Had to have my windshield replaced earlier this month. They arrived on time and completed the job within an hour. Kyle was very friendly and pleasant and went over everything with me. I just recently discovered that something isn't sealed quite right though and am working on have that fixed. I expect no hassle as they are very professional and take pride in their work.

Repeat customer! When I phoned in my caller ID helped Paul identify me and he immediately pulled up my information. Very very helpful and knowledgeable. He was like a human being, and treated me like a friend. Josh was the man who came out to actually do the work, and he was great as well. He had done 5 windshields prior to mine, but was great and again treated me like a friend. Windshield is perfect, and quiet. Josh took extra care to wipe down the glass. He also didn't have to out blue tape on there. Nicely done! I would highly recommend this company! Lastly, two things: they have the funniest hold music ever, and I was blown away when both on a flyer attached to my invoice, as well as in a follow-up email, I received a message from the CEO with his personal cell phone number. Who does that?

EDIT TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: The owner, Allen, called me today and we spoke about my review. He was extremely apologetic and VERY professional. It really impressed me. He explained that Alex was in the process of being trained.
Really nice man that really cares about his company.

I am rating this business so the owner can possibly fix a situation that is fixable. Alex from their booking team is not very good. They are a little slow to respond and they are not very good at relaying data to the manager that makes the quote. I sent in information for some doors I need installed along with pictures and links to the actual products. The scheduler obviously did not send the links to the manager because the manager came back saying they couldn't install the door because I used the term Iron door. I understand that I used the wrong terminology but if the manager had been given the links to the items that I had purchased he would have seen that I should have said security door. Also, Alex asked about the other door but again it was obvious he didn't share with the manager because the question would have been answered just by looking at the link.
If you want to use them hope that you don't get Alex as the booking agent.

Due to a combination of issues, my 5 window, two day installation job took an inordinate amount of time to complete. There is a third party involved, and they have agreed to step up to assist.

My problems seemed to revolve around issues at the factory, things that Lasting Impressions had little to no control over. The reservations I had were addressed directly by the owner, Mark Jacobsen, and the factory representative. This matter has now been resolved.

On the plus side, Lori and Karen in the office were enjoyable to work with and Karen's knowledge of fenestration answered many of my questions right away without having to wait for answers from the field. Mike was my on the job point man throughout the process and I can't say enough good things about his knowledge and concern when we ran into challenges during the Rand R.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
