Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing

We have used Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing for several years and they continue to exceed expectations! They are honest, on time, great to great work, and explain things fully. Our A/C unit went out this summer and we got 3 bids. Knowing Hays provides excellent service, I thought their bid would have been the highest, but it was the best priced as well! They came out and got things running temporarily until they could order and install a new unit (a couple of days later). They also have a great maintenance plan to keep things checked out for both Fall and Spring. Richard came out today and did a great job with our Fall checkup. I highly recommend Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing!

Shout out to Brett and Jeremy for doing a great job replacing/repairing my old cast iron drain line. Undoubtedly it wasn't the most fun job they've ever been assigned to, yet they were super upbeat and professional. Hays saved me thousands of dollars by putting in the tedious effort it took to get the repair approved and paid for by my warranty company. They even put my yard back together as if they never had to put a huge hole there! The admin staff was great as well, and kept me informed during the whole process of working with the warranty company. Super happy with my experience.

Jeremy is great! I needed a shower valve replaced so I called in the morning and was scheduled for same day service. The job of getting the old valve out was challenging, but he resolved the issue and replaced the valve. He showed up on time and was courteous. The price I paid was very fair for the work performed. If I have any future plumbing needs I’m calling Hays.

Needed to replace a 5 ton, 13 years unit with a high efficiency, high seer to save on electric cost. I knew these units are not cheap but got a great price. Aaron came for an estimate and sizing the work, did an excellent job explaining the work needed,costs and benefits. Scheduled with the office the install a few days later. Work was very clean.Small repairs was made yesterday. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

Exceptionally professional. Hays sent Dan, Chad and Stephan to break down my old unit, inside and outside and install my new Trane. They were fast, friendly and efficient. A couple of weeks later, they sent another tech (he was also friendly and professional but can't remember his name) out to completely test the unit to make sure all was well. In the meantime, my other old unit leaked upstairs and a tech named Ideal was sent out and went to great lengths to help get it fixed. All in all, Hays has been wonderful. You pay for what you get, but you get great service and techs that you feel comfortable with, in your home.

Ideal with Hayes was amazing! He came out for a A/C check-up and noticed the starter that was installed a little over a year ago was not functioning properly so he replaced it (outside of warranty) at no cost. He was polite and super helpful. Will definitely be using Hayes again!

Hays did a fantastic job with our service water line replacement. This was a tough job and they were able to complete it quickly and professionally. I definitely recommend them. Also if you have a house that is around 15-20 years old, consider getting a warranty for the service water line between the meter and the house. Especially in Mesa where water bills are higher than power bills.

I was reffered to them by another plumbing contractor that I work with.Jared with Hays came out tried to repair old unit, the unit was just to old. He assessed gave a good quote, 3 days later we have cool air.I will be recommending Hays to clients and friends

I have been using this company for years for maintenance of my air conditioning system. Recently I had to replace my system and everyone in the company was extremely kind, informative, professional and patient during this whole process. It was a very large investment like we all know but now my home is good for many years to come.

I run construction projects for a living, so my expectations for vendors/contractors are extremely high. I did a big remodel on my house, and it required moving one AC unit to the opposite side of the house to replace an older unit, then install a new unit on the main house and red-duct almost the entire home- so it was a really big job overall. I had used a previous contractor for my HVAC work, but wasn't entirely happy with them, so I had several other vendors over to the house to look at the job and give me estimates. Hands down I was impressed with the rep from Hay's (Aaron), as he spent several hours looking at the job in great detail, asked great questions, and with no-doubt I knew he understood exactly what the job was. He followed up with a very accurate quote describing the work to be done, and I decided to move forward with them on the project. BEST DECISION EVER!The entire installation team was totally professional, easy to talk with, had great communication throughout the project, kept things clean along the way, and knocked the job out in 3 days. Never once an issue, we worked through several little changes without asking for more money, and I couldn't be happier with the final product.HIGHLY RECOMMED! They will be the only one I ever call for my HVAC needs.

Charlie was prompt, highly skilled and performed the repairs in the same day! this was a leaking coil, not an easy repair in my rooftop unit. he replaced the coil, tested, serviced and completed in one day, and that included having to travel across the valley to get the needed parts. all in all, extremely satisfied with company response and action, from the initial phone call (thanks Kathy) to completed.

If I could ga given more than 5 stars I would have. Absolutely the best experience from the first phone call to the installation I couldn’t have been treated and informed every step of the way. Josh, the Hays technician, was phenomenal. He was performing the one year maintenance on the units we had installed last October. He had to track down a small refrigerant leak, found it, repaired it and added the missing refrigerant. Had he not followed up on the small leak, we could have some serious compressor damage next summer!! Thanks again to Josh and HAYS for an excellent job.

The service tech came out to service my heating units was efficient, professional, and his name was Ideal. Prior services the people did very good jobs, am happy with Hayes.

I contacted them to have a water conditioner system installed. They came out in a day and provided a free estimate .I scheduled work. They were on time. Fast, Efficient and did a great job. When he left, the area was clean .A really professional company!

Nick from Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing is a rock star! The valves for the hot and cold water on my washer disintegrated when I went to install a new washer. No way to replace on my own, so I asked a plumber I knew (retired) who he recommended. Hays. No question. They arrived on time and with all tools to fix in less than 30 minutes. Amazing. Top notch workmanship, and even tried to save me the emergency fee with a fix over the phone that might have worked, but sadly didn’t in my situation. So glad I called Hays!

We've been using Hays for years to take care of our two older AC units. Every interaction with the company has been friendly, professional, and very helpful. We're on their maintenance plan and have been very happy with it. Today we called in the late afternoon, and they had a technician out within three hours. Charlie solved the problem quickly, explained our options going forward, and answered all our questions.

We have a Hays maintenance agreement that includes an inspection of our air conditioner twice a year. My husband called yesterday and a technician was scheduled for today. Technician called to tell us he was on the way. Knocked on the door to tell us he was here, I heard some footsteps on the roof, then he knocked on the door again to say he was done and everything was fine.

Austin, came out to check for a possible leak. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend their services. I will start using them as my regular plumber going forward.

Our shower hot and cold handles were leaking. Austin did a great job with both handles. The cold handle was only leaking, but Austin checked both. We had both replaced but both were old and lot of calcium on them. Austin was very professional, fast and did a excellent job. I will use Hays for my AC and plumbing needs and they do a great job. I would recommend Hays (and Austin) to any need AC or plumbing problems.

A/C fan stopped spinning in the middle of the night...called Hays at 7 am...had a most professional mech, Jerry arrive by 9:45 ish...ran a few tests...no voltage thru compac. Switch...replaced and installed new Nest thermostat, upon request...Always timely, professional...trust this company...my Go-To for all my HVAC needs...Thank you!

For the past 4 years, Hays has serviced the AC at my home. The AC Techs have always done well. However, today the Tech named Ideal went beyond my usual expectation of a job well done. He did a great job. He explained some aspects regarding the AC system and a membership which I enrolled. Ideal was the ideal AC Tech. I hope he continues the fantastic service provided. We LOVE Hays. They have excellent service and are always available. We bought our Trane Heat Pump from therm. To keep our unit working correctly we have two preventative maintenance services a year at a VERY reasonable cost. Recently when we thought we had an issue, Tech Richard Rustin came out and did an extensive look to see if the concerns we had about recent unit behaviors was typical or a problem. Everything was fine, but Richards due diligence was amazing.

I've been a long time customer of Hays because they always arrive on-time, provide a wonderful service experience, and keep the costs reasonable to the work effort required. Jason B., on the plumbing side of the business, is our go-to resource for everything related to water, sewer, and gas systems in our house - he's incredibly kind while also getting things done right the first time. The Hays tech, Ideal showed up on time and what a great employee. He checked the attic, the heating and cooling registry and then the outside pump. He was efficient and friendly. All our questions were answered and the service was great. I hope to get himWhen we get another check up.

My AC went out at midnight on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I got a referral from a friend who advised me to call Hays. They were called at 9 a.m. in the morning and at 4 p.m. that same day, a tech arrived. The tech name is Karl he was very courteous, prompt, informative and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them. Several other companies were called and they stated they could not arrive until Friday mid-morning. Came home late from work to my home at 100 degrees. My dogs were so uncomfortable. I was so appreciative that Hays took my late call. Roger was at my home in less then a hour. He was professional, kind, and answered all my questions. A part had to be ordered, but Roger got my air running for the night, & was back early the next morning to fix, inspected, & cleaned everything. Our AC unit went out overnight so I placed a call to Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing at 5:26 AM. By 9 AM on the same morning, Hays sent their AC technician Ideal to my residence. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He quickly identified the problem, replaced the broken part and had my AC up and running in about 10 minutes. Ideal did a great job, and I appreciate him going above and beyond for my family.

I was very impressed with Dara (I believe her name was Dara) who answered the phone and took my service request. She was very calming and helpful. Their technician Karl who came out to diagnose my problem with my airduct was amazing also. Although this issue will not be completed now since there was no access to the attic, he gave me great information on what to expect and when to call back to have it fixed. They make it so easy and try to help as much as possible knowing people are miserable without cooling during the Arizona summers. I bought a new unit through them and would recommend to anyone. Dual AC replacement with Trane equipment, Hay’s came highly recommended by our neighbor who had theirs done the year before. I was pleased with the sales quote, and the install crew was polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Quality control inspection a few days later identified no issues with the new install. I would highly recommend Hay’s for a full AC replacement. in Phoenix.

