flushing. The smell also remained, & as I pulled back my shower curtain to check my tub, I found that I now had RAW SEWAGE that had come up from the shower drain following the work the plumbers did outside of our building (see “RAW SEWAGE BEFORE” [attached]).

I decided to call A.P.E.S. directly, in order to advise them of the issues that remained. I spoke with CeCe, who advised that they weren’t finished & would be coming back. I asked if she could have them come to my unit with the necessary tools/chemicals to clean the raw sewage out from my tub (which is something that I obviously should NOT have to do), & she stated that she would put the request in.

After missing in action for nearly 3 hours, A.P.E.S. finally returned to “complete” the job shortly before 7PM, but the job actually was not FULLY completed. Shortly after A.P.E.S. returned to the same area they were at earlier, I heard a knock on my door; It was one of the plumbers who went by the name of Justin, & I let him in.

Justin walked into the bathroom & flushed the toilet, after which point he ran a couple drops of water in the tub (which, as stated, now contained RAW SEWAGE) & he then began to leave without cleaning it. I stopped him before he got to the door & I asked if he had the necessary tools to clean this mess out of my tub (as I had requested in PLAIN ENGLISH over the phone). At this point, he said he did not, he asked ME if I had any simple green or similar (to which I replied no [i'm not a plumber & i'm not paid NOR equipped to do the job of a plumber]), he said he had nothing to clean the tub with, & he left my apartment.

After leaving my apartment, Justin returned to the same area outside, continued working, & the problem in my tub suddenly got worse as I now had my tub filling up with even MORE raw sewage (see “RAW SEWAGE AFTER” [attached]). At this point, I went outside to share pictures of the worsening problem with the plumbers, & I ONCE AGAIN requested for them to clean it up. At this point, Justin started screaming like a 2-year-old, telling me everything he WASN'T going to do, & in the end, Justin & his partner left without making ANY effort to clean up the mess THEY caused.

This company needs to do a better job of A. taking OWNERSHIP & B. setting the right expectations for the customer. It is not the CUSTOMERS responsibility to clean up a mess that YOUR employees caused. If you can drive clear across town to pick up a $5,000 dollar piece of equipment (that you should’ve ALREADY had in your work van), then you can make the necessary accommodations to clean up any/all messes that YOU cause within someone’s home (as a result of YOUR work); A.P.E.S chose to dump that responsibility on ME, & to have Justin yelling & screaming like a 2-year-old when I went outside to request that they clean up the mess they created in my apartment only made a bad situation worse. In the end, his actions, along with the lack of empathy & eventually RETALIATION (coming by way of one or more A.P.E.S. staff members submitting a false complaint to our leasing office claiming that I was “harassing” them) makes the entire company look bad. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Cole and Craig were phenomenal!, very polite, courteous and friendly from the start, they helped fix a leak for our families home, when the other company left our water off and never returned to fix our shower. they were fast efficient and are a asset to your company, I will be recommending these two to everyone I know!.

Dominic York came and fixed our main clogged sewer line. He was quick and professional. He even left us a pair of gloves to help clean when he saw how bad our showers had gotten from the clog. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the service we received from A.P.E.S. The dispatcher Shirley was kind and understanding when she called to schedule, and as promised, I received a call letting me know when the technician was on the way. Our service technician, Frisco, was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and discuss all of the issues and options with us. He was very sympathetic to our situation and did everything he could to get our system up and going again. I am so grateful for the quality service we received during a stressful time. I would recommend A.P.E.S. to anyone looking for an honest company that is reliable and provides excellent customer service.

I’ve had A.P.E.S. To my house a few times recently for a variety of reasons. We had some AC issues and plumbing related issues. The staff was super friendly and was genuinely concerned about addressing our issues and making sure my family was taken care of. They were fast but made sure things were done the right way. 100% recommend

These people are liars and thieves.They steal from their employees and their clients. Don't believe the lack of negative reviews, they pay to have them removed. They used my fiance's licenses and sent a completely unqualified lead plumber to make the money and starved out the good employee. Took jobs he sold and gave them to their Dirty little pet. Paid him nothing to clean up their messes because they don't hire real plumbers and to do personal favors with little to no compensation. Owners are complete NARCISSISTS with everything that comes with the disorder. Everyone in the Valley knows that they started the business with equipment they procured from a previous employer who died. Their plumbers aren't certified for much of anything. They also used his personal account at parts warehouses for his discount WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. Typical Arizona plumbing company with ZERO integrity. Save yourself money and heartache and avoid these people like the plague.

From start to finish my experience was amazing. The first call in the lady was so pleasant and helpful. She switched me to dispatch and she was amazing as well. Then Anthony and Alex came out, while my store had a power outage that a good chunck of Peoria had they just kept going and fixing everything! They were so awesome. Plus job well done and no issues and cleaned up even when I told them not to worry about the mess. I couldn't be more happy with my call and service! Looking forward to some projects we are doing in the future with them!

