By far the best HVAC company I’ve ever used. And being a real estate agent for years in the valley I’ve met with dozens, with none coming close. Jimmy answered all of my questions thoroughly and compassionately. Our system didn’t blow this cold when it was brand new. Thank you Arcadia Air!!! See you in six months for a check-up.

Jimmy is the best!! My daughter and I were without air conditioning, the house was 87 degrees and we were extremely uncomfortable we had a company come out at about 4pm and tell us the coils needed cleaned. I talked to Jimmy while the other technician was there and he came out that same night after hours and beat the other technicians price by almost half.
He also placed coolant into my unit to get me by until I can replace the unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company, they will take great care of you.

Jimmy from Arcadia Air came over my house to give me an estimate on 2 brand new AC units, as my old ones were 19 years old and breaking down. He gave me a very fair price to say the least. He is very professional, friendly and honest. I agreed to the terms and 3 days later his crew showed up at my house on time. They were just like Jimmy, friendly and professional. They installed my 2 units and showed me how to use the AC controller on the wall. They cleaned up everything from the installation as if they were never even at my house. My wife and I woke up this morning to a cold house. When I looked out the back window I saw steam coming out of the heat pump. I went outside and the fan wasn't running. I turned the unit off because I remembered someone telling me if it gets too cold the heat pump won't work. Later after it heated up I turned the unit back on but the fan still did not come on. We called Arcadia Air and Jimmy was the name of the tech and he told me that it is true about heat pumps not working if the temperature gets to 30 degrees or below. It was definitely warmer now so Jimmy turned the unit back on and it still didn't come back on. Jimmy opened up the control panel and found a bad capacitor I believe he called it that. He had a replacement on his vehicle and we were back in business. Jimmy was really nice and was quick and friendly and had the part we needed. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air to anyone in need of heat pump a/c or electrical issues! Thanks Jimmy!

Jimmy was amazing coming out on a Sunday morning to fix my A/C. I called and was able to get in contact with someone right away. I was very impressed with Arcadia Air, my air conditioning went out on a Saturday on the hottest weekend of the year. After a couple companies were unable to get on my roof due to the height, Arcadia Air was recommended. With only 1 call on a Monday night at 9pm I was able to get ahold of customer service and Mark was at my house by 10:30pm. Mark was awesome, he was able to get on the roof with the same length ladder as the other companies that weren't. He was very friendly and knew right away what the issue was and he fixed it in a matter of no time. I will definitely use Arcadia Air again! Was referred by my MIL who recently had her AC replaced by Arcadia Air recently. We also had a great experience with Jimmy and his team this past week. Received a quote weeks prior after an initial visit and finally had them come out to replace our 15 year old unit. The team was on time, quick, and professional. Looked up my warranty, showed video of my problem (roof-top unit), gave me straight talk about the benefits of new vs repairing, plus a really great price with easy, 5-minute financing and even included some prevention/maintenance tips. I can’t say enough about this company. Our A/C stopped working two nights ago and our house was heating up quickly. We have 1 year old twins so this situation is a nightmare for us. Mark is amazing, he knows his stuff and simplifies things to make sure you understand what he is doing and so that you know what is needed so that you can make the best choice. He triple checked his work and made sure that everything checked out. I called these guys last minute and they got back with me quickly, and went out of their way to make sure that I got service in a timely manner. They also gave a 30 mins heads up which was great to help make sure I was home when they got here. I will do business again and recommend them to anyone. No BS, great, honest work.

After contacting several AC companies to get quotes on installing a mini split system on my place.... Arcadia (James) was the only person who actually showed up. Highly, highly professional, he came across at first meeting as very honest and trustworthy. He discussed my options with me, gave me a couple of choices on way to go with prices and I agreed to let him and his company install the unit. 4 days later, his crew showed up at my house and began the work. Much to my surprise, James also showed up and was working along side his employees. That impressed me, greatly. Typically one does not see owners of a business out in the filed working side by side with their employees. Start to finish, the project took them just a few hours and by that afternoon, I was sitting in nice cool air. During my initial consultation, James had told me that going with the system I went with, would generate me as having an electric bill that would run me under 100 a month to cool my little place. I was skeptical because I had moved from a place of almost the exact square footage and never had an electric bill under 150 during the summer months. Received my first bill and it was 93 dollars and some change, received my second bill, which was for a full month of using the unit and it was 91 dollars and some change. The difference being, I had stopped manually raising and lowering the temp trying to find the perfect temp for me. But, James was right, under 100 to cool my place. I couldn't be happier. James and his crew were professional, courteous and super friendly. By end of day, they were starting to feel like friends. One of the workers even helped me out with another issue I had, both beneficial to him and I. From my initial contact and subsequent convos with the front office, to my consultation with James explaining my options, to the actual installation, I couldn't have been happier. I would not hesitate to recommend Arcadia Air for anyone's heating and cooling needs. Thank you guys, greatly ..... I'm beyond pleased with your company.

