We already had 3 quotes on a much needed full replacement of our two A/C units and exchange units. We decided to call Goettl just because.
When Q came out, we felt we were in good hands right away. He was knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. He was also very personable and showed great pride in his company. We felt he was very truthful and that is hard to find if you don’t believe in your product and know you work for a reputable company.
Q walked us through what we needed. Tyler was extremely helpful in financing our purchase. Dustin and his crew who came out to install did a great job. They were respectful of my son and I who work at home, and worked so hard… especially in the attic where I know it was over 100+ degrees up there.
It’s only Day 1 with our new system, but we are very happy customers so far!

My In-laws have been loyal Goettl customers for years, I’m writing this review on their behalf. Goettl consistently offers quality services at a fair price, the service men are always professional and respectful of your home. My in-laws had to be out of the house today so I was at their home while Goettl cleaned the ducts. Daniel and Tano were a great team. They communicated well, did a thorough job and didn’t leave a mess which is always appreciated after a dusty clean out. Would 10/10 recommend.

We has an a new air conditioner scheduled in 2022 and the techs that came out were very professional and patient. We had called for an appointment today because our gas bill had been much higher than past years and there seemed to be an issue with the heat. Joe was our tech and had the issue diagnosed with multiple fixes to address it in less than two hours. On top of that, he was so patient and kind to our dog, and was fun to talk to! He is now our preferred tech and we are so appreciative of him and of Goettl for getting someone out to us so quickly. He even gave our dog a toy when our dog training appointment accidentally came at the same time as him being here!

I was having issues with my ac unit and I was shopping around, but received no reply. Idecided to call Goettl just because. When Goettl came out, we felt we were in good hands right away. When Josh came out he was knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. He was also very personable and showed great pride in his company. Goettl walked us through what we needed. Victor was extremely helpful in financing our purchase. Ryan, Alton and Marcus came out to install did a great job. They were respectful of my nephew and I who work at home, and worked so hard… especially in the attic and on the roof where I know it was over 100+ degrees up there and in the 90s on the roof. Ryan and his crew were very professional and showed great pride in what they do for the company and provided awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and everyone who asks about my new ac unit.

Stephen came out today to do a flood inspection. He cleared the drains in our bathrooms, flushed our water heater and fixed the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Now, everything flows beautifully. He did a great job and is a valuable asset to the company.

Jacob did an awesome job in the initial response; Steve came later to do the install. Both were experienced and professional and did more than asked. Out with old, in with the new.

I was very happy with the service Eric Smith performed. Showed up at the appointed time called a half hour before arrival and explained the issue and then took care of it within a half hour. He was also friendly, honest and made me aware of the cost before going to work on my toilet. I would recommend this service and this plumber in particular because he was awesome. Highly recommend.

First of all, this company is all about customer service.
Mark and Nikki were the best. Both showed up with smiles on their faces, and great respect for my home. Very knowledgeable and patient with me in answering all my questions. They evaluated my garage disposal problem. They installed a better system right away. They even corrected another problem with my Water Softener System. They provided me with the knowledgeable insight and fun conversation that brighten-up my day. They were my present from Santa this year.

Incredible service and professionalism. Technicians were very helpful and the entire process from inspection and diagnosis to installation was great. We had an older hot water tank quit on us overnight and in less than 24 hours we had the problem solved with a new tank. They helped us explore all of our options and let us decide what we wanted to do. Great company!

Technician Michael Olson is absolutely wonderful. He was warm, friendly and very thorough in answering all my questions…both times he was at my house. He explained the problem with my unit in layman’s terms and Michael has a demeanor that made me trust what he was telling me. Goettl is fortunate to have him as an employee and I’m fortunate that he was the technician that was assigned to my initial service call and again the next day to complete the service. 5 stars for Goettl and 10 stars for Michael!!

The crews that have come from Goettl have been superb. Both in character and in talent. Always there for me when I need help with these things. This month I had my air conditioning system upgraded and enhanced. I love the new quitter system and the digital display is very smart! I have been introduced to water purity/softener/filter system this and the water is amazing! I have been taken care of! Q, Roberto, Conroy, Roberto, Dylan, Eli and Stephen have been great and are always welcome!

I called Goettl for an estimate on a new A/C unit. The customer service is amazing from the customer service team to the technician that came out. The technician David was very kind and thorough with his assessment of my current system and explained what exactly would be replaced and fixed. I’m not giving 5 stars simply because this company gave me the highest estimate out of all the companies I’ve had come out to my home. It appears the people who work for this company are very experienced and you can trust Goettl to handle your needs with top notch service if you can afford their services/products.

Tuesday, October 11, 2022: Eric Smith from Goettl was great. He confirmed my appointment with me the day before. He was on time ad very friendly and professional. Goettl Plumbing had a Summer Special: $80 Drain Clearing. I was quite excited about that. But the real treat was the flashlight that I needed for walking my dog at night and my dog, Penny love the plush Sadie Dog.

Friday, October 14, 2022: Keven Estrada came today to check my A/C Unit. I learned some disturbing things about my unit. I'm pleased that I get copies and videos of the inspection and estimates for when I'm ready to take action for some of the concerns with my unit. Keven was prompt, very professional and informative. I learned that the filters I use contain fiberglass and can potentially cause a problem in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees. My elderly mother needed a VERY large scope of work done including clearing roots and 60 years of buildup from her sewer lines, repairing all the damage from them and old pipe corrosion and replacing a cracked sink. Needless to say, on a fixed Social Security income, this was an extremely stressful and heartbreaking situation trying to figure out how we could manage this. Julian and Aaron went out to bid the project and these two gentlemen were exceptionally amazing. They spent 4.5 hours at her home making sure they were detailed, thorough and explained the scope of work in a way, even she, could understand. If that wasn't enough they then spent over an hour going through multiple finance companies until they found one that we could finance the entire project through which was truly a holiday miracle. They even took the time to help forward me all emails i needed since she insisted she didnt have email on her phone! These gentlemen were so patient and even laughing with us and genuinely seemed to care about the client not just getting the job. Then Skyler the project manager took the time to conference call me with them and my mother to go over all information, financing, etc. (I am the financial decision maker). I would highly recommend this company and they have earned a customer for life because of their patience and care during what was easily the most stressful situation yet I have faced being across the country and trying to coordinate repairs! I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much Julian, Aaron and Skyler for EVERYTHING. You gentlemen exude the meaning of professionalism and caring!!!!!

Adam who came to see what the issue was did a thorough job. He also explained in detail as well as showed us the issue. Then Kevin and his crew came the very next day and completed the entire job in one day. Adam was awesome; Kevin and his 2 man crew were amazing!!! I am grateful that I called Goettl. I could have chosen to work with someone that was less expensive but the fact that Goettl is an established company along with the 25 year warranty sealed the deal for me. Plus, Adam's knowledge and his patience with me and my 50 million questions I appreciated a lot. Thank you!

I called Goettl as I wanted a reputable company that I could trust. Aaron came out to inspect my existing rooftop unit which I knew I would eventually need to be replaced and he was thorough and took many pictures to show the dying unit. I got a bid to replace it and was very impressed with the installer me Adrian and Cesar. They were very detailed and explained everything that they were doing and what to expect from the system when it was operating. Thank you to all the employees that assisted in getting me a unit that I won’t have to worry about for years.

This is an amazing company. Jesse was very kind and gave great service. He properly explained exactly what he was doing and was very friendly. Even got a call from someone higher up and asked how the service was and if I was satisfied. Would really recommend using Goettl if you have any plumbing or AC issues or just need a yearly service done.

We had Jon Parks for our service man for a leaky water softener unit and he provided excellent advice on our water conditioner unit that needed replacement. We found him very knowledgeable and professional in his recommendation.
We couldn’t be happier with his service and recommendations. We were very happy with the fast service and the excellent team installing our unit! They were installing the new unit the next day and they were very professional and did an excellent job!

Michael Boden is our teach and he was wonderful and so polite. We have a new build house and in less then 6 months of closing the disposal stopped working and it needed to be replaced. Rather then waiting for the builder to replace it within 6 months we called Goettl. Michael came out tried to restart it and found that it was dead. He went to get another unit and returned to install it in great time. He made a wonderful suggestion of a water softener system. This is something we have already been thinking about as the water quality in our area isn't very good. While some may think of this as an up sale he took the opportunity to talk to me more about the system and the benefits. Its so nice to have a great person working for this wonderful company who genuinely cares about the costumers.
My kiddos love the idea of the flash light and passing the torch of wonderful costumer service and the Sadie the Dog Plush.

The appointment setter was professional and thorough. A painless process. The technicians came within the scheduled time, they called ahead and arrived as promised. The technicians Steve and Dave were friendly, clean, knowledgeable, polite and quickly resolved my problem. They cleaned up after themselves and even interacted with my eight year old daughter! You could tell they liked kids too!!! I highly Recomened this company and all the employees I interacted with! The pricing was fair and as advertised too!!

