Lee Collins Air Conditioning

This is the second time I've used Lee Collins Air Conditioning and they are great. They are timely and have repaired my unit twice now at a fair price. Last week Matt Shields and his partner fixed my heating/ac unit within an hour. They were very professional and Matt also cleaned the coils without being asked. I will definitely use this company again.

Was very happy I saved my invoice from 2019 for repair work done by Paul. System at new to me house was in need of service and he knew exactly what was wrong and explained it and fixed it. Recommended new system in near future, which I am considering. Also answered questions and just made things simple.

Alyssa answered the phone and did a great job of getting me taken care of- could not ask for better. Just Kudos!!! Will be recommending to my neighbors.

Matt and Emilliano took care of the replacement of our entire A/C unit and air handler. They were very professional, and clean. Great service from them and thank you to Lee Collins.

Used Lee Collins for a new AC install, and just had my first annual checkup with Paul on the Unit. Unit has worked out perfectly & they helped me get the right sized unit when I did the initial replacement. At both the install and the checkup, everyone was on time & gave excellent service. Really appreciated all of the information and attention to detail

It seems rare these days to find a company with excellent customer service. Lee Collins has that and more. Good communication, courteous employees, show up when scheduled, don't give you the hard sell. Work is efficient and so far everything working quite well. Highly recommend.

Lee Collins installed two new heat pumps for my house just before the summer and everything worked great throughout the summer heat.however when I turned one of the units to the heat mode a couple of days ago it did not come on. I knew that it has something to do with the thermostat wiring.
I called Lee Collins and Angela scheduled Kyle to come over early the next day. Kyle fixed the problem within 10 minutes and it working great.
Kyle was running late on another appointment so Angela made sure to call me and let me know that.
Lee Collins did a very good job in all aspects.

Great company! They were really quick getting to my place so I wouldn't be left without AC, and the technician who came was really good and knowledgeable. Would definitely reccomend for others.

I had an AC issue a few months ago and Matt was great to work with. I'm actually writing this review because I have to get more AC work done on another property and will reahd out to Lee Collins and requested Matt again!!

I have a home warranty and Lee Collins was selected as the vendor to service my systems. They found a major issue during my spring service with one of my units. The work they performed was very good. The tech was knowledgeable and they were professional and clean. I did have an issue with the coverages that the warranty company denied however the general manager did a quality call with me and straightened it out. I appreciated that and she was very good.

So I just bought the house 5 months ago and had it inspected there was nothing about exposed wire. When They came to replace the air handler they arrived after I left for work. my lights in the bathroom/closet was working fine. I came home 4 hours later and they stated they that my lights wouldn’t come on in the bathroom/closet where the access point is to my air handler. I asked them what happened they stated they are not sure they went out and fillip some breakers to see if it would come back on. Which it didn’t so I looked around and I couldn’t find anything. So I asked if I can look at there work. I followed the tech in the attic he immediately looked to his left and said we’ll this wire was exposed and I taped it up so nobody would get shocked. And he also stated that had to move some wires out of the way to get the air handler out and the new one in. So they are not taking any responsibility for there mistake they made and on top of that they me to get an electrician to repair a problem that wasn’t there until they got there. I will never return business with this company or recommend them to anyone. This was the 5th attempt to fix a problem with my ac. And it’s still not fixed

I called on a Sunday because our AC unit appeared to have quit blowing cold air. Unsure of the problem, but with the house warming throughout quickly, I called Lee Collins AC. I was impressed with the kind, helpful, and quick customer service and response time even during the weekend on off hours. Joseph was our technician. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness. He was able to get our AC back on track on the same day service call, which we were very grateful for as the the weather is getting warmer by the day! We had a very positive experience with all of their team members that we spoke to that day from scheduling to technician. I would highly recommend Lee Collins AC and will continue to use them for our AC/HVAC maintenance and service in the future.

While waiting for our home warranty to give any information to us. They were so patient and professional during this process. Then Kyle and Oscar and their crew came out installed the unit and they were informative and helpful!! Thank you all again for everything!

Lee Collins is the best HVAC (Air conditioning) company I know. I have been using them for years!
They replaced my AC unit awhile back and did a wonderful job for me.
From start to finish, this company was professional, took the time to explain things to me and the only way you knew they had been out to my home was there was a new AC unit on my roof,
They cleaned up from the job site and kept me in the loop on everything they did.

I called Lee Collins on Tuesday 7-26 with an issue from the rain storm and they were out that afternoon, took care of the problem and I know I will have nothing to worry about from this service call.

People do not normally take the time to say good things about a company, but I can highly recommend Lee Collins.
From the office staff to the tech that run the service calls, this is an Awesome Company!

