The staff was so helpful and friendly. They showed up on time and their work was very fast and clean. They made sure I understood how to work the new ac unit before they left and answered all my questions. Definitely using them for all my maintenance updates.

Our tech, Skylar, was very professional and polite. He was communicative and prompt before arrival and during the appointment. I appreciated his transparency but also his integrity. He made it clear that he would do what he could to help us (selling home, AC needed repair/maintenance to meet buyer/warranty co. standard) but he also proactively said he would not lie or mislead on the report. At least with me, I had no intention of asking him to do that, but was still happy to hear that he wouldn’t compromise his integrity for more business or any reason. We’re moving so won’t be around to use them again but would highly recommend them to anyone in AZ! They obviously proved they work above board and can be trusted. Great experience!

Richard and Gabe were really good plumbing technicians. They came early and resolved the broken tankless water heater. They were professional and quick. They worked with my warranty and made everything hassle-free. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Our septic was baking up into our showers and tub and the toilets were backing up. We had a well known plumbing company come out but the problem was not resolved and they wanted to charge us again to come back out even though they said it was guaranteed for 6months. We called at least 5 other pluming companies and they all could not come to check it for at least a week out. Then we called Ace plumbing. They came in less than 45 minutes. Tristan was our service tech and he is wonderful. He cares about what he is doing and he really wants to take care of you. He was determined to fix our plumping issues not just do a quick fix and leave. What I can say about Ace plumbing is this company runs on integrity. We feel like they really care about the people they are doing the job for. We got great quality work, a very caring tech at a very fair price. And they care a great deal about war veterans and senior citizens. This company is one that can be trusted to do what they say and get the job done right! I have used Ace twice and Stuart was my technician both times, the service is incredible. I appreciate the honesty from this company, and Stuart to not have me install/ have repairs that aren’t needed. I ask many questions and he is always very patient to explain :) It is hard to find companies you trust, but I truly know I’m in good hands with Ace. I will always request Stuart as my technician for his 5 star personality! If you’re searching for an honorable company, you can definitely trust Ace without worrying ?

I have been using ACE home services for my heat pump maintenance and repair. Based on my maintenance check it was clear I needed to replace my 12 year old heat pump. ACE gave me a great quote and was out in a day to replace the old system. My installer, Corey, and his assistant were fantastic - thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. I am thrilled with the service provided.

Charlie came over and was very friendly and professional and sold us on a new AC unit. He explained everything and was very thorough and kind. The guys were here the very next day installing it and did an excellent job and Charlie came by again to make sure we were happy with it. I would highly recommend ACE!!

Jose and Javier visited me today to perform an annual check up on my HVAC system. I had many questions for them and they were both very professional and patient. While I don’t have the technical chops to do this work myself, I feel like I received quite the education today and know so much more about the functionality of my system. They were so personable that it led to me having them return tomorrow for duct and dryer vent cleaning, a new thermostat, and some additional proactive maintenance items to help prolong the life of my 6 year old unit. I would highly recommend Ace but more specifically in my experience, team Javier and Jose.

We had been out of town. When we returned our ac unit was not working. It was 97 degrees in the house. I called your office expecting a couple of days wait for service but instead I was told that you would come out today! I was told it be between 1 and 5pm. That was about 11:30.To my surprise the service man was there at 12:30.He was friendly and efficient and quickly found and fixed the problem.Thank you for the great service

Tyler and his crew did an excellent job repairing a leak and restoring hot water in our home. He made several trips, was on time and was very helpful and efficient. We appreciate the work he did and got everything working the way it should.

We had a no heat call and believed we just needed our pilot lit. When Skylar got there and took one look at our unit and it's age I believe he turned into sales mode. I told him I believed the pilot needed to be lit and he told me it eas an electric start. He said we did not have gas going to it as he could not smell any when he was turning the pilot on and off. Of course there is no button to push to do that. He then told me it was the starting unit that needed to be replaced and he didn't think he could get one due to the age of the unit. Said it was better as an antique. He proceeded to get me pricing and was pushing for me to call my husband to get things going and put down the deposit and stressed that there were only 5 units in the state. I told him, no disrespect but I would like to get a second quote and proceeded to tell me how much better Ace was and I could be mislead by other companies and they may not stand behind their product once installed.I paid for the service/sales call and promised I would get back to him. Which I did.We had another company come in an within less than 5 minutes he had lite the pilot and we did not have heat. He did say we most likely have one of the 2 original units left in Sun City. What isn't broke, don't replace it.I will not recommend your company to any one and will advise them not to call you!!!

Very timely and informative repair. Highly recommend. Emil, the technician was especially proficient and professional. Update, they did return as I was having some further issues but Emil came back and was extremely thorough and resolved the issue completely! He was fantastic! I would highly recommend this company!!

I had a kitchen drain that went from a slow-drain to complete blockage. Nothing I was doing was doing any good, so it was time to call a professional. I called two other businesses, but neither of them could come out for four days. I reached out to Ace and they were able to come out the same day. Carlyle and Anthony were fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable and informative about preventative measures for the future. I will definitely call on them for any future needs.

Billy Easley came to service our heat pump which was installed last year. To say that he is knowledgeable and professional is an understatement. He took his time and in our opinion was very thorough. We've had Billy for AC issues in the past and we could give him all the same praise. A 5 star for sure.

I am so grateful for the fantastic service that I received from all employees at ACE - from Marcus in management, Skylar the technician, and Abel and Eddie for installation, everyone's professionalism and attention to detail was top-notch and far exceeded my experience with other companies. My A/C did not go out; rather, I chose to replace my 30+ year old unit in January as a proactive measure, fully expecting it break next summer. I received a same-day appointment offer, and Marcus and Skylar talked with me in my home for an hour and half about pricing, product quality, service, and answered every question I had. They threw in perks to the estimate, and they both kept bringing our conversation back to what my family's needs were for the unit. Pricing was comparable to the quotes that I received from other companies, but ACE won me over with their responsiveness, comprehension service plan, explanations, and politeness (they weren't pushy). Technician Eddie answered all of my questions and was very patient during installation, too. I highly recommend them - give them a call!

My heat pump started to blow only cold air on a Saturday evening. One call to Ace Home Services got me an appointment that evening! The technician, Javier, arrived within 2 hours of my call to evaluate the issue. Although my repair could not be done in full that evening, he provided me with options. He got my unit running so I would be warm until it repairs were done in full a few days later, and I really liked that Javier was the technician who actually did the repairs. I was given the choice between doing just the repair needed or adding on some maintenance at the same time, and to advantage of the pricing deal for doing some maintenance. I have been a customer of this company for a long time and plan on staying that way. Good value, good service, good company!

Shout out to Billy Easley who came to my house and actually spent some time diagnosing my system. He came up with an unusual diagnosis. He was respectful, smart and on time. A competitor had looked at the system, gave me a typical diagnosis and never called back or followed through. Probably because they didn't really know what was wrong.In the meantime, I'm a senior citizen and night time temperatures are below freezing. I have no heater and no solution.Until Billy showed up. He said he'd put Urgent on getting the part, but I should use a space heater until he could get back next week. At least I know where I stand.I'm grateful Billy showed up and I am finally on the way to having my heater back on.

Tristen came and fixed a stuck valve in our shower handle. It had been sticky for a couple years and the new one works great. Have used ACE to maintain my heat and air system in the past. Professional work, nice people.

Alberto was very respectful and professional, he made sure that my homes pipes we looked at fully by calling a camera. I was able too see for my self how much gunk has built up, and he made an appointment for them to be cleaned. He made a home owners inconvenient moment an easy process to be fixed.

Would love to have used their service, but the install was not feasible to the situation available. Tim was very honest and did not want to provide me with a unit I would not be happy with. I’ve found Ace to be responsive and able to work with my schedule for maintenance. I have not needed to rely on them for emergencies yet but I’d bet they would be dependable then too. Have them take care of your equipment before problems turn up!

Skylar came out to inspect our AC units. Checked all of its functionality. He was very courteous and professional. Explained all of tge functionality and suggested the necessary annual maintenance.

The technician was able to point out the problem with my shower leak and the replacement cartridge we purchased was incorrect. I was unable to continue with the service due to costs but he was great. Easy to talk too, friendly and knowledgeable.

These ratings are for the technician that I met with. Cody came to my home to give me a quote on a remodel project I needed plumbing for. He almost immediately gave me a feeling of confidence by the questions he asked and how personable he was with the conversation. He listened to the project and other aspects beyond the plumbing job to get a full understanding of the work that needed to be done before generating the estimate. While I did not end up going with ACE Home Services, I felt that Cody was 110% involved during the estimate process.

We purchased a home that just had a HVAC unit installed. It was done incorrectly and full of debris. The tech Daniel Loisel was very through and explained and showed pictures of the needed clean-up, also it had to have mold removed. Daniel did a good job of explaining, cleaning and provided me with a choice of options. I would recommend ACE Home Services to all my family and friends.

I broke the spigot pipe in my back yard on a Saturday morning. I called ACE and they sent Tristin to help us. He arrived earlier than expected, was very friendly, and professional. He was able to get the spigot replaced and my water was back on in no time at all. Also I was expecting to part with some coin due to it being an emergency and it was the weekend. The cost of the repair was not very expensive. I would definitely use & recommend Tristin and ACE to my family and friends.

Very Expensive!!We only had a slow moving drain and we paid $380 for an hour of a nice Technician just running a long snake through our pipe a few times. Coupon said $59 SO DON’T BELIEVE IT!! Ask lots of questions before hiring them, I feel we were taken advantage of and I hate the old Bait and Switch ?

So I have been very satisfied with Ace Home Services in servicing my A/C unit. I had a repair need and had the privilege of seeing Jose Melgoza. He was on time, courteous, and explained my issue in detail. Though a repair was not needed, he explained how my system worked and that it was operating correctly. I appreciated the information.

An error was made in the billing process resulting in an overcharge, this error has been corrected along with additional compensation for my trouble. We use Yavapai Plumbing & Heating for our Air Conditioning and Heating service, so we called them when our water line broke. Plumbing Technician John Adkisson, Andrew, and Nathan arrived promptly and finished excavating the main water line trench. 2 previous independent contractors failed to finish, so we decided to have Yavapai Plumbing do the whole job in house. The job was completed in one afternoon. We have clean running water again! They even added a yard box with a shut off valve so we don't have to go to the easement to shut off water main if needed. Today is the second time ive had to call for service. 1st time was to do one of the biggest jobs ive ever seen in my life. My specialist Richard martinez turned what i thought was a nightmare into a brand new start for our wash room and kitchen. Today he enlightened me that i could join the club for routine checkups and club discount on services. I signed up! Thank you ace and richard for helping when i need it. Plumbing issues are not easy but you make it alittle bit easier for sure.