Brennan come out today , just a few hours after I called for help. The office could have sent someone sooner, but I couldn’t be home then, so they accommodated my schedule with ease.
I was not expecting such a nice, personable, respectful , exceptional young man to arrive on time, and ready to attack my clogged sinks with vigor. He clearly was very experienced, and explained everything to me , as well as patiently answered all my questions!! Next, he inspected all other plumbing that could possibly leak, or not function properly. He found issues I was not even aware of, such as my turnoff water valve to one bathroom sink was broken, and needed replacement. He even kindly gave me tips to better maintain the plumbing in my home.

Brennan took his time with everything he did, and I was quite impressed with the quality of his work, his experience, and his knowledge. He clearly valued me as a customer, and if I owned a company, I would have hired him to work for me. Additionally, I had just bought the yearly service plan, so today’s service was at no additional charge. Call Goettl, and request Brennan when you need plumbing service!!

Michael Lane did a wonderful job figuring out the issue we were having. It was a tougher fix (we had multiple units that I wasn’t very familiar with being that we moved in recently) but he patiently worked and kept us updated as he went along the process. He found the problem and got it completely fixed. It turns out a rodent had gotten to some wires on my units. I was very grateful for the quality service. And my family is thankful that we can carry out everyday life again with a comfortable cool temperature in the house. He’s a great representation of Goettl.

My 5 stars are for our technician, Keven.
The people whom Goettl has sent when we need repairs have been wonderful.
My opinion of the company would not get 5 stars. Maybe 2 stars. If their techs weren't great ambassadors, I would ditch them in a heartbeat.
For example, I had my appointment set today for 12-3. Someone there started blowing up my phone before the sun came up this morning.
We pay them a monthly fee for their protection plan. We have received ZERO service. One guy came one time. He told me to change my filters. I asked if he had some. He said, I don't do that.
He also brought a sales rep to try to sell me a bunch of absurdly unnecessary services.
We're still using them just because this kind of service is infrequently used. I don't think about how bad they are until I have to.

Just had a complete new a/c unit installed by Marcus, Alton, and Ryan. These guys did amazing, very respectful, and kept us informed of everything going on. We also had another crew come in and do a complete vent cleaning/sanitizing at the same time, and with all the Goettl team in here, it went seemless and professional. Been using their services for year and will continue to for years to come.

We recently had a plumbing service call for a clogged kitchen drain. Our service tech Adam was excellent. He was very thorough, listened to our concerns, took the time to explain our options and what we could expect in terms of the issue recurring (this was a repeat problem). We never felt pressured to make a choice one way or the other. Additionally, we decided to inquire about installing a water purity system. Again he took the time to explain all options, in detail. He answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with the service we received so far. Would definitely recommend.

Today we had the our clogged drain hydro-jetted and the water softener system installed. Jesus and Dave were our techs and they were great. They completed our drain cleaning and softener system set up with minimal fuss and made sure we understood the basics of operation. Every technician we have encountered has been knowledgable and pleasant and a definite pleasure to work with.

Mark with Goettl came out to my mom's house after a disaster after Christmas holiday. He was professional, courteous and did a really good job explaining things. Mark was punctual and communicated arrival time almost to the minute. And the service was amazing, couldn't be more pleased. A big thank you for him and Goettl team, great job, definitely would use them again!!

Dustin and Travis made the perfect customer service duo. They were so friendly and polite. When they hit snags they went with the flow and never placed blame on anyone. They kept reassuring me that they would make everything perfect. They cleaned up even better than they found it. And, even the dogs found them delightful. Cannot say enough good things about Dustin and Travis!

Q was awesome I greatly appreciate his dedication to my home needs. He didn't try to over sell me on upgrades and he found me the best deals available. As a disabled Vet I really appreciate honesty and integrity among professionals. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Our service tech Eric was very friendly, on time and explained everything about the repair. He unclogged our shower drains and cleaned up the area before leaving. He went above and beyond what we expected of a repair person and really appreciate what he did. This is our go to company as they always have friendly techs who are knowledgeable, fast and don't rip you off or push extra service.

Right from the start Miguel was super nice and very knowledgeable. He was fast and explained all the services he performed along with recommended services including which type of filters to buy to keep our units running at their best. Goettl always has knowledgeable technicians and it is always a pleasure to have them come service our home. Highly recommend!?

I called for an appointment on Friday and was able to set up an appointment for Saturday. That was the first plus! Abel called to inform me he was on his way which gave me time to be at the house when he arrived. He fixed the problem quickly. Then he answered all the questions I had. He did a great job. Very polite and gave a great first impression. Asked if his services were needed for any other concerns I might have. I am now informed on other things to look for and be concerned about. Great job!

Please be advised that today Jon Parker and Kevon came to my house to service my water heater and service my plumbing within my house.. Both technicians worked well together and serviced the property. They did find one valve that had seized and fixed the valve quickly and efficiently. I do have a service contract with Goettl and the work was performed without additional cost. I was very happy with the service and would recommend the service and theses men in particular highly.

We've used Goettl many times before and we have never had any issues with any tech! Recently, Jacob came out to do a simple W/H drain and check. He stayed behind for a few extra minutes to go over my future plans for my house. Jacob was so kind and explained what would be the best fit for my family. Can't wait to get them back out for my other services!

John Nunez was great. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Jacob from plumbing was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. April 6, 2023 Jacob C is an outstanding Tech. He didn’t leave my house until every plumbing issue that I had identified was fixed to my satisfaction. His customer service is excellent and he will be the Tech I will want on all service calls.

Goettl’s technicians installed a new A/C & Furnace the same day I paid the invoice. The work took 2 days and now my manufactured home is ready for the Arizona heat! The only downside I can think of is the price being pretty high but still reasonable due to my home never having Air Conditioning installed before.

The technician Josh was very helpful and I could tell he knew his stuff with his explanations of what our system needed. He was very straightforward, offered us options for repair, and even took videos and pictures to assist with the explanations. He took his time to ensure that my questions were answered and that I understood what we were looking at. Great overall service and professionalism!!! Thank you!

Matthew installed a new thermostat for us when our split system A/C started blowing hot and cold at the same time. He arrived prior to our scheduled time window, much quicker than 2 other companies we had called were able to. He then diagnosed rather quickly that it was only a thermostat control issue. We were able to get a discounted price on the thermostat and installation by singing up for their maintenance program.

Adam was very knowledgeable, courteous, informative and professional on a number of different topics that came up during our drain inspection/cleaning. He provided very helpful advice for safe/effective maintenance throughout our home’s plumbing for current and future projects soon to be started. I greatly appreciated the time he took explaining the detailed scope of each project I had expressed concern about.

Eric Smith came out to do our Annual checkup with our plumbing. Did an awesome job. Flushed our water heater, cleared a drain and even checked the quality of our RO system.

Definitely went above and beyond. Was very friendly and informative.

I would just like to pay a complement to John Parker service technician. He was extremely professional and very educated and knowledgeable regarding what needs to be done. I have multiple jobs That need to be taken care of job details were explain to me fully and all questions answered respectfully so I understood fully what was to be expected I would definitely recommend this company but I would so highly recommend John Parker this was my first time having to call a plumber as a single woman and I found him extremely helpful

Service tech Q was the best. Showed up at the house with a great attitude and very professional. He took care of my A/C units and did not rush through the process. He took the time to explain all of the meter readings and my options for repair or replacement. I would definitely call upon Q again!

Andrew was extremely helpful and worked hard to get my air conditioning working well. He went above and beyond to find and fix all the issues that my have caused the problem with my system, including arranging for a supervisor to come out at a later date to deal with air flow issues. I appreciated the fact that he kept me informed of the corrections he was doing and was friendly and skilled in his work. I would give him fie stars for his visit.

Jacob came out today for my biannual Sadie Dog Guard service to complete a whole house plumbing inspection & to drain my water heater. He was on time, very pleasant & professional. He was very thorough & very knowledgeable! Thank you for providing such great service Jacob!

Braden and John came for a plumbing inspection right on time, were very thorough and explained everything they were doing. While checking the hot water heater, they found a leak in an outside pipe and fixed it on the spot. They also went and got a part for one of my toilets and fixed that, as well. I highly recommend Goettl and these two young men to take care of any and all plumbing type issues.

Mark was awesome. So many people have horrible listening skills but this was not the case here. He listened to what I had to say then we began troubleshooting. In the end it turned out to be a septic issue. Mark was very thorough explained everything, gave me the info I needed to provide my contractor. I will use this company again and will specifically ask for mark. Also he answered some AC questions I had and made some very helpful suggestions. Great job!

