We came home from a long weekend out of town to find that the water heater had leaked into the bedrooms, laundry room and hallway that backed the garage. We quickly called our insurance company to report the issue and they gave us a few companies to call for the water damage. SERVPRO was not on their list, but we had used them in the past and had great results. So we called SERVPRO and quickly got a call back from them. They came out right away to access the damage and start the recovery. Paul and Dustin were great and always kept us in the loop with the progression of the removal of baseboards/wallboard, drying of the walls, etc. Everyone was polite and worked cleanly. The staff at the office was very helpful, polite and really seemed to care. They truly made a not so good situation less stressful for us. We appreciate everything they did.

Restore Master is the epitome of exceptional. They were great at explaining each step of our water damage fix. They did not hesitate to follow up with any questions I had. When the job was completed, they had gone above and beyond. Their floor and paint crew; the finished product was beautifully done. So grateful for their reliability, expertise, and kindness.

Our townhouse had extensive water damage from the ceiling, through the walls and floors due to an intensive monsoon in July 2020. Our insurance company was unresponsive, so we directly engaged Dan and Concept Restoration to remove damaged drywall, ceilings and insulation. They also brought in fans to dry out the house and prevent mold. We truly appreciated their professionalism and rapid response to our emergency. In addition to the hard work, Dan provided very useful advice for dealing with our insurance company and HOA. They provided many photos that helped document the water damage and their remediation work. We highly recommend Dan and Concept Restoration.

This is the only contractor you need for your water damage/remediation issues. They were referred to me by the general contractor. These guys called me back the same day I was referred to them; they showed up when they were supposed to; started & completed the work exactly as scheduled. I also received periodic updates from the owner. The containment areas they had to set up were above & beyond what I was expecting. The project was also a little bit more involved as the areas to be worked on were in excess of 18 from the floor. Needless to say I am more than pleased w/ the final outcome & the timeliness of the work. If I could give them a higher rating I would. As an FYI I am not related to the contractor nor have any affiliation w/ them whatsoever.

Thank you Christian Brothers Restoration for bringing back my home which was impossible to restore. They were respectful, hardworking, and responsible when it came to restoring my home. They knew what they were doing, how they were going to do it, and were honest through throughout the project. If you have any mold, bacteria, or even experience a tremendous disaster like me they are the ones to call. You will not regret them and they will make your home look better than new!

Zona Restoration is just plain awesome!!! They took over for another restoration company that was negligent and terrible to deal with. They instantly recognized the problems that the previous company wasn't addressing, went above and beyond and were setup to handle the problem the same day. Removal and Restoration were seamless. They know their business and I would trust them to do the job again and would refer to anyone. Thanks again Zona!

First of all I wouldn’t listen to the other negative reviews because these guys were amazing! My family’s home burnt down and we were devastated. After much research we chose to go with DriRite-CMG3. They were amazing from the start! Paul kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The workers came on time and work was performed and completed when they said it would be. Very clean and professional work! And they were even able to rebuild my custom cabinets in my kitchen that I loved! I would not look anywhere else! They are the best!

Extremely frustrated by this company! Had a kitchen pipe issue the plumbing company was awesome and they called Quick Restore so we just went along with it. The initial gentleman was great, it was a Friday. That night someone else was supposed to bring in water mitigation equipment. No one ever came, no call, no response to text or calls. Finally reached someone on Monday and they came but the company is broken down into so many teams that its like one doesn't know what the others are doing and no one can answer question about what the others will do. They don't show up when they say they will. We JUST received a certified letter with an invoice... THE FIRST BREAKDOWN OF PRICE WE'VE EVER SEEN! They've already gotten $2,500 from our insurance but the breakdown is insane. I had my own simple canister filter attached under the kitchen cupboard hooked into cold water line NO ADDITIONAL CONNECTIONS TO UNDO and they line item charged $163 to I think disconnect it?! THAT'S INSANE PRICE GOUGING, the canister is attached to the cupboard and was never touched the hoses would've automatically been detached when cold water line was detached how are they charging $163 for that?! Many other line item charges are ridiculous like that. This coupled with the lack of communication, 6 different teams for 1 small kitchen cabinet water issue and I would advise anyone to find a different company because this one is a mess. ALSO, IT ISN'T THE WORKERS FAULT they were all great, they are just doing what they were told. It is the way the company is arranged and managed that makes it a nightmare. I honestly feel sorry for their workers having to deal with it on a daily basis!!

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.