Another HVAC company used a scare tactic telling me my AC unit needed either $6k worth of repairs or $12k for a new system. I called Hays for a second opinion and couldn't have been more satisfied.Tim came out within 2 hours of me calling. He looked over my system, answered every question I could ask about the current state of my system, and was very clear about what options were available for next steps. One of my A/C units quit working on a Sunday evening. I called Hay's early Monday morning and they had a technician out by 9:30am. The technician, Roger, replaced the defective capacitor and checked and repaired the condensate drain lines. Roger was very friendly and knowledgable, and described all of the repairs he made. I can't say enough good things about Roger and the entire team at Hay's. I highly recommend them!

We have only had positive experience with Hays Cooling, and our recent AC maintenance was no expection. Ideal, who performed our service, was congenial, professional, knowledgable and also took the time to show me how to care for my unit.

While experiencing my first AZ monsoon in our new house, we discovered our sump pump wasn't working so we immediately had to start bailing water. We called Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing late on a Saturday night and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. Update. They sold me a service program. What a rip off. Your supposed to get 15 percent off. Well they are 65 percent higher than 4 other companies. Don't do the service plan and call someone else, anyone else. You will save money. Point 2. Had an emergency while on the plan that is supposed to help save money, called them, didn't ask price and the rep ripped me off so bad. He was rude and no apathy. All the other quotes I got for the same work was 200 less on average.

We have used Hays services twice now and both times we had excellent service from every person we had contact with from scheduling to the terrific service guys that came out and were able to quickly assess the situation and make recommendations to solve the problem. Brett installed a device today that pushes the hot water from the heater in the garage to our distant master bathroom. Randy was able to figure out the problem leading to a smell in the drains we were able to easily solve. Both of these guys are fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

If you don't want to read this whole long review, I'll just say this; hire these guys, you won't be sorry.Our home is over 35 years old and as an older home (by AZ standards) has some issues. We noticed what looked like what might be potential water leaking through an upstairs drain to a downstairs ceiling and based on other issues with the home we'd had, assumed the worst.We called Hays based on a recommendation from a restoration company we'd worked with for a previous issue. Hays schedule us for the soonest appointment they had which was the next business day. The next morning their tech was able to finish their previous appointment early, so Hays called to ask if they could come earlier. This might seem normal, however after having many home visits lately between flooring, roofing, and other repairs and upgrades to our home, it's become clear time windows don't mean anything to most companies anymore, they come when they want whether it's early or late and they rarely give you updates without you calling to ask where someone is. Not Hays. They asked if they come early, not just showed up. There was no pressure either way which was refreshing to say the least.Once their tech arrived he was very thorough in checking both the area we were worried about downstairs on the wall/ceiling and the shower/tub we thought the leak might be coming from. The tech tried his hardest to find a reason to do the job but at the end of the day put our minds at ease that there was no detectable water leakage.Not only did the tech spend the time and explain all of this to me, he went above and beyond showing me the movement of water through our water meter, and even after realizing there was no water running through our inside pipes when nothing was supposed to, he did the same for our irrigation and gave me recommendations on how to make sure that wasn't happening. He didn't need to do this, he could've left and been on his way, but he wanted me to have all the info I needed.For me and I'm sure most others, the worry is always will I be taken advantage of by these guys when you bring anyone out to look at or fix something in your home. This tech could've easily convinced me there was a need to tear apart walls, and start the money meter running so to speak. Instead he was upfront, honest, and very very helpful in explaining why he didn't see a need to do so. If my tech is anything like the rest of this company (and I'm betting he is), these guys are trustworthy and professional, you should hire them.

We called Hays for our yearly AC check up before turning on the air - they are responsive, on time, friendly to work with. Tim Andersen was the boss. He was informative, explained everything in a way we could understand and super friendly. We will continue to use Hays and will be asking for Tim in the future.

Recently Hayes visited our home for routine HVAC work - Ideal was the tech and he is an outstanding HVAC tech: punctual, professional, great communicator, and high integrity.Also, on a separate matter Jeremy was the Hayes Plumber/representative and he also did fantastic work.On a previous visit we met Chris Hayes the owner. He is a Professional and has created a truly excellent cooling / heating / plumbing company serving PHX metro area.

The best company to work with. I had a hose bib replaced and went ahead with payment even though I thought the cost was high. I contacted the owner and he immediately credited back to my account a good portion of the amount I paid for the work. He actually let me pick the refund amount. In addition he got a stucco contractor to repair the stucco which had to be removed to replace the hose bib on the outside wall of my house. At HIS cost. During all this the owner kept in contact with me to make sure the credit to my bank and the stucco work was being done. He was very professional and really did care about customer satisfaction.. who does that in today’s world!!?? Hays did what companies used to do in the past but do not anymore. It was SOOOOO refreshing to work with Hays. With Hays it was not a numbers game or profit margin. It was about complete customer satisfaction. They deserve a 10 star rating! Thanks Hays!

My AC has been causing me problems this summer. Intermittently blowing cool and then hot air. Richard came out first thing in the morning on our scheduled appointment. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Didn’t even take my $ when i tried to tip. Thank you Hays! And thank you Richard!

Ideal was our technician today.He was professional, explained in detail what he was going to do before he started. He also advised not to let the dog/cats out while he was working as if they drank the water from the cleaning it would not be good. When he was done he explained everything and showed all the pictures. Excused himself politely so that I could call you and discuss our options without pressure.

The Tech Richard Rustin was very professional he check out our A/C from top to bottom, he informed us on issues with the unit he was very good,He repaired the drain line that someone else worked on & forgot to seal it.it was repaired no problem no more leaks on my roof, very honest about the A/C unit alsoSo in short I would recommend Hays any day Richard treated us well & A/C is in great working condition for a 10 year old unit when it's time to retire this unit these are the ones who will change it out,Thanks again Richard for a great job well donevery pleased by far, thank you

We were referred to Hays by Canyon State A/C. Charlie responded promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. We decided to replace the whole unit and Charlie got it up and running pending the replacement. Mike arrived a day later and analyzed the installation requirements. This was a rooftop (3rd floor) installation and required use of a crane. A few days later, the installation crew arrived promptly and quickly and efficiently completed the installation. The old unit and all debris was removed. The Hays team outperformed our expectations and were courteous and professional during the entire process. Hays price was very competitive and we will assuredly use them for any future needs.

I've been a customer of Hayes for about 5 years now. If they weren't a solid company with good people I'd have found a different AC company to deal with by now. Every time they come out they're on-time and professional. The technicians have all been knowledgable and seem honest. I've never felt like they've tried to do unnecessary repairs or up-sell me. They seem to realize how expensive life can be (especially when you have AC problems) and they do their part in helping out their customers to keep costs down but still do quality repairs and installs. So far so good with Hayes. I'm very pleased with Hayes.

I got air conditioner service made by Mr. Roger Pippins. Roger performed air conditioning thermostat installation service at my apartment on June 9, 2022. He did professional job installing my thermostat very well. He was neat and pleasant employee, attentive with good customer skills. It is recommended his salary to be raised as his job performance and good constructive and intercommunicative interaction skills are being an example for other employees.

My two Trane air conditioning units was serviced by technician Ideal today. He was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. I would highly recommend him and Hays cooling for all your service needs!

My experience with Hays was overwhelmingly positive in every way. I was in over my head with trying to repair our water softener, and after getting some quotes for the work, I selected Hays and was glad I did. The plumbing technician, Jimmy, was competent and professional. I think (hope?) he respected my attempts to troubleshoot the system on my own and went above and beyond to compete the necessary repairs in an educational and ethical manner. It was refreshing to know I could request him in the future if other plumbing-related issues arise. Receiving a follow-up call from the office later in the day was also a welcome touch of quality and customer service. Excellent experience. Thank you!

Ideal, the Hays technician, did our annual A/C service. He was friendly and did an excellent job. He took pictures of the unit and explained the work he had performed and let me know that the unit was performing well without any issue. I was really happy with the job he did for us and I recommend Hays for HVAC maintenance and service. They also installed a new AC unit for us last year and did an excellent job on that as well.

I had HVAC system installed in May. Install went better than I expected. The install consisted of two full units in a two story house. The install crew completed the installation in one day with no additional issues. They left the completed project neat and clean with no mess left behind.On August 11th my downstairs unit started working intermittently. Technician came out on the 26th and diagnosed a clogged drain line. He blew out the line and the system is running excellent again. All of my contacts from the front office, sales, install and services teams have all been professional. I highly recommend Hays Cooling Heating and Plumbing.

Matt came out to install a new hot water heater for us, after determining the one we had was the original (20+ years old) that had rusted. He showed my husband exactly what was going on as well as the incorrect overflow and electrical. Matt took great care to not damage a car that was in his way. In fact he called another individual to come help him so he wouldn't inadvertently damage the vehicle. We've been using Hayes for everything we need HVAC for several years now. I wouldn't trust anyone but them. Their pricing is fair and they're very responsive. All of the technicians have been awesome! Keep up the great job!

HVAC started pouring out water. I called at 8am, they were at the house by 11, repaired by noon. Third time I've used them. These guys are awesome!