Kevin was absolutely fantastic! He came out promptly and quickly identified concerns regarding our AC unit. He was extremely thorough with detailing the issues and clear with next steps. He is even replaced our capacitor with ease! Would highly recommend!!

Goettl has been our go to company for several years now because they do a great job and we trust them. Matt answered all my questions, and there was no pressure at all.

I want to thank Adam and the Goettl plumbing team for efficiently finding and repairing our front yard water piping issue including replacing the concrete sidewalk that needed to be cut ....all in a half day! I called in the morning and Adam met me within an hour, explained what was needed and had his team in and out within the day. They were careful to minimize the water shut off time so my elderly aunt who lives there remained comfortable.

I called and was getting a second opinion because we were without heat for over a week and were waiting on a response from a competitor. I made the appointment and Keven E. Was there within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the same issue as competitor and said he would be back the next day to perform the repair. Keven was great and performed the repair the next day and answered all my questions. He's a great credit and asset to your company. Thanks again.

We had Goettl install an air conditioner yesterday, 10/8/22. They did a meticulous job. Our technicians were Victor and Robert, two very talented technicians, I appreciate the attention to detail. Last night was one of the best nights sleep I have had in a while, the house was nice and chilly. I love my new Goettl air conditioner.

Eddie was amazing! He did everything above and beyond to make sure that our system was running properly. Even when he detected a problem he didn’t take the easy way out he did some research because he noticed that the issue didn’t seem to line up with the appearance of the system. Sure enough his research and extra time spent paid off and he found the previous tech had not completed the prior cleaning properly and that was causing the weird issue. We would love him to be our tech every time!

John Norko came out for maintenance of our 2 A/Cs. Kept me aware of everything to expect regarding what he was doing. Explained every recommendation he made and justified why he made it. I appreciate the thoroughness and time he took to make sure I understood everything. Also answered all questions I had and was pleasant and professional throughout all interactions. Would definitely recommend him!

Brett and Jon came out for home inspection. They did a great job of explaining the process and the pros and cons of my plumbing. They let me know what needed to be replaced to make sure my home is protected. I can’t do the repairs now but will be reaching out to them as soon as I can.

Jacob came out and did a complete inspection of the system. He then made recommendations of what's required also pointing out what isn't required but nice to have.
The job was promised to start and finish the next day. They kept the promise. Also all the communication was straight forward and upfront.
The new water heater installation looks very professional and I can see that attention to detail was important to the installation crew.

Mike S. came out to see us when our heat went out and he was so helpful! His customer service was really what helped make our decision to choose Goettl. The plumbing technicians did a fantastic job replacing my main drain/clean out. After work was completed as agreed, they restored my front yard back to the way it was before the work. Kept me informed e ery step of the way Very friendly and professional crew. I highly recommend Goettl A/c and plumbing.

Goettl installed my HVAC/ A/C system several years ago and were phenomenal then. Yesterday I called with a minor system issue, Goettl responded in less than 24 hours with a Service Technician to my home and completely took care of concerns---they stand behind their Warranty, and exceeded in service provided, responsiveness and professionalism. I will only recommend Goettl, and Goettl has responded, time and time again, in service excellence.

My experience with this company can always gets better, especially after the pleasure of working with Ronald. He not only took care of me, but gave me the facts as I needed them. He helped me to make the decision that was most appropriate to my needs. Not only was he my advocate, educated me through the whole process. This is my third time with a big project with this company and Ronald made this the best experience so far.

Goettl tech Elvin was simply fabulous. He arrived on time, wore his shoe covers whenever in the house. Did a thorough check of heating system and is having the manufacturer confirm his readings. We had a problem with the AC condensation overflowing into shower, found our primary outflow hose and vacuumed out the hose - it now works. He checked all the reading in the AC Unit on the roof and then replaced the batteries in the smoke alarms.

He communicated with us every step of the way - excellent.

Finally, as we have the Sadie Maintenance Package there was not additional charges. We could not be happier with the service.

I had the best experience with Goettl. I replaced an A/C unit and a gas furnace. Their staff answered all my questions before, during and after the job. The installation crew was professional and they did great quality work. The support staff took excellent care of me every step of the way. I am a customer for life.

Matt was incredibly helpful with getting our heating back up and working in a short amount of time. He also checked and notified me about other issues he noticed that we would should get fixed in the near future. He explained it all in a way that was easy for me to understand and was extremely friendly!

The technician Rafael and his coworker did a great job. He was very communicative and knowledgeable of his job any questions or concerns he answered without hesitation. I was amazed that two Techs completed the AC installation in one day with no issues! Thanks, now we have cool air once again in our home.

We have some roots clogging the drain and a friend recommended Goettl. It was great to be able to schedule an appointment online at 10 PM Sunday night for the next day. Larry spent time making sure he got the roots all cleared out. He was very nice and thoroughly explained the problem and our options. I will definitely call Goettl again.

Stephen was very nice! He assessed my whole house for free and friendly with our pets. His assistance with the garbage disposal was very useful and he fixed our problem in under an hour. His backstory is inspiring and he reminds me of an actor. I'd recommend him for anybody.

Mark was on time and courteous. I have a landscaping valve that I thought was leaking by with the system turned off. I was hoping this would fix my soggy backyard issue by replacing it. But that wasn't the case. Mark was kind enough to educate me on the landscaping system and tell me this valve is fine. He looked at my solenoid manual shutoff valve and turn that off. Paid the 89.00 service fee & sent Mark on his way. Here's to hoping this fixes the issue temporarily until I can find a good reliable landscape repair company.

We had a heating issue on our HVAC and we called Goettl to come take a look at it. Goettl showed up the same day to look at the system. Rafael and Jerome were very knowledgeable and found the issue right away. Even though they were quick to find the heating problem, they took the time to ensure that the whole system was functioning properly and that we were able to switch back and forth between heating and cooling. Thank You to Rafael and Jerome for making us feel that we are the most important customers the company has.

All the people i interacted with were professional and friendly. They were Mike S., Gabriel and Mario A. All 3 did an outstanding job of going over all the options and keeping me informed. Adding the plumbing aspect - Eric S. was fast and friendly! He made sure everything was perfect.

An update to my review is necessary because I felt pressured to give a 5 star review. While our service tech was on time, courteous (up until the end), and explained everything, I was basically forced to do my review right then and there while he was standing in front of me pointing at my phone and directing me where to go. Talk about awkward and inappropriate! I understand these reviews are probably important to the techs because they are probably evaluated and perhaps even get bonuses based on them. However, to expect your customer to do the review immediately while the tech is right in front of you is COMPLETELY inappropriate. We have had SO many issues with Goettl and their equipment that we recommend people STAY AWAY from them. Our supposed top quality air conditioner has had issues practically EVERY YEAR we have had it, and we have had issues w/techs installing equipment that needed to then be removed because it broke or shouldn't have even been there in the first place and then put back on and then remove and then put back on again. It's been a joke. This year's semi-annual Sadie service check-up was no different. This time they couldn't even locate the paperwork for parts they themselves sold to us to confirm warranty info!! Recommendation...Go somewhere else for your A/C needs.

Ronald was fabulous. He took the time to review my system and review my history to make sure I am taken care of. He reached out to his Manager with concerns and was able to get me the necessary work and parts at a great price. Appreciate his attention to quality and great customer service.

I asked them to come check for leaks in the duct work and heating system because our heater ran continuously last winter and went through a full tank of gas in just under 2 months. Kevin was in the neighborhood and came right over! He found no leaks so he contacted his supervisor. They worked together and with a heat system pro, found my issue was the fan setting and gas pressure for the unit itself. Kevin fixed the fan speed no problem and I will have the gas issue fixed next winter. He was very thorough and I am super pleased!!

Derrick is an outstanding example of the quality I have come to appreciate with Goettl. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took pictures of my installations and explained the current status of my system. He recommended a Safe & Save System and explained the reason behind the recommendation (I did proceed w/that installation). He truly is an outstanding repairman and individual. I need to add to my post, we would not have needed someone to come out if our new HVAC was installed right the first time. Kevin deserves a 5, but I have a hard time rating our entire experience as a 5, more like a 3.5.

We had the pleasure of having Jacob out to do our annual inspection and clear some drains. He was very communicative throughout the process, professional, informative and kept everything nice and clean. Would definitely recommend Goettl and will continue to use them in the future.

My water softener system was not working. It was purchased and installed from Goettl 2 years ago. Brennan Bingham came today and found the problem and repaired it quickly. Then he actual waited for the system to flush--which took an hour. Said he wanted to be sure it was working. Checked all our water lines while here and adjusted a couple valves that were slowing water from faucets. Brennen was professional, very knowledgeable and more than competent to resolve all issues. John Nunez was very friendly and professional. He did a great job checking our heating system and explaining what we needed to do to keep our system running efficiently. Unfortunately, Goettl’s prices are astronomical. We got 2 other quotes for the services and they were 1/2 of what Goettl was pricing us. John was wonderful, but we will no longer be using Goettl based on their costs.

