North Valley Mechanical's technicians diagnosed our AC issue quickly, but also made sure to check the entire system after for any other issues. Their office was communicative and helpful through the repair process. We will be using NV Mechanical for all of our AC tune-up and maintenance from now on!

My HVAC unit stopped working properly in the high Arizona heat. Unable to have the 12 year old unit repaired for a reasonable price, I decided to purchase a new HVAC. I researched several companies and had them come out to look at the unit and give me estimates for a new one.Frank Bristyan previously had his own company and he installed the current unit. His company had merged with North Valley Mechanical and I was able to have him come over and provide me with an estimate. I can't say enough about this man and this company. They gave me a great estimate figure including the extended warranty I wanted. They also rushed the installation process for me and installed the new unit the morning after Labor Day.With the house being over 91 to 95° for 7 days, I had to destroy all of my bottled, canned and jared food. I can't imagine what else I would have lost or had damaged if that had continued. Thank goodness for my friends who let me stay at their homes and for North Valley Mechanical for coming through so wonderfully on the quote and quickly on the install. Give them, and FRANK, a call!! You'll be glad you did!

Their tech correctly diagnosed the problem as being the thermostat, and had a new one installed in a matter of minutes. I thought the cost was on the high side, but NVM took care of my problem less than 24 hours after it became a problem. They came when they said they would, and fixed everything correctly. I'm very satisfied.

Some of the best customer service that I've received in recent memory! The tech was polite, professional and timely.More impressive though was that when my air handler went out on a Friday after closing and after they had just ordered the part I needed, I called and left them a voicemail on Saturday letting them know that it had completely stopped working. Even though they were closed, I received a text message within an hour of my voicemail with an update and estimate of when I would hear from them on Monday. True to their word, I received a call first thing Monday morning to update me on the part arrival.I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them just based upon their quality work and customer service alone!

North Valley Mechanical came to do routine maintenance on an AC unit that we had installed last year.. we decided to have them look at our other unit as well. Scheduling was easy and professional… our tech, Chris, was on time and did superb work on both units. Would highly recommend North Valley Mechanical to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

The technician was very thorough in the work he did. He was here to replace a filter but he also cleaned the filter cage to be sure it was dust free. He was polite and careful in his work. Very much appreciated!

Two very friendly and expert guys who quickly fixed my botched DIY thermostat installation and gave the system a quick once over for no extra charge. Arrived well within the promised 30 minutes on this 104 degree day! Person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and I’m sure they we’re getting a lot of service calls that day. N.V.M.’s response time was great! Especially in the middle of the summer heat. They quickly identify the problem and fixed it. They also recommended to our warranty company for a second repair, which was also approved and completed. Our service technician “Brett” did a great job and is a great ambassador for the company!

We've been very happy with North Valley, they replaced our failing AC unit a few years ago, the new one has been outstanding (quiet, efficient, and has saved a bunch on our electric bill)! Our original installation request didn't work as planned but their team engineered a better solution on the spot and at no extra cost. In years since, their techs have done a great job and really take their time with the routine maintenance appointments, they go out of their way to make sure everything gets done right.

We were very happy with the whole installation process. The crew and supervisor were very communicative from the beginning to the end. No complaints here! very clean and neat. We are very happy with the variable speed heat pumps and the I-wave. Everyone in the family has said their allergies and asthma have dramatically improved. I only wish I had done this sooner. I took a few days to get the first appt and then parts had to be ordered and approved by warranty company. But once that was done the system seems to be running good!

Our house was up to 87 degrees inside. Garret came quite early in our timeframe window and was totally friendly and professional.He got our house cooling in no time, and it was an overall great experience. Highly recommend him as a technician, and will definitely use them again in the future.Only downside is they are open here 8-5pm, but in this AZ heat, they’d probably be working all night long if not. They are very responsive when they get in at 8 am. So while we did wait until morning, it was a great experience with how efficient he got the job done. Super grateful. ?

I never have to worry about those guys showing up or doing something improper. I feel comfortable leaving while they do the work knowing that it gets done properly. I have been using them for more than 5 years now and my experience with them is only getting better every time they come, which is twice a year.