We had a leak in our water heater. Ace home service was the only one that would come out same day. Only issue we had was they picked up an electric water heater and not gas. Delayed install about an hour or so. Tyree was a very nice young man’s and very professional.

Robert was here to replace my water heater in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable of the situation at hand and very informative and up to date in codes and why things work the way they do and at times have failures. Our drains were completely clogged, he came out very quickly and was able to diagnose the problem and resolve in within a few hours! He even gave us his card incase he needs to come back out for free.

Carlos, came out to look at an issue with my heat blowing intermittent. Carlos surveyed the system and found a bad fan motor. He called me explained everything that was wrong, sent pictures, it was very thorough. I had Carlos service the whole HVAC Unit and same pro service for this task. Very impressed, I would recommend to anyone need hvac work done. I found out Ace does, plumbing and Carlos set me up with Emil Emil had all the great qualities that Carlos has. He sent me a detailed list of all my plumbing issues and pictures and I had him complete all the tasks that were recommended. Carlos and Emil are great customer service people and I would recommend both for any of your HVAC and Plumbing needs! I’m a maintenance manager and I do this every day and I would hire Carlos and Emil to be on my staff!!!

Aaron drain/flush of our water heater. He also checked our water pressure and water quality. He provided additional info water heater code updates and considerations if water heater needed to be replaced. I appreciate his efforts to make sure I understood all he explained to me and am grateful for his congenial no pressure attitude.

Everything was smooth, from calling on a Friday afternoon and being made aware of the steps, sending me info about the contractor before he arrived, and Jaxson arriving to evaluate and give me options before committing to the work. He did a fantastic job! I would defn use them again!!

Robert and Arron installed a new water heater that they found mold. They both were very polite and did a great job. .I would like to have them do other services if I need.

Robert came out to the house to fix a dripping faucet I had failed to master. He analyzed the problem, repaired the faucet quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Not a drop leaked since then - the faucet is as dry as a bone!

Stuart Myers came out the first time to look at my AC unit and wanted me to make a same day decision to replace the unit to the tune of ~$15k (the heat stopped working), cited it didn't make sense to repair and quoted a bunch of diagnostic fees, etc. I asked for an email with a few different write ups/options so I could think it over and he agreed to do so, almost 2 weeks later and I never got any of the promised write-ups via email. I reached back out to the company and requested different techs come out, they sent Carlos Padilla and Hugo (didn't get Hugo's last name). They looked at the unit and said it was misdiagnosed initially, followed through with quotes for both repair cost(s) and/or replacement via email as requested. Come to find out they had turned the AC unit off (on my roof) and never turned it back on before leaving my home. I'm unsure whether it was intentional but I have my suspicions (fishing for another service call). Needless to say I will not allow ACE back to my home, nor can I recommend them to others.

Technicians were on time, respectful, professional. Came to the house, went straight to work, house was uncompromised and left in good order. Very satisfied with the job

They sent one of their technicians out to my property in Mesa. They spent about 5 minutes inspecting and immediately recommended to REPLACE the entire unit for $8k. I had two other companies come out Savage Air and Manny's HVAC. both gave me options to fix the unit, which is 7 years old and the unit is working great now! I would never use Ace Home again.

Ace Home Services was able to give me a same day appointment. My air conditioning stopped working the day before, and the temperature outdoors was 114 degrees. Ronald came and did the repair and got the AC working again. He was very friendly and courteous. He showed me a picture on his phone of the inside of the AC and explained what needed to be done. Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a hot summer night. After several technicians came in to fix the air conditioner to no avail, Carlos and Tom came to our rescue.Despite the day already being a long and hot one, Carlos and Tom came to look at our air conditioner late in the afternoon. We had our water heater pop and called Ace home services and they had a technician sent out that day. The tech Tyler W. was very helpful and informative. Tyler made sure the leak was flowing out of the house and checked the adjacent room for water damage. We will have the old one removed and a new one installed within a week. We kept the leaky water heater so we can still have hot water.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Even though we weren't able to get the tune-up done on the AC Units because the thermostats weren't kicking the machines on, Daniel was very informative and helpful. My water heater has some rust on it and I wasn’t sure what the problem was. The ACE guy came out and had the tank fixed in like 10 minutes. I was so impressed. He explained why that tank had rust and helped me understand that my water heater was not at risk and by replacing the tank with the rust I probably prolonged the life of my water heater. So I’m a happy camper.

We contacted ACE because of some water leakage near our furnace. Billy was our technician. He was timely, thorough, and transparent with what he could find. He was also friendly, polite, and professional.

System was running fast cycles and although still cooling the house, I knew something wasn’t right. The condenser line in the attic accessible thru a tiny crawl space was the culprit. After trying first to blow the line clean, the line had to be cut, the clog cleared and the line repaired. Very happy with the extremely professional Tech Stuart and the less than 4 hour call to service arrival. I ended up purchasing a 47 month maintenance plan, which included today’s service cal and repair. Very pleased.

Ronald Fendrick was the tech that arrived and diagnosed the problems with my system and together, we came up with the solution to replace our antiquated system. He was very professional and knowledgeable and treated us like family. We've had a bad experience with another HVAC company and as our system was down, they told us they could get to us in a week. I called ACE at 11:15am and Ronald was here a little after 2:00pm.....the same day!!! And gave us an incredible deal on our new unit which was installed the very next day! It doesn't get any better than that. And Ronald was the best and kept our interest and wishes first and foremost.

TL;DR:Replaced a HVAC through ACE. Big shout out to Skylar, Caleb, Andrew and Tim for going above and beyond to provide the best customer experience.Goods:- Skylar coordinated with the management & install department to rush our install to next morning - otherwise we would have had no AC for 4 days.- Caleb and Andrew went beyond their scope to do the installation right - the furnace & evaporator coil dimensions were slightly different from the original plan but upon request, they installed the new system right without cutting corners.- Tim boosted the morale of the install crew during his field inspection.Could be better:- ACE Home Services should consider re-evaluating their policy of 50% advance payment for a customer to get on the schedule. Several companies accept 100% payment after completion of the job, some accept 50% while starting the job and 50% at the completion of the job. In our case, we were decided upon ACE on Tuesday morning but couldn't get on their schedule until Wednesday evening while a new credit card was being rushed. By then all slots were taken and we were looking at next Monday. Luckily, Sky was able to coordinate with install dept. and rush our install.- Churn on the day of install due to dimensions of new unit could be addressed with better planning/measurements.

The motor to the AC went out in my AC unit. I was quoted $2,000 to replace this these gentlemen had come on out on a holiday for me the first time last year they did repairs on the outside part of my AC unit. It was great so that's why I recalled them. They still did great work when they came out and so they end up coming out the next day because it wasn't working everything checked out except for the thermostat they replaced the thermostat and they came first thing in the morning I mean these guys are just awesome. They believe in doing more and beyond and excellent job they have caring they do listen to their customers and they actually have feelings guys I mean these guys are just awesome. Lovely experience with front office, I think. I was quoted the price on the website and scheduled promptly. The tech came out dressed as a good ole boy. Never introduced his companion that wasn’t wearing the company uniform or identification. Talked about the situation and then stated he would need to clog the system in order to find out what was wrong. While he complained about a bad hip and struggled to get off of my short, not overstuffed loveseat, his partner quickly went down the hall and began to put stuff down the drain. When I asked if was planning on cleaning the clog he was making for free he said “no”. I told him not to break what wasn’t broken, he told me a price for the camera service that was over $400 more then I had been quoted. He told me the website price was just for him to show up. Bait and switch on an elderly widow.

Our AC stopped working on a sunday night and I called Ace home services the following morning. They were able to get to my house by noon that day. Stuart was in and out of there within 15 mins and took care of the issue. Very reasonably priced. Paid much less than anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

The technician Javier Cruz came out to my mom and stepdad‘s house the other day. We were so impressed with this guy he perform services on our system other technicians say they’ve done but looks like he went above and beyond to go ahead and do it better. Every step of the way he was explaining to my stepfather what he was doing and why he was doing we’ve had doubts about ace home services but this technician cleared that up for us. From getting off the truck looking so professional and handsome this is what an AC technician should look like. We were very spoiled having him out because I highly doubt there will be another technician like him from now on my stepdad has said he’s going to request Javier Cruz out every time we have our maintenance visits.

I moved into this residence 15 months ago. Getting ready for the second summer the a/c unit needed it’s annual maintenance and checkup. I had read about Ace Home Service giving veterans a discount. Tech was very polite and knowledgeable company pricing is outrageous it seem like the technician was almost embarrassed to tell me what they wanted to charge. Not his fault Wayover priced company $900 to replace a blower motor in a mini split.This afternoon the service manager reached out to me and offered me a deal that I could not resist!!above and beyond thanks guys you really do care! Called Ace Home Services due to our AC having trouble. They were able to respond to my request within an hour of calling. ACE Home Services was great to work with. They communicated well from the time I made an appointment to the time they finished a check up on our two HVAC units. When we are ready to replace our units, we will stick with this company. Skylar provided a quote which seemed reasonable overall.

Firstly, BB called and arrived on time.He quickly inspected the equipment and the control panel .The system was restarted and the equipment outside was checked over - all was good.During all the inspections he explained what and why he was going through everything.He wasn’t satisfied with the monitoring reading.On testing all the house walls ( inside ) it was found that the wall temperatures were the same as or higher than the monitor panel.This house is 1960 vintage in an Historic Area and he felt that the attic space either had old or insufficient thermal protecting material.After climbing into the attic he found no heat protection and arranged with ACE to install the correct material on the 20th of this month.(He could have had this done earlier but delayed it at my request.)All in all BB did a magnificent job and is a credit to ACE!!Q

I HAD A LEAKING FAUCET IN A BATH TUB. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, SPENT AN HOUR ANALIZING THE PROBLEM AND QOUTED A NEAT $1750.00 UTILIZING A VALVE I HAD PURCHASED. I PAID HIS $59.00 TRIP FEE AND SAID NO WAY.I CALLED ANOTHER SMALL SHOP, HE ARRIVED WITHIN A FEW HOURS, USED HIS OWN VALVE AND AFTER AN HOUR GAVE ME A BILL FOR HIS ESTIMATE OF $175.OO. I RETURNED THE UNUSED VALVE FOR $99.00. TOTAL COST $76.00!!!!

Skylar came out to do maintenance and a coil clean, he was very friendly and showed me everything on the ac unit and let me know about possible future repairs. 10/10 would recommend for general maintenance and cleaning.

