We had had an appliance repair person from another company out because of an issue with our washing machine, during that appt we learned the issue was the water valve. We called Amigo and they were able to get out right away, and while they were here we had a leaky outdoor spigot that needed replacing and figured we might as well do it while they were here. They completed both within a few hours and we are all set. Would highly recommend.

Very very expensive, 1 hour to pull a damaged cartridge and replace-it with a new one got charge 365 dollars , the fix did not work and the wanted 1,400 dóllars to replace the valve. I did it in 45 minutes parts and tools 245 dollars .
Sad to see the way some business take advantage of people that can’t do it them selves .

Technician replaced one of my leaking hose bibs as well as the troubleshoot another leaking back flow valve. He was very nice and did the work very quickly. He didn’t need to replace the back flow valve so did not charge me to troubleshoot it. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

This is the second time I have used this company. Both times when the repairman showed up they were professional and respectful. Both times they were able to tell me real quick how much the fee was going to be and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I will use them next time I need something done.

Friday night our daughter watching our house calls and says something exploded and water is coming out of the garage. Just what you want to hear when you are hundreds of miles away. Kudos to Liberty Utilities for quickly coming to the house to shut off the water and the house shut off broke!

Now to Amigo Plumbing - I like to do business with local companies if I can and first called another Goodyear plumbing company which like Amigo had good reviews. They said they would call me right back and 30 minutes later no call back (in fact they never called back). I called Amigo and wow what a difference. The young lady said she could schedule a tech between 1 & 3 and I said great! 5 minutes later she called back and said she had a tech who could be at my home in less than an hour and I said fantastic.

Eddie arrived in about 30 minutes from that call and he was no nice and professional with me on the phone and my daughter in person. He appraised the situation, advised me of damage not just plumbing since it blew a hole into the back wall of the garage and cost to repair. (very reasonable cost!). He did the work and was professional every step of the way. While there he gave me a quote for some other plumbing work I will get scheduled and then next Fall for a bathroom remodel I will hire Amigo for the plumbing work on that.

So glad the other company did not call back. If you have read this far, just call Amigo Plumbing!

We had a toilet that kept clogging every couple of weeks. Eddie from Amigo augered the toilet and replaced the fittings inside the toilet. Eddie was friendly and professional.

George did the install. Arrived on time and was courteous and asked to view the problem with my bathroom faucet. Told him of the internal leak. It was determined that a solder joint at the base of one of the copper tubes had a crack in it so it leaked water. I had anticipated that it would not be able to be repaired so I had a new faucet bought and ready to give him. Faucet installed in less than an hour. Nice work, no leaks. Amigo Plumbing has now done four jobs for me and I have been satisfied with all of them. They are my go to for any plumbing needs I have. Glad to be on board again.

He did free estimate but he missed the full details. Don’t get fool by free ofcourse our mistakes we ending up paying high price for just turning on the switch on the back of our fridge so that we will get water from reverse osmosis. When he do the estimate he didn’t check the back if there is a line for reverse osmosis in our fridge. So he just keep going back and forth in the house and just turn on the switch on the back tarrrrraaaaa…… instant money. I will never ever use them again so pricey no wonder they want to do it right away before I call different company to do it. If only my husband listen to me and find a different one who is professional who is there on know how to estimate the job.

I called Amigo in the morning around 8:30 because a new dishwasher and garbage disposal had been delivered but couldn’t be installed due to an old leaky and corroded pipe. An appointment was made the same day between 10 and noon. Santos arrived about 11:30 and completed the job in about half an hour. He was very professional an courteous. Excellent customer service and reasonable price. I highly recommend Amigo Rooter & Plumbing. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues.

Found our new plumbing company! We had a gas line installed for a pool heater. From start to finish there was excellent communication from the owner. A previous plumbing company sent by myw company said they would have to cut a hole in my cabinet or remove my kitchen cabinet. And then after waiting a month they said they could not do the work.