The team at Arcadia Air was honest and straightforward. They inspected and found nothing wrong with our 20-year-old A/C. I didn't clean it in a while, and I went ahead and authorized them to clean it. They also provided a ballparked price for a new one and it wasn't as much as I thought. I would consider using Arcadia Air again!

My experience with Arcadia air has been very unprofessional since the second I spoke to that lady on the phone. She had no information to give me, the workers did not show up on time. Michael and his assistant were completely unknowledgeable and kept saying they didn’t know how to rectify the issue. Michael was also rude to my elderly father. Almost as if he was impatient, while my father was trying to understand what was going on. We definitely consider another air-conditioning company that has been in town a lot longer.

I put out a yelp request late at night when our AC stopped working and Arcadia air reached out immediately and set up an appointment. Dylan was able to come the next morning and replace the AC motor and capacitor. He was very efficient in his work and we enjoyed talking to him. Our house had gotten up to 100 degrees and Arcadia air came in clutch with a quick diagnosis and repair. Quality company!

JIMMY came to my residence same day ready to work! I live in arizona and told him about my ac not working properly. Incredible company! Thankful for them sending a technician out on a Sunday same-day service call! Temperature was rising through the night and I assumed I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come over the opening weekend of NFL Season Sunday. They had a technician available within a few hours to make sure I had my a/c fixed and comfortable! Amazing service!

My air conditioning stopped working at night at the beginning of Labor Day weekend and of course every HVAC company is crazy busy and no one could commit to come out and look at it. Jimmy at Arcadia Air reached out to me within 12 hours and personally made time in his schedule to check it out. I've known the unit was dying and when it turned out he couldn't fix it and I needed a new unit, he got an installation set up right away. By the day after Labor Day my a/c unit was installed and up and running. They also repaired the ductwork for me where it was needed. His crew was very polite and very efficient. They are so nice and polite showed up on time clean uniforms respectful and got right to work for my annual checkup. Clean coils checked how cold my units were blowing and even went into the attic to. Check duct work connections. Honest non alarming AC company. Our air conditioner went out during the summer heat. We called Arcadia Air for emergency service and Manny came out to fix it. He arrived quickly, introduce himself, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem In a matter of minutes. We were so impressed with the service, we signed on for a 3 year contract with biannual maintenance. Manny came back to service 2 units for us a couple weeks later. We were referred to Jimmy from a family friend. They were on time and polite when they came to look at my AC unit. They got me a quote for a new system and were really thorough and informative. They charged the Freon in our system to make it work while we made a final decision on our new system. We just decided to do a solar project and to lump the HVAC unit into it. Our AC went out in the hottest week so far this year! We have twin babies and I was stressed. We called James and he came out to look at it at 8:45pm! Highly recommend this company. Arrived 8 am sharp, and had old unit out after a bit of work. Our attic is not ac repairman friendly, but they got it done. After one month of window units, Home was cool in minutes. They even replaced our old return vent cover. The old one was an eyesore. James Browne was polite and cheerful. I contacted Arcadia Air for a quote on a whole new AC unit. Back story: the home we moved until was a rebuild. It had burned down and built from the ground up. When we purchased the home we were made aware if this. We thought we were walking into a brand new home as we were told everything was new. 3 years into our family living in the home our AC suddenly stopped working on one of the hottest days. I called another big named company who came out and replaced a blown fuse for $375. Finally the AC was working again. We dodged a bullet, so we thought. 2 weeks later the AC stops working again, this time the condensor and a few blown wires. Called the same big name company and they did the repair again. Cool, finally got it working. 48hrs later the same dang problem. Called the company back and argued it was the same issue that just fixed. With hesitation they came out and fixed the issue but this tech informed us the unit was 9 YEARS OLD AND REFURBISHED. I couldn't believe it as the house is only 4 years old. Fast foward to last week May 15th. We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel and my husband needed to go into the attic. He quickly yelled for me to show me the AC air handler. I couldn't believe that I saw the pan was missing, the unit was leaking and badly rusted. I submitted a request for quotes and Arcadia Air for back to me in a matter of minutes. They said they could come out as soon as tomorrow (Monday) morning. The tech came out, evaluated my AC unit and gave it to me straight. It was worse than we thought. The air handler was installed wrong, missing catch pans, leaking, wired wrong, mold starting to grow and it was only a matter of time before it would fall through the ceiling. The price for the new unit was very reasonable along with the EXCEPTIONAL warranty on parts, labor etc. than the others. Day of installation, I met the owner Jimmy, the techs showed up on time, hauled away the old unit, didn't make a mess and let me know when they were almost finished. My house is now cooling perfectly. I paid for the AC unit outright but they offer financing options if needed. I highly recommend Arcadia Air. Jimmy and his team went above and beyond for us.