Our thermostat started malfunctioning. Turns out something inside had shorted, which was causing the thermostat to heat up, which in turn led to the AC running continuously (the system thought our house was at 91F because the thermostat actually was that hot).After talking with the thermostat company to troubleshoot, they agreed to ship a warranty replacement, which is not due to arrive for a couple of weeks. I called Ace to see if they could give us a loaner thermostat until the new one arrived. Aubrey extended his day until almost 8:00 p.m. to bring us a substitute unit, install it, and ensure it was working properly. He was able to do this all in the same day that I called, despite the fact that he had to drive completely across the city to install our unit (45 minutes at least).We have had a contract with Ace for many years, and this is one example of why I wouldn't consider using anyone else.Many thanks!

As soon as the technician (Michael Buck) arrived he was quick to diagnose the problem and offered options keeping in mind that the home was around 100 degrees inside. He could not fix it same day since he didn't have the parts in his van. The next day he was able to confirm they had the parts in stock and he could return to fix the A/C. His quick resolution to the problem turned this into a great experience that had started a bit rough.

Juan pacheco came to our house fixed whatever was leaking and had us feeling comfortable in about an hour or so. He is a very honest and knowledgeable employee ACE is lucky to have him as an employee!

We have the membership maintenance service with Ace, and have been very happy with our AC system throughout. They do send you a reminder every year, which you call to schedule. When a converter, or any other part, needs replaced, you do get a membership savings and no charge for time. Every tech we have had out has been really good, although we never get a call the day before as promised. The schedulers are very nice and efficient. However, we have been given different advice depending on the tech; e.g. “you should really have us out around March so we can test the heat and the AC,” and then being told that the heat is not included in the membership. All-in-all, I would give 4 1/2 stars, with half a star removed for lack of continuity on information, and for no call the day before to confirm timing.

My 12 yo AC went out Monday afternoon. Tried DIY trouble shooting with no success. I Submitted an online request at after 10pm, received a call back by 7:30 am and had a worker, Brandon B., at my home the by 1:30. Brandon assessed the needed repairs and cleaning. He provided current information on upcoming changes installation requirements and quotes on potential ac upgrades. And had everything up and running again in less than 45 minutes. Gave my my future options w/o being pushy. Greatly appreciated.

Our air conditioner randomly broke and during a really hot day. Not only did the company send someone out on the same day but the person they sent out was extremely kind and friendly. Not only that I reviewed our purchase with my best friend who happens to own an air conditioning company in another state. The deal they set me up with was really good they didn't rip me off at all. I had my annual AC tune up with Stuart from Ace home services. He is excellent. He gave me info on how my system was performing and showed what kind of savings I would have if I got a new AC system.

Replaced my HVAC system in January 2021, just had the annual maintenance preformed by Don and I have to say he was very thorough. He had no problem with me hanging over his shoulder and explained everything so I would understand. I was very impressed with the install and annual service and would not hesitate to recommend Ace Home Services.

Our new heat pump was somehow locked on Cooling and Hugo came out and reset it for us. He was great.

5/25 Update. Today's service was provided by Aubry who did a fabulous job making sure everything is running correctly; followed up on a previous recommendation of adding a starter shifter and honoring that quote which we went ahead and did this time.Aubry was very helpful when I then asked about having the ductwork cleaned, received 3 options and a clear explanation on each one.I will recommend Aubry and Ace home services to anyone.

Our a/c stopped working less than 2 years after we purchased it. Ace sent three technicians out over the four days it was down and got it up and running again. The 5 stars goes to Carlos for his professionalism, knowledge, and clear explanation of what was wrong with the system, why the part had to be reordered and installed Twice.

In edition to annual maintenance and duct cleaning, Billy installed a new UV air scrubber in our unit. Ace is a great company to work with. Reasonable prices, solid service and, very importantly, great people to work with. I have used ACE for years and have no plan or reason to change.

We have been using ACE for the past 5+ years, and our experiences with them have been hit and miss. Some good experiences, and some bad. Our latest experience, was bad. We called them to have our toilet repaired (it was constantly running). We had tried to fix it ourselves with no luck, so we called Ace for a plumber to come out. They rescheduled us twice, and then they had us down for 2 different times in the same day. So, the plumber didn't show up at the timeframe that we were told on the phone. We called, and they were able to get a plumber to come out. His name was Justin. He called to let us know when he'd be at our home, and he had asked us what the issue was with the toilet. When we told him, he said that it wasn't worth his time to come out and fix it. He actually told us that we should just hire a handyman. Needless to say, that was very unprofessional and rude. He did end up coming out, and he replaced the float system. The toilet also needed a new flap. He said that I could get one myself at Lowe's or Home Depot, and put it on myself (which I did). Although he was friendly, he was also unprofessional in what he said and how he handled the toilet issue.

I bought a new ac unit with ace 4 or 4 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with this unit and costs if over 500 and more per year. I was told over and over a brand new ac did not have warranty so had to oay out if pocket. Save yourself money and yse a different company. I need to edit my post. I was contacted by Ace and they have done everything they can to rectify previous issues. Carlos came out and did a very thorough job on an unit that I have been angry over for 4 years. What a wonderful experience.

The repair man was very nice. Knew what he was doing. We thought for changing the wax ring the price was very high for one half hour of work. But when you get to 80 and can't do it your self you have to pay. Was surprised when I made the appointment, I told the man I was gone between 10 and 12:30. He made the appointment for between 1 and 5, which was good. There should be a place to write that I was not available between 10 to 12:30. At 11:35 there was a message that I should call that is something you can't do when you are in Church .

He promptly checked the a/c unit on the roof and came back to explain what was happening with the unit including showing me pictures of what he saw. ACE Home Service sent their tech (Juan) to check out my A/C concerns. It turned out that my condenser motor is on the verge of cardiac arrest if the summer heat roars over 100 + degrees. An OEM motor was ordered for my unit and actual installation took place the next day. The unit is working so I still have A/C. Just want to get it repaired before it does die in the heat and I'm left with no A/C.They say first time impressions and performance is what makes a good company.I will be posting on Facebook and Google after the installation. I'm sure I will be completely satisfied.Juan came today, Friday 13 and the replacement was flawless. When Juan was finished we turned on the A/C and it was quiet and air was cold. Installed a $15,000 Hvac unit seven years ago purchased the 10 year maintenance package over the last three years has been a war getting them out here to do the maintenance and still have not made it to perform the maintenance, excuse after excuse! I hate leaving terrible reviews but maybe this will get their attention who knows!

Our AC went out early on a Sunday morning….they sent out a technician to find out that the fan they had just put in a month earlier broke. Had to wait till Monday to order the part's….after going 24 hours without A/C I called and talked to Marisa who made sure we got a portable unit brought out right away! Demond P. Came with the unit and set it up and they put a rush on the part to have it overnighted. Both Marisa and Demond were courteous and sympathetic for our situation and made sure they did what they could to help while we waited for the part.

I was having problems with my A/C unit not cooling. The fan wasn't spinning and only a humming noise was heard. Stuart MYERS, my tech had arrived and troubleshooting the problem, corrected it and got my air circulating again. Mr. Myers as very professional and knew his job and performed well. I would recommend him for an A/C job concerns.After the temporary repair was completed, I did discuss with ACE Home Services about obtaining a new A/C unit. My unit was older than 12 years and failing. I did purchase a new Carrier A/C unit and had it installed on 7/8/ 2019 by two technicians, Tim and Joshua. They arrived promptly at the time they said they would be there and began work as scheduled. The old unit was removed and the new unit installed and tested in about 5 hours. Tim and Joshua were very knowledgeable about their job and very courteous. I was satisfied with the results and would recommend ACE to my friends.

Carlos Padilla was very knowledgable and professional. He detected issues that were a result of the factory not seperating li es which created a leak that he repared. He also found that the unit and thermostat were not setup for the two stage to operate correctly. He corrected the setup amd we should now see effeciancies. If we every need our unit loooked at again, we would like Carlos to take care of our unit. TY

Very responsive and honored time frames, the techs that did the installation were polite and answered my questions. I was a bit concerned that masks were not worn in my home nor foot coverings, and trash was left both in and outside. Also it would have been nice to have explained a PVC pipe would be used as drainage down my roof with no proper distance between my home's foundation and moisture draining from the unit. Was also told initially if I purchased a unit (which I did) that I would be offered a hotel room or portable AC units... Didn't happen.. I had to visit 4 stores to find reasonably priced portable units which was an additional expense. It's almost like after I agreed to the purchase nothing else mattered. I'm grateful they were able to install the next day, however it was a miserable 32 hours in the meantime.

I had several companies come and give me estimates on replacing our existing Central air system. All of them quoted super high prices and half were not even going to replaced all the parts. But Robert Mitchell with Ace home services was the absolute best. Not only did he blow the other companies estimates away, the warranty and services are outstanding. The other companies didn't even inspect half the things he did, and he found additional problems I didn't even know about. I am a DIY guy when it comes to home maintenance, so when my AC condenser fan wasn't starting up all of the time, I took action. I installed a new motor, contactor and capacitor, but noticed the coolant line wasn't as cold as it should be, so I set up an appointment for Ace to conduct annual services and also to check for problems in the system.My fear was the unit in the attic leaking, so when Skylar arrived, I let him know my observations. He look at the outside fan units, tested to make sure they were in fair running condition, but found the motor already burning up. Tested the coolant line to see it was extremely low and affirmed what I feared.He checked the unit in the attic and showed me where the leaks were and the coil damage from 15 years of corrosion. Unfortunately, it wasn't great news hearing that but Skylar showed his professionalism by teaching me at the same time so I didn't feel like he was just trying to sell me a new unit.Knowing it was inevitable, we sat down and looked at options. The great news, no charge for my initial service call, little thing but shows integrity. He made it clear that he was going to give me the best price, which he did(I did some research prior to him arriving in case this was the only option) by a long way, and even set up installation for tomorrow!!! We will be getting upgraded SEER packages at no cost, along with all of the latest technology (including UV protection to kill viruses in our house) and will have our AC up and running again in one day.It's not an easy choice to spend this much money but Skylar made virtually pain-free. I will definitely recommend Skylar and Ace Home Services to all of my friends.