Ideal was the man. Quick, polite and informative. Walked us through the issue. Demonstrated the fix was working in the house and showed the temperature of the air. Said it was a simpler fix and did it all with a smile. Hope to get this guy again if I ever need help with the unit.

We have been using Hays for several years for our HVAC and have been very pleased. This is the first time we have used them for plumbing issues and were equally as pleased with Jarod and Adam when them came out this week. We had a faucet issue and they checked all our plumbing and immediately found the issue. We were in need of a new water softener. They were able to get a new water softener and install it within hours. They both were very prompt, professional and polite. We highly recommend Jarod, Adam and Hays!

Really expensive. Had them swap out a toilet. I provided the toilet which came with it's own donut, so no extra parts were needed. It was about a 20 minute, straight forward job and the charge was over $300.00. The technician did a good job and was very professional. So a five for their worker and a 1 for the pricing.

I was charged $79.95 for someone to come and look at a leak from the AC when they couldve explained to me last time they serviced my AC unit ( this same year in march ) that the leak I called today about is something completely normal and not to be alarmed in the future. The guy came, was here close to 5 mins. and said it was a normal thing that all AC units do, and charged me $79.95. I think this charge deserved to be waived given the thousands they got from me in March. WASTE OF MONEY.

Hays was able to visit my home in under 24 hours from my first contact with them. Their technician, Justin was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and intelligent. His honesty and willingness to explain their process and company values was welcomed and appreciated. Karl came out to look at my unit. He was on-time honest and did not try to repair the unit and then say I needed a new one. He gave options for repair or replace. He was professional with everything. Went with replace since it was the better choice. Karl contacted Bill to take care of finance the next day. The new unit was installed on time and runs great. Hays has my business since they did not try to sell me an over priced unit. When it is 114 outside in AZ you want an honest company. Hay's Tech (Ideal) was just here and gave the system a once over, from the attic to unit outside. One valve in the attic had to be readjusted (not replaced) and everything else was working fine. Unit is working fine.My thanks to Hay's AC and Heating. thank youRM

I don't know if you know what a zone unit is, but I have 4 zones and Aaron was very informed of my set-up. He was very nice and informed me of everything he was doing. June 02, 2020Another good experience with Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing!It has been one week since my residential heat pump was inspected by Hays and there have been no problems.Called Hays and received customer friendly scheduling assistance.Technician Sam R. arrived on time and explained procedure and cost.Ninety minutes later Sam informed me that all tests were normal - no problems found.Pictures, notes and explanations were provided.Sam’s experience and knowledge assured me I was ready for another Summer of heat.I have relied on Hays three times for a heat pump inspection and four times for plumbing repairs.I recommend Hays for cooling, heating and plumbing projects!

First off we are renters and have no idea about the value. That being said, we had a 7-9am window and Sam arrived promptly just after 7am. We also received a call from the office confirming thst Sam was on his way. He came to do an AC tune up. He was very polite, professional, and took about two hours to complete the call. He was very thorough. The unit is very old and he could have easily said it needed repair and we wouldn't have been the wiser. He cleaned up after himself and I appreciated the fact the he locked my gate when he left as I hobble with a cane. Good experience from the beginning, would definitely suggest to the landlord to keep using them and recommend to neighbors.

The water pressure into my house was extremely high. Two drip system valves had burst alerting me to the problem. I came home from vacation to find that my air conditioner didn't work and it was hot! Frank not only arrived within less than an hour from my phone call, but knew just what the problem was. The first time was right after we bought the place and the cooling was weak, so Sam serviced and thoroughly checked our system, the second was a routine fall servicing and check up.We're super happy with our service, Sam is patient with my questions and really knows his stuff. From the moment I called to schedule them, Hay’s proved why they had so many 5 star reviews. Getting someone to repair an A/C in Phoenix is next to impossible and they showed up same day. The techs, Matt and Charlie, came out and diagnosed my issue within 30 minutes. They then drove 50 miles EACH WAY to get the part I needed to come back and install it. I’ve already given their information to 2 people I know. Really phenomenal work.

I called Hayes because I was recommended to them by a friend of mine, after having several people out for quotes, i decided to go with them because of Bill. Bill was amazing, explained this thoroughly and gave us an amazing quote. They installed a few days later and by the time I got home it was already nice and cold inside. Kevin did a quality control check today which he took care of a few minor details and was nice and effective at his work.

The technician knew what the problem was immediately on arrival. Our soft water unit we thought was disconnected had leaked and was coming thru all our pipes with sand etc. He then did a rinse thru all the water lines. He had to change the valve in the water heater n order to drain it. For a $30 plus value we were charged $250 which I believe is price gouging. He did a good job in fixing the problem but I would hesitate using again because of I believe were inflated charges.

I called Hays Monday morning when we woke up to no air conditioning! They made a same day appointment. The technician who showed up was on time and very polite. After finding out what our problem was we decided to buy a new unit. Jack came over we went over prices and on Friday our new unit will be installed. Jack was friendly, knew his job and made us feel good about choosing to use Hays as our air conditioner place of business.

I love Hays cooling heating and plumbing! I recently purchased my second AC unit from them. They provide excellent service and they always call me to schedule my maintenance so I don't have to try to remember to call them. So far both units I've purchased I haven't had any trouble with and I've stayed on top of maintenance with them. I highly recommend this company. Their rates are very competitive and I'm so happy I found them when I moved to arizona.

Hays was able to dispatch a plumber to my home the same day I reached out to them. Despite not renewing my contract with them, they allowed me to renew the same day an honored the perks of being under contract. The plumber who came out to snake a clogged toilet and repair a broken hose spigot was on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner. My wife and I are first time home-owners, and out of all of the various contractors we have dealt with in recent years, Hays is the friendliest and most professional when it comes to taking care of our plumbing, cooling and heating needs.

Justin came out yesterday to do a follow up after installation to make sure everything was running right. Cannot say enough about him, personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He checked everything, answered questions & made sure we knew all the features of the thermostat. A great representative for your company & I’d like to have him back if we ever run into any service issues. I will highly recommend Hays A/C to anyone that asks, your employees are all top notch.

We bought a service agreement with them, after receiving an offer in the mail. After dropping our Home Owners Warranty, we needed something to cover our three units. The next week the unit for our basement died...of course! They came out, serviced all three units and the Hot Water Heater, and replaced the dead unit. The service was included in the contract, and the new unit discounted. The Home Warranty company would have found a reason to not cover it...just like everything else. Unless a seller is paying for a one year warranty, do not waste your money on a Home Warranty! However, if you live in AZ, you need to call Hays and get coverage!Welp! Just had Hays out for a plumbing problem. Doing so saved us $5000 that the National Company quoted us...they would have flushed our money down the drain!! Thanks Jason and crew!!

Aaron with Hayes Cooling Heating & Plumbing responded to our after hours call for no cold air coming from our AC. The system in place with the business was awesome. We got a call from dispatch telling us a time frame for arrival (I live in Michigan and my rental units are in Arizona) and then again when he was actively on the way. He called after he inspected our unit and asked how to proceed. What I appreciated best was the time and effort he used in explaining the problems he had found. He related the problems to something more common (a car and a car battery to be exact) and with that I could understand. He really made me aware of the problem and the best way to solve it. Overall I give a 10/10 for this service call. The invoice he sent included pictures for my reference which I appreciated being that I am so far away. I got four estimates to replace my 40 year old AC unit. I chose Hays not only because their estimate was fair, but also because Bill S. was the most knowledgeable and struck me as the most trustworthy of all the reps I talked to. He spoke well of his company, but there was no hard sell or up sell, which I appreciate. I was able to call or text with any questions and he got back to me promptly. The installers were efficient, tidy and courteous. Several weeks later Justin came out to do post-install check on the unit, and he showed me pictures of the installation, addressed all my questions, and walked me through my new thermostat. I was nervous about making such a big purchase, but I feel confident I chose the right company for the job.

Our a/c broke Saturday night we put in our ticket with our home warranty company and to no avail they couldn't have someone out until Tuesday we called Hays at 1130 on Sunday and Ray the service tech was there by noon! He was fantastic, quick and efficient! Our a/c was fixed in less than 30 minutes and our home was back to a normal temperature a few hours later. I couldn't have asked for better service not just on the phone but with Ray he was fantastic! Hays will now be my go to for normal maintenance on my a/c and cooling as well coming out of this emergency call.

From Lori's initial appointment setting through Matt completing the work, our garbage disposal replacement couldn't have gone smoother. Will definitely use Hays again for plumbing or HVAC needs.

I called Hays when we suddenly had to shut off the water to our house because of broken shut off valves under a sink. Brett arrived within a couple of hours, replaced the shut off valves and installed a new faucet for us. He was prompt, very friendly, and clearly skilled at his job. I will call Hays first from now on!

My water heater went out at 12:30 and by 2 PM Matt from Hays was pulling into my driveway. He evaluated the situation, gave me my options, and answered all my questions. I thought the price was competitive and Matt did a first class job installing. Before leaving he cleaned up the area, made sure everything was working and gave me some tips on how to maintain the new water heater. It was a good experience from start to finish, and I am happy I didn't have to wait days for a replacement. I highly recommend Hays and in particular Matt.

These guys were excellent, made the whole process of replacing our a/c very simple , they showed up when they said they would and did good work, followed up after to inspect the work which I have never seen before, I think that is great. I would fully recommend.