Brett did a great job. He arrived on time, very friendly, and he did the work quickly and efficiently.
I have used Goettl for years. They are not the cheapest, but the work is always quality and the service and technicians top notch.

Jesse came out to do the estimate on our HVAC replacement. I can't say enough how professional, kind, courteous and knowledgable he was! He answered all our questions, and was so thorough. I called Goetti to unclog a kitchen sink. The gentleman arrive quickly and worked to unclear it. After many attempts he advised me that the clog was really far down and he can't clear it. He recommended a different service and said they could come back tomorrow. As he was leaving he checked the clog one last time and was able to clear it! Thanks for not giving up once I agreed to the more expensive services. You have earned a customer for life by taking the extra time! Thanks

My father's sewer backed up, and the customer service agent was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to have a technician to his house within an hour. Two hours from call to completion, the issue was resolved, and I was pleasantly surprised with the cost.

We had Jacob come out after calling in the morning and he was able to get out to our home right away within a couple of hours. He was extremely professional, straight-forward and performed an excellent job. I would use Jacob and Goettl again without reservation.

Abel of Goettl responded to a potential sewer line blockage. As we were looking at the pipes through the camera he explained the process, potential problems, and what to look for as we were looking at the pipes. He found the blockage and cleared it quickly. Michael arrived today, after calling to let me know he was on the way.
He was really courteous and put on shoe covers before coming in.
In just a few minutes on the roof he diagnosed the reason my heating hadn't been working and replaced the part and was on his way.
Service is part of the reason I buy a Goettl heat pump every 10-15 years.

Jon and Bret were right on time for my plumbing health check up. They explained everything that was going to be done today and helped me better understand the use of the plumbing. They gave me all of my options for repairs that needed to be done . Unfortunately I can't afford to get the repairs done at this time, however they were able to clear my drain in master bathroom sink for me today. I am very please with the service today and would like to have them back to do it again when needed.

I just had Brett come out for water heater maintenance and to diagnose a water softener issue. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and provided exceptional service. Goettl isn't the cheapest company around but you do get to work with incredible people.

Aaron was the highly professional service tech that came by to take a look at our HVAC system. After explaining what the situation was and documenting the condition he got to work…When he was done, emailed a detailed report including the pictures over to us. Excellent work, I know who I’ll be calling from now on.

Our first technician to come out was Mike. He was very professional and straight forward. He showed me pictures of what was wrong and explained what I was looking at. Turns out our 18 year old system finally kicked the bucket. We needed a new system Heater Core and A/C. The installers were Gabriel and Leo. They both did fantastic work and took great care in our home during the install. They were at our house for about 6 hours the first day and Gabriel came back the following day for a few hours. They both were very respectful of our home and very kind. It was a lot of work they put in and we are happy with the results. Yes it does suck we had our first experience with them we dropped that kind of money but it is what it is. Im also glad we went with them and joined the Guard dog protection plan. That way we can make sure we will be toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Thank you again to the entire team. Mike, Gabriele and Leo.

We purchased a new A/C unit from Goettl. Instead of just installing the unit, Rafael and Luis installed brand new duct work throughout the house to get the maximum use of the new A/C unit. We had the good fortune of getting Kevin Oropeza to repair the wires on our new system after a significant rainfall shorted out the system. We noticed the system wasn't running and did a quick check to see that no power was even getting to the thermostat which lead us to call on a Sunday morning. by 11:15 AM, Kevin had fixed the problem, showed us photographs of the issue, and made sure to add a preventative measure to his repair so that future rainfalls wouldn't compromise the system again. We are extremely grateful for Kevin's quick response and excellent customer service and hope he's around if this ever happens in the summer!

Dylan the plumber was great! He came and did a plumbing inspection and water heater flush for me. He took his time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing and provided very good recommendations based on what he found. I will be using Dylan and Goettl in the future when I decide to pull the trigger on some of his recommendations.

Erik Smith was incredible. He was professional, kind, and detailed. He didn’t stop until he figured out the problem and then fixed it. He was trustworthy and clean. Q was here on a maintenance call did a great Job I am so happy I went with Goettl they definitely preach doing it the right way not the easy way. Q came out evaluated my units and it just made sense to go brand new I went with the top of the line 5 stars for both units and I am super excited to use them. This is an amazing company. They offered great service, while being very professional and reliable. I needed service done and they were able to take care of me efficiently. I would definitely recommend contacting them for any of your air conditioning and plumbing needs.

I have had Goettl out to my house 3 times for 3 different reasons. This time we had francesco and he was awesome, he waited for me to get home from running late and he was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was super nice and went step by step on the options I had and made sure I didn’t have any questions unanswered.

My 3 years old (still under warranty) water heater was not working so I called them to take a look and fix it. Scheduling was for the following day. The technician arrived and said it would take a while to diagnose so I went on with my work and let him do the diagnose. After approx 1 hour, the tech told me that it would take around 3 hours of labor to fix it and the parts were under warranty, and quoted me around $1300 for 3 hours of labor. But, that was just a tactic because he was trying to sell me a new water heater for around the same price! Instead if trying to fix my water heater they tried to sell me a new one and if I didn't want one I had to pay a $89 evaluation fee. Funny how I was told that they don't really do small repairs(like mine) but they usually focus on replacing not fixing. I wish I would have been told that before scheduling the appointment. Anyways, I don't think that the technician did much to evaluate my water heater because almost half of the time he was in the van talking on the phone, and his testing / tool kit was never open when I was going to check on him(at least 3 times in 1 hour). I think they tried to sell me a new unit and since I didn't want to, I got charged $89 just to be told they don't do small repairs.
If you are in a need of a small repair, be sure to avoid them and find someone else.

Really appreciated the fast and great response when I called Goettl. They were able to accommodate a fast water filter cleaning and maintenance for me. Steven W. was courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and would use them again anytime.

Tony was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He found issues that can become potentially huge issues because I’m trying to get more mileage out of my 16 Year old AC unit.
He spent the time to explain everything about what he was doing in detail. So I felt more confident about the service I was receiving. He pointed out maintenance issues that no other service person has ever brought to my attention. Tony was fun to talk to while he worked and I felt like had made a friend by the time he left because for me, I like feeling like part of a family in service I receive. Having that strong connection is important for me. This was my first time w Goettle and I’m glad I followed that referral. There are so many benefits to joining their membership club it’s incredible! Booking was easy, quick, simple, and organized. Tony called me within 15 minutes to give us a quote. He got me set up with a payment plan and scheduled an appointment for service the next day.

The technicians, JoJoe and Mario, were very friendly, communicative, thorough, and efficient as they went through our old house to clean out our ducts. Both of them made sure they took the time to get the job done the right way without cutting any corners. For example, they demonstrated thoughtfulness and respect of our items by covering them up and cleaning the areas afterwards. It’s hard to find people that care nowadays. We appreciate them going above and beyond for their service. Our family can breathe better now thanks to their quality work and effort!

Company showed up without the necessary thermostats. The tech was unfamiliar with the equipment even though he was nice. I got none of the questions answered and when they offered to come back another day and do the work the prices were outrageous charging nearly $300 to install the thermostats with two wires. Not even an offer to reduce the cost of installing them after screwing the entire job up and costing me a half a day off of work to be at the house for absolutely nothing. The company is not only hard to spell but completely incompetent

Service technician, Mike S. was very knowledgeable and provided updates and answered questions while he was troubleshooting the wiring to our unit and thermostat. He provided a very thorough and comprehensive report on the condition of our unit, and although not planned, we decided to stop making temporary repairs to our 1999 Goettl unit. We purchased a new unit and they were able to install same day. Amazing!

John did a good job of putting things back together, which had not been done on previous services. Previous services performed by Goettl seem to produce adequate performance from our two units.

However, talking with John had me doubting his training. At least he called someone for guidance.

True to form, the tech tried to sell me more maintenance at several $100s to $1000s. The Goettl techs do this every time they come out to perform the spring and fall services.

The only reason we keep going back is that when bought our units from them they gave us 10 years of free, twice a year services. Most of the time they have tried to say we don't have the 10-year free service agreement until we bring out the receipt and have to argue with them for a bit.

Brett milburn. WOW, what can I say about the awesome plumber who just assisted me and totally solved my issue. Brett Milburn from Goettl is THE most knowledgeable, professional,
competent and personable service person I have ever dealt with!. He is relatively new with
Goettl, having relocated to AZ from Texas for personal reasons. He has had twenty years of plumbing experience in Texas. Five stars does not do Brett justice, but that’s the most I’m
allowed to give. I’m super impressed with the Goettl company and will be a repeat customer.