I am extremely disappointed in ACE, we spent $10,000 on a new AC unit this year from them and were extremely happy until it leaked around the unit during this past rain and their technician comes in all cocky and says that it was due to fault construction and that they aren't responsible. Interesting that our roof is fairly new and our old unit never leaked. Now i have a bathroom ceiling that needs repair and they blew us off like we are no body. We had always been happy with their services, even spent $1,100 this year to have a new toilet installed. Rethinking any future business with them unless they make this right and respond like professionals should

I have been using ace for over five years! They have been great, honest and to the point. The service team is great! My annual inspect guy showed my my AC was on its last breath so I scheduled a new unit. The installation crew screw the pooch for everyone! Some how they the wires crossed and the thermostat would not turn on the unit. They send out a tech out was 2 hours passed the range of time they give you! At 730am I was told he is on his was and should be 45 minutes. 11:45 he shows up. After about an hour of trying different things and calling a supervisor on what do to next. I said look they need to send out someone who can troubleshoot this in a timely manner. So he leaves. This is Friday, the unit was installed Wednesday. The scheduling people call and said a higher level tech would not be about to my it until Monday. Monday rolls around. The guy does some tests and says it is a bad thermostat. They need to order a new one and it would not be here until Wednesday. Wednesday comes the guy install the new thermostat, it gets fired! The wires were cross or bad from the unit to the thermostat. They order a new one, now scheduled for Friday with a supervisor and a high level tech. They finally get it corrected on Friday by using a different color wire that was not being used to the thermostat. Long story short, the install team cut corner and did not replace the wire to the thermostat and the wire was burnt. They need to take the time to do it right, but they get paid by how many units they install, and dont care about call backs because that is not their job. Too many cooks in the kitchen! And I heard they have new ownership which could be part of the problem. Oh and the install guys got tar all over my garden hose. I told the phone people and the supervisor, yet they did nothing to fix it or clean it. I still have tar on my hose! THANKS!

I called Ace to service a hot water circulating system installed by a company they had purchased. I was told they would not honor the warranty provided by the previous vendor and the cost to replace the pump was almost double the original cost to have the whole system installed. Won’t be calling Ace again.

I called out Ace home services after Parker and son‘s heating and cooling said my system was not repairable ace sent out a young man by the name of Javier And not only repaired my system but gave me some nice options on replacing my system went im ready and gave me great advice on how to keep my system running to last me at least another summer I hope. Chad was very professional and polite. It was time for a maintenance visit under the Maintenance Plan. He was fast and explained the procedure then completed it. The unit checked out ok, but he did recommend a new surge protector to replace my aging one. In the past I have had these visits turn into a sales pitch for add on components, but Chad never pressured me or tried to sell me anything. I have used Ace for my AC services the past 14 years, I have noticed an improvement in the way I have been treated as a customer in the past couple of years. This visit made me feel like they really do care about their customers and I greatly appreciate it.

Everything was great except the price. For less than one hours work it was $395.00. We knew this going in, but companies that charge flat rates for a particular job are 99% of the time over charging. We've had more and more of these experiences in the last few years.

Our AC unit was not cooling at all for four days. The original AC company that came out and mid diagnosed the issue. We later contacted Ace Home Services. They sent out Ron, who was amazing! He quickly evaluated the what was needed and replaced our blower motor. He had our unit running in less than an hour! Wonderful job!

Have a water leak Ace was highly recommended for the work being done was given a set time, but accidentally was disconnected called the service right back was given a new time frame that was later in the afternoon, littlerly 2 minutes between first call. This should have been the first red flag.So I booked the later appointment 11 to 3 my wife took the afternoon off and no one showed. I called about 3:30 inquiring about my service was told they were delayed for a water heater. I was asked if I would still like service, I said, Yes I have a water leak . I was informed that they will get in touch with ACE to find out what went wrong. Still waited got no answer, so at approximately 9 or 9:30 I called again inquiring about the service the answering department had no answer but said they would contact the ACE to find out.Get a call first thing in morning from ACE and was told that I had canceled my service at 5:30 pm which is a absolute lie, I request service regardless of them being late. They offered to reschedule for 9 to 11 and said that they would still bill me for a service fee of somewhere around $80. I declined they're service as it was insulting for not even offering a discount or waving the service fee for not showing.

I have used ACE for my A/C and plumbing in the past and have always had a good experience with their service and professionalism. The technicians are always polite and kind. Bo did a great service for me today in a timely manner and I appreciate his expertise for my A/C service /condition. He was able to repair what needed to be serviced today and I thank you for that. I feel I will have a better A/C unit to get us through another HOT AZ summer due to his quality service.

Our tech Patrick was on time and did a great job checking out both of my units. I needed work on both to get them up and running like new. This is not a service it is a sales pitch! Tech came out for a tune-up service went outside for 5 minutes and came back in to tell me I needed to replace both units because they were sooooo bad. Literally tried to tell me if I turned them on they would explode in my attic, even though he had turned them on and they were still running. Told me my coils are leaking, but never looked at the coils. He couldn't do the inspection or tune-up because the units are too old, but charged me full price for both units. He then proceeded to go back to his vehicle and spent 20 minutes writing up quotes for replacements. He spent more time on the quotes then he did looking at my units. He even had to come back in to ask me where the coils were, you know the ones that he claimed were leaking. I was told they would email the invoice with a list of what is wrong with my units. The emails was just a receipt for the tune-up and three attachments of quotes.

I hired Ace Home Services for an annual AirConditioner tune up on 5-3-21. When the technician entered our home, he only went into one bedroom and measured 1 register for output air temperature and then only looked at my thermostat to determine the split in air temperature.Then the technician focused our conversation on buying a new air conditioner.I was very disappointed in Ace Home Service. The technician did not properly measure the temperature split and my visit was solely focused on pushing me into buying a new air conditioner. I did not receive the service I expected and was unable to collect true performance of my air conditioners.Sincerely, Michele

The worst. Their technicians are also salespeople and don't do a very good job at either one. They have been servicing my AC for several years and the service is lackluster when there is no add-on sale involved. For instance, I buy the filters in advance and the technicians seem disappointed they they can't sell them to me instead.Two weeks ago my system shut down because the drain pipe was completely clogged -- apparently had never been checked!I've replaced both the AC and Ace as a service company. I won't let Ace back on my property again.

Stuart came to replace our thermostat and adjust our heating system on the unit we purchased through him. He is always very friendly, helpful, and does an amazing job! I won't use anyone else for my a/c and heating needs!

As an out of state absentee owner, I relied on Ace to repair my A/C unit. Because time was of the essence I didn't get a second estimate on the work to be done. My mistake. $1750 to 'repair' a 3 year old unit and then trying to upsell a larger unit. Shame on you! Part of the bill includes a 3 year service maintenance agreement. I wonder if they will honor that without sticking me for additional add-ons?

I have been an ACE Customer for nearly 20 years. I am always pleased with their service. Techs are knowledgeable and professional. The only issue I have is that the tech that came out this time smelled so bad from cigarettes' I didn't want him in my house! I was the first call in the morning! Great tech, he just needs to wear fresh clothes and use nicotine patches during working hours! Petty I know, but I can't stand that awful smell!

I wish I would have been told realistic pricing up front. Over the phone the girl said it'd be 79.99 for the tech to come out and see what was going on and if any parts were needed, the 79.99 would go towards the recommended parts. It ended up being 300$ without any parts needed. The tech went in the attic, looked at the unit and determined some insulation had been sucked in. He removed it, checked some other things out restarted the unit, waited to make sure it was working, made his respectable pitch and charged me for an hours worth of labor ($300).Did they come out same day? Yes.Did they show up when expected? Yes.Was the tech knowledgeable, professional, and nice? Yes, no complaints there!Did the problem get fixed? Yes.I just wish the girl over the phone would have set a better expectation of pricing up front.

He went above and beyond to make sure our AC unit was well taken care of; he explained far more than other technicians for other companies have in the past. Brandon showed up and quickly diagnosed an issue. After getting it running it shut down and found another switch that needed adjusting. So happy they got me cool again within 24 hours. Will use Ace for all my business in the future.

The technician was right on time and had booties on to protect our carpets. He went up into the attic and did a very thorough inspection of all elements of our heating system. After finishing his inspection he clearly explained the results. He told us that everything was working like it should and he didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. He answered several questions and was on his way. We would highly recommend ACE Home Services to someone looking for a heating/air conditioning company.

We knew it was coming so we went ahead , with Marc's help, and purchased a new heat pump. Marc arranged for the install the next day. The installers came the next day, installed the unit as promised, and had it up and running quickly. They did an amazing job. I am impressed and very happy with the entire job, start to finish. Joshua came and spent almost all day Tuesday to get AC to keep house temp below 80. Yet Wednesday temp went back up to 80. Thermostat set at 75. Got the nesssge that system is calling for cooling yet temp had risen 3 degrees…. Joshua replaced something he thought might be the problem but apparently not. He tried but it didn’t work. Unit is two years old.

Beware of dishonest technician!! I had to ask him to leave my house!!What is a $375 phase shifter?Skylar Lundburg, the technician identified the cylinder tin inside the access panel went bad and needed a new one for $375. I asked him for the name of the part and search online for learning purpose and quick price check, he said it's called phase shifter. No such thing came up on the web so I asked again, he kept saying it's a phase shifter. We only spent less than 10 minutes outside before he started talking rude. He said it was hot outside and I had a trust issue so he wanted to collect the $79.99 inspection fee and call it done. I said it was not a trust issue and that I want to know what is needing repair and how long will that last. He said who knows if some other parts are broken maybe need to replace the whole compressor. I really wanted to get the AC running again so I said if I could double check online for the right procedure and price I would go ahead and as well have the inspection fee waived as told. He refused and asked for $40. I asked him to leave my house then called Julie, the operator to express my concern and requested to speak with the manager, she said would send out an email but I haven't heard from anyone since.Time spent about 15 minutes nothing got fixed!An unpleasant way to start the weekend!It was a record high heat week!It is not a phase shifter it is a motor capacitor ~$20

Tim and Josh were awesome today. Not only with the unit install that we had to replace but at troubleshooting another issue as well. Our units are back in business! Robert serviced another one of my units today and he's been to my house before. I like seeing familiar faces who I know I can trust to make me happy and get the work done at a reasonable price!

I think they don't want the business. Cost of fan is <$1000 at retail and they quote $3,566, wouldn't even come to our home to see what we have. Did they quote something that costs a contractor, with contractor discount, I don't need? Unfortunately for Ace we can check prices and know when supposed military veterans are dipping into the pork. So disappointed.

Robert Mitchell was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining all my options of repairing vs. replacing my 11 year old air conditioner. He provided pictures which were appreciated since my unit is on the roof. He also worked to provide me with several options/discounts that reduced the overall price. Inspection was on the same day I called and replacement was scheduled for the following day ... a Saturday! Nice job!

Ace has always been dependable and reliable for me over the years through a maintenance agreement I had with them. So, when my old air conditioner failed, I bought my new air conditioner from them. Now, this year when my new air conditioner needed it's one year maintenance service, Ace was all over it. They contacted me to make an appointment! Then Ace sent one of their field supervisors, Stuart M., who is experienced, knowledgeable, personable and thorough to complete the maintenance. I felt confident that my air conditioner was in good hands!