Cole and Craig were great. They completed the repairs promptly, answered my questions and even gave me some great advice. As plumbing appt experiences go, this was a good one.

They went above and beyond. Dominic and Miguel are great employees . Friendly and professionall, helped me getting things right with the home insurance too. Toilet got fixed and even new part were replaced. Small things make a difference when hiring a company, I will definetely recommend them.

After a couple people from a different service could not figure out the issues. Joe and Miguel after their first visit knew the problem. The part may have taken a few weeks but after it was in , they promptly scheduled it to be fixed. These guys were nice, professional and worked quickly. APES also called us back periodically to let us know the status.

On Thursday 12/2 Kevin came out to take a look at our very old water heater that wasn’t working properly. He was so polite and incredibly efficient! He diagnosed the issue so quickly and explained to me what the next step was and I felt very informed! He let me know he had a replacement on his truck and could get started right away. We had our hot water heater break down and Ape's was fantastic. They had someone over the next day, and the person they sent, Carter Wilkinson, was truly fantastic. Super personable, replaced the whole thing in about 90 minutes. His work was impeccable. I highly recommend Apes and Carter if you need any plumbing work at your house!

Christian and Dan recently came to my house to see why our water wasn't staying hot for longer than 5 minutes. They were extremely friendly and replaced our water heater and did it extremely fast. It's so nice to take hot showers again!

They were very friendly. I would choose your company's service next time. Last time they helped me to turn off the irrigation system which caused the water leaked into the backyard. The home warranty company doesn't cover for the irrigation system, so Miguel and Steven couldn't do anything else for me. But I appreciate their service, friendliness.

I had a water leak and being new to the area, I just performed a search. The Google reviews for A.P.E.S. were not wrong. I called, got same day coverage and in less than 3 hours from initial phone call to fix completion. Shout out to Carter Wilkinson for his approach and professionalism - MUCH appreciated. I no longer need to worry about wondering who I will use in the future.

UPDATE: Due to Carters exceptional service, I gave the air conditioning side of the house a call when my thermostat died. Well, long story short - they wanted to charge me $1,100 for a replacement plus $284 to come back to install it. I ordered an upgraded thermostat from Amazon ($240 delivered). Called another company and they replaced and programmed for less than $100. So very disappointed in APES business practices and will NEVER use them again. Additionally, I usually don't complain but this was so egregious, I will go out of my way to tell my story at every opportunity. They certainly operate with the motto of BUYER BEWARE.

Cole and Craig went above and beyond to remedy a situation left unremedied by our rental company. We appreciate their personable and friendly service and should we need any other services in the future we will be asking for them specifically. Your company has a great team in Cole and Craig.

Anthony Mata came out to a new property that we are renting for a water heater replacement. He called me before hand to update me and was on time and was able to come out much quicker than expected. He was very professional, replaced all of our components with new ones, and did a very clean and well done install. He was nice and even the owner of A.P.E.S. personally came out because I had told anthony the wrong size water heater and delivered it. Great company, and great performance.

AMAZING service. APES was dispatched from my home warranty service to fix something that did not get fixed before. I called my warranty company at 8:00 am, APES was here by 9:30 a.m. It was one of those problems that doesn't show up when you take your car to the mechanic. That did not stop TJ from continuing to investigate, found the culprit and fixed it.

I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot the end of August. After four failed appointments with the contractor they referred me to, my dishwasher still wasn't installed. I called A.P. E.S and spoke with Destry. Such a different experience. We discussed the problems I had with the previous installer. He was so helpful. He told me my installer would be Rene and what parts I would need for the job. Rene came out on time and did great job installing it. It wasn't easy to get old dishwasher out. Destry also came to help and make sure the job was done correctly. I even got a follow up text to see if I was satisfied. This company obviously believes in great customer service and hires some very kind people. I appreciated all of their concern and hard work. I will definitely use them in the future.

I was very pleased with their service. They were recommended through my landlord, and not only did they call ME to set up the appointment, but they were able to get out to my home quickly and arrived when they said they would! The technician who came (Carter) was very friendly and professional. He figured out quickly what the issue was and was able to get it solved just as efficiently! He even noticed another potential issue (a wall with water damage) and recommended another service to address it before it could become too much of an issue. Thank you for a job well done!