Little Brent was awesome while he was out getting supplies to do the job his helper got a few things out of the garage got into his work truck and left without saying anything our garage door was open. Little Brent came back with supplies and did not realize his helper had left but he completed the job with the help of another contractor that was here to give us a quote he was awesome and we appreciate what he did mostly by himself

Mike came out for our first tune up on a house we recently purchased. He was extremely thorough and informative and allowed me to ‘hover’ over him while he worked. He explained that my units were in good working order and was very professional. I would recommend Hays to anyone needing A/C work.

Hays is the best!We purchased a new home that, unfortunately, had many problems with the original HVAC installation. Hays has been fantastic about finding and fixing problems with this system so it will work perfectly in the future. Their technician, Dayton, found a leak in my coolant line today that would have likely resulted in a major problem (like the AC going out on a hot summer day). Dayton is clearly an expert, like all the Hays techs, and it gives us peace of mind knowing they are looking after our HVAC system. Thanks, Hays!!!

Service appointment was easy, and technician arrived on time. Work was great. Everything was clearly explained too. Hays did the original HVAC system install 3 years ago, and I’ve been extremely pleased with everything.

Our air conditioner stopped working along with everyone else’s in the Valley. I googled AC repair open 24 hours and Hays popped right up. I spoke with their answering service initially, but I got a call back right away from a very friendly man. He said he would have someone out within 45 minutes, and to my surprise, 45 minutes later, I had a very kind and professional technician at my door. My air conditioner is now fixed and blowing cool air. I’m very impressed with the great honest service we received at a fair price. I will definitely use Hays for any future AC needs.

Jared was great! He was very knowledgeable about the issue with my water heater and was very professional. The company gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival, which helped with my dogs. Their prices for replacing, installing and hauling away the old one was reasonable and highly recommend Hays Plumbing & Drain.

Wish I could give zero stars for this company. We called this company 3 years ago to come out and check our ac because the fuse kept going out, they told us the whole unit needed to be replaced soon or this would keep happening. We reluctantly agreed on a new unit instead of just putting a band aid on it. I told the employee that I wanted to look around for different options and pricing(I don’t like to just go with the first one without some research). This made the employee not happy and I was basically bullied and belittled until I signed paperwork for purchasing a new unit that day. The employee had no problem telling me that their company didn’t want to wait around because they had other customers, and at this point we would have been charged for the $79 fee to just diagnose the problem. Like I said I felt bullied into this but reluctantly did after my house had reached 85 degrees and only growing hotter. Well my 3 year old ac unit just went out again with a broken fan motor when they assured me a brand new ac wouldn’t have a problem for at least 10 years, I called them to ask them to come out and look at my unit and the woman on the phone was so rude I ended up hanging up on her. She proceeded to let me know that was not their problem it went out after 3 years and said I wasn’t maintaining it correctly and if they came out to check it we would pay a fee no matter what. She didn’t offer me a waived appointment fee of $79 with any potential work, but she did make me feel remorse that I went with this company in the first place. After I got off of the phone I called Penguin Air and plumbing and was amazed by the fantastic service I received from them at an amazing price! Honestly if you want a horrible company that doesn’t care about you go with Hays. Be smart and avoid a headache DO NOT USE Hays cooling heating and plumbing!

They got us on the schedule for the same day and Lori called to let me know when the technician was on his way and exactly how far he was. Mark arrived to service our unit and was knowledgeable and extremely professional! He answered every question I had and took his time checking all aspects of our system to make sure we were set for the summer months! I highly recommend Hay’s!

Justin with Hays was amazing at helping us with an initial clean out request but then altered us when he found a sewer blockage that would have eventually caused a backup into our home. It was an unexpected expense but Justin and the Hays team were super patient and understanding with us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and they're now our go to plumber!

Hays cooling and heating are by far the best!!! Summers in AZ aren't exactly ideal, especially being 8 months pregnant. Our AC stopped working over the weekend and we were able to call Hays to submit a ticket, first thing Monday morning we got a call back to have a tech come out! Over all I spoke with a few different people who more than helpful and sympathetic to our problem! I want to give a HUGE thank you to Al!!! He came out, diagnosed the problem, gave me all the tools and guidance needed to move forward and showed so much love and interest in his job! I contacted the original company who did the installation and they were offering free service to re install the unit!! Pffffttt!! I'd pay to have Al come back and use Hays a million times over before ever going with a different company! Al has saved the day! I can finally breathe in our cool house! THANK YOU AL!!!!!! I now know why Hays has such great reviews! Frank came out today and he was awesome and the best part was he honest and the integrity spoke for itself. I had called for the system tune up and inspection. Frank made suggestions as to little things I could do that would make a big difference and I appreciate that. He mentioned that they have a yearly service plan and what it included which I will be doing. I will be recommending Hays to all my friends and family. I even learned that they have a plumbing division and can flush water heaters which will be my next call with them! So refreshing to see amazing companies with amazing personnel like Frank! Way to go Hays!

They installed a bathroom sink for me pretty quickly and did a good job. A manager later reached out directly to clear up some questions I had and made sure there weren't any issues left unresolved.The plumber and scheduling/communication were great, as well.

Very courteous and professional. Mike arrived promptly and explained up front everything he was going to do for the preventive maintenance checkup on my AC system. During his inspection, Mike took plenty of pictures of the items that needed attention and thoroughly explained them and the recommended remedies. In the end, he found and documented prior repairs from the other contractors I have used over the years that were not done quite right where corners were cut. Mike fixed everything and again showed us pictures of the work he completed to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with the repairs.I am extremely happy with the service, and the charges were very reasonable. Hays Cooling & Heating is by far the best AC service contractor I have used in my 19 years living in Phoenix and would recommend them to anyone.

Hays was recommended to me by a coworker 20 years ago.I found them to be honest enough to decline work as unnecessary .Wow I was surprised by that. We have used Hays several times since we purchased our home three years ago, first to install a new whole-house water filter system, water softener, and kitchen RO system, and then to respond to a leak and to fix a handful of other problems created by a different plumber (hired by the remodeling company we used). Today Hays was called out to discover how it was that the remodeling plumber failed to install and anchor a toilet properly. Hays is always quick to respond, and in our experience has always been very competent, professional, and responsible.

Technician was friendly, Covid safe and very knowledgeable. Since the visit, our air handler, which was working before the visit, has not turned on. We have no air circulation and hence no air conditioning in that zone. Upon calling Hays to have them return to diagnose the issue, the technician came and found the main fan motor was bad and not working. Hays has agreed to replace the motor, found one at the Trane warehouse, and is in the process of replacing that motor. Excellent follow-up and thanks to Hays for taking action to get us cooling again. Highly recommend Hays Cooling, Heating and Plumbing. Good company and good people.

We had our Air conditioner completely changed out a little while back When they came they were very professional about it and cleaned up all of their mess and made sure that we didn’t have to worry about trashing any of the bad equipment. Today I had Kevin come by and check on it for us. Not only did he greet me, he made sure to put booties on his boots to make sure there was no dirt tracking or germs coming into our home. He explained to me what he was going to be doing and even had a friendly conversation with me while doing it. He not only cleaned up his mess but also cleaned up extra dirt that was collected under the door between their visits. He then cleaned our lines for summer time and made sure that was all perfect and ready to go for us. He then checked the system outside as well and said he cleared up some of the weeds surrounding the machine. He was very professional, very friendly and made sure we knew what we needed to keep our air going great during the summer. I would highly recommend this company and Kevin as well.

Hays was amazing! I used them for the first time yesterday because our AC motor went out! I called and within an hour they had someone out to check it out. The gentleman was professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly! Highly recommend.

We are so pleased with our new air conditioning unit from Hays! The team that installed the unit were professional, efficient and had everything wrapped up 3 hours early. We were also impressed that the owner Chris came by to check the progress and ensure we were happy. About a week later another employee came out to check the work that was done, set up the digital thermostat and to again make sure we were happy. I have heard horror stories from friends and neighbors of AC companies not doing what’s right...avoid the headaches and call the team at Hays! Truly awesone!

Brandon was on call on Sunday and he came and provided us feedback on what we needed. He was very professional and explained what we needed to do to replace the part on our a/c. He followed up the next day and has been in contact with us regarding our next steps. Hays was great! They sent a young guy named Josh. We needed a new shower valve plumbed in my 81 yr old mothers home. Josh was kind and answered all her questions and concerns.He did a perfect job. It took longer and was more difficult than thought at no extra charge. Ask for Josh!

The company representative easily scheduled my appointment at a time convenient for me and both confirmed & reminded me of it the prior day as well as morning of. Manny our service man was easily recognizable by them having sent his name and picture to me that morning. He was on time and very helpful with giving his attention to both AC units. He assessed the needs of each unit, thoroughly explaining the problems and the various options available to solve the issues and made a case for starting up their maintenance program. Their fees for service were very fair and competitive. I have dealt with several different AC companies on other properties and none of them have been as reliable and easy to work with as Hays. I will turn to them for all my AC needs in the future.

My AC was down and it was HOT inside! Hays was able to get me serviced the same day I called. Dayton and Anthony were great! They explained the problem and got it fixed fast. They were courteous enough to even wear face masks when they were inside. Great company!