The four service techs were on time with all the correct equipment. Started at 7:45 AM and we're cleaning up at 2:45 PM. Took out three old units and replaced supply & returns and then put in two new units. Great job !!Don cleaned out backup AC drain lines. Great job !

Jim had come by to replace our thermostats with the correct ones that were ordered a year ago when we had both units completely replaced, he had mentioned to me that the ones he was sent with were worse than the ones i already have. He said he would get to the bottom of this and get the correct size and display units that we should have gotten from the beginning and would come back as quickly as he can. not sure how long we will have to wait, but just that kind of service is reputable.

I have done a lot of business with ACE over the last three years. Most of it has been good and the products have been great so far with the exception of the StreamLab leak detector.The technician, Stuart, came today and was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. He was the same tech that sold me my a/c and heating units three years ago. ACE should have more employees like him. The tech today was punctual and knowledgeable and truthful but not all of your employees have these traits.

Stuart was on time. Explained everything and was very courteous and professional. Installers Zachary and Justin were amazing!! Got right to it, installation done more quickly than I expected. Thank goodness since my AC went out during record heat days!! Highly recommend.

Dan was very knowledgeable in the A/C technologies area, but since we have another, much newer, A/C that serve our 3 BRs, I was hoping to base my A/C replacement based more on air-space to cool with the two units (one serving our 3 BRs, the new A/C service the rest of the cubic capacity of the rest of the house. Didn't make sense to me to go only by priced differences of A/C terminologies. A person buys 20 cars in a lifetime, but maybe 2 A/Cs. There's more to A/Cs than price and seers and hp. Excuse me for getting into too much detail, but helping the Pentagon for 20 years to make major decisions, I've learned to look for decision parametrics that are tailored to the decision makers, not the technology parametrics of the A/Cs that I'd buy one or two of in a lifetime.

Stuart is a nice guy however quoted $1,800 dollars to replace blower wheel and motor.I purchased the blower wheel for $57 and my handy man installed it in 30 minutes. The motor was fine and works like a charm. After giving my guy $100 for his time my total cost was $157.Not to impressed with Ace.Follow up to the response.At ACE we provide only the best parts and services.....That cleared it right up.At ACE we are looking to take advantage of you when your air is out and you really don't have time to have someone else quote. Plus you charged me $79 just to tell me it was going to cost me $1800. Your response is completely unacceptable and should be deleted. You should send me back my $79 and apologise and stop trying to take advantage of people.

This is our 2nd year using a service contract with ACE on our heat pump. All the service techs I have had contact with have been excellent. Jim S did todays maintenance and he did a very good job. He was very knowledgeable of the unit, and did a thorough cleaning and check up of the system. I believe maintenance is very important to keep things running trouble free and greatly extends the life of the unit. I'm very happy with ACE Home Services.

ACE Home services has never let me down. They are fair and fix what needs to be fixed. Stuart has always been honest with me and helped me do the best I can do for the budget I have. I have a home warranty service, but the first year I bought my house 4 different people came to fix me AC and when I got my own person it was fixed. I highly recommend them for installation.HOWEVER, the man who gave me the initial quote did not answer some of my questions truthfully. I got a fair price ONLY AFTER we called back to question the quote. Great company to use, if you know about air conditioners, but maybe not the best for a person who could get taken advantage of.

I will never use this company ever again. They did not service my complete system and changed the filters only.for $129+. They appeared to us to only want to sell us equipment that we can live without for over $4500+. Also wanted to sell us a maintained service for over $800+. I DO not know how this company stays on business.

After installing an AC unit, they left before it was fully functional! Instead they told my family we would need to get a hotel for the night at 6pm. We had to find boarding for 1 dog and a hotel to accommodate the other and our large family. What a nice added expense to have to come up with on short notice. Their website says they are open 24/7 and for emergencies but we were on our own. Not only did they leave the ac unit unusable, they left a mess all over the floors and took some chunks out of my walls while working. What a disaster!

I had a favorable experience with my service tech Josh L.. He showed up on time, was very professional and did a nice job. There was a small hiccup with a third party warranty company which didn't cover some items on my air conditioning unit but that was not Josh's fault. That is something I will have to deal with the third party company. I liked that the company sent me a text with Josh's picture and his arrival time. Josh was very friendly and efficient. He explained to me what part he was replacing and the reason for replacing it. Ace Home Services is lucky to have an employee like Josh on their staff.

We were having an issue with an AC unit that shut off at night for around 2 hours on its own. We had one technician come out and correctly identify an issue with the start up circuits, and those were replaced.The unit still shut off when it felt like it. Robert made a follow up call and after checking the system, identified the issue and made a repair. We are now 1 week into the fix, everything is working great.Robert was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job.

Our A/C fan had stopped spinning at 8p.m. I sent a text to ACE Home Services and had an appointment for 11a.m. the next day. This was a much faster response than what I expected. Before the tech arrived, ACE sent me a text with the tech's name and a photo so that I knew who to expect at my house. When the tech arrived, he identified the problem in about 5 minutes and had my A/C working again in about 30 minutes. I was absolutely impressed with the great service and price. I recommend ACE Home Services and plan to use them again in the future!

Called ACE Home Services in morning and service tech was at my door a few hours later!! Service Tech, Bo, was very informative and straight foreword with my AC problem. My unit was 27 years old and needed replaced and I agreed to have a new unit installed. Bo made all the arrangements with no hassle. Bo and his assistant were very professional and pleasant to talk to about my AC unit.The next morning, the installers were at my door at 8 am and promptly started to get to work. Adrian and Dewayne were very professional and walked me through the the steps that they were doing for the installation. Great guys to talk to about their work. A few hours later they were done. They cleaned up and left everything the way it was before they started. I would recommend ACE Home Services to anyone that needed HVAC service.

Our AC stopped working on a day where temperatures reached 115. Marc at ACE was able to come sooner than our scheduled time, immediately found the problem and promptly fixed it. He was professional and did great work. Would recommend to others and use again if needed in the future.

Sam was friendly and informative as I had questions about how the AC was operating compared to past ACs I've had. I liked his technical answers that addressed completely the exact concerns I had and he even helped me plan for future AC units. He found a rubbing cable that would have caused a short circuit. Very observant Sam. He gave me simple maintenance tips that I could do myself and approved the type of AC filter I was using. A very satisfying and informative visit.

We have been a contract customer since we purchased our entire system from Ace about 8 years ago. It is working well. Get annual htg and AC check ups. they troubleshoot well. If we ever had an issue they were on it. Eduardo is fantastic, always smiling, is a senor technician, knows the business and functions of all equipment very well. And we always ask for him since he has become our regular ACE person. Only thing we have been asking for is that the office call the contract customers when the time is due to get set up for those htg and A/c check ups, kind of nice to get reminders that it is time to set the appointment. Once we make the call to set up, then they call us a day before with the info and time frame and all that. Giving the 5 stars to Eduardo, will take a 1/2 star off for the customer calls for semi annual appointment set ups. Other 4 1/2 for overall very good service and equipment and knowledge.

I was alarmed that my new HVAC system did not seem adequate for my home. It would not keep my 1900 sq. ft. duplex cool enough in the afternoon to keep me at the comfort level I require, I have COPD and with the medications I take the heat affected me badly. I complained and ACE sent a man out to check it out. He told me my unit was running just fine and no air conditioner will keep you cooler than 30 degrees lower than the outside temp. That I did not know so here on out I will have to super-cool the house in the cooler early hours and hope it will hold for the afternoon and evening (my garage was still 110 at 1 AM last night) We have had record breaking temps of 115 to 117 this week. Next fall when the attic cools off I plan to make changes to my ductwork.

What a great find...A/C was down in mid-June and who to call. Ace , who I had seen their ads, said they would be here that day. Sure enough, within a couple of hours technician, Tim H. arrived. He was clean, friendly and knew the problem right away. He gave me an estimate, which sounded reasonable. Better yet, he had the necessary parts on him truck. The service was fairly quick. He showed me the parts he replaced, ran several tests on the performance of the unit. He pointed out a concern for a future repair. He explained their service plans they offer and the benefits of yearly maintenance, with the discounts. NO pressure to buy, just the information. I could not be more pleased with the service that I received from Ace Air and their technician, Caleb Garver. They were able to give me next day service, which was fine for me. They called me 30 minutes ahead of the appointment time to let me know when Caleb would arrive. Caleb was very professional and was able to give me a choice or repair options. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain how the repair would be completed. He was efficient which saved me time waiting around. Most of all, I like Ace Air's reasonable prices.

I recently had a routine service call. I have two a year. One for the air conditioners and one for the furnace. I’ve always had a positive experience. Today was no different. Bo was my technician today. He did a thorough job and respected my home by being very careful and neat. I had one item brought to my attention. We scheduled a routine maintenance weeks ago and gave them both contact #s. I called to confirm and told them the number to call for the appointment was my husbands. The day of the appointment they called me at work several times, not my husband. Apparently they don’t send the technician even if you verbally confirm the day before they must speak to you on the phone. Ok- that’s fine as long as you call the right number.Called Parker and sons after this issue the same day and they were able to send a tech SAME DAY for routine maintenance. Also getting a more thorough inspection, Yay!

Steer clear of this company!! My husband and I owned a service contract with a company that was purchased by ACE. Of course, we called them when we had a problem only to learn our contract was not being honored, they could repair our unit, it would cost over $1500. The copper leaked and needed to be replaced, it was quite involved. We became a bit concerned when there was three technicians on our roof, however they completed the job. Less then six months later, the heater stopped working during the night. We called ACE out to check it out. We were told the unit was problematic and should be replaced, it’s less than five years old. They quoted us a comparable unit for $13,000-lowering the price to over $8,000. THEY DIDN’T EVEN LOOK AT THE UNIT. Thank goodness we opted for a second opinion from a different company, the leak in the copper line was found late at night, in the dark! Repair cost was $250. By the way, the leak itself was due to poor workmanship. The staff works on commissions, be careful.

Terry promptly arrived at our 11 a.m. appointment, listened to my concerns about plumbing a water softener, and the three valve bypass system with some termination flexibility I wanted to reduce strain to plastic softener fittings. Terry offered some valuable input about the configuration and he offered an estimate within a few minutes. I asked when he could start and he proceeded to install exactly what I wanted. The system is in and functioning by the end of the work day with an assurance he would respond to and take care of any issues promptly. By the looks of the work, a call back is highly unlikely.

Chad did a great job servicing my system and installed a surge suppressor to keep me protected even as a storm began to fill the skies.

Daniel L. the service tech which came to the house was very professional, explained exactly what he was going to do and recommendations for our system. Dan noticed that the solar panels that are installed have been installed to close to unit and to contact our solar provider to make compliant with current codes. Dan cleaned and serviced our a/c to the best of his ability with the access he had. Would highly recommend Ace and Dan for any work that you might need. Dan also called and got us a reduced service call rate, since he could not do all required services.