We had a problem with roots in our pipes and the sewage was backing up. APES came out and found the problem, gave us an estimate and then got us on the schedule for our pipe to be replaced so we wouldn't have any more issues. They spent all day fixing it and got the job done right. They are fast, affordable, efficient and they have amazing customer service. Shout out to Dominic and Roman for there hard work in this AZ heat. They did an excellent job and they were very professional. I'd recommend them 100 more times

They were very professional, they made it easy to schedule our tub install and Carter did a very professional job installing. The price was also very competitive. The initial response to a shower that would not turn off when water was turned on revealed that when the house was built the valve piping was installed up side down so the shower could not turn off. After a small bump in the scheduling Carter Wlkinson came out. He had to remove dry wall in the kitchen to get to the valve. He was quick and professional, cleaned up and was on his way. Very happy with service and recommend A.P.E.S.

Ralph the owner is a stand up guy and does exactly what he says he’s going to do. When his plumber Carter came over he was very informative and overall had great customer service. The previous plumber that scoped the drains had said the entire house needed new drains. Carter scoped them and said just a section needed to be done and saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you!

Barrett came on time and was friendly, courteous, efficient and thorough in both my toilet repair and helping me make an informed decision on whether to repair or replace a bathtub that has required repair yearly. For both issues, all options were thoroughly explained and the pricing was reasonable and within the norms for a good job in this area. I was very pleased with the result of the toilet repair and the honesty and choices offered on the bathtub options. I found this company trustworthy AND the repair the best toilet repair result I have had since in this house (the other bathroom had a similar issue a few years back). ..possibly due to his attention to detail and testing after the repair. I was also impressed on how the office followed up the same evening to make sure I was happy with the appointment result.

APES installed a brand new AC unit in our rental property aug 2021 and it’s had several issues. Technicians are never available same day. Temperature rises so quickly. I’m having to pay for our tenants to get a hotel room. Disappointed. It’s having more issues than our 10yo system in my current home.

Kevin came late in the evening and saved the day. He was quick friendly and very helpful. Recommend 100% - I will request Kevin every time moving forward!

Needed a new hot water heater at the rental house I'm in. Appt was between 3p and 5p. Kevin called and said he could come earlier if it was convenient. When does that ever happen..usually you have to wait until the end of the window. He showed up and told me when he figured he'd be done and was finished and gone in no time. Perfect!

Dominic at APES- He was really awesome and was quick to troubleshoot the issue. So far no current issues since he's been here to fix. He also left his business card if needed for future. Great Service would recommend.

Justin was great! We had three other plumbing companies come out to try to figure out where a sewer smell was coming from and they never were able to figure it out. Justin came out and figured out what the issue was in a matter of minutes and had the repair done and under a half an hour. Destry was also great. He figured out an issue with our washer. I highly recommend this company.

Matt from A.P.E.S arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns, did what he had to do and ensured he left my bathroom clean and the way it was. The office staff who assisted with scheduling my appointment and follow up were also great. I was very pleased with the services provided! Cody arrived in a timely fashion after I received a text notification he would be here within the hour, which was amazing with two dogs and a newborn to plan around. He was extremely friendly and efficient and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Minus a couple minor things the plumbers were outstanding (Rodney and I forgot the name of the second plumber but he installed two toilets for me). What I was not happy about was the invoice part. I was advised by my insurance company that I would not be reimbursed for the diagnostic charge if it read “waived”. I requested a new invoice and it took 4 calls before the invoice was corrected and sent to my insurance company. I will not name who it is but I felt like that person could care less about my time and the money that I should have been reimbursed for by my insurance company. No follow up calls to me. I had to reach out again to determine if it was corrected. I would give more stars but this threw a wrench in it. Ive been loyal to APES for a few jobs now but now I’m not sure.

Our AC was not cooling properly so we called our Home Appliance Warranty company. They sent out Adam from A.P.E.S. We have had horrible experiences with some companies sent out through our warranty. So we were expecting a battle. A.P.E.S came out the same day. We were given a 4 hour windows and received a message when the technician was an hour out. The technician, Adam, was professional, practiced social distancing, diagnosed and repaired the problem. No issues at all. He was also very friendly and my husband had a great time conversing with him. We are very happy with this company and recommend them for your future needs. We will definitely ask for them again. Carter spent all day in the June heat digging down to my sewer line to replace a broken section. He was thoughtful enough to remove squares of sod first, which were replaced later to keep my lawn in good shape instead of leaving a large patch of dirt! From the first time he arrived, Carter was extremely helpful discussing the problem with me and the options I had for repair. He was very thorough and patiently answered many questions. He immediately shared camera results, estimates, and invoices with me by email. When the repairs were completed, he followed up with the camera again to be sure it was working properly before calling the job finished. Carter is very kind, caring, and professional, and takes pride in his work. I am very grateful to have had him completing my repairs! My laundry sink spray nozzle broke so I called the plumbing company that I have my service maintenance with and they quoted me over $300 to install my new faucet!! Ridiculous. I got the name of A.P.E.S from the Home Depot list of pros and A.P.E.S. gave me a fair quote, came right out replaced the faucet and even anchored my cabinet under the sink which my previous plumber did not do when they installed it. Anthony was very professional and even showed up early for the appointment. Would definately recommend them and use them again.