Arcadia Air is THE BEST in Maricopa! They replaced my 20 year old HVAC in a house built in 1956 and it was the best money I ever spent. I called then because I had a moldy smell when the A/C was working hard and the old unit ran constantly. They recommended a Goodman air handler so no need for an overpriced Trane, and removed the antiquated swamp system and 1970's tube duct work that provided no insulation. The job was completed in 1 day and I already feel an even airflow throughout the house. The system doesn't constantly run anymore when it comes on and maintains a whole house consistent temperature. The workmen were neat and prompt. They always answer the phone (no need to leave a message) and are masters at their trade. They will give you the best price and service with no need to shop around. Need I say more...call them.

I purchased a house in June 2021. My realitor purchased a Service contract with AHS. One of my AC units would not turn on. Called AHS and they selected Crispy Air & Heating to come and fix my problem (I thought). Upon arrival, the tech went up to the unit on the roof and tested a few things and said it appears that the thermostat is not powering the unit. So we went to the non-working thermostat (a Nest), took it off the wall, used his little gagget to fire up the AC unit and told me it was the thermostat. Great, I thought, he told me that the Nest needed programing and enen conferred with a college on the phone. He then told me that he could make an appointment to come back and program the unit for $150. I am now puzzeled, you know the nest needs programing, you are in my house holding the nest, you have only been on the service call for around 20 minutes, but you will not fix it while you are present but will make an appointmtne to come back. No Thanks!!! So I then called Arcadia Air who came by the day I called and reprogramed the unit in 10 minutes at half the price that Crispy was looking to charge. Noel from Arcadia was prompt, curtious, friendly and fixed the problem. I am highly recommend Arcadia.

I highly recommend Arcadia Air! Justin was on time, professional, and friendly. He checked our entire system and walked us through his recommendations, and we felt the prices were very reasonable.

Arcadia Air is friendly, thorough and professional!!! They are the kind of repair professional you wish you could always rely on when you call for any kind of household service.

They first helped us about 6 months ago in diagnosing a problem caused by the original installer. They made sure we clearly understood the problem so we could take up the issue with the original installer to correct the very poor workmanship.

Then yesterday, we turned on the AC and the air coming through was not cold. Allegedly, when the original installer corrected the other issue, my system was supposed to be in perfect condition to last several years, but once again, their claim was less than true.

We called Arcadia this morning, and fortunately Manny was able to come out today and get our system running better than it ever has before. Seriously, our house has never gotten this cold this fast!!! Once again, Manny very clearly explained the issue and answered all our questions. We are very thankful for their outstanding service!!!

Josh was extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the family feel of working with Arcadia Air. Definitely did not feel like just another number on a call sheet. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Greatest experience is an understatement. As we all know living in Arizona AC is a must, and we have all experienced our AC going out . Throughout the years I have called my fair amount of AC repair people. Always told many things that I require which I end up doing only for the same result for my AC to break once again a month later or even shortly after. From the very beginning Arcadia AC has not only recommended every correct solution but even exceeded every expectation I could have imagined. They always went out of their way to make everything a simple process, great pricing offered and went out of their way to fix my issue promptly. I highly recommend Arcadia AC, Kaleb and Manny specifically made my experience amazing but the entire company had resolving my issues as top priority.