I have had Marc several times and he has always been very honest with me. He is very pleasant and explains everything in advance what he is going to do next. He tries to save me money further down the road. I highly recommend his service to anyone.

Had new HVAC installed last week, Jose and then crew were good and polite. We also had an appointment set up for Tuesday 11-1 for a plumbing issue. No show, finally get a call at the end of the day saying they need to reschedule. My husband said no, we got someone else. When you say a range of times and there’s a problem a good company CALLS earlier etc. instead of making us wait around all day for nothing. A simple phone call would have solved our displeasure. And now today, we had an “appointment” between 11-3 to have the installer check out the new a/c—it seems really loud, like an airplane taking off-this is a brand new unit and we wanted to make sure it’s operating ok. Husband has called a couple of times and we were told they are still coming. It’s almost 6pm—ridiculous!!! We are really having second thoughts about using ACE! Jose was awesome, but it’s been frustrating ever since. I’d like to review higher, but right now, even a 3 star is being generous. Customer service goes a long ways! Quick phone calls make all the difference...

Hired them to do annual servicing and coil cleaning. Technician saw microbial growth on some wires and said I needed a new unit. He quit right there and still charged for the cleaning he never performed. The rest of the visit was to sell me on a new unit. My ac keeps it at a brisk 70 in AZ.....not sure whats going on there

Made an appointment for emergency toilet problem Saturday night before labor day and they said they'd be here Sunday between 12pm to 3pm no one showed up and our labor day Sunday was wasted turned out they took all of our information but didn't save a thing so we made an appointment today Tuesday after labor day for 8 to 11 and once again no one showed up. Lame excuse they called and left a message today but no missed call or message. Another half a day wasted. 4.5 stars seems suspicious. Good luck.

Everyone is very friendly and on time .Work is done quickly and well.They leave the area clean and neat.I like that I get a picture ID even before they come then introduce themselves when they get to the door.I'm very pleased with the results.

We had our attic ac unit leaking water. $1500 later and it started leaking again. Service manager came out and said unit needed replaced. Gave us a bid. I chose to use another company to replace our ac. I didn't trust them after our bad experience.

We had to have our old A/C Unit replace on 08/23 2020 and added Insulation installed and the A/C unit we had went out completely and Ace Home services came to our rescue. I called booked an appointment for a tune up explaining the unit is one years old. My husband states when they got there they told him o we don't like to work on units that are within two years old and we didn't install well why wasn't i told that when I made appt??? I told them it was a year old! Not happy about everyone's wasted time!

They installed two brand new units and since day one I have had issues. The unit would not work or turn right after it was installed. They had to come out three times just to fix these brand new units. Now this morning my ceiling fell in due to the duck work is leaking. Do Not Use this company. They don't care about their customers.

Excellent Service! On-time visit! Great Technicians!Our technicians Brian and Casey provided excellent service for our plumbing and HVAC maintenance. They were able to provide really good quotes and great explanations for potential upgrades to our systems. We will definitely be working with ACE Home Services when it comes time to perform these upgrades.

Our service call was for a technician who could repair a leak in plastic piping as well as finish installing a timer for our system. The tech who arrived (Brett), although very nice advised us he really didn't have experience with timers. He was able to satisfactorily repair the leaky piping. Although unhappy that we have to wait for another technician with timer experience, we are happy with Ace Home Services and plan to use them again in the future.

He provided honest feedback while still being very understanding of my current situation. We had an excellent service call today, even though the news was bad! Sky took time to carefully take video of what was going on with our unit and explain the pros and cons to various replacements. We have used ACE for ongoing maintenance for some time and the service individuals have always been very pleasant and helpful.

Good install but deplorable service when it came to honoring the 10 year warranty. Techs are good but management has placed sales on their shoulders as well and it's a poor fit. I had a simple issue that ACE claimed to be a $1000 non warranty item and quoted exclusions that do not exist in my original contract.Had the repair done by others for less then $200,,, and they didn't insult my intelligence or try to sell me duct cleaning.I'll never recommend ACE. Check out BBB website for other terrible experiences.

Robert Mitchell went out of his way to explain to me the issue with my AC unit so that I could make an educated decision regarding fixing or replacing it. Unfortunately I had to choose replacement over fixing which will save me money in the long run. He was able to get it scheduled for replacement the next day. He even offered to set us up in a hotel for the night because it's already so hot in the house. Thanks to Robert I'm getting a good deal and fast service in this Arizona heat.

We had ACE Home Services install our AC unit in 2007. The installation went smoothly. Ever since, we have had ACE check our AC system annually. We always ask for Tim who is one of the best technicians we have been fortunate to know although I'm confident all their technicians are as good. Last year it was the thermostat (it was 98 degrees in my house). The unit was not even six months old. This year it was a faulty switch in unit. Now the unit is not 2 years old yet.You pay a person to answer phone for trouble calls. I was told a technician would be out NEXT day between 9-1 – did NOT happen by 3. I called AGAIN and was told I was on the schedule between 3-7. It was obvious I was never on the schedule.Skylar came out to appease me but by then I was think about the fact that I was paying $10,000 for what I thought was quality equipment from a reputable company, and because it would not shut off for 12 hours – how much my electric bill was going to be.I will have to live and pay for my mistake, but trust me I will not be recommending ACE to anyone!

Ace did a phenomenal job on our AC install. We called them out for a maintenance check, but it was determined that we needed a whole new unit and re-installation of much of the duct work. They were very professional and we did not feel pressured into doing anything we weren’t comfortable with. The work was done in one day. We highly recommend this company.

The plumber Larry Kranz was honest and helpful, but the service was nothing as I expected. I explained what my problem was beforehand on the phone and what I've already experienced through a recent plumber, only to have someone from Ace come and hear what I've already stated on the phone for $80 and then for an additional fee to attempt a job that was currently unsuccessful with the previous plumber. I thought the $80 was for a physical diagnosis and see what the problem was, and then go ahead and proceed with the full service which I was willing and able to pay for.

Julie I thank you so much for your hard work, because more than once I tried to give up but you refused to give up on me, just to make sure I don't sleep another day without ac. You have a good heart, and great customer service skill. I will actually recommend ACE Home to anyone who needs help with their ac. We made the mistake of getting a service plan with a previous company Ace bought out, which was fine with the other company, but after the switch, only problems. Nothing but inconsistency in what was said about our unit once Ace took over. This last time, they found all kinds of problems. Said we needed a new unit now, but if we act fast, there's a deal that we could take advantage of. After going in the attic myself and doing some research, I felt uneasy about them (quote on base unit was way too high as well). Had another company come out and said everything was running good, just had an older unit. Probably need to replace in the next couple years, but might as well get every cent out of it. Nice to get an honest answer and not a money guzzler. If you feel uneasy about Ace, there's probably a reason. Do your homework before they dupe you into throwing thousands of dollars at the problem. I don't usually write reviews, but these two places were definitely worth reviewing. Don't make the same mistake we nearly did.

We were very please with the service we got from Ace. We needed to have the maintenance program from the previous owner transferred to us and it was done quickly and without a hassle. The technician showed up when he was supposed to and was very efficient about the inspection and service of our heat pump.

ACE came out for a yearly inspection of our unit and Joshua, the service person was great.We needed our ducts cleaned, and I had been interested in an air purifying system so was happy to hear that ACE could help us with both of those items. Ace Home Services has come to my rescue on several occasions for air conditioning, plumbing and installation of new air-conditioning unit and new hot water heater. Plumbing problems were fixed. All technicians have been very polite and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Ace Home Services to anyone! Today I was with maintenance technician Richard Grijalva who came to for my seasonal air conditioner check. Richard explained the procedures and what he was looking for. He made recommendations for a different filter to help reduce the dust and power costs. He was very pleasant and helpful. Scott W. Came on 12/2/17 to check out a broken air conditioner drain pipe and discovered it was an old pipe that was no longer in use. He did recommend a starter for the air conditioner that will help reduce my monthly power bills and increase the life of the air conditioner. Very helpful and polite. On 7/16/18, Billy Stringer came and helped with replacing my thermostat control as it got broken while I was replacing the batteries. He found a compatible unit and had my air conditioning up and running in a very short time. He was very helpful and polite as well.

Can't say enough about ACE home services! We had our AC go out at 7pm on Sunday night. Called several business's to see who could come out. 2 of them said they don't so service on nights and weekends. Stuart from ACE came out about 20 mins later. Reviewed our issue and then sat for the next 2 hours discussing options with us. We opted to go with a new system rather than repair this one again. Stuart was great in walking us through the process, making sure all the arrangements were made that were needed and actually got our system installed the following the morning. We tend to be more old school and someone coming out to the house as they said they would, and spend the time that they did with us goes a long way in saying something about Customer Service.Also Tim whom was one of the installer's did a follow up visit to the house and checked a few things out and explained what he was doing in detail. Couldn't ask for a nicer group of folks and can't say enough about the installation process and the installation of the hardware itself, top notch!Hats off to ACE home services!

Mike never come to see the water heater. He called for information about the water heater. He didn't tell us to turn the water off, until I called today, the lady told me to turn the main water off. He said it was to late to get one. The places were closed Saturday and Sunday. He never called on Monday. I called Ace, they said they would send some one out, and they did. The old water heater was guaranteed until 7/14/2020. But yet I had to pay for a new one. I thought I was going to get a replacement. That it wasn't going to cost me anythingYet I had to pay for one. Now they say that the electrical panel won't reset, so now I have to call a electrician to fix it. I have always done my business with you guys, but now I have to think about it

We discovered on July 4th our air conditioning was not working. The people at ACE were fantastic. We had a technician there within an hour. Jason did a fantastic job. He had it repaired and up and running in no time. I think it was great to have such good service on a holiday and he was very nice! Thank you Jason

We have used ACE Home Services for several years - they installed our two air conditioning units as well as perform a yearly maintenance. One of our air conditioners recently stopped working. We called in the evening and left info with their night call service. A follow up phone call came early in the morning, and by afternoon, our repair man was on the job! I have nothing but good things to say about our service or Junior. He helped us immensely and was out here very quickly. We live in Arizona so when our AC went out in the summer it was an emergency for us. First of all I want to say I have doing business with ACE for more than 8 years and absolutely satisfied until my recent experiences in 2018I have a maintinance contract and had requested my annual service call late February. The technician came out and after initial inspection went into his sales pitch to sell me a new unit. After providing his quotation for a new AC the technician was disappointed I did not sign for new unit as according to him 85-90% of his customers sign immediately! I told him I would think about it and proceeded to get 2 other quotations. Late March I called ACE and specifically told the Service Manager I was looking for his best price on a new unit as I had received lower quotations. He requested to send same technician here to check ducting. Anyways came back with a quote of 5% higher than they quoted me 30 days earlier. Technician first told me this was a much better AC unit and he wouldn't recommend the unit he quoted me 30 days prior. Then proceeded to tell me the ducting work was not included in prior quote which I quickly produced to show him it was. All said and done the technician told me I was wasting his time and would not have come to my place if he knew I was shopping. The most disappointing incident here is that after ACE did initial inspection and proceeded to tell me I absolutely required a new unit, they forgot to mention my refrigerant was 4lbs low(22%). After having another company recharge my system all is working well. Conclusion is I had a bad experience with a high pressure salesman acting as a technician

I will never use ACE Home Services again!!! Never…..what a rip off!!!!!!! All the tech did was take advantage of the situation, trying to sell me a new unit. Charged me 366.40 to replace 1 fuse when anyone with half a brain would have replaced both fuses and then the fuse he replaced blew 2 days later. Sorry not Sorry!!!!!!Thanks for nothing ACE Home Services??????????????????