We called them on a Saturday morning because we had sewage backing up into our bathtub. They were very responsive and had someone at our house about 1 hour from the time we called.

Anthony came to repair a running toilet, which was cracked and not set correctly. He was amazing! Professional, polite he explained everything and even installed a low pressure valve outside which I didn’t fully appreciate until this morning. My bath water didn’t get cold half way through. ? I’m so pleased with the service I received. Jessica made it super easy to schedule! Prompt, reasonably priced and just good people.

I don't write reviews unless I receive over-the-top service, which is what these dudes provided while replacingour water heater yesterday. They got to our house quickly, were polite, remained 6ft away, and worked quietly, quickly, and efficiently to replace our water heater in the garage,, all while my husband and I finished up our work day inside. They advised us that they had finished when they had completedthe task by giving a lil wave on our camera which we appreciate, as one of us was on a conference call at one point during their visit, but were not at all disturbed. After their installation, they advised us to check the pan they had placed beneath the water heater in case it leaked. No leaks! And no nonsense! Would totes recommend this company to friends and family, as well as to anyone looking for a trustworthy company for such jobs, these fellas get it done!

***Update: I had a garbage disposal/sink emergency over this past Valentine's Day weekend, and Dominic came to our rescue. Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, just like the others that replaced our water heater! Is there anything they can't do? These guys are amazing!

My water heater was leaking/broke so my rental company chose APES to get it replaced. They came by next day. Anthony was the tech who replaced my water heater. He was professional, polite, and gave me an accurate estimate on time to complete. He also showed up on time and cleaned everything afterwards. Before he left he asked if there were any questions I had or if there was anything else I could do. Overall, it was quick service, friendly texts and in person interactions. 10/10 great job. If I get my own place and have a water heater issues I'll be calling them myself.

What an incredible experience for me. As a woman I have been frustrated by service companies in the past.
But not with A.P.E.S. I appreciated Justin's professionalism and ability to clearly communicate what was going to happen. I had a water line break in my front yard and they were able to dig the ditch and fix the mess in one day!
I also enjoyed how he made the nightmare I called my front yard less stressful with just a touch of humor.

My property management company issued a work order with APES for my AC unit. Scheduling the service was very easy and I was surprised that they could make it that same day. APES made every effort to get to me sooner than they initially promised, which was surprising, and kept me informed on updated ETA. The tech, Chris, actually did arrive early and was quick to determine the cause of the short-cycling problem my AC was having. Carter did a great job on my water softener installation. Worked hard for 6 hours straight as it was a big job. Installation looks nice, clean, works well. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and saved me money by finding a better way to route the pipes and do the installation.

Anthony was very professional and focused on his work. He did a great job and was very friendly. We appreciate that he got to it quickly and completed it today. Destry reached out to me early letting me know he was wrapping up his work with another customer and could make it out to my location early. I informed him I would not be able to make it back to my house before our scheduled appointment time but there was people there that could let him in to complete the work. He was able to swap out the failed parts and get my range back to working condition all while I was taking care of some other stuff while keeping me informed on the progress. I recently had A.P.E.S. Come out to my place to repair a faulty garbage disposal which I’ve lived with for my entire lease 12 months because that just refused to send a real plumber then that young man showed up at my door, what a professional and polite man he was and he actually took the time to explain to me what the exact problem was he did this in such a timely manner it was wonderful, the only problem we had and I’m so sorry that my Bella just didn’t want him in our house and I apologize for her rudeness she has no social skills I’m afraid and is terribly spoiled no fault of my own of course lol but we will work on it . Biggest waste of time and money. They were requested to come to our home by our property manager. They were here for 45 minutes, did not unclog the drain and they left. They want the property manager to put in a clean out becasue they do not want to go on the roof or pull a toilet. So he left, he did absolutely nothing but wasted time.

He was here when he said he would be and the company was very communicative as far as when the appointment was and the time that the person would show up. I appreciated their business and helpfulness in a resolution to our plumbing problem.

Rene showed up at our house just 2 hours after our initial request for service. Said he could repair our 16 yr. old washer, but it would be better to get a new one (we agreed).He stayed on the line with the home warranty company until they finally answered. Rene told us the phrase to use with the warranty company when we called them to get reimbursed for a new machine rather than just a repair. We would have never known that option. He was very professional and patient.

I live in a rental and the home owner has A.P.E.S come out for a water leak from the AC unit. Adam showed up on time, was consciously social distancing and got right to work. He found the issue, made the repair and took the time to talks to me a about what happened. I have been in industrial maintenance for over 30 years and I know what these guys go through. To have such a great customer service experience at 6 PM or anytime is a great thing.