The first time we used Hays was back in March. Al came out and replaced the blower. Service was fast, and, although it was an expensive part to replace, the service and labor fees weren't terrible.Our a/c stopped blowing cool air yesterday at noon. I called Hays, and they were able to send out a tech 24 hours later. Justin was prompt, fast, and friendly. He went above and beyond the minimum to get our system working and ensure that it will keep working for the rest of the summer. He even gave us some advice about our vents that was helpful. The fee was very reasonable in this situation, as well. We will definitely call Hays for our a/c needs in the future.

Whoever drove the van 8/26 drives like an absolute manic. Could have really hurt someone on the road on heading from Tempe towards Phoenix. I’ll be calling the owner to complain.

I called 6 plumbers and did not receive many call backs. I finally called Hays and they sent out Dan the next day. He was so nice and made a stressful situation so much better. I was just praying that the cost would be under $500 and it was half that. I felt very comfortable with Dan and would have left him at my house to complete the work if I had to. I will absolutely being using Hays for all of my home repairs from now on.

On the hottest day of the year my AC kicked the bucket. I called Hays, and had the great pleasure of having Mike as my technician. He had finished a job near me, and was able to come to my home four hours ahead of my scheduled appointment.Mike is polite, professional, and best of all very good at his job. Within forty-five minutes he diagnosed my AC issue, made the repair, and quickly the 90 degree interior of my home was becoming a distant memory.I hope that I don't need to make any emergency calls for this kind of repair, but when I do, I will be calling Hays Heating & Cooling, and asking for Mike!

I recently had 4 companies come out to give estimates for a new AC unit asa my old one was 28 yesterday old. All companies had A+ rating with BBB and good Google reviews. However I feel Hays stops out the most.Bill who came out with the estimate was very through, took a video of everything, extensive measurements of the air handler and gave me three options. While some companies where cheaper , they did not even offer a Trane, only Day& Night. But for 400 dollars more I got the Trane which has one of the best compressors in the industry and I did not have to pay all the money out of pocket at one time. They offered 0% 60 month same as cash. It's a great option to get the better unit and spread the payment out over multiple years instead of all at once.I would recommend them again!new update:Nolan Crowe is an excellent technician, friendly and explained everything on today's visit 2/7/22

Aaron serviced my AC unit and found it in fine shape, with no repairs needed. Excellent, professional service. I elected to have a condensate safety switch installed, so that if condensate drains are plugged, overflow will not damage the ceiling (air handling unit is in the attic). I think this is a wise and inexpensive precaution, and would recommend it to others with a similar configuration. Aaron did not push this, just mentioned it, and it seemed a great idea, since I had wondered what would happen if a drain got plugged. Fail-safe is good, in my opinion.

Mike Santiago came and did the yearly check on 3 A/C units today. He was on time, helpful and professional. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. This is the first time that i have had Hay's A/C service my units. I was afraid that i was going to get ripped off (as had happened in the past, with techs that try to instill fear, all the while trying to sell something that was not needed). He told me about a fan that was on its last leg in one of the units. Surprisingly, he said that the part/installation would be $650. whenever we wanted to replace it...no hard sell. He said it could last 6 months or maybe a couple of years. I appreciated his honesty and lack of pressure. Because I felt comfortable with his presentation, I did get a new programmable thermostat installed which he had on his truck. When we find an awesome contractor, we stay with them for life. Looks like the beginning of a long relationship.

We have used Hays cooling and heating several times. They have unclogged showers and sinks and also have replaced all of the bathroom toilets. The service is exceptional. The scheduler is friendly and all of the plumbers who have been to my house are friendly and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them.

Our A/C unit started squealing last night. After reading a few reviews last night I called Hays. Even though they don't open until 7:00 AM, I called at 6:45 hoping someone could help ASAP; especially since they temp had climbed from 76 to 84. They answered & were very courteous . They took my info and had a scheduler call me back. They were able to fit me in for a 5-7 PM time slot which was better than any of the other companies I checked that were at least 2-3 days out. I was pleasantly surprised when they called back at 2:20 & said they could have someone here in 45 min. Jerry S. came right away; found the problem & replaced the capacitor. While I was on the phone with my husband explaining the problem and the cost Jerry also checked our other unit & for that capacitor was about to go out as well. If our units weren't 13 years old we would have signed up for the warranty program; however, it just didn't make sense for us since we'll have to replace the systems soon and any other parts will be much more expensive. Rather than me trying to explain the costs or components Jerry spoke directly to my husband making everything clear. He even e-mail my husband the estimate for the parts and trip charge for today and the estimate if we were to sign up for the warranty program. Jerry was very honest and professional; he definitely went above and beyond and we truly appreciate his service. I will be sure to recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to everyone we know in need of help with HVAC. For the 1st point of contact to the end Hays was professional, polite, honest and all at a very reasonable price.

The lady that did the scheduling and pre service notification call was very prompt and friendly. Caleb was very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced our shower cartridge quickly and took the time to ensure it was properly calibrated. He also took his time in explaining options for our water softener. A good first time experience.

Justin came out a week later to explain thermostat operation and spent almost an hour explaining operation of variable speed system. He was very, very good. We had our heater unit go out on us late in the afternoon. I looked on the web and found Hay's cooling and heating and it was the best decision ever, they had a tech out to my house in a little over an hour. The teach was very helpful and explaining exactly what was going with my heating and what were the options. Repairs took about 40 minutes tops to complete and we were back to a comfortable house. Super happy that I called them. I 100% recommend them for there service.

Had a schedule quickly after I called, then they were available earlier and called for approval. Very friendly and professional, quickly solved our problem and took care of another small problem we had. We called Hays at 10:42pm due to an issue in the air handler, Justin was at our house 35 minutes later and although he didn’t have the part, he woke up early to order it for us. Mark came back the next day and installed it and our house never got above 84. I have used 9 different AC companies in the 8 years we’ve owned our home, I will not call another company. These guys are good, thorough and aren’t looking to sell new AC units, they even showed us some summer tricks regarding air filters. If there were 6 stars Hays would have received them.Thanks again

I had a late night back up at my home. It was miserable. Dan with Hays Plumbing & Drain came to the rescue. He showed up promptly, did an outstanding job and answered all the questions that I had for him. Hays is definitely the first on the list to call for emergencies. Very Reliable!My hot water heater was on its last bit of life. It would continually pop and I had sings of leaks on the outside of the hot water tank. I called Hays again to have them come inspect and I met up with Jared. Jared gave me an honest and accurate assessment of the hot water heater. He provided me two quotes, on for a tank-less system and the other a traditional. He listened to the needs of my home and made a recommendation on what would be best and it wasn't the most expensive option. Jared was prompt, courteous, and did an outstanding job on the installation. He addressed all of my concerns before leaving the job site. I will continue to use Hays Plumbing & Drain in the foreseeable future.

First of all, I appreciated that Hays Heating and Cooling called me to inform me that the technician was running late and subsequently called to inform me he was on his way. Troy V showed up and went about checking the unit, explaining everything he was doing and the results he was getting (the AC was putting out air at 38 degrees). He was very thorough, even checking the filter to see if it needed any cleaning. I was very satisfied with the experience.

The plumbing tasks performed by Dan were done quickly and cleanly and he was very easy to work with. I plan to use Hayes in the future because I was very pleased with both their scheduling department who were super responsive and informative and with Dan who really knew his business.

Our technician Frank was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond any other ac technician ever did and didn't charge anything extra beyond what we were told when we booked our service. He spent 4 hours at our home looking over every aspect of our ac unit and air handler; checking screws, coils, freon, connections, etc. He improved things that should've been done by the previous companies, and was beyond thorough. Our compressor is dying but not needing immediate replacement as it's still actively cooling our home - but he offered many suggestions as far as which route to go when it is time to replace, and what products are better than others. We will never use another company!!!

In 2016, I contacted 2 HVAC contractors to service my AC unit *before* calling Hays. When I asked the first tech for help with my thermostat, he hit it with his fist(!) The second contractor sent out a sales agent who declined to let me keep the sales materials so I could compare his rates and service with others'.I finally wised up and used Yelp to find Hays.The Hays tech checked the inside hardware and the thermostat. Then he climbed up on the roof and checked out the actual unit. He answered all my questions (OK, I'm a teacher; I ask a lot of questions). I signed a contract for Hays to maintain my heating system once a year and my AC once a year (very smart!).Hays also replaced my ailing hot water heater.I've dealt with 7 or 8 technicians. Without exception, they are not just prompt and courteous, but genuinely helpful and knowledgeable and competent.Hays is the Ferrari of HVAC contractors: competent, honest, competitively priced. And they're nice guys!

Jared was sent to our house at 9 p.m. on a Friday night, to replace the failing 30-yr.-old water valves in our laundry room. We were VERY surprised that Hays was able to get one of their plumbers to come out so late on a Friday! It only took Jared an hour to complete the job for us. He was pleasant and thorough and answered all our questions. We love Hays and their awesome crew!

Great job Mike. The person who tried to install our new washer was unable to because of the old plumbing. We called Hays Plumbing and they sent Mike to take care of the problem.He was scheduled between 9:00 AM and 11 and got here a little before 9:00. He was great. Checked out what was needed. Explained what he was going to do and got to work. When he finished he hooked up my new washer and cleaned up the work area before he left. We would have him back for sure. He guided us through the process of picking the right units for us. Again let me state there was two-three weeks between this initial visit before we committed to the purchase. We were having issues with the 12+-year-old water heater and salt softener and decided to have them checked. Called Hays Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing and Jimmy Morris came out and confirmed our suspicions - that we needed to replace them BEFORE it became an emergency. We opted for a Navien Tankless heater and a Flow-Tech water conditioning system and they were able to install them the next day! Very clean and professional job - and we will NEVER run out of hot water again. Showers are GREAT (love a hot shower) and the hot water circulating pump makes getting hot water faster with less waste. Highly recommend Hays for the quick action and Jimmy Morris and Brent Skaggs for their exceptional removal and replacement.