Went above and beyond during routine maintenance service. Found old garbage parts left behind by previous company/technicians during last HVAC install and removed from the attic. Identified airflow issues across coils not found by any previous technicians over the years and corrected.

Billy was our technician and he did a great job! Our a/c stopped blowing cold air and we called late evening and ACE sent Billy by late morning and we were so happy. Billy diagnosed the problem quicky, explained the costs, and had our air on within an hour. He also explained ACE's available service contracts in language that we could understand. We would recommend ACE for any air conditioning work you need done!

ACE put a new system on our roof for $10k a year ago. A week ago the AC stopped working when our circuit breaker went bad, so they came out to look at the AC, said it blew the low voltage fuse, $100. Yesterday the low voltage fuse blew again. So they look at it, replace fuse again, it blows again, so maybe a new thermostat? $120. Fingers crossed we don't get a $140 bill next week. It might be better to have an electrician come out next time.

I have been grateful for the ACE home air conditioning team working on my air conditioner unit for quite a few years. Each time they tried to make sure do the job right at the first time. Had a visit from ACE Home Services after our AC system stopped working. On very short notice ACE dispatched HVAC technician Robert Mitchell. After a quick check out he discovered we had an electrical fire. An estimate was worked up and to my surprise ACE beat my wife's employee discount with a home improvement store she works at. ACE was able to schedule the install for the very next day. Robert Mitchell was awesome and worked hard to earn our business. Very happy we picked up the phone and called them. Thanks Robert!

ACE service techs are good but they are also salesmen. After spending nearly $7,000 for a new system there should not be a need for costly fixes within a couple of years.

I have an AC unit that was not working and Robert explained the repairs needed very thoroughly to me. Because of the extensive repairs and age of unit, I decided to purchase a new unit. I do not appreciate how he took me to this page to rate him and he took my phone and pressed on 5 stars and was like push post. Rude and up in my personal space. Even his crew that came out to the house said that our ac would have lasted the summer so we could have shopped around to see our options. I do not recommend ace home services and am greatly offended by Robert Mitchell

Darien came and did a thorough check up of our house plumbing. He was not only very professional, but also friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I would have him back should we decide to go ahead with the 3 areas of our plumbing that needs attention. I would recommend him to our friends.

ACE Home Services is reliable, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am always satisfied. I have had a maintenance agreement with them for over 10 years. I ask lots of questions, and the answers help me maintain my home on a daily basis.

Well the best I can say is that the technician was on time. My toilet was running and I didn't want to take the time myself to fix it. But it was just a rotten rubber seal that needed to be replaced. I was quoted $289 to replace it!!!!! I told him that was an outrageous price and that I had another company replace a toilet a year ago for $225. He said their starting price for that was over $600. Well I am not THAT stupid. I will replace the seal myself. I could also figure out how to install a new toilet and be able to pocket $400 for what I was quoted. If you have money burning a hole in your pocket, go ahead and call Ace Home Services.

This company charges $40.00 per vent. The rep told me this is the busiest time of the year for them. The price is reflective. The don't need or want my business.

Always had a great experience with ACE Home Services. They initially did replaced my AC unit for me. They are always show up in their allotted time and Francisco explains the work he’d be doing and give me some options. Glad to be part of the ACE family.

ACE is Awesome!!...From the office staff to the service tech. They were out to my home in about an hour from my phone call. They sent a picture of the service person prior to them coming-LOVE that for safety reasons for everyone. Bo was awesome, explained everything and fixed it. I only have 4 stars because a few days after I scheduled my yearly maintenance service as part of my service contract I received a call trying to sell me a maintenance service.

I have used this company for several years, as they installed our A/C unit sometime ago. I needed to have them come and do an annual check-up. The technician arrived on time, and introduced himself. A few things needed to be done. This technician explained my options, and went right to work. It is amazing how much credit you can give a company who actually does what they say they are going to do, and doesn't screw around getting it done. Even my cat liked him!

Got to my home as soon as they could during this scorching heat wave we’re in. Repairs were made quickly and professionally. The team at Ace did a great job from scheduling to repair. Have used them before will continue to use them. I trust them.

I currently live in Utah and my wife and I have a home in Arizona that is currently be rented out. Recently our tenants advised us of some ongoing issues with the AC Unit on the home. After doing some research and talking to a couple of different companies we finally decided to do our business with Ace. I was very satisfied with their service they provided me and the residents of our home. They were very professional, and also very understanding in the situation where we could not be present for the repairs as the home owners. They also did me the extended courtesy of keeping me and our current tenants in the loop with what was going on and what needed to be done. All in all I am very pleased with the customer service and professionalism from all the staff members that I encountered in handling my business with ACE.

They helpful and honest. Even after I decided to try and find the original installer of my a/c unit, they are still willing to go out of their way to look up my warranty info to check for covered parts.

Purchased a 10 year preventative maintenance agreement with ACE in 2011. Once a year, they come to my house and perform a thorough check of my system (cool and heat), clean the coils, etc. They have a form that the technician fills out with all the important specifics on how the unit is working (which they provide us a copy when they are through).This week, Technician Wayne, came to our house, and he went up to the attic for a few minutes, and then basically tried to sell us on a $1600 job to clean our ducts. He did not test our air conditioning unit at all.

FANTASTIC, VERY HONEST SERVICE!About a year ago, I purchase an on-roof air conditioner for my home through ACE Home Services, who provided a very fair price and did a superb job in the installation. Prior to selecting ACE, I did my homework in checking reviews and rating for a number of air conditioner providers since I had been burned by three of them in the past for poor service, high prices, and dishonest practices. The reviews of ACE Home Services for air conditioning were the best I saw, so I went with them and am so glad I did. Dan came to my home today in response to my request to have my nearly 1-year old air conditioner checked out. He was extremely knowledgable, showing me exactly what he was doing and why. Since I am on ACE's once yearly maintenance program, there was no cost for his servicing my air conditioning. Moreover, Dan was very polite and professional. When I call ACE for next year's service, I will certainly request Dan for maintenance. I would give 10 starts to him and ACE if I could. They are a diamond in the rough as far as air conditioning in the Phoenix area goes.

The technician, while being polite, seemed more like a salesman than a tech. He increased our bill from $79.00 to over $210.00 just because he said our drain line was plugged and needed to be corrected. According to my wife, all he did was pour some solution into the drain pipe. Pretty expensive solution that could not have taken more than 5 min to administer. I think he took advantage of my wife since I was not available to hear his talk. Won't be doing business with this company any longer.

Robert started of professional enough. He seemed very knowledgeable and determined the cause of our issue quickly. The price quoted included so many discounts which in my mind shows how much high their rates are, it started about $13000 and he got it down to $6000. After going over options for replacement of our unit I told Robert we would have to talk it over and figure out finances. He instantly became annoyed, unprofessional and downright rude. He started pressuring us to make a decision, complained about having to commute to my home, putting down our decisions and constantly huffing and shaking his head in disgust that we didn't just say yes to his fix. I will always share this experience with my network and urge people to use a different company.

Stuart did an excellent job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on his job. He was able to answer all our questions and even gave us all possible options that could fit our needs and budget.

We have had many issues with a local company here in the city of Maricopa (Absolute Air). After months of having to continually contacting the company (not ACE) for assistance of when our parts would be in, we decided to give ACE a try with technician Stuart Myers. Stuart contacted me back immediately after calling for services. He fit us into his schedule the next day (non-emergency), to come and look at our units. During and after the assessment of the units, Stuart took the time to explain all of our options on repairing our unit, as well other options that could benefit our family. Stuart took the time to ensure I felt comfortable with all the options available so I could make an educated decision. Stuart went Above and Beyond with his customer service, knowledge, and educating the customer (myself)!!!! Thank you Stuart for helping us during this issue, we greatly appreciate you.

My AC unit malfunctioned a couple days ago. The representatives at Ace Air were very considerate to my needs. They provided exceptional service for my home. I also admire the genuine concern and respect that they have for their customers. I was so pleased with their services that I referred my family and friends to them. Now, I am highly recommending Ace Air services to everyone!

Beware of what the schedulers tell you that the price may be!I had a toilet that was clogged and needed to be serviced so i reached out to ACE. When i spoke with the scheduler i mentioned how important it was for me to have a rough estimate before a technician came out. She said that would be no problem and that i would recieve a call by the plumber stating the price before he did anything. I was the put on the schedule. Once it was getting close to my appointment time, i recieved a call stating a plumber was on there way. I stated that i needed rough estimate before any work was done. She told me that starting prices for unclogging a toilet were 70 dollars and it went up from there. She also mentioned the service fee that gets waived after the work is done. Long story short, the plumber gets here and quotes be 180 dollars and let's me know it could get up to 270. I immediately question him and told him that i was given an estimate of 70 dollars. At that point, I'm locked in because i would have to pay 80 dollars once he actually steps in my door. I felt sick to my stomach, not to mention that i was going to see my cousin in the ICU later. I reluctantly paid him because i have to much dignity to try and argue my way out of the service fee. I will never use there service again! The plumber was pleasant but you cant do a bait and switch and expect a happt customer. You are better off going with a less mainstream company that won't charge you so much.

As always, the technicians at Ace Home do a great job keeping our system running year after year. Stuart did a great job doing the preventative maintenance and taking care of all necessary repairs.

The service technicians were very knowledgeable in the intricate workings of my particular unit, a high-end Carrier unit. Their tenacity in solving a very technical issue did not wain when faced with some challenges and although it took several visits to resolve the issue, I'm in cool comfort today thanks to their service after the sale.If there was a downside to the experience I would say that it was because the most knowledgeable tech(s) in the ways of Carrier was not dispatched initially. Still I am very happy with the service we received from Ace.