I contacted the company to let them know about Adam's work. At 7 PM I received an e-mail form Ralph Flores, the president of the company, thanking me for contacting them. Leadership, customer service and quality workmanship start at the top of an organization. These people understand that and live by it.

Just had Justin from APES repair my main water line. He did a fantastic job. Courteous and very patient. Took his time to explain what he needed to do and after the job was done showed me exactly what he did. Plus he did this emergency repair on his day off! It is very unusual for me to give anyone 5 stars. Justin and APES deserved it.

Anthony Mata was our technician, and he was awesome, arrived in a timely manner, worked hard for 30 minutes with a difficult home warranty company, before he could even get started, then came up with a great creative solution. When he was finished with the repairs, he cleaned up the mess and debris REALLY well! Definitely will use them again and refer to others!

My home warranty company sent a different plumber out to diagnose the problem. By the time we got them access to the shower valve they were booked a couple weeks out so my Home Warranty sent out this company. The plumber was on time, professional, actually just a very nice guy. Super amazing team!!! The guy who came to look at the issue the first day was super professional and kind. We were in a need to wait situation due to needing parts for an entire new system change out. This guy seemed genuinely concerned and got me on contact with CJ for more details. Both men suggested great ideas for things I could do to help relieve the heat in the waiting period. CJ was an awesome guy who went above and beyond accepting and returning my calls multiple times and days to figure out scheduling and help in conflicts. I could not be home during the install but my wife was able to get off work to be here. Frisco and the other guy who came here made her feel comfortable and really were not even noticed most of the time here. (And this was an all day job) I really appreciate the service I received and the quality of the people we came in contact with. We used APES for our install of a new bath tub faucet plumbing and a shower waste relocation in our master bath. They were quick to send out a plumber to price the job and their pricing was reasonable. I appreciated that the plumber gave a price that was based on the job he saw when he reviewed our bath and didn't just rattle off standard pricing like one of his competitors.

David was very friendly, professional and took time to really understand the issue and completely fixed my sink without stress or frustration. He also worked directly with my corporate rental company to get approval for the work. Great service!

I had a very good experience with A.P.E.S. I had them out to take a look at my water softener and make sure it was working right. Making an appointment went very smoothly and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The service technician was prompt, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I had my water main break Sunday evening and after a maintenance call Carter came to my house first thing to help us out. He did a great job, he answered all my questions and showed me what needed to be fixed when I asked. He also finished quicker than I thought he would.

We had what we thought was a water bubble above our shower and Dan was very thorough in trying to help locate our issue. Unfortunately, it ended up not being a plumbing issue so we need another type of service but we will definitely use A.P.E.S for any plumbing needs in the future!

Frisco came out at the beginning of our service window and was kind and courteous from the moment we met him. We discussed what kind of service I was looking for and the reason behind it and he told me exactly what he'd be doing. We did have a few minor issues with our unit but nothing that Frisco couldn't handle right then and there. First of all I’d like to say that I work for one of the top plumbing companies in Phoenix so I’m no stranger to the service industry. I recently purchased my first house, and shortly after my air conditioning went out and had to be replaced. I had called a different company the first night and they said it needs to be replaced and didn’t explain why it went out in the first place. My home warranty company sent out a.p.e.s. And I’m glad they did. The first tech that came out was Jesus. When he saw the date on my a.c. He said this unit is older than him. He did a great thorough evaluation and answered all my questions, being a plumber I have no clue what I’m looking at, but he definitely took the time LATE on a SUNDAY night to explain why I’m having this issue and why it needed to be replaced. That’s something that the other company did not do. After that it was a waiting game with the home warranty company, but C.J. Kept me in the loop the whole time, and recommended a temporary solution to get me by which I found super professional. On the day of the install Adam and Frisco came out and removed and replaced the unit. They too did a great job, and my dogs loved them so who doesn’t like that. I was stoked on how fast they got my a.c. Up and running again. It it wasn’t for the wait on the home warranty company they would have banged this out in no time. So Overall 5 stars. Great job you guys.

Very professional and friendly. He a as led me to explain the issue and I told him that another company has been coming out weekly to snake the sewer line and he said he would recommend to our landlord that you guys look into what is causing the weekly backups and recommend repairing. Unfortunately the landlord said no. I think you would be the company that is likely to convince them otherwise.

Frisco came out to our house to install a new elbow for our HVAC unit. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional and provided clear and honest information about our system. The whole experience with A.P.E.S was amazing from start to finish and we'll definitely be returning to them for future needs!

Cody and the A.P.E.S team did a wonderful job on a full re-pipe for a rental property of ours. They came out quickly and provided a full competitive estimate up front. I had Justin work on a shower handle problem. He came out quickly, explained the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He went to get parts, returned the same day and fixed it. He did a great job. Didn't leave a mess. I would 100% use APES again. You did great Justin.