The Indoor Air Quality team rocked it. They were polite, professional and thorough. They taped off and covered up my furniture, then went to town on cleaning 26 years worth of dust and grime from my ducts. While doing so, the discovered two home made destructor plates that had been installed in the vents by a previous owner. I asked them to remove them and now believe that could have been the source of my heating and cooling problems. If so, then the service will have paid for itself in terms of lower electric and gas bills over the next year.

This is the 2nd time I have used Goettl. Elvin was my technician and honestly he was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront. However I was put in touch with Victor from sales and it was the opposite experience. Very pushy, kept trying to close me on the phone after I told him multiple times I would think about it and call back. The prices ranged from like $19k-$26k which is absolutely insane. Then after I mentioned that was double the price I was expecting he claimed they would do me a favor and knock the cheap option down to $15k.... and wanted me to make a decision right then and there getting even more pushy. After staying multiple times that if was mainly concerned about price than Goettl was not the company for me, I finally had enough and decided he was right. Not at all a company I want to drop thousands and thousands of dollars on.

Q was absolutely great. My mom's heatpump had to be replaced. Q made sure my mom had a new unit installed the very next day. My mom is hard of hearing. Q was so patient and kind and was quite informative. Thank you for your help with this process. My mom is warm tonight. My mom had used Goettl for over 50 years. They haven't let her down yet.

The gentleman that came to our house and fixed our clogged drain was a blessing! You don't always get great customer service these days but this man Brett proved that the experienced professional people who know customer service and actually want to do what they do still are out there and my wife and I honestly could not be happier. Called Geottl today for an estimate on replacing the furnace and a/c unit. Surprisingly they were able to come out this same day with the short notice.

Jesse showed up on time, even early to the appointment. That prior communication from the office and him personally was great and appreciated.

Even though it was mid afternoon, Jesse spent ample time and did a thorough job sizing up the equipment and taking measurements for a detailed job estimate. I have an attic furnace and Jesse took those measurements up there as well.

Entire time he had a smile on his face and was very personable, friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about the product and services offered.

I hardly write reviews but in current time, I will take the time now to mention a company and/or person who went above and beyond. For example, when measuring the return ducts, Jesse offered to replace the filters for me. Tough to find this human quality in many people these days. It is clear to me Jesse enjoys what he does and looks for other's best interest.

I appreciated how knowledgeable they were and how they explained to me what they were going to do to replace my parts and everything. STEPHEN and Eddie were great people to talk to and work with.

Working with Goettl has been a first-rate 5-star experience from start to finish. We have been in the area for decades and have used several different companies for plumbing and for HVAC work over the years. Goettl is in a different class altogether.

The job was significant - replacing both the water heater and the HVAC heat pump. The initial visit by Adam was extremely informative and helpful. He reviewed the job, took photos, consulted with his colleagues, and came back with options, explaining the costs and benefits of each one. He never tried to pressure the sale and did not push the most expensive options. His approach built our confidence in the company.

The confidence was borne out in the installation. We needed the job done quickly and they completed it the day after the quote! Amazing. They had what we selected in stock and they sent three crews to get it done. Christian and Chad were there throughout and were very professional.

Amazingly they came back the next day to make sure the job site was immaculate (they had finished after dark) and to review the system with us. The cost was exactly as quoted, the process was very smooth and all six of the crew were professional and true gentlemen.

I do not write reviews very often but this is well deserved. Goettl is setting a new and higher standard for plumbing and heating for Arizona. They are probably not the lowest price but with quality work and equipment they are likely the most economical over time. Plus, you can't put a price on the confidence that comes with working with true professional. It was worth every penny and we will definitely use them again.

Jorge spent a lot of time studying the situation of my sink and pipes. I was able to watch the process, which was interesting. It took a little more detective work after running a 25-foot snake as far as it could go. I was impressed and incredibly relieved. Thank you, Jorge and Goettl!

I had the yearly plumbing inspection. The Serviceman Brett did an excellent job and explained everything he checked he looked at. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He was very polite. He did a very good and knowledgeable.

When it come to customer service they are great. However, their pricing is extremely absurd. They were unable to provide an itemized quote for a 30 gallon water heater replacement, but said it would be about $2,900. I ended up using a different company who provided an itemized quote and I only paid $1,400 for it. I don’t know their reasoning for such a high quote but I suggest you shop around before committing to their services.

Water heater went out so we called goettl. They were able to get us on the schedule same Day thank goodness. Eric S was our technician and he was great. Got everything back up and running and showed me what was going wrong so I could trouble shoot the issue if it happens again in the future. Thx for the prompt service and for being awesome Eric!

Jorge and Gio replaced our heating and air conditioning system as well as replaced all the ducting. They did a great job with the installation and they kept us informed throughout the install process. They were very thorough and professional.

Eric Smith was prompt and curtious and did a thorough job of inspecting everything listening to what I had already discovered prior to the visit. I appreciated him respecting my small knowledge compared to his life. His demeanor was very non-threatening, and I felt safe within my home while he was here.

We needed a complete re pipe
and to replace old water heater with on demand and replace sewer pipe in two bathrooms. The goettl team is a wonderful group to work with. I commend them from Braden who did all the initial check and recommendations of what we should do to John for coming over to confirm and let us know how the company works. Daniel got us a very discounted total and helped us with fast and easy financing, with the help of the big boss, and we had a team out here the next day. The teams are great, they do the work in a professional and methodical way that makes it fast and efficient. They protected all our floors and furniture, and cleaned up at the end of every workday. Overall it has been a pleasure to have these professional plumbers in our house and we are confident that everything is being done correctly. They offer a great warranty on the job and all the equipment installed. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone wether you have a huge job like ours or a smaller one, these guys do great work and stand by it. We had several other companies bid this work, but goettl was the most knowledgeable and had the best guarantees. Super happy with their work.

Called to have a rejuvenation done on my ac unit before summer. The tech got here and was here for 3 hours and there is nothing wrong with my unit, just wanted a cleaning. The tech was nice, but didnt know it would be a all day thing , be prepared to waste the whole day. Not happy. Plus tech was on phone asking for help, doesn't install confidence in me they know what is going on. UPDATE..now my unit doesn't work. She up there trying to figure what's going. Fantastic.

Darren and Ryan managers at Goettl stated that they would not be sending me a check for the shoe they buried until I take down the review, even after I said I had not heard from them for several weeks until and I’m being blackmailed. I was originally told that I would be getting a check to replace the shoe they buried after leaving a muddy mess in my backyard but I have to abide by their rules. And let’s not forget the other mess they made.

Before writing this review I have made every attempt to get this issue resolved, through corporate office in Las Vegas, many phone calls to local plumbing office, emails and a recent complaint with Better Business Bureau.
Don't bother calling corporate - the prerecorded message states the owner Ken Goodrich makes the company committed to... but the office only has direct name recording.
I did not have any work done by this company however Goettl had to access my yard & in the process, left a broken mess. My leg was buried from mud along with my shoe. Instead of retrieving my shoe which anyone with any common sense would do after seeing my leg sink then just buried my shoe. Of course Goettl said they would buy me a new pair but a month later and no response, left me no choice but to go public.
Lastly, the issue with the muddy yard continues, and I sent video but still nothing.

Jacob and Nikki were very friendly and professional. A couple of the many reasons why I’m a loyal to Goettl. Also Abel came the next day and did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike S came and performed the rejuve for our HVAC system and was just as great as well.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These guys are a massive rip-off. If you like spending way to much money for something you don't need then give Goettl a call. I had my AC go out, blown cap and the coils needed to get cleaned. No big deal right? Wrong. Goettl wouldn't do anything to help me what so ever until I agreed to purchase a brand new unit from them. Only once I agreed to buy a new unit did their tech actually start fixing mine. I nearly busted out in laughter when their sales rep told me it would be 27k to install a new unit. 27k on a unit that normally sells around 5k plus labor. Thank God for the buyer's remorse law so I could tell Goettl to get lost when I had Hobaica quote me 7k. So glad I didn't go through with Goettl, that would have been a massive burden placed on my family. Goettl you should be ashamed of yourself for over charging people like this, shame on you for trying to take advantage of people like this.

Ronald was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My AC has been giving me problems for the past few weeks and he was able to fix the issue with ease. He also provided me with tips on maintenance which I really appreciated.

I am leaving 5 stars due to my technician Matt Tanner being so great. However I would give 2 stars to the customer service team due to telling me I'd be notified 30 mins before the technicians's arrival, but he didn't come until an hour after the notification and 1 hour after my scheduled end time of the 3 hr appointment window. Matt was VERY nice even though I told him how upset I was at the late arrival, due to lack of communication from his dispatchers. He was knowledgeable, friendly, quick, kind and patient with me. That says a lot from a technician and I hope he is recogized for these traits! When I called customer service to tell them they should notify customers when a technician will be so late beyond the appointment window, they were snippy and rude and didn't seem to care about customer feedback. Overall, yes I'd use Goettl again and think their technicians are well trained and nice.

