We recently moved in to our house, and one of the first items on our list was to replace two picture windows with windows that open. When the glass company was replacing the second of the windows, they found mold and rot in the wall. A local religious organization I’m in maintains a list of recommended contractors. AM/PM was on the list, and when I googled them, I was astounded to see that a contractor got such good reviews. I booked them immediately - and I’m here to add one more. They’ve been communicative, responding immediately over email, and have done excellent, precise work. When they fell behind on the timeline because one of their workers didn’t come in one day, they offered to work over the weekend to make it up. Our project lead even offered to drive over and show me tile samples because I wasn’t understanding the type that was needed for the shower floor. Who does that? They also worked seamlessly with our homeowners insurance company. I’m still in awe that this has been such a smooth experience. I recommend them without reservation.

When a drain pipe in my kitchen blew, my house was flooded with sewer water. Brandy was at my house within an hr from reaching out to them. Brandy, Jorge and Mario were nothing less than professional and thorough with performing the tear out, dry out and clean up of my house. They were always in communication with me during the process and were continuously available to answer any questions or concerns that had arisen. I would not hesitate referring them to anyone that has to go thru such an unfortunate ordeal. Definitely top notch!

Gio at Quick Restore was very helpful when he explained the process and reasoning of cleaning up the water damage at my home. Much better than my insurance adjustor who just wanted to pay Quick restore the least possible amount for the damages, even though I pay my insurance company to cover these sort of emergencies that come up. Highly recommend asking for Gio!

When I called in and spoke with the manager Sharon she was able to put my mind at ease and got to work right away getting a crew sent to my home, ON A SUNDAY! They were there much quicker than I anticipated and got the equipment up and running. My company owns many apartment complexes throughout AZ. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of losses throughout the years. We have used a lot of different restoration companies in the past, but now all of our business goes straight to Interstate Restoration. Tom Glenn is the most honest and straight forward person I have ever dealt with in the industry. I highly recommend Interstate and Tom for any job, big or small.

We had a leak in our condo. Yes they arrived quickly but here is why the rating is poor.
The carpet was wet they arrived went around and put tape on the wall that showed moisture but yet they did not take the base boards off they left them on did not roll wet carpet back just put dryer down and that's it. Next day same . The leak happened on Sunday and it took them until Tuesday to pull underlay away and Wednesday finally removed baseboards. This was dragged on until Thursday. My neighbor had a different company Silverton they were excellent. Arrived very quickly and also pulled up and back everything. This bill was 3200 from Servpro $$$$. Very expensive and not great. Every day a different group of people. My neighbor had the same team they knew what had been happening with her property and her leak far worse and she was dried out around the same time. I do not reccomend this company.