Service was fantastic. The two guys I had out were very personable as I hung around while they worked. I just sat in the garage as they did their thing. Both opened up dialog with me based on observations within the garage. And when I would address them about a new subject they would not hesitate to respond openly. Very friendly unlike may others in the field. Not the typical, you stay in your house and just leave me alone. Your typical cold shoulder or a service repair worker was nonexistent. I only got Anthonys name but his apprentice, I was very pleased with too. If I could I would ask for them directly for my next service. @invatationhomes stick with this company for a servicer.

My entire AC unit had to be replaced but thankfully A.P.E.S. sent me Quincy as my technician. Quincy did an outstanding job! He was on time, friendly, and very professional. He completed the job well before the estimated time. I couldn't have asked for a better technician, the service I received was top notch!

Garret was sent through our Home Warranty Company. Of course, the oven worked when he came (we had tried several times before we requested service). He could have just left but instead shared with us that “eventually” it would fail and recommended we replace. He called back and told us that would be faster if we requested the part. Justin was fast and friendly fixing my garbage disposal issue. The disposal itself worked fine but there was a leak somewhere. At first he thought it would need to be replaced, but after taking it apart realized the person who attached it initially just didn’t do it right, so he reattached the original correctly, tested it and it works fine with no leaks. I think he was in and it in 20 mins or less.

I recently had an appliance issue ( dryer stopped working) Called A.P.E.S. and they had a technician come out named Brett. Not only was he on time , he was thorough in his analysis of what going on with my dryer. He explained my options and did what I thought was in my best interests. I have used A.P.E.S. two separate times now for a rental with AC issues and have been impressed with their availability, knowledge of technicians, and prices. I had Adam come out today to fix my house getting it ready for sale and he was very friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and obviously following a standard thorough diagnostic process. He offered a fee solutions and also offered me some lower priced alternatives so I was well informed to make a solid decision. They were punctual and communication was phenomenal. They were honest in that it would be less expensive to replace rather than repair our water cooler, which I appreciated. Sent a request for service on a Sunday, was contacted to set up an appointment that day. Set the appointment for Monday morning between 8-10 am. Got a text at 7:18 saying my tech was getting ready and would arrive within the hour or less. Daquon arrived at 7:34. He listened to my concerns, explained what he would need to do, to include the what ifs, gave me a quote and then completed the job. Once completed he walked me through what he had done, showed me before pictures so I could see what he removed and what was replaced. When our AC unit finally gave up on us, CJ and his team gave us the best quote among the handful of HVAC companies we checked with. We had a seamless and well-done York HVAC install at our home by two great techs! Both Eli and Rene showed-up on time and protected our floors with tarps so any mess was captured and kept clean. The men also wore protective foot covers so as not to trail in any debris or dust from outside. They had great attitudes and answered all our questions. We have two cats and they kept the front door closed whenever they entered or left our home. Truly a fantastic experience and will call them again when we replace two more HVAC units in the future!

I am writing this review due to the extremely stressful experience we had with your company. I have never done a review for any company in my life. I now feel bad looking back at all the exemplary technicians we have had and regret not doing so . This company was sent out originally for 2 rooms not being cooled. In a nutshell there ended up being water in our air ducts. While removing the water the tech spilled water in our attic and just left a leak from the ceiling not mentioning anything to my husband or sending anyone out to take care of the water damage. Resulting in home owners claim. Next visit damage to the attic entry in our laundry room again no mention of this from the tech damage just left to find on our own. Damage is still present at this time. Next visit broken items in home again no mention of this by tech found after he left. Lack of customer service and follow through. I had to call on my own more than once in regards to getting needed parts.
Currently AC still not working and damage to attic still there, broken Items in home not replaceable. There is much much more not enough room on this page.
If you value your home do not hire this company.

Joe came out today and confirmed what I suspected, time for a new gas water heater. He did a great job and was very efficient and professionally done, and most importantly quickly. Now we can enjoy clean hot water.

My daughter's water heater was on the verge of bottom rusting out. They responded quickly and earlier than quoted time frame. The tech that showed up ( DaQuonTurner ) assessed the problem and had new water heater installed all within a few hours. He was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

After another company took 2 weeks to get our AC diagnosed and repaired, we realized that it wasn't cooling properly. We called our warranty company back to have A.P.E.S to check our AC. Adam came to diagnose the problem the same day and had the repair authorized, and repaired in less than 2 days. Adam was professional and did an amazing job. We will always request A.P.E.S for our plumbing and HVAC needs from now on.