John sorted out the cooling issues I was having and increased the cooling power. It took him some hours but he was persistent and dedicated to getting me the best cooling possible. I was very impressed, as too often people would just finish up saying 'somewhat of an improvement' and not go the extra mile.

In June 2022, I had Goettl install a 4 ton A/C unit on my home roof. All my dealings with them up to and including the install, were pleasant and professional. I let my 180 day window for an inspection run down to the wire and the City of Phoenix did their inspection last week. The inspector noted a couple of minor adjustments needed, confirmation of amperage used and a correction that involved the electric panel. After calling Goettl, I was connected with Tim who was part of the original crew that did my install, he attentively took the information and asked me the best time to send a couple guys out to make the necessary changes/adjustments needed. Manuel & JJ arrived as promised today 12/07/22. They were both professional, respectful and made sure I understood what they had done, shared with me the pictures of changes made and even though minor fixes, these guys were very thorough with the explanation. They even gave me a a care package of sorts, filled with thank you gifts for being their customer! From the person who answers the phone, to the sales person to the installation crew to Manuel & JJ today, the customer service skills of Goettl's employees are stellar. Aaron always comes and fixes me up right. He’s like my own personal HVAC guy. It’s nice to always see the same happy face showing up to help me with my issues. Let’s be honest, HVAC isn’t cheap and it’s easy to be angry after you call for a repair. However, with Goettl I’m always pleasantly surprised at their service, professionalism, and quality of care. I’ve been using them for over 10 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

We had Goettl out yesterday due to a lack of heat. They sent a tech out to troubleshoot the unit. after checking everything found a few loose wires and reconnected them. We were very happy with the service. He said if it still did not work, to call and they would come out. Well, no heat this morning. When I called they were very apoligetic and said they had Elvin out today. He was very professional and ran a complete test of the system finding that the thermal coupler switch that was having an issue, intermittenly. There was no charge for this today. Highly recommend this company.

Dylon was absolutely incredible, thorough, and went above and beyond; even replacing the air filter in our air conditioning unit! We recommend Goettl as a go-to for plumbing repair and inspection! You installed an AC unit for us last year and I signed up to join your Club and you sent a very nice plumber to attend to our problem. However, you gave us a an outrageous quote of $669 (supposedly after a 10% discount) to replace the cartridge in our shower valve. When I asked for a breakdown of the price between parts and labor, your staff refused and said it was a fixed price. In response, I declined to accept your quote. Tell your owner that if he treats his customers this way, he's wasting his money on all the advertising he does. We customers are not stupid.

Alin did a GREAT job repairing our heating unit. He read results of another visit, figured out the problem, and fixed it. He then waited more than 30 minutes to ensure that it was fully functional. While he waited, he completed several preventative actions, and communicated clearly on each step. Thanks for great service Alin!

Goettl had great customer service from the people scheduling an appointment, to the technician Jesse that came out to inspect my current 20 year old system and quote an ac replacement. Jesse was a great guy who was right on time to the appointment and was very knowledgeable and professional about ac systems and went over replacement options in a way that was understandable. He was also very courteous and cleaned up any mess that was made during the inspection. Jesse was very friendly with my german shepherd while inside my home. Jhon the project manager gave very thorough hvac replacement options that were easy to understand and supplied a good value quote. I decided to have Goettl replace my ac system rather then their competitors since they have been around awhile and are a reputable company. They were even able to install the system the same day.

We decided to replace our 20 year old units instead of continuing to repair them every couple of years. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. He is very detail oriented and thoroughly explained all of our options.

Just had Miguel leave after giving us a very thorough inspection and review of our different options for making sure our units are working for the upcoming hot Phoenix summer! He did a great job giving suggestions that fit within our price point rather than just trying for the hard sell. Great service.

Dylon the plumber came out to do a repair and flood prevention- he was absolutely amazing and helpful. Really took the time to explain everything, and stayed involved the whole way through the project. Also worked with Mark, who saved the day in a rough patch, and other lovely folks whose names I didn’t write down (boo!)

My house is old and has the strangest configurations on just about everything- the whole team came together to get everything done. Even when I got frustrated (and snippier than I should have been), they were nothing but professional, friendly, and helpful.

These guys are pros through and through - I wouldn’t work with anyone else for HVAC / plumbing.

This was my first time using Goettl and everything from the initial inquiry call to day of service was fantastic. Our technician, Aaron Martinez, was so professional, transparent and informative. An extra bonus was he was beyond sweet to our dogs, he even gave them a Goettl stuffed animal to play with. We will absolutely use this company again with any future needs.

I originally decided to not leave a review as it would be negative. Because Goettl could not repair my AC, I was to get a full refund (less the service fee). For 3 weeks, I have been told my refund has been processed. I finally had to place a dispute with my credit card company. Being lied to and taken advantage of has really upset me and I do not want others to have this happen.

3 weeks ago, I contacted Goettl as my AZ blower motor stopped working. I have a 4.5 year old unit. The operators were pleasant and was able to get me an appointment the next day which was on a Saturday. The tech showed up and determined it was the blower motor. He then proceeded to tell me all the things wrong with the unit and all that needs to be done. As a property manager of 20 years, managing thousands of units, I knew this was all a sales pitch and all that was needed was a motor (which is still under warranty by the manufacturer. I agreed to have them repair the blower motor to get me up and running.

Before collecting my payment, the major sales pitch started. I was told I should get just get a whole new unit and ductwork (again, AC and ductwork is all brand new 4.5 years ago) and they could get me on a monthly payment plan for a whopping $12,000.00!! He then said my unit was so dirty, it would have to be fully chemically cleaned should I decide to keep it. Again, as a property manager I know the importance of home maintenance and I have maintained and cleaned the coils on an annual basis. He took my credit card payment of nearly $1600 up front so they could order and install the motor once received.

I agreed again, to just have the motor put in as it was supposed to be warm and needed my AC running.

Monday, I received a call from someone from the office stating they would not be able to get my unit up and running until the MIDDLE OF DECEMBER!! There was a shortage of variable speed motors, and they just could not do anything else- but again, they could fully replace the unit. The other option was for them to place a temporary blower fan in my unit for ANOTHER $1600! I said this was unacceptable and to refund my money less the service call, to which I agreed.

The next day, I contacted another AC Service Company (A&C Services by Able), a licensed, bonded, insured company with the owner having 30 plus years AC experience. Within less than 48 hours, they were able to retrieve the new motor (paid for under warranty, by the way), get to my house, and install. My unit was up and running with an OEM motor, covered by warranty, within 48 hours, all for $260!!

Goettl charged my $1600 and was telling me it would be 2 month until they could repair. But again, they could sell me an entire new unit!

I contacted Goettl 4 (four) times asking about my refund. For 3 weeks, I was told it was in process. As of date- I have no refund and was forced to place a dispute with my credit card company.

I had high hopes for Goettl but was sorely disappointed. Again, I was not going to leave a negative review although their pricing is out of line and certainly, they take advantage of people. Shame on you, Goettl. You need to do better!

Who'd like to bet now this review was written, I will get a call back regarding my refund!?

Tayden, Declan, and Rene did wonderful work with our plumbing job. It was quoted as taking up to 3 days to complete, they finished the same day! We appreciated that they worked into the evening hours to make sure we had everything we needed.

We had the very best group of people come and help us out with our Re-Pipe and R.O system installation!! Mario, Nacho, Taden, Kevin, Jason, Rene, and Dave S. were very kind, proactive, helpful, and respectful of our time. Our service tech Yunior was able to solve a tricky problem today! After a two service technicians worked 5 hours replacing a compressor on our 4 year old a/c unit, Yunior solved the problem today by tightening a wire in our electrical box. The payment we made yesterday will be refunded! This is an upright, honest business with a polite staff that truly puts the customer first. We couldn’t be more impressed with this business.

Declan, and Taden did such a great job installing our new water heater. They were very personable and had such a positive attitude. They were happy to help us and they were very detailed and explained everything to us.

Call Goetl for all of your plumbing and a/c needs. It has been the best choice to go on their monthly plan and have them available for our home needs.

Lastly, my water heater was out and they made sure it was installed the very next day. No cold showers here.

At that point John stepped in to make sure the project was planned properly and I understood all my options. 5 stars for both of these guys!

We had a HVAC unit with no heat output. Not expecting much on New Years eve except to put in a service call for next year. We called Goettle and they had a truck out within the hour with Q and Miguel who got right to work inspecting the unit. Unfortunately the unit had a bad control board and was over 10 years old. Q explained all of our options in great detail and we were able to set up a plan and purchase a new unit before they left with installation on January 2, 2023.

