My shower drain and sink were both not draining. I called Pink Plumbing and Sewer and Chris was at my house within 2 hours. Chris did an amazing job, had great customer service, and was able to fix the drain and sink! Five-stars all-around. Thank you Chris!

Called Diamondback Plumbing over the weekend to request an appointment to identify a leak on the side of my elderly parents home. Levi came out before noon on Monday and worked so hard to identify the source of the leak. Levi was thoughtful, respectful, proactive and a great guy in addition to finding our problem. The tech was wonderful, polite and very knowledgeable. I called them and he was at my house 45 minutes later. Unfortunately he had to come back to my house the next day. He worked all day digging up my yard. The plumbing is fixed and you can barely tell that my yard was dug up. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone looking for a plumber..Deanne

When I called to make the appt. I told them that I thought I had a slab leak or it may be be my solar water heater of 6 yrs. I asked if they could conduct a leak detection and was told yes they could. They said it would be $75. which would go toward any repair needed. When the 2 young guys came out they did everything I had already done and said they didn’t do slab leaks and didn’t work on Solar water heaters, but could refer someone. They said it would be $150. and I balked at this since they didn’t do much that I had already done, so they said they would only charge the $75. (I basically paid $75. for nothing). I called Arizona Leak Detection and she did a great job in finding out it was a clog in my solar water heater pipe and a landscaping drip system failure. Parker & Sons was out the day before Deer Valley Plumbing and neither checked the drip system or water heater plumbing pipes. Yep, there was water in the pan beneath the solar water heater but that didn’t explain using 19,448 gallons of water last month with just me in the house! Even my landscaper failed to check it out when I asked him yesterday. It is so disappointing when all people want is $ but don’t do the job they were paid to do! I won’t be using them again!

My experience with Anthony's Plumming was very pleasant. The customer service was outstanding, the plummer was very knowledgeable of problem. They provided great service , fixed the problem, recommended maintenance, and at a great price.

I chose this company because of a radio ad, i knew nothing about them. They did arrive during the time frame offered, the technician gave a price and advised as to other things that needed fixed. I asked him to just fix the immediate problem. He did and provided estimates of which neither have the same price that was quoted. His finished bill was 25.oo more than quoted and i got to clean up the mess that he left.

The radio ad states that all technicians leave a business card with owners phone number if there are problems which he didnt leave. I felt the were very over priced.

I won't use anyone but Simone for any of my plumbing needs. Called him today for a smaller project and he was able to make time to complete it same day. This reminded me that I never posted a comment for him and his crews work last December. On a Sunday four days before Christmas we discovered a major water leak. Called Simone in the afternoon and explained the issue and he showed up shortly after with a crew. Simone didn't want us to go without water so they worked late into the night to replace piping to get the water back on. The next day they showed back up to replace the sod that needed to be removed. I didn't take any final pictures which is a shame. After Simone's work you couldn't even tell they had to rip up the lawn. Simone is one who stands behind his 24/7 motto and I really appreciate the quality work he does.

Had leak in wall. Ground outside was very wet. Leak was determined to be on line in master bathroom. Repair was completed in an hour. Great job guys. I will using Spring plumbing again