They came out to replace a cartridge on my shower. They were a vendor for my warranty company. They replaced the cartridge and when they left the shower was still leaking. They returned and said the valve needed to be replaced because of rust and corrosion. They wanted to charge me another $350, after $250 had been paid for the cartridge. This sounded strange so I called another plumber. He stated that the original tech used pliers to remove the old cartridge and broke the valve in doing so. Since companies compete I called a third plumber for an estimate and he came out today and said the exact same thing! When I let Amigo know they still told me it was broken because of rust and corrosion! They refuse to admit their tech broke it and are thieves who will break things and charge you for it!!

I want to take a moment to thank you and Caesar for the top quality work and service you've provided today (Tuesday 01/12/2021) installing a new garbage disposal. First I want to thank Caesar for his great work and being such a professional with replacing my garbage disposal. He did such a great job I felt this is possibly the company to install my entire house water filters. Nelson you and Caesar understood exactly what I wanted and you delivered exactly what I wanted. Please note that my request was a tall order and most plumbers were offering other solutions that didn't meet my requirements.

The faucet was broken on the inside. The home warranty company was going to replace it with a much lower type unit, but the repair person gave me time to go to Home Depot to get an equal type. I think the home warranty company should reimburse me for the one I didn’t use but that is yet to be determine. The repair itself was done professionally and the ice water line was redone.

They were here within an hour and a half! Santos was professional and very nice. He was a good troubleshooter w shower and went and picked up another part that was needed. I will continue to use their plumbing service.

Amigo plumbing did a wonderful job for me. Nelson showed up on time to give me an estimate and arrived on time to start the plumbing work. After my counter tops were installed, Amigo plumbing installed all of my sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen and in addition installed the garbage disposal, dishwasher and gas stove. They were never in a hurry and took their time to install everything and then took time to check for leaks and to make sure all appliances worked properly. Amigo plumbing was very neat and also did some extra caulking in the kitchen that I ask them to do. You will not be disappointed with Amigo Plumbing.

Plumber (Eddie) was prompt to arrive and repaired our kitchen faucet pretty quickly. We had a plumber from another business who advertise themselves on tv and they left our faucet half repaired, they gave us a quote and wanted more money to complete the repair the next day, we refused to pay more money than quoted and decided to call another plumbing company.
Amigo Plumbing stepped up to do the repair for us at a very reasonable price and Eddie was experienced enough to look at the issue and repaired the faucet in a very short time.
We are very satisfied customers and reccomend Amigo Plumbing.

My overall experience with Amigos was not good, I felt that they charge me way to much and overpriced for two faucets outside my home. And the worker had to leave two times to go pick up supplies after he left the first to go get the supplies he needed, an took long periods of time to return each time. I felt a job that should of taken no more then an hour to do took him 3 hours. I will not be requiring their services or referring them to family and friends. Work was good but way way over priced.

I recently had a terrific experience with Amigo. I was in a pinch when another valley company canceled on my wife and I on the last days of our home inspection, and we were advised to speak with Amigo by another reputable local plumber. Nelson was professional and courteous as I explained our need for his services right away. He had his guys show up the very next day to inspect our sewer line. After all inspections were complete, I had Amigo come back out to the house and work on my water heater, drains, and gas lines. Once the work was completed, they walked me through exactly what had been done and all of their work was extremely thorough. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Amigo, they were friendly, professional and very punctual. Their prices were very reasonable as well, I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY based on my experience, just my opinion.Hired them to find a gas leak and repair it, they turned off my gas so I reminded them to turn my gas on and please re-light my water heater they did neither. I called them the next day and explained they didn’t turn on my gas and they refused to help my husband spoke to them and they said they would contact us at730 am the next day they never called I tried calling them and no answer do not use them we filled a complaint with the BBB and wasn’t shocked to see they have a bad reputation there. After reading these reviews it seems like women have issues with them, not surprisingly by the way the treated me.

I had a big leak with lots of underlying issues that made this a tough job. They completed the job in two days and my wife can take a hot shower again. Apparently all is right in the world now.