We had been battling a chattering contactor in our condenser for over 2 months. Our previous service provider changed one part and then another, each time charging outrageous flat fees and 500% and up for parts -- never locating the root cause of the problem.Mike quickly identified the actual cause of the problem to be a shorted pressure switch. He obtained the part, under warranty and installed it quickly on his second visit. The diagnosis and repair charges were very reasonable.We highly recommend Mike and Hays Cooling & Heating.

UPDATE: August 16, 2018 - Called Hays 5-Star Plumbing for a sump pump replacement since we've had two good experiences with Hays AC - even had them install a new Trane AC unit last year - thinking we would throw them some additional business.Caleb showed up for our free estimate and following his inspection and 15 minutes out in his truck, came back and delivered the news. Hays wanted $3,500.00, yes $3,500.00 to replace our sump pump!! After I got up off the floor I presented Caleb with a competitors estimate which was $900 and was told that Hays uses a better quality pump. I understand Hays uses a Zoeller pump, which is the industry gold standard, versus the Little Giant brand that was quoted by the other plumbing company, but a $2,600.00 difference!!?? After a quick search on Amazon, I found a highly rated Zoeller pump for $354. I understand a company has upcharges and labor costs, but to offer such an inflated estimate for less than an hour's worth of work is beyond wrong. It's obvious Hays doesn't want to be in the sump pump business and figured they would write the estimate so high that they wouldn't have to do the work or I'd be ignorant enough to pay that much money. Shame on you Hays! You might have lost my business on the other AC unit that I'll be replacing in the near future ... very disappointed in you guys!This is our second time using Hays AC and couldn't be happier! We had Hays out yesterday for service/maintenance of our three units. Justin P did an extremely thorough job in examining and assessing our units. He was professional and very polite and explained everything in great detail. At the end of the visit he went over all his findings and although our smaller unit needs to be replaced (after 13 years), I'm confident Justin and Hays provided honest feedback. We kind of suspected the unit needed to be replaced and Justin confirmed that. They had a tech (Travis) out to me by 1:00 the same day. They provided an up front service cost which was reasonable and comparable to others at $79.99. After explaining the problem to Travis, who listened intently at what I had to say, he immediately diagnosed the problem as a frozen compressor due to low Puron. He reversed the thermostat to thaw out the unit, added Puron and cleaned off my AC units. In addition, he removed all my AC filters as I was unable due to a recent knee replacement! Travis took care of business, was prompt, courteous and professional and treated me like a long-time Hay's customer although this was my first time using the company. At the end of my service call, he asked if I wanted the maintenance program without the added pressure of trying to up sell anything. We discussed the probability of replacing the unit he serviced and thought it might be better to wait on the maintenance since we'll be replacing it. This was my first time using Hay's, but it certainly won't be my last! I highly recommend these guys for your AC needs! Prices are very reasonable as well. I decided to call Hays based upon Yelp and Google reviews. I'm glad that I did. They are a very professional company. I was surprised when my AC went out in the 119 summer temps that they could come out the next evening, much sooner than any other company. Thad was to be here between 5-8pm and I got a call telling me he was running late and it would be the latter part of his time fram when he would be here. What?! A phone call? Who does that? It was only 7pm when he arrived and I had a 40 minute call ahead from Thad when he was on his way. Unfortunately he only had one part I needed on his truck and it was after 8pm so he had to return the next day but their prices are competitive and I got a discount because I signed up for the biannual checkups and they waived the service call. Hays is the way to go. Thad gets 5 stars also and should be recognized by Hays for his professionalism and performance. They are lucky to have him as a representative for their company.

This seems to be a great company. From the minute the technician came in, I felt that he is a nice guy. He started explaining some stuff about the A/C, and was trying to be as educational as possible.I think they are very honest and hard working people. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating was because they were late for 2 hours. However, they were communicating all the way.In summation, I would definitely do service again with them.

I was really happy with the service provided by Hays. We needed a new furnace and they suggested replaced both the AC (from 1970) and furnace with a heat pump, effectively eliminating our furnace need. Not only are we looking forward to the efficiency, but the added space that our furnace was taking up. We worked with Bill and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and was available every time I called. We will absolutely continue using Hays and will refer them to our friends.Just had our routine maintenance completed and Frank was great. He let me know that the filter can have a big impact on the airflow for the unit. The most expensive filter isn't the best choice! Overall another great experience.

Wow, this was the most disappointing display of summer heat exploitation I've encountered, in my opinion. On Monday, June 4 we had an appointment with Hays to come out between 4-6pm, as one of our a/c units was blowing hot air. When no one arrived by 6:10pm, I called their work line which stated they were closed and to call their answering service number, which I did. The person answered the call and said, in very broken English, they would have someone call back with status. At 6:22pm someone called and said they had just finished their job and was on the way. At 6:27pm, someone else called and identified himself as the manager, and stated the technician was still over 40 minutes away, and asked if someone could just come tomorrow instead because it was getting too late for his guys. No apology and not a very polite tone. I told him that the tech had just called me and said he was on the way, and the manager said well he's wrong he's still finishing up, and pressed me to move it to the next day again. I expressed explicit displeasure, it's 108 degrees and I have three children under four years old. He agreed but was not polite about it. The tech finally arrived a little after 7pm and after 30 minutes advised us it was a dual capacitor that needed replaced, which would only take him another 10 minutes. He did the work and provided us with a bill of $364.95, the breakdown was $295 for the part and $79.95 trip charge. We paid it right away because it was 7:45pm and we're trying to get the kids ready for bed and it's HOT. The next morning we googled how much this part was and it's eleven bucks. That's right folks, $11! Now while we fully understand markups are a necessary part of any business, this is absolutely insane. My husband called the manager and said hey listen, this part can be found online for less than $15- what gives? The manager initially denied it, saying there's no way you can find that part for less than $15 etc. etc. After some back and forth the manager finally conceded that yes, in fact, the part is very inexpensive but justified it by saying I have a lot of expenses. No partial rebate offered, no apology for being late or lying. So folks, be very aware of who and what this company actually is. Unbelievable.

Great experience all the way around...from scheduling to service. We had Ian out to replace our water heater. He arrived promptly within the two hour time block we were given, the service was completed in a timely matter while still providing attention to detail and he cleaned up the work area before leaving. Ian did an excellent job...I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable plumbing professional!

This was a really fantastic experience. I called in the morning and someone was scheduled to be here between 1-3. I got the call that my tech was on way around 1:30 and arrived by 2. Matt was knowledge and helpful. We walked through my two different matters and the 4 rooms that it affected ad well as outside while raining tankless waterheater outside. All was completed and done within an hour and a half!!! Definitely would recommend Hays again!!!

After getting estimates from four other companies, I choose Hays because Ian came right over, gave a very competitive estimate, was beaming with confidence in getting the difficult job done, and promised fast service. When the time came for the two sewage ejection pumps to be installed, Ian came over early in the morning, replaced the old pumps with the two new ones, and made it work!

I was very impressed in the very beginning when they first entered my home. They put on shoe covers which I was very impressed. I pretty much left them alone to do their work feeling very comfortable leaving them in my home. They found a minor problem with my AC/heating and I set up an appointment for them to do the repair. They both were very courteous and very kind. They explained everything that they did and what they found. They also replaced all of my filters. I would preferred to have them in my house again and told them I want them to come back to do the install of the part that needs to be fixed.

Had a sump pump fail in a difficult location to work on. Chas showed up on time and we discussed solutions. Beside replacing the pump, Chas had to engineer additional solutions to minimize the organic material that would continue to clog the drain. He worked under hot conditions and did a great job. Definitely a professional job. All the the people I had contact with at Hays were professional, courteous, and caring. Would highly recommend.

From the very first meeting with Jeff F, this AC unit replacement went as good as it could have gone. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and priced the work fairly. He worked with us to make sure we received a rebate from both Trane and APS. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 on the appointed day, worked steadily until almost 5:00, cleaned up after themselves after the work was done. Chris Hays stopped by to check on the progress and stayed for a while as did Jeff F. At the end of a very long day, the foreman, Jack, walked us through the set-up of the electronic thermostat. At the end of the same week, Justin P came by to perform a quality control analysis to make sure the systems were working properly and that we were satisfied. Class act. These guys were great! We have a very old a/c unit and have used Hays for seasonal maintenance and a couple of repairs. They have provided friendly efficient service. I have never felt price gouged nor have they ever pressured us into buying new just because our unit is old.