Adrian was our service technician and he did a great job with our plumbing clog repair. Patient and explained the options. Repair was resolved. All staff from initial call to repair were pleasant.

This is my second experience with this company and my second time leaving a five star review. This time they sent out Brett. He was professional, thorough, honest, and friendly. Zero complaints. Called Goettl because we had an issue our water heater and they had a plumber out in like 20 mins! Amazing ? After Alex did his thorough inspection and explanation of why we thought there was an issue, he flushed our tank and was on his way. His reassurance and Goettl’s response time is our peace of mind. He then went from room to room in which there was an outlet for water. There was a loud thumping noise and he figured it came from my toilet and promptly fixed it. Steve W. came out last year (2022) in June to help fix a leak on our faucet in our guest bathroom. He was very kind and worked hard to find the problem. We were grateful. Fast forward seven months later to January 2023, and oddly, our same faucet began to leak again - in the same spot. We immediately called Goettl and they sent Steve W. back out. He recalled our issue from last year and got to work. Within just a few minutes, he found the issue with no problem. They were over an hour late for the HVAC appointment with no notice. Upsold me on equipment I didn't need as well. Luckily I held off and got 2 other inspections and both said I was being sold unnecessary equipment. Asked to speak to a manager and haven't had anyone reach out to me. I will not be using them for any future services.

We had a plumbing emergency before Christmas weekend. Our water was shut off and going to be off over the holiday. This company did as they advertise, the right thing. The scheduler taking the message got a team out to evaluate and fix our broken valve/water within 14 hous, before the holiday weekend so we would have our water on for the holidays. HVAC technician Julissa was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. She represented the company well. She knows her stuff and I love how meticulously and detailed she is with her services. She’s also transparent and simple with her explanations. I would love her to come back to service my unit again!!!!

Over the weekend we had lost hot water, so we contacted Goettl and they were able to come out within 24 hours. The tech, John Parker, was incredibly helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. Due to an installation error, we were told the repair would not be covered under our warranty. He went out of his way to call his supervisor to explain the situation and was able to get the repair done free of charge. While the installation error was frustrating, he made the best out of the situation.

Aaron came out to do an A/C tune up but we had to many problems so we got a whole new ac installed the same day! Everyone was very professional and knew what they were doing. We are very happy with the installation.

We had both our AC and Heating systems serviced this year. Nathan and Ronald were very professional and took their time to make sure all our needs were met. Keep up the good work!

Had a 9200 dollar soft water system with r/o system put in 2 weeks ago. All I have done is chase leaks for 2 weeks. Today, the r/o system apparently had been leaking all day because SOMEONE couldn't tighten up 1 nut so I have hardwood floors soaked in water all day. Rather fix it myself than wait to have ANOTHER person out here to fix it. Looks like it was done the easy way NOT the right way. Cold water in my sink doesn't work now, constant leaks in the garage etc. Nice job Ken Goodrich. This is a joke.

Had a mission impossible job with a leaky broken fixture that was very stubborn to get out in a TIGHT space. Our Technician Eric Smith did the work. Very professional, quick and clean. Truly happy with the workmanship.

10Xs the amount of the part. They gave me a break. Because of my health they cut the cost down, but still very high priced. It still cost over $1,000.00 an hour. The technician was great!!! The technicians are always top notch. At one time they were going to gouge me $700.00 for a 2cent part which was a 3 minute job.

Nacho and Andrew were super heroes! Extremely professional and friendly, they saved the day by installing our new water heater same day when the old one kicked the bucket this morning. Would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone who has water heater needs. They also went above and beyond by installing a plank board barrier under the water trap and cleared out mold and debris from the foundation ledge. We have the Goettl Sadie plan and are very happy with it. The techs do not rush and they check everything. I have had techs here for up to 4 hours. They take pictures of everything they check and show us what they found.

Miguel and Antonio did an incredible job installing the new unit/digital thermostat. They worked over 8 plus hours in the dark last to ensure the unit running to warn my infant and child. I appreciate the hard work, long hours, and patience.

It’s unfortunate that Goettl cannot keep good employees and has a large turnover. Those that are sent out are clearly not totally capable of doing the full job. Plus, since they are sales driven, and not interested in service, twice they sold us something we didn’t need and didn’t properly explain how to use it. And then, even though we had a guarantee. They wouldn’t honor it. Be careful of this company.

My husband and I had a great experience with Goettl. We had called a handful of other companies and either never heard from them or was pushy. But Goettl was different. They answered immediately with a human dispatcher and sent someone over to us within hours. Mike came out to do the evaluation of what was going on. (We replaced our thermostat and the havc system worked for a week then stoped.) Mike got on our roof and took a ton of pictures for us to see the issue. Instead of just telling us to replace the unit he gave us the option to have the compressor rebuilt. That's when we told him we'd rather just replace it completely. He was great with setting up the process and even was able to get it installed for us that same day.
Luis and Raphael were our installers. They kept us informed every step of the way. Any issues that came up they took care of it immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs and comfortability were met. Raphael and Luis came back the next day to make sure the system was working properly, they did some extra stuff. Raphael got us hooked up with a new uv system after showing us how our old uv system wasn't installed properly. I'm usually nervous about everything but this was just a relief. I really felt all the associates cared about our needs and this was definitely some old school customer service that I miss. Because of Mike, Luis, and Raphael we will definitely be using Goettl in the future. This a A star team and we couldn't be happier with our new system.

Ronald came to our home today to diagnose the A/C unit. He arrived well within my appt window, was extremely professional, and provided us with an honest diagnosis based on the value and integrity I expected from a name like goettl. My home was built in the 70's. When I bought the home in 2018, the kitchen sink was a slow draining sink. Emptying a large sinkfull of water would backup in the second sink tub then drain slowly. Had Goettl out to clear the drain with the Sadie watch dog plan. They came out and ran a camera down the line and tried snaking it out but said it's just a slow draining sink. After a few years it finally backed up completely and would not drain. Had a drain clearing available through Goettl the first guy was unable to clear the blockage. However Brett was wonderful he was able to clear the line and remove the blockage. He had a nice wire auger bit on the front which allowed him to remove the sludge buildup that had been there since before I moved in. Finally the sink drains properly. If it wasn't for Brett I'd still be here with a slow draining sink. Thanks again if you read this. If you have Goettle request Brett for your services

We tried to install a new thermostats and it blew a fuse. 2 staff members came out, fixed the error and installed the new thermostat for us! They were super friendly, informative and kept us up to date with they were doing. Thanks soo much!

Q Perez came to do my annual heating check up through your Sadie Guard Dog program. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very personable. As I am recovering from surgery and less than mobile, I appreciate how hè was very accommodating about my situation. The total bill today came to $0.00 because of the super Sadie membership! Nefarious business practices. I was very optimistic with this company because of all the positive reviews and commercials, but after dealing with them on 2 separate occasions, it is clear to me there is deception and dishonest business practices going on here. My first plumbing visit the guy had to cut through dry wall to fix the problem. He didn't even bother to repair the drywall at all. I simply let it go because I do realize that he is a plumber so I cut him some slack. He later told me that I needed a new tub spout for a ridiculous price of 300 dollars. 300 dollars for a 10 dollar chinese spout that takes 5 minutes to install. I got money so I thought nothing of it until after he was gone. A year goes by and it's time for my second rejuvenation for my AC before summer hits. There were a couple fixes that the guy said needed to be done for a massive 600 dollars bill. All to just replace a capacitor and a wire. After I refused the service, the tech calls his boss. The guy offers to bring the price down to 500. I'm thinking to myself why don't they just give me their best price up front? Dishonest shady business tactics is the answer. I will be canceling my membership and have my handyman do it for 300, thank you. I will no longer do business with big businesses because you can't really trust anybody these days.

We have the Sadie HVAC protection plan, and just had our seasonal inspection. From the first visit we have been really impressed by the quality and professionalism we've experienced. Today however, it was next level. Eddie Padilla was by far the best technician yet! He was all of the typical Goettle things, prompt, polite, efficient. He also went above and beyond to make sure we understood what he was seeing and he was friendly and patient with any questions.
We had a few small repairs needed and instead of the usual we'll send someone else out he took care of everything right away. He was fast and just overall a pleasure to work with. We also couldn't be more pleased with the price we paid.
Such a very long way to say Thanks Goettle, and most importantly, thanks Eddie!