My husband left for work at 8 this morning, no one in sight on property. They apparently scheduled three apartments for the same day. Ours was skipped and we are forced to wait until Monday, so our total amount of days without proper air conditioning, will be 1 week and 4 days. I am not happy with the service nor their lack of organization. If they knew they had that many replacements to do, they should have had more technicians working! Total BS!

My husband and I had A.P.E.S. out to a rental property to perform normal maintenance on the AC and Dryer vent. Many companies we contacted would not give us the time of day, often declining to take our business because it wasn't an emergency. A.P.E.S. was very prompt with all levels of communication and was happy to come out. Destrey and Frisco were not only knowledgable but very friendly. They did a wonderful job servicing our equipment and made sure they were neat while working. Both made sure I was educated on promotions and other products that might help the longevity of our appliances. I always appreciate when I can be walked through something with out the hard sell. Our RUUD water heater had had the biscuit, so I called the people who handle the maintenance requests (we are renters), and they sent out a tech from A.P.E.S . The chap that turned up, named Anthony, was courteous and kind and did a bang-up job of removing the deceased RUUD water heater and installing a new one, complete with a drainage tray. Just in case. Anthony is a terrific chap. Thanks again !

Highly recommend!! Quick response time in the busiest time of the year and on a Sunday! Jesus did a great job. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. Our water heater broke on a Saturday morning, I texted Ralf and his guy was at our house within 2 hours. The part that was broken unfortunately had to be purchased from somewhere Monday morning, but they got the part the minute the store opened and had it fixed that morning. Great communication, great workmanship!

Our rental company sent out Jose and Gabriel to fix the plumbing issues we started having in our rental house. They did everything they could to recreate the loud pop and vibrating pipes I had experienced with the shower but were unable to. They put a new shower head on and that seemed to have fixed the problem! They also fixed the spare shower leak and the toilet flushing issues and discovered the water pressure in the house was to high which could have caused issues in the future. The were able to get everything repaired every perfectly, quickly and professionally. We’ve had them out in the past to replace the water heater and have nothing but amazing things to say about the company and the individuals. Will def use them in the future when we have a house of our own!!

APES is tech-savvy, services itemized/costs known operation. They're also by-the-book when it comes to Covid safety with mask, gloves and shoe coverings on at all times while in the house. Carter installed our new reverse osmosis drinking water system for our remodeling contractor several months ago, so we had him back when it was time to change the filters and connect a line to our ice maker. He was prompt, friendly and professional. Others might have taken advantage of my inexperience, but Carter showed me that maintaining our new RO system is an easy DIY thing and gave pointers on where to find the filter cartridges online. He installed the ice maker line quickly and at a fair price. I've installed the new RO filters, we have RO ice to last for days and no more ice runs to the store!

Got scammed by these guys, my AC unit is leaking and needs replacement. They came out on a Saturday 100 bucks up front just for that, another 80 to access, and 110 to pretend to fix it.

APES saved the day when no other appliance repair companies would! My girlfriend was going through a time time, husband moved-out on the family unexpectedly, holidays were rough and she returned home to a leaky washing machine that flooded her utility room about 2 inches deep of soapy water. Did I mention that is was also her birthday celebration??
My friend Christine decided to surprise our friend by repairing the washer so her kids would have clean clothes for school. APES took the last minute call on a Friday afternoon when no one else would!! The repair man was super friendly, ordered necessary parts and temporarily fixed the machine. Unprofessional, Inconsiderate & Inept. We had four simple repairs that needed to be completed. By the end, I'd have to show the tech how to fix one, two were misdiagnosed and we aborted before we allowed them to touch the last.

The problems were:

1) We had a toilet that wouldn't flush unless you hold the handle

The tech pulled off the top of the toilet, pushed the handle and it flushed. He then told me it worked fine. I put the top back on the toilet and it wouldn't work again. He said he'd never seen the FluidMaster valve system that was in there and needed to replace it. FluidMaster is one of the top after market valve systems out there and this shocked me. I gently pointed out that the rod connecting the handle was hitting the top of the lid and if he trimmed it off, it'd probably be just fine. He did do this and it did fix the problem, but he didn't fix it that day for some reason.

2) We had a leak in our shower

The tech tore a huge hole in our living room ceiling dry wall to get at the leak. Didn't lay down plastic, didn't warn us, just dumped a ton of dry wall dust on our TV, entertainment system and floors. Then proceeded to scratch the hell out of our floors with his ladder. He then diagnosed it as being the drain and said he'd need to get a special part that'd take a few days. (weird, thought that was pretty standard) Any how, didn't give a specific return date, just said a few days and left. This turned out to be a lie, the real reason he didn't come back will come up later... But long story short, he replaced the drain and it didn't fix the problem. Turns out it was the Mixet valve. We stopped him at this point and had another company do the work instead.

