I engaged this service for a condo in Sun City that had been rented and we were now selling. They did an excellent job of cleaning and showed up on time. Unfortunately, when they left they created a situation where we were not able to get back in the condo. It cost us almost $300 to get it back open. Brenda was wonderful and spoke to the owners who agreed to cover half of that cost. Only an honest, professional organization would do that. I strongly recommend them, they will perform as agreed and can be trusted to do the right thing.

They were fast and efficient. They could have been a little more thorough. The ladies were very friendly and polite. They took and followed instructions well.

My property looks AMAZING!!! my house has been collecting dirt and webs all summer and it was looking pretty dingy. AZ Exterior Cleaning power washed my house, and concrete and also cleaned my windows. Looks like new. Great service

I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks

WOW where do I even begin. I called Stella to help clean my home that was redone after a tragic fire in November. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable- I immediately knew I could trust her with my home. Not only did she clean the entire post-construction mess, they worked tirelessly for two days on my fridge that had been sitting, off, since November 2022(Black mod, gnats, etc.). She saved my appliances and made my home feel like home. I will continue to support and promote this business. Thank you so much again

ROCKMAN POOL ROCKS!!! We could not be happier with Rockman Pool Service. Georgie has been taking has been taking care of our pool for many years now, he has always been reliable and very knowledgeable in what he does. Today we had to have our filter replaced and he did an excellent job of cleaning up the area after the repair, including spray painting all the pipes and everything surrounding it to make it look so nice and match the landscape. I would recommend Rockman pools to everyone!!!

The birds are gone, finally, after three visits. I am glad I don't have to deal with Barry again. He is rude. He yelled at me and used curse words. He did send his guys to fix the problem, so I am glad I don't have to deal with him again. His employees were nice.