I needed a bit of work done to my 1969 home. The HVAC roof top unit, two bathroom sinks and one kitchen sink all; needed replacement. All the Goettl people were awesome, knowledgeable, professional and fast. Thank you to the estimators Mattew Hill and Dave Giordano for putting me at ease with the process and no surprises. Most excellent install crews deserve the highest marks. They were Mario Islas, Brennen Bingham, Eric Castillo, Ovi Perea, Hunter Holbrooks, and Michael Olson. It is very obvious that each of these men take pride in the job being done right. I must also tip my hat to Victor who coordinated the flurry of activities and Lisa for the stylish sinks. Q was terrific and very informative! My AC unit was very old and Q helped walk me through all of the options for repair including the pros and cons of each option. This experience was very straightforward and easy. They also got the repair done in same day which helped given the temperature in AZ

They were great! Showed up during the window they said, changed one part which was kinda pricey but reasonable because that same capacitor went out in the past. And took pictures of everything. Better to pay for one part than a 15k dollar new system here in AZ.

Had to call these guys again. My front yard was flooding by a ruptured line. Mark and Abel came out and quickly found the source. Not only that, but after they explained they aren’t permitted to work on the rupture because it was not plumbing but rather irrigation, they still explained everything thoroughly and what I should do next. Shout out to Mark and Abel, very knowledgeable, professional, and overall good guys!

Brett came out for a water heater flush and general plumbing system review. He worked quickly and efficiently, recommended some minor changes and overall left me with confidence that things were good. I have never had any issue with Goettl, but Brett was one of the best they ever sent.

We received a quote from Q this afternoon about replacing our *very* old AC units. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and was extremely professional. We've used Goettl's in past as well and had a great experience with them!

This organization is not very reliable. First visit they didn't have equipment needed, so I was told they would be back next day, with needed tools, at a certain time. They were supposed to call me to confirm. I ended up calling them twice to find out what the status was. They showed up two hours later, with no call or text to inform me about the delay.
Not a good way to start business with a new customer.

Adam was unbelievable with us. He was so kind and thoughtful. He explained everything in detail. He made sure we felt comfortable. We could not have been happier.

Connor was a prime example of a Goettl employee. He came on time, listened to the issues I was having with my clogged drain and got to business right away replacing piping in my kitchen. After cleaning out a bunch of nasty stuff, we found a problem further down the line and instilled with me confidence that it would be taken care of.

Came out on a Sunday 2/12/23 gave us an estimate. Said they would be here between 9- 10 different guys show up said they didn’t know what part when the guy on Sunday had written it down and gave us a quote of what it would cost but he wrote the wrong product said they would go and get part and be back. Never did call and say what was going on they couldn’t find the part nothing. It was two guys, Parts place within 15 to 20 minutes from our home. Husband called them and cancelled. Probably will not use Goettel again. Communication and Professionalism really not there . Hope you have a better experience than we did. I would not recommend

Had an awesome A/C repair experience with Andrew Kroski from Goettl over the weekend! Our A/C started blowing warm early in the week, with outside temperatures ~100. It did take four days for a tech to come out but not the tech's fault at all and this time of year is busy in Arizona. The A/C needed a new compressor and while the parts where under warranty Goettl did not charge for the labor either! (only the $90 diagnostics fee)

Andrew came out on Sunday afternoon and was super friendly and knowledgable. Andrew quickly started the compressor removal/install process (which typical takes 4-6 hours). A few hours in it started to storm which included some heavy wind and even hail. Andrew stayed in the truck for ~hour waiting the storm out then came back and continued the repairs (like nothing happened). As part of the compressor repair, old refrigerant was drained then new refrigerant added, but the capacitor, dry filter, and some wires that were rubbing against a copper pipe were also replaced/fixed!

What I liked the most is Andrew didn't just fix the current problem, but instead made sure the A/C system was in the best shape it could be in to prevent future problems. Andrew truly went above and beyond expectations! I recommend Andrew to anyone who needs A/C repairs or maintenance.

Steve was incredible the entire time. Took the time to check all options before moving onto the next step. Also included his team to utilize the experience of everyone available to help come up with a solution that saved tons of money.

HVAC system. Our unit was 10-11 years old. We worked with Tyler on determining the cost for a new unit.
Mario and JJ performed the installation. Mario as the lead was very knowledgeable and he and JJ worked well together. The service was professional and well done.

Had Goettl over to give us a quote on a new ac. Jesse was the tech that came to do the inspection. couldn't of had a more professional great guy do the inspection. This is the guy you want.

Q came this afternoon to repair our heater since it was just blowing cold air. He got in and was done within 30-45 minutes and we had hot air coming in! He was very clear about the issues we had and informed how we can avoid problems in the future. Highly recommend this company and especially Q for any repair and maintenance.

Company knew they were coming in to my airbnb and cancelled when they got there because of no guests being in the home and it being vacant. I had explained to them when I booked the appointment to call me and that I would let them in. So now I am scrambling mid day to get this working for my guests and Goettl has totally put my reputation on the line. GO SOMEWHERE THAT CARES!

Ronald was very professional and on time and explained everything very thoroughly to me and I would recommend him to anyone that handles or stays with Goettl. It would be my desire to have Ronald come and always check my air conditioning and heating units if that’s possible.

Connor came out on a Sunday and fixed my broken garbage disposal and a mystery leak under the sink. He was awesome and got everything fixed. I would totally use Goettl again, and wish I could reserve Connor for coming out again - he is the bomb dot com!!!

This company saved my house. I don't have much to live on and my house is all I've got. They worked with us on an affordable payment plan that worked for us. They treated us like friends and family would and they were honest and understanding. I especially want to thank Matthew who came down and was in charge of the team. Jesus did an amazing job! I was running a little behind but even though he is on call and had to leave he turned around and came back to clean our unit! And then moved onto the next job.

Q was professional and thorough with the maintenance of our heat pump. He took the time to do things right and made sure everything was running as it should. He fixed the problem we were having and made sure that we understood what he was doing. Will definitely keep with this company and the technician.

This company replaced the AC in my wife's house and all was good until she decided to sell her house. The home inspector found where they had just cut out a piece of the truss on one end and ripped out the other end to get the air handler in. She fought with them to get it repaired. They quit returning calls until she threatened to report them to the ROC. Once they got the message they finally responded. She was afraid the pending buyer was going to back out wanted it fixed to code. NEVER again with Goettel.

I would always hear their commercials on the radio about the company name being hard to spell - it just sort of stuck in my head I guess. Then one morning, everyone in the house is complaining that there wasn't any hot water. I went in to check on the water heater - only to find it was flooding everywhere - coming out of the top. Some type of valve had failed and it was a mess. I remembered that hard-to-spell company name and decided to give them a shot.

To my surprise, the rep came out within a hour or so - that same morning. He educated me on a few tips - like not needing to shut off the water to the entire house in a situation like this - and a few other tips, but as for the water heater - it was toast and already beyond the warranty it had.

There was zero sales pressure for a specific water heater - and instead, he spent quite a bit of time with my wife and I going over the many different options they had for replacing one.

Once again to my surprise, after we picked one - he was already on the phone with a crew and the installation was set for that same day - no extra charges for an emergency situation or anything like that. The crew came out a couple hours later and they, too, were very polite and professional - discussing everything with me before they started touching anything. There was some additional work that had to be done because of the allignment of my exhaust piping - but they all stayed there for the rest of the day - making sure the system was installed that very same day as promised.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their customer service, installation, and products. The entire team has been lovely.

The guy said that the water turn off valves were frozen, after spaying with a nut buster spray I was able to turn them off. I can't believe they don't run across this regularly. So the drain was unclogged but was not recommended to put back together without some up-sells. So I'm fixing it this weekend. Also left a mess in my bathroom.

I wanted to give Michael from Goettle a big thank you. I was having a loud sound coming from my new AC. They had come out a month or so go and fixed it. Unfortunately, my unit is being temperamental. Michael came out and swapped out some parts. Hopefully that takes care of the issue. Michael thank you for listening to me and hearing me describing the issue. Fingers crossed! Tony was awesome to work with. He very responsive and professional during the whole process of the work that was completed. I would definitely recommend Goettle for any AC work.

Kevin was very thorough with servicing our furnace getting it ready for winter. He let me know that were other services that were available to help make the system run better, should I want them. He also helped with getting some estimates for the ductwork we need done.

A team came to install a RO and soft water system at my parents house. They team was great in their installation and very professional! Highly recommend

Disappointing. We asked for our RO filters to be changed under our sink. It took 3 visits, 3 different techs, each visit lasting over 45 min. None of the 3 techs communicated to the other. And we had purchased our own filters.

Noe and Eddie were superior with manners, they also answered any questions and were very understanding with concerns I may have had. Greatly satisfied. I would love to have them back!

Mike Olson has been wonderful to work with. He has been servicing our air-handler and trouble shooting some issues we had with our new system. He is responsive and very informative on how our system works.

Mark was my service tech I found them to be very informative he explained every aspect of the job and was able to tell me the cost up front but then warned me that we could run and more damage and have to replace the seat that the toilet sits on luckily we didn't have to do that so the original price he gave me was spot on I could brag all day about Mark very pleasant to talk to and explained everything so well all I got to say Goettl mark is definitely one of your biggest assets thank you very much.