Terrible company. I have a home warranty, the warranty company dispatched Amigo Plumbing to my broken water heater. When he showed up, he spoke very bad English. He looked at the water heater and said it needed a valve. He said the water heater was too old and parts where not available. I knew that was incorrect because the water heater was only 3 years old. He called me and said that I needed a new water heater. Insurance would not over it. I called the home warranty company and they sent out a good company. Witch diagnosed my water heater with a different defective part. They got the part and repaired my water heater the same day. This company is very un professional. Very rude. Horrible service. Do not use these people. It doesn't matter how desperate you are. Do not use these people. They suck really bad.

This is an Update!
After 2 weeks of going back and fourth with these people. The parts finally showed up and 2 days later they sent someone out to install them. The tech they sent out was nice and professional and got everything sorted out. But let's not forget it did take them 2 weeks to get it done.

Eddie did a really good job. Unclogged all four drains for us. Always a pleasure to work with Eddie. Always friendly and professional. He's our go to guy!

Amigo Rooter arrived very quickly the same day and repaired a washing machine line clog. We've had minor problems on and off for a couple of years, but this time, liquid drano didn't fix it. John found there was an object stuck in the line and made helpful recommendations regarding other plumbing concerns in our home. Pricing was extremely reasonable. We will absolutely call Amigo back as needed and recommend to friends and neighbors.

I have used Amigo plumbing for many home inspections and the entire team is very professional and honest! Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful if there have been any issues. Prices are extremely reasonable when compared to other companies.

I called and they said they would arrive in about an hour, they arrived in an hour, came in a mask. Fixed my broken cartridge and was out in about 35 minutes. Very much appreciated their timely service.

They got to be kidding me, the repair man came in not prepared, all he did was talk, he did not want to do anything I had to chase him out the door. Do not and repeat my self do not call this company. Wow what a mess, no experience at all sad to say my drain is still leaking had to call anther company to finish the job.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE!! Zero stars. The appointment was scheduled between 7am-11. At a quarter after 12 this scary, dirty, toothless man showed up an hour late immediately demanding cash just for showing up. I tried to explain the issue and I asked if he could at least take a look to which he again asked for money. I asked for a diagnosis first, to which he said, Didn't you say someone else already told you the problem? He continued to demand money. He was very aggressive. When I couldn't take it anymore I asked him to leave. He never even look at the problem. He then used what little I told him too lie to my warranty company and said he diagnosed the problem so he could get paid. Shady. Never call this company.

Great service at a honest price, I use Amigo Rooter & plumbing because I know I can count on them to get the job done right the first time. They were able to get the job done when other plumbers failed and said it couldn't be done without expensive dig up and repairs. Do not recommend at all. The service is unprofessional. The plumber showed up late, didn't want to come inside the house to check valves and without seeing the valves quoted a random price of $75 which was double the price of another company. The company said they have a 24 hour turn around time for quotes, however it is now more than that and I still haven't received a quote.

After I talked to their techinician and asure me that the work that needs to be done will be covered through my home warranty, they send a report stating the opposite. The guy was more concerned about collecting the money than doing the job.

Terrible customer service. We had a blockage in our main line and called them on a Friday and set up an appointment for Saturday between 8-8:30 am and soon after the guy showed up it started raining so he left without performing the service. However after the rain stopped we tried calling them to see if anyone else could come out no one answered the phone. Me my boyfriend and his grandfather spent the rest of the day calling them until they closed leaving several voicemails and again in the morning still no answer. We instead called reddi services and they were here and the problem was resolved within half an hour. It wasn't until Monday I got a call back but our problem was resolved by a much more professional and reliable company. We will never use this company again

Last year I hired Amigo to do all the new plumbing plus the new line to the sewer on a 1940's building that had been vacant for years. They did what they said they would do and even came back out to do video inside of the pipes to make sure we were all clear.
This year they came back out for the backflow preventer inspection and were right on time.