If I could leave no stars, I would. This company has THE worst service I've ever encountered. I scheduled an a.c. service that was 1 week away. I received a text indicating the day before stating our appointment was confirmed for 1p to 5p window for arrival. The day of, no call and no show. I called office at 450p to find out what was happening, to which I was told, sorry we will need reschedule for another day we had an influx of service calls today. They did not call me to advise, I had to call them. I tried to speak with a manager and none were available. I asked for a call back but the young lady was persistent in trying to cancel my appointment or reschedule. I took time off work to be available during this window and could not get a common courtesy call to say, sorry we cannot make it. Spoke to quality control manager John the next morning and he rescheduled our appointment for a Saturday and ensured we would be the 1st call of the day but to call if I don't see anyone by 9am. Low and behold, not a call and no one showed up. I called and was told the SAME story. So I stated John ensured we would be first call, to which the dispatch manager attempted to guilt trip me as to why my service was less important than the calls they had that day. Long story short, we STILL have not received the service we scheduled and I've taken 2 days out of my busy schedule to WAIT for this company. Do not waste your time. Find another company that honors ALL customer needs, not just the jobs that are REAL money makers.

Stuart, Becky and KJ were amazing. My AC went out at 3:45 am. Stuart had it fixed by 9:30 am. And, to top it off, the cost was minimal. I highly recommend Ace.

Bought a new heat pump from ACE in 2016. Had annual arrive by ACE since purchased. Ended up with the heat not working this winter and called for service. The tech came out, changed a 30 cent fuse and charged the $79.95 service call. Heat worked for about 40 minutes and the fuse popped. We tied to replace the fuse and they kept popping, so called Saturday for another service call. The service manager scheduled the appointment for Sunday between 7am and 11am and diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat wire over the phone and said he would be sure the tech had the wire on his truck. Sunday's appointment was a no call, no show. When I called them, I was told they have no one to service me as 3 techs called out. Appointment was rescheduled for Monday at 5pm. The tech arrived, did not test anything, changed the fuse again and it popped right away. He said he wouldnt test anything else, but could not do the repair since he had no wire on his truck. He quoted $480 to replace the wire, but only 60 feet of the 75 ft that runs from the thermostat to the unit. With no guarantee that would solve the issue! He was asked to leave. Called another local company, tech came out and in 10 mins found the issue. Patched it up, as it's a manufacturer defect and they are working on the warranty to get a proper repair. In the meanwhile, I have heat. Oh...best part...no charge for service call or work done. Hubby replaced thermostat wire for $40 and 20 mins time. I will no longer do business or recommend ACE

Stuart M gave us a courtesy call before showing up for our scheduled maintenance. MY Carrier was installed by ACE Air on 5/24/2010. Original Air unit was a Goodman which was only 4 years old but wasn't installed properly and thusly cheaper to get a new unit rather than replace parts. ACE has been servicing my new heater/air unit since 5/24/2010 and I have had no problems. I have added a couple of features such as a power surge AC regulator, a permanent washable reusable filter and on 3/18/2017 I had a Patriot air Scrubber installed with a Ozone light, replaceable bulb about every 2 years and special filters come with this. Unfortunately my previous permanent filter does not work with this unit. Stuart explained everything he was servicing with my unit, what to look for if a faulty part would occur. Stuart also explained about the new units, how they operate and the price of a new one as compared to a few years down the line and the biggie here is I could get money from my present unit towards a new one. NO pressure here, Stuart M just gave me a picture of what I could do now or a few years down the line pertaining to buying a new unit. I highly recommend Stuart M for maintenance and/or installation of Air Conditioner units no matter what you may need to have repaired or replaced. He is very polite, knowledgeable, informative at what he does Thank you Stuart M for your services.

Robert was very friendly and gave us a very competitive quote for a new air conditioning unit. They were first quote, but are definitely in the running. Answered all of our questions.

The technician arrived promptly. After assessing the situation, he called me and told me that 3 different parts needed to be replaced. The total eastimate was $881. I felt like he was “selling” me. I called a tech from another company. He said the only problem was the thermostat and $150 later, the unit was up and running. I will not use this service again because I don’t trust them. Btw, I have 13 properties in the valley, so not my first experience with repairs.

Wonderful experience with ACE Home Services. Their technician, Brett E. was at my home for a plumbing inspection. He was thorough, kind and thoughtful to me (an 68 year old woman) and explained everything to me carefully and in layman terms. I couldn't be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Having someone like Brett E. working for them should make Ace Home Services proud and will have repeat customers for sure.

We contacted ACE Home Services to check our AC system and install a hot water pump. Robert Mitchell came out to do the inspection and immediately said that because of the age there will likely be something wrong with them... sure enough one was leaking with irreplaceable parts and the whole unit required replacing. We opted to replace both units so as not to have to go through this for a long time, a $15,000 bill. Robert told us what we were having installed and then proceeded to attempt to upsell us home air purifiers and new vents ( which a quick text to my real estate agent confirmed is of no real value to your home... but if it makes you feel better, get it). Robert then walked us through the process of the work to be completed. While discussing the units coming in and out of the closet attic access, we specifically asked if we needed to remove our clothes from the closet. Robert stated “No, my guys are super clean and will plastic off your clothes. Just remove the dressers”.. which we did. Upon installation day, a crew arrived and immediately got to work. My husband noted a drop cloth going upstairs and assumed the clothes would be covered. Upon going upstairs to check on the work, he found that our clothes had not been covered with plastic and were covered in dirt and insulation. My husband then asked The supervisor about the clothes not being covered. The supervisor said “they don’t do that”. So my husband asked why he didn’t inform him of that when he saw the clothes in the closet. The supervisor replied “Well, I got here after the started the work and I would have told you to move them if they hadn’t already started the work”. Multiple workers saw we had clothes in the closet before starting their work, not one had the courtesy to tell my husband they might get damaged. They were only concerned about get the job done quickly. My husband told me about the damage. I was then contacted by Adrian who apologized for the problem and that it shouldn’t have happened and said she would send us a $50 gift card to apologize. $50 is not going to clean all of the clothes that were destroyed. I contacted Robert later that week who seemed shocked at the outcome, especially since he, personally told us not to remove the clothes. He forwarded me to Norm who told me to keep track of how many loads of laundry we did and the dry cleaning receipts and He would take care of it. I told him I was going out of town and it would be up to a month before I could get that all to him. He agreed and told me not to worry about it. Upon getting back to cellphone service, I received a call from John in Quality Assurance concerning that I hadn’t gotten back to them with receipts and that he sent out the $50 gift card to cover it. After phone tag I got ahold of him and told him that Norm said he would cover the loads of laundry we did. John said he could only cover receipted items and to get him receipts for dry cleaning over the $50.As far as the hot water pump goes, I was contacted by Dwayne who recommended the type of water pump and to call him when we got it, he then called me again to see what we wanted to do about the water pump, which I told him it hadn’t come in yet and I would call him to schedule the install as soon as it sits.. per our previous conversation. When I received the pump I scheduled with Dwane to have it installed between 7 and 11 on the same day we were having the AC inspected. When getting the confirmation for the AC inspection I asked about the Plumber and they said between 11 and 1. Robert called to find out when he would be there and Dwayne said soon. Dwayne never showed that day and instead called to reschedule. Another technician completed the installation on the day we had our AC installed.I don’t recommend ACE Home Services for any repair work. We were going to have them return to install more insulation in our attic and a few other items, now I wouldn’t let them come near my property. ACE only cares about the quick sale and installation. Not about care for the customers property or righting wrongs.

Ace said they'd come out between 10 and 1, and they did! They said we'd get a special deal on an A/C checkup, and we did! Caleb was very professional, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, to bump up the price. He gave us good info about our unit, A/C in general, and gave some advice for the future. We appreciate the quick service and professionalism. Thank you, Ace!

Poor communication between the office and the technician. Originally promised to show up at 8:30 a.m., didn't show up until 10:30. Dispatcher called at 8:00 to verify he would be there at 8:30. Text message received at 8:56 a.m. that he was on his way. Phone calls to the office elicited response that he was stuck in traffic, and on his way. In discussing the coupon with the office the previous day, Christian said that a replacement filter was part of the coupon. We even gave them the measurement (spoke to Julia). Once the technician Brandon arrived, he said that no filter is included with the coupon and he wished the office wouldn't be telling people that. He doesn't drive around with a bunch of filters in his truck.

Nick was excellent. Extremely friendly and explained everything without trying to upsell me all kinds of maintenance like other companies. Worked around my busy schedule and even showed up a little early. Prices were better than every competitor by a substantial margin. ACE air beat all expectations.

I bought a builder's home in 2016. In 2018, we turned the A/C on but it didn't seem to be cooling the house. The unit was still under warranty and ACE Home Services was an authorized dealer. The rep, arrived and within minutes, diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor like other's have stated. I was quoted at $5900 for a new compressor or $6200 for a whole new A/C unit (with a military discount). Now, I know very little about A/C units, and being the beginning of summer. I couldn't afford to keep my family and dog without A/C. It took them over 2 weeks of no-shows, not bringing proper tools and forgetting to come out to replace the unit. Last year, the unit wasn't working again but the new unit was still under warranty so we called them. Its impossible to get them to show up at your requested time. Three technicians came out and couldn't figure out the problem. Their manager called me on a Friday and explained that when my home was built, they didn't wire something properly and they could fix it but for $2500. I told him he was out of his mind. They should of found this issue when they replaced a cutter unit for a payne unit. He explained that he was going to see what they could do and come back on Monday. I had to move two toddlers, my wife, and a pet out of the house because the management wanted to stand their ground and see if they could get anymore money out of a working family. The ACE Home Services technician who was at my home at the time said it was their job to up sell and to not fix anything unless management authorized it. Monday, came around and they fix the issue as a courtesy to my service (their words) but it was actually their job to do it as it was still under warranty. Fast forward to 24 Feb 2020, Monday and I gave them a call for maintenance and tune-up. I was scheduled for Wednesday between 10am-1pm. I was out of town but I had a relative swing by and I had to make arrangements for my dog. Around 12:10 I called and spoke to a Gary who said they were running behind etc. At 12:47 they called my relative and said a Carlos P. was on his way. At 3PM I was notified they were still a no-show. When I called the rep claimed that my relative had canceled and rescheduled. I found it very unprofessional and dishonest that they would say that. He said they would make it up to me and come the next day. I would have first available and it is now 11:11am when my time frame was between 8am-11am. No call, text, or email.Before I post any negative reviews on Yelp, I always give the company a chance. Its been years of headaches and being robbed (money, time). Now, that I have a little more knowledge, I can't seem to understand why a brand new house with a brand new unit would need it replaced. Find another company to fix your A/C.