3) We were having trouble getting hot water throughout our house

Guy said we needed a water heater. Thought that was weird because we could get hot water, just not in a reasonable time though the house. Replaced it and low and behold, doesn't fix the issue. At this point, I'm starting to think I should be a plumber for them. I've got 0 experience, but at least I've got good diagnostic skills. Ugh...

4) Finally, we had a toilet that rocked back and forth

Guy pulled up our toilet and broke it somehow. Seriously, how do you even do that??? He said the floor was rotted out below the toilet and that'd need to be fixed first. Warned us not to use it because it was broken now. But, didn't turn off the water to it or leave a note. Just left it. My little sister was over and ended up using it.... Ugh... Anyhow, the tech admitted that the real reason he didn't come back earlier for our drain was that he wanted to wait until the floor was repaired so he could do it all at once. And this was the final straw.

How inconsiderate do you have to be to leave my home in this state? With my living room trashed and my toilet un-usable, but still functional enough that people think it's ok? And to intentionally leave it this way longer just so you don't have to make another trip? INSULTING.

I'll admit, we are renting this home and some of the frustration came from coordinating via the rental company. But, even when I called into APES directly the lady was SUPER RUDE. Until she realized how bad a performance her tech had given. Even then, no apology, just not rude anymore. Also, I owned my house before and I know a lot of excellent trades people that are fast, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. So the bar may have been a little higher than is reasonable for most. Full disclosure, both of these could have colored my experience. But, even so, I think the facts of the situation should dissuade ANY potential client from using them in the future.

Go talk to Sterling Services, JB Water, DH Plumbing or Sepulveda Construction instead. They are all locally owned companies, I personally know each of their owners, they have all done work for me in the past and done so excellently. They will take good care of you. Feel free to tell them I told you that they would. :)

UPDATE: The owner did reach out to us, apologize and insist on sending us a gift card for our troubles.

Dave was amazing! we had called a different company to come out and fix our backup and just got the run around. Dave came out and was able to get rid of 2 blockages in our pipes.

Some companies you use only once. They seem more interested in getting in and out quickly rather than doing the job right. My experience with APES was not like that. Destry was thorough, polite, and very helpful. Nice guy. APES will get our business again.

They sent Adam out to my place yesterday afternoon, 6/8, to check out an issue I was having with my AC blowing in hot air as the day got hotter and not being able to go below 80° during the day.

Come to find out it was sucking hot air from the crawlspace and blowing it inside, whatever he did in the crawlspace worked great. It's blowing a lot cooler air, colder than before actually.

While I'm here I also want to commend the plumber they sent out on Friday 6/5(I'm who bad with names so I don't remember who) repaired my toilet issue quickly and also tried to help with a washing machine issue I am having(wasn't able to fix that one)

Anthony and the dispatcher Vanessa was very professional and polite. They showed up on time and delivered 5 star service. They made this experience of switching out my hot water heater a fun event rather then a stressful situation.

If there would be no star I would give this company no stars at all. I had 3 interactions with this company.
1.) Renters Warehouse send this company to one of my rental condos to repair a dripping bathtub. The estimate was $770.00. OK, I'm not a plumber so I said go ahead and do it. Later I discovered that this included a new shower head and a new spout. These items have nothing to do with a dripping valve and I'm pretty sure another company would have done it cheaper.
2.) In another property I needed 3 emergency shutoff valves replaced. Unfortunately Renters Warehouse sent again this company. Estimate: $480.00. This time I declined their service and another company replaced the 3 valves for less than half the price.
3.) Water heater was not working in one of my rental condos. Renters Warehouse send again this company. Estimate $1,400 to replace the water heater. I again declined the service. Turns out. It was just the lower heating element which costs less then $50 in material to fix the issue.
I would NOT recommend this company except you want to pay a lot more than with any other plumbing company.

I was rebuilding my master bathroom to put in a tub for my wife and the owner and his employees all worked so hard at making sure we got the tub she needed at a good price.They made sure it was insulated for her because she needed to take a hot bath with 6 lbs of epsom salts for her muscle pains, for at least 45 minutes and everything worked like a charm.
There is so much more I could say about there professionalism but I will say they are #1 on my go to list for anyone.

Matt was awesome in answering all my concerns and questions and gave me tips on what I was concerned with he solved my plumbing issue. Very courteous and they were on time.

Had them out to bid on some MINOR repairs on an investment property that I own. Tenant complained of leaking sinks, a toilet not flushing properly and needing new washer/dryer valves. They proposed a bid of almost $2,900.00 to essentially overhaul everything. INSANE. Needless to say i did not choose this bid.

Barrett came out and fixed our shower quickly. Nice guy, he even showed us how to do maintenance on our water heater.

Anthony did a fantastic job on our kitchen plumbing. He was professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Will use A.P.E.S in future plumbing projects.