I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was too big. So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground. Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a deep clean if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Matt and Iseah were excellent technicians. They were very professional and got my AC up and running quickly. They were able to get the majority of it working with just what they had on hand and even went the extra mile to go pick up a part to improve the longevity of my AC unit. Highly recommend!

Tina was soooo instrumental in helping me navigate the home warranty system/obstacles and did it with a friendly and professional attitude. When I couldn't get answers, she followed up then got back to me right away. Thank you and I look forward to doing business with Lee Collins AC in the future.

We have used Lee Collins since 2000, have bought 4 units from them over the years and referred SO many people to them, because Ken was excellent and respected loyalty…and just very professional…last week we had them come out and service two systems at our new place…within a week one system stopped working…they are not standing behind their service at all!!! What is the point of doing annual maintenance???? They are now a horrible company to do business with…Ken sold and now the company is awful!!!!

We have had two excellent experiences with this same company within two weeks. Matt came out today and went above and beyond making sure that we had the service we needed but also took notes in case future problems arise. This company truly cares! Found them through our warranty company. So glad we did. Highly recommend!

This company is horrible and disorganized. They never show up at the appointment time and they never return a phone call. When they no-showed on my scheduled appointment I called to find out where they were and they claimed they had already come out days before to fix it. They cannot name a date or time that the technician came out. They never left a receipt, and never notified me that they had completed the job. So IF they came out like they're claiming, they trespassed onto my property. They STILL have not provided proof of repair after being asked several times by my home warranty company. Don't waste your time.

At times, it can be frustrating to work through Fidelity Home Warranty to trust they will send a quality service company. Well, working with Lee Collins Air conditioning was great! Ken was really exemplified quality customer service. He was patient with me while explaining the issue and let me watch during the repairs. This was excellent service during the most critical heat wave just encountered! Thanks Ken!

Use Lee Collins for a house warranty repair. My Nest thermostat wasn’t working so they replaced it with a traditional unit and I got my AC back. Very appreciative of the timely service, esp when it’s getting into the 100s!

Called on a SUNDAY morning to see if he could replace fan on AC system. He was very busy that morning but still managed to come within a couple of hours and fix it and didn't gouge on the price or charge for weekend. We've used him before and he's always done great job, very customer serviced focused. I highly, highly recommend Lee Collins AC repair.

A sra maybe a worker perhaps owner, alleges that one can not park the vehicle in front of this property because they cover your ad looking for where you do not want to park Station that affects your business.

My A/C broke down. I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent a rush service request to Lee Collins Air Conditioning. I got a text saying that Lee Collins would call within 3 hours to schedule and appointment. It never happened and I had to call the company myself. When I called, the person who answered did not even sound like he knew there was a request sent out to his company. He did not give me a reason and just told me he will call back from 10am - 12pm the next day. Lee Collins Air Conditioning never called.

5 stars? Fake reviews. This company is horrible. Everytime I have called a rude man answers the phone. Had one of their guys come out 2 days ago. He walks in and says wow its hot in here and the humidity is bad. He looks at the thermostat and its 87. When he leaves he says hes getting 20 degrees at the split. The unit is old, wore out and cant cool anymore. He reports to the warranty company hes getting 19 at the split and the ac is working fine. Completley different than what he said in my house!! This is the 4th company the warranty company has sent. The other 3 companies said the unit needs to be replaced. I call to ask why the guy reported something completely different than what he said in my house. The rude man answered the phone said they have to report their findings. I said I understand that but he clearly could feel and see the ac is not working properly. He even said it wasnt!! The guy said he would have the technician call me! Horrible, horrible did I say horrible???? 3 other companies said replace the unit. The warranty company sends a 4th company and he says that??? Leaving reviews all over on this company!!

Not worth one star. Be warned they are very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never ever on time. Said they'd be out here same day and for 2 weeks continously rescheded. Finally said forget it not worth it. They don't respond to messages nor callbacks. Never ever use them. Unfortunately family swears by them. But absolutely not worth it. I'll stick with George Brazil who are attentive and will come within the time frame.

This is now the 2nd time with a no call no show! There business hours are horrible and they use a worthless answering service that can't do anything. I recommend that you never ever use this company! They will rip you off and never show up!

Lee Collins AC replaced our HVAC system, which included bringing in a crane to lift the old equipment off the roof of a 2 story condo and lifting the new equipment onto the roof. Everything went as proposed including the timely arrival of the crane, the quality work of the staff and the final bill. Our experience with all staff - estimator, office staff and the installation crew - was outstanding at a very competitive price! The Lee Collins estimator even returned after the installation to assure the work was completed to our satisfaction. I recommend this company without hesitation!

Milano did a terrific job this morning getting my AC ready for summer. He also cleaned and tested my evaporative. I love having dual system. Needs new pads and he took measurements for next visit. Been with Lee Collins for over a decade. Glad new owners have kept quality service.