This company was amazing! We had a horrible experience with a well-known brand previously, so I was reading reviews to find a new one. Hays was perfect. We called because our A/C was turning on but would not cool. When Xavier took my call, he was professional and compassionate. He heard my youngest daughter (age 2 1/2) talking in the background and immediately looked to get us an earlier appointment. Mike came out, he was professional and courteous, and it took him only a few minutes to know what the problem was. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was a week away. We paid for the 2 day shipping to get the part here, but we were still going to be without air conditioning for 2 days. In 100 degree weather, apparently nobody involved thought this was ok. The very next morning, at 10 am, I received a phone call that he part had gotten there earlier than expected and they were scheduling it to be installed that evening. Mike arrived an hour ahead of schedule and installed the part well within the estimated time. He even checked to make sure it was working properly and cleaned out before getting ANY payment details. Let me reiterate that for anyone that didn't catch it. They put a rush order on a part without any payment information. I was flabbergasted. This is the way to do business. True professionals and their customer service is the best I've seen. Thank you, Hays.

I had another company out trying to fix my AC for TEN days in a heat advisory. The other company was out 3 times and couldn't get my house below 90. Mike came out at 830 pm Sunday on a HOLIDAY weekend. Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed the real problem and had it fixed and my house (with 2 kids sweating) cooling within the hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and extremely competent. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this service, especially when the other company left my house at 99 degrees for over a week. Furthermore Mike proved that this company hires skilled professionals. Thank you Hays and thank you Mike! A+++

Technician (Aaron) was awesome. He had to climb a small fence and deal with a tree to service the unit...not to mention going into the attic when it was 105 degrees outside. He was beyond courteous and said he liked the fence and the tree because it made his job more interesting. I really can’t leave a review that’s as positive as the service I received. Happy New Year to me!! Within a week of the New Year, I had everything go wrong. I can't begin to say how grateful I am to Hay's. Since moving here, I have never found a better company that truly cares about you. I was in tears on a Saturday night when I heard all kind of hissing coming from my garage, I went out there to find it was the hot water tank, not only was it hissing it had leaked all over the garage. I had no idea what to do. I called Hay's who have replaced my air conditioners, and have done work here before. Stacia answered(after hours) and had me facetime Chris(owner and husband). What company does that? He walked me through what to do. Not having any success to get through to the next day, before any further damage, Chris and his wife drove over at 10pm on a Saturday night to help. What a Godsend!! I have no words, I was beside myself and felt helpless! These two are super hero's!!! I will never be able to thank them for what they did.They were able to get me in the next day to replace the water heater(between 5-7, after hours). I got a call early in the am and they moved it up to 12:30. Chris and Kolten came to my rescue, replaced the water heater and made sure all the faucets were working! Thank you, Hay's, thank you Chris, Stacia, and Kolten. I will never forget what you have done for me and will continue to use you and refer you. We called Hays because they were the #1 recommended company on the Trane website. I’m glad I made the choice. Jerry came out to our house to do maintenance on our Trane XR17. Jerry and Hay’s did a great job, I like to know how things work and Jerry was nice enough to show me. We signed up for their maintenance plan on the spot. I would highly recommend Hays to my friends and family.

Dan came out with Mike to our property, they were very knowledgeable. They helped us with our plumbing issue. They were professional, helpful, Very nice and very fast. These guys are the best, I would recommend them to anybody.

Since I posted the original below review Hays service manager Mike contacted me. While he was frustrated with the review he did apologize for the tech mentioned below, who no longer works there, and gave me a refund of the $169 service package I was sold. He did not offer to come out and check for a leak but did say if i had called him before I wrote my review he would have made it right. I'm not sure why things are different since I wrote a review but honestly I am happy with his sincere apology and with my partial refund, although I did still pay them $466 for refrigerant, part of which already leaked out already because there tech did not check for a leak when it was obvious there was one. I do believe that Mike was sorry for his bad tech and they do really value their reputation. If you are considering Hays do not just read my review as they a lot more 5 star reviews. Do be aware, as with any industry, that there are shady people out there. I am glad that the shady tech I got from Hays no longer works there and hopefully they can go on having a successful business.Original Review:I had Hays come out to look at a unit that was not cooling well. They came the next day and said that my AC was low in refrigerant. The tech said we needed to add some refrigerant to the unit but he didn't think there was a leak. I though that sounded fishy but I said okay because I needed it fixed with the summer heat in Arizona. The tech put 4.5 pounds of R-410a refrigerant, at $115 per pound, but still swore that he didn't think there was a leak. He explained that a process called flash boiling can cause refrigerant to disappear. He also said that hooking up gages to test the refrigerant can cause it to lose refrigerant. I had always heard that an AC unit is a closed system and should therefore never need refrigerant. After he left I did some research over the next couple weeks and found out I was fleeced. An AC unit is a closed system and should never need refrigerant unless there is a leak or it filled improperly at the factory. I also found out that R-410a refrigerant goes for between $30-$75 per pound, not $115. Several companies I called were shocked at how much I paid for refrigerant but it doesn't end there. Not one company or the manufacturer of my unit (Rheem) had heard of flash boiling. They all, including the manufacturer, said that was not a real thing and you should never have to add refrigerant to an AC unit unless there is a leak, let alone 4.5 pounds. Sure enough 2 months later I am putting more refrigerant (for $45 per pound instead of $115) because it has a leak. The new company I chose was shocked they didn't put a leak stop agent in the unit. The guy said that would have fixed the leak or at least made it identifiable. To make matters even worse they sold me on a $169 preventative maintenance agreement which I will be canceling. I will never let this company on my property again. They were dishonest to the point of making stuff up to explain my missing refrigerant and all for what? So they can come out and charge me 2.5 times what refrigerant goes for? So the tech didn't have to bother looking for a leak? I read their reviews which is why I chose Hays. Maybe I got a bad tech but I want nothing to do with a company that hires technicians like that. Choose a different company...... you can do better!

Not only did he complete the work that we requested but made suggestions that other so called experts in the field have failed to make. I'm very pleased with the service I got from these guys. My salesperson was Jim and he was in constant contact with me as I secured financing for a new AC system. He was a pleasure to deal with. The day of the install I met a gentleman named Jack who was very professional and quite knowledgeable. During the install my salesperson Jim showed up and actually started working alongside everyone to complete the install! These guys are seasoned veterans in their field and the final product was done remarkably well. Also the price that was quoted to me was fair and I was not over charged for anything. I will be referring Hays to anyone I know that needs a new system.

Sam did a great job for us. He was able to troubleshoot an unusual situation and get our A/C working again. It was a very hot day and he still took all the necessary steps to make sure the job was done well and complete. All around great job Sam.

I called Hays on a Friday evening regarding a rattling coming from my 5 year old Trane air conditioner (which was purchased & installed by Hays). Wanted to have it checked out to see if it was the compressor or another issue. Early Saturday morning Frank M arrived promptly and took the entire unit apart. He tightened the frame and the rattle ceased. Frank assured us that the air conditioner was in great condition, including the compressor and did not need to be replaced. Mark came out to perform a free hot water heater service. He was polite, efficient and went above my expectations. He even offered to check the water softener, drained it and put in fresh salt. I feel very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise.

We went to the Home and Garden show at the fairgrounds in Phoenix, Az on Sunday May 1, 2016 at which time we met Dan and the rest of the crew from Hays Plumbing and drain. We were given a lot of information on a on demand hot water system and filtration system for our home. Dan Viel came out to our house on tuesday after the show and gave us an estimate on what those systems cost. While he was here we were having some other drain and plumbing issues which he addressed and repaired while he was here at a very fair rate and quickly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company very highly to all of my family and friends. Thanks for doing an amazing job and looking forward to the installation of the on demand system and filtration system. we look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Amazing customer sercice!!!!!!! Our air went out on father's day last year and they came out that day to fix it. This year our air wasn't blowing as cool as it should of. We have an older unit but Frank, came out to service it and went above and beyond what I expected.Edited 7/19/17I made an app for them to fix a plugged drainage line for my AC. They quoted me $455.00 for the work and came out and performed the job. Turns out that wasn't the issue and amazingly because they didn't cool the house and fix the issue they didn't charge me a dime!!! Amazing customer service and Hays is the only place I'll ever call for AC servicing.

Dan came over to track down a leak on an upstairs toilet. He was very courteous and quick to find the issue. He also recommended that I get the area looked at to ensure that I would get mold or issues later down the road. He helped schedule that and got working on resolving the problem. There pricing was very reasonable and the estimates they provided were spot on for the job we had. I would recommend them.

Your service representative, Brandon R., was prompt, courteous, and presented a professional image. My air conditioning concerns were discussed fully and yourrepresentative explained the workings of our conditioning system in plain language and very concisely. It became clear that your representative cared that I, as a consumer, was being treated fairly and equitably. Your representative went about his work quickly and efficiently and took the time needed to get his work done competently. I might add that he exhibited a command of people skills. One can only hope that his work ethic is emblematic of your business. I will be in touch to work out a seasonal maintenance program.

My washing machine drain was backed up. I tried snaking it with a small hand driven auger without luck. Called Hays and was scheduled for a service call the following day between 1 and 3 pm. Mitch showed up right on time at 1pm and cleared the drain in just a few minutes with a combination of machine driven snakes. Cost me the quoted price of $99 total. This was a third of the price quoted the previous day by RotoRouter. I will use Hays again if needed.

I like the supervisor (Jerry) that was assisting along the way, He always responds the messages on time and he's follow up is accurate. The ductwork in my attic was in terrible shape. I think the extreme heat and lack of proper duct installation and support caused major parting of some of the ductwork in 4 places. I discussed the problem with the tech before he did the repair and could not have asked for a better repair plan. He also sent me before and after pictures of the work that indicated a first-rate professional job.

I have used Hays Heating & Cooling at my home for the past couple of years. They’ve always gone above and beyond. I recently used Hays for one of my rental properties. AC Tech, Aaron, services my unit and found a few things that needed attention. He thoroughly explained what each of the issues were causing and how they could address these issues. He completed all the work and was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you !

The AC Tech person, Justin, was personable and well-prepared with a high degree of expertise He first went up into the attic [115F] and checked the unit there. He came down and then we went outside to the central unit. With various electronic gauges he checked the unit out. Everything was in good order.I highly recommend Hays Cooling; they care about service and do a superlative job.

Hays does not charge a service call fee, which is a good sign to me that the company cares about assessing problems in person, and developing long term relationships with clients. I wish we had called Hays for a plumbing home inspection instead of relying on a general home inspector, because Dan pointed out several issues that should have been noticed by the home inspector and are now causing us problems. Ask for Dan Viel; he is very knowledgeable and he understood my concerns about health issues regarding plastic tubing, fluoride, and reverse osmosis, and thoroughly explained different options to help reduce contaminates in our water. Dan spent a great deal of time going through our new-to-us home with me, answered all of my questions in layman's terms, and gave advice on issues we may want to DIY. He provided a detailed estimate of every current and potential issue—I received a written estimate for both necessary plumbing repairs and some day updates at various price points which we will use to decide what we will attempt to DIY, what to have fixed professionally right away, and what to plan to update in the next few years. We absolutely choose service companies based on their Google reviews and we're thankful to all who recommended Hays Plumbing here. We will stick with Hays for all plumbing needs.

The Hays team came through for us in a pinch and SUPER fast. We came home from a long weekend to find our hot water heater leaking. I called a little after 8 am on a Monday and had Justin F. on site by 9:45am and a new functioning water heater by noon! Thank you!

Our hvac was not blowing any air. Called Hays late morning and a tech was here by afternoon to diagnose. We were given an honest assessment to remedy. Not the first time we use Hays and we were so pleased there was no doubt to call them on the current problem! Problem fixed!

I had to call Hays again because my air condition unit was not working properly. I had them out 2 months ago for a routine check before air conditioning was needed. There was no repair done. I was just told that the unit was old and sounded loud, but all was OK for now. Yesterday I called again and Elliot came to my home about 4:00 and was here until about 7:00. He completely took the outside unit apart and analyzed everything. I needed 3 new parts and he replaced all of them and very carefully checked everything. He may be the best technician that I have ever had.

I have been using Hays Cooling and Heating for maintenance check up on my A/C unit for several years and very pleased with there courteous and professional service. Travis was very pleaseant, knowledgeable and explained to me the condition of my unit.

Dan V. provided plumbing services for us. He was prompt. He was clear in communicating with us. He came to our house at the appointed time, and did the work within the time allotted. He also told us about a couple of other minor items that he noticed that needed repair, and we also appreciate that. We were very pleased with Dan's service.

Bid was very uncompetitive. Trane isnt what is was before outsourcing compressors to Mexico and slim coils to China. Aluminum weight thickness not adjusted to handle 410A freon and its double pressures, so plenty of bad reviews of Trane unfortunately.Hays sells that they are above the common installers and, while best installation is key...they wanted to perform a costly revision that just wasn't necessary and with a downside when critically evaluated. I am very happy with the unit and installers we ultimately chose.

Hays called to conduct a check up visit on my recently installed Trane XV18. Jerry came and looked things over and took the time to explain some things to me, even in the heat of the day. Thanks Jerry, appreciate that. I'm happy with my Hays purchase and the care after the sale.

The Hays team did a fantastic job with my A/C replacement. I had a 10 year-old unit that died in April and a pregnant wife who couldn’t stand to be without A/C. I called Hays in the morning and they had a rep to my house that same afternoon. The price they quoted was fair and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. My wife and I had AC back up and running within 24 hours.

Ray C is amazing! Our air conditioner was pumping air, but the air was not cold. Ray came out and thoroughly looked at the entire system and found that the air flow was being blocked thus causing the air to not be cooled. He took apart the whole system, fixed the inner insulation problem put it back together and the Air Conditioner has never worked better. Ray is truly an AC genius and I could not be happier. I can not recommended Hays cooling&heating. The company sent out installers who did not know what they were doing.we had a gas leak for 5 hours.they put our dog and family in harms way.please please double check to make sure that you stand there and watch them.the company didn't feel the need to compensate us for the pain they put our family in.oh wait a minute did want to pay for a meal out. They were even able to come out earlier then anticipated! My only problem is with the HVAC companies themselves. Why does a $15 part cost me $259 to install in less than 30 minutes??? It appears to be the going rate but it's ridiculous. However, Mike was great!

Hayes technician came out the same day I contacted them. Gave us the best quote .They were very thorough and had a new unit installed by the end of the week.

After realizing our air conditioning wasn’t working... it was a Saturday and the people that installed it aren’t open.Called Hays and they were out in under an hour.After climbing to the roof of our condo... Al established that the wrong size fuse was installed with our initial set up. He had us up and running in 30 mins.This will most certainly be our go to place

I called to have my AC checked and to make sure there is no issue detected. The technician first stated there is nothing wrong and we may need to purchase their filter because it’s better than that at Costco. Then he stated I need the avx valve changed that would cost $1800. When I said I couldn’t afford it, he came back and said the test stated there is a need for 2lbs of feron at $85, when I went outside he said it needs more and he already put 4 lbs in. Thus is to keep the warm air coming. Unfortunately when my husband came home he said it was a scam and the feron only affects cold air not the hot air. I’m truly disappointed at the tech and service provided knowing that I used them based on recommendation. At the end I was out $419 for a service I didn’t need.

Mitchell was a very nice guy. It's a little crazy, I think, to have to pay for an estimate, but they were able to come out really fast, which was cool, and Mitchell was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Running a gas line is very expensive, like 4000 dollars expensive. There, saved you an estimate.

Our regular AC guys weren't going to be able to come out for a couple of days and we were completely without AC on a 107-degree day. Took a chance on Hays and we couldn't be happier. In less than an hour, Carl had our problem solved! Very friendly as well!

This is a great company. Had a problem with one of my a/c units going out. I called and they came out first thing the next day--7:00 am. It turned out it was just a minor issue; lose wire from service that another company performed. Steve fixed it and checked the unit over and even changed out the batteries on my thermostat. Hays and our technician, Nick came through and helped two separate issues that came up in the same day! Nick even came back after hours because of a miscommunication with the home office and we really appreciate the service.

This is the second time in 7 months I have had to have Hays come to my house, first was for an inproper toilet install by the previous owners, this time was my water main in the front yard was leaking. I called and had an appointment set up for the same day. The Plumber, Denny, was prompt in his getting here, he gave me the estimate, the time to do it and then started in on the work. All told the work took about an hour, Denny was very professional and courteous. Also he informed me that my WATER METER was not working properly which resulted in a temporary fix since my water couldn't be turned off completely. He fixed it and wrote out my invoice, he put on the invoice that the water meter was malfunctioning so that the city would be prompted to repair it, since it is THEIR equipment. Once all was said and done I am very satisfied with the work done, the price is reasonable for the courtesy, professionalism, and the knowledge that their employees possess. I will again call on Hays to do all my Plumbing work.

The thing about theses guys are the 80 dollar fee to come out again really is mind boggling to me, to come fix a faucet. this shows they have no interest or they are just pricey. If they call this doing business I don't need ANY of this. I see all these 5 star reviews, but that doesn't help me any. I'm looking elsewhere on who is interested to do the job.

Thanks to Bill S and the entire Hays team. They came and replaced my 12 year old Carrier unit with a trane two stage and also my 40 gallon water heater with a 55. Everybody was professional and treated the house as if it was their own. Even with temperatures in the attic being over 100 degrees the entire team never skipped a beat and had the entire system replaced in a day. So far im Saving about 100-125 dollars a month on my electric during the last few peak months. Thx Hays!

This company is a joke, starting off with the unprofessional way your call is answered, to even try and get someone to come out. I was put on hold 3 times by Tanya, who talked so fast that I couldn't even understand her, only to wait so long that I had to call back. After the third time I called another REPUTABLE company and was taken care of promply and courteously. You would think phone etiquette would be required to be the first point of contact for your business, Unacceptable. I later called and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were not available and that they would call me back, which never happened of course. Stay away from this business. It's a waste of your time.

My A/C units were acting funny and when I ran the upstairs circulation fan I smelled something that smelled hot'. I called Hays this morning, not expecting an appointment for several days because of the Independence Day holiday. They found a slot for me and Dominique was here at 1:30. One of the units was low on Freon and the circulation fan had burned out and needed replacement. By the time he climbed into the attic the outside temperature had climbed to 108. He made no complaints, filled the Freon, had a replacement fan on his truck. he was here until after 6 this evening. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgable, and I have every confidence in the quality of his repairs.

Hard to review didn't have them do the work because they were the most expensive out of 4 quotes.The plumber was a nice guy.

Didnt even use their service, the receptionist was super rude right off the bat. Put me on hold without even a warning, and then when she picked back up immediately told me that she was way too busy to deal with this. i dont know about their repair service, but their customer service is garbage.

I paid the up front fee of $80.00 (approx) for which someone flushed the toilet twice and said it would need to be replaced, not a bad day's pay for 5 mins, (tops) and absolutely no suggestions and temp fix, disappointing