They showed up when they said they would be there and at the end I was given a detailed explanation both in email and in person. I was given a couple of options of when to replace the units with no sales pressure, just information, which I appreciate.

I can not speak more highly about this company. I had three air conditioning units replaced. They were there when they said they would. When they arrived, they arrived in force. 6 trucks and 9 guys showed up. The were friendly and very helpful. The installed 3 huge unit in one day. They never stopped working. NW Valley Mechanical provided excellent service, going above and beyond to replace multiple AC/furnace units in our home. Given the age of the home they had to make many complicated adjustments to retrofit the new units in the space and their technicians were on it from the initial consultation, to install and completion. It took significant construction & electrical knowledge and they had all of that and more. I would highly recommend them for both residential and commercial projects.

We've used North Valley for AC/Heating maintenance over the years through our home warranty company and they have consistently provided excellent service. We recently signed up for a maintenance plan and they were out to clean and service both of our units in advance of the Phoenix summer. Some minor repairs were required and now we're set for a cool summer.

Chris completed the air conditioning maintenance and said the unit was in excellent shape. He went beyond that & did work that should have been done by the company that installed it. I was very pleased.

I can't say enough good things about North Valley Mechanical! They are incredibly professional, responsive, and take care of everything in an extremely timely manner. They diagnosed the issue with our AC system the day after we originally called, gave us several options to choose from and explained each option in detail to us, and had everything installed 2 days later. I will never use another AC company again!

My warranty company referred this company. The HVAC tech didn't know what he was doing and had no clue how to set my thermostat (which is where the problem stemmed) so that it doesn't keep circulating. My neighbor ended up fixing it in 2 minutes when the tech from this HVAC company couldn't figure out how to stop the circulating feature...even after googling a YouTube How-to. After he watched a video, he pretty much just said, your thermostat is fine and everyone works. After he left, it started circulating again. Turns out, the thermostat WAS actually on a schedule where it was on auto/circulating during different times of the day even though it wasn't programmed for different temperatures for different days/times. He literally couldn't figure it out even though the thermostat clearly said, on the screen, auto/circ. He suggested I just buy a new thermostat. I can't imagine this guy can figure out an entire HVAC system, let alone repair anything. He probably just tells people to replace their HVAC unit.

NVM saved us from spending thousands on new units a couple of years ago that another company told us we needed. They fixed the problem, and suggested maintenance package to help keep our units running smoothly. Techs and office staff are always professional, and I love that they never try to upsell us on anything!!

Chris is absolutely methodical in his service approach, but more importantly, he was mentoring an assistant named Rudy and although I obviously did not follow them though the service of my four A/C units, what I did hear Chris share for Rudy's benefit was beyond reproach from a service and customer satisfaction standpoint.

We have used NVM for several years and are always impressed by their professionalism and ability to keep our system optimally working! Had TyRay this morn and thought he did a thorough maintenance job! He pointed out we needed a new condenser fan motor and even changed our air filter for us and was very friendly. Great company!

NVM has been out to our house before. We have a home warranty and they sent another company to repair our ac that was not working. Within 3 days it went out again. Poor customer Service so I asked my Home Warranty if they could send North Valley again.SAME GREAT QUALITY SERVICE. Highly recommend calling them first for your AC/Heating needs. Within 30 minutes they had troubleshooted the problem, fixed the unit and my ac was blowing ice cold again.Thanks to all the terrific staff that assisted in making my family comfortable in my home again.

We had Garrett out through our home warranty for a a/c tune up. He did a great job and provided us with pertinent information regarding our unit. I usually don’t do memberships and such but it was definitely worth it to keep my unit running good!

I have been a customer for more than 10 years. They are great.

I'm on a membership plan for their twice a year cleaning...it's been making the AC run great especially in dusty Cave Creek. During the recent bout of high humidity -- our drain line seemed to be leaking...a very nice technician Jonatan came out and cleared the line, and because our cleaning appointment was only a couple of weeks before, they helped us out on the price to clean out the gunk. No problems now!

At the scheduled fall maintenance, David advised me that I wold have to decide whether to choose to repair my aging unit, which would be costly, or replace the unit. The choice was mine and it was clear. You replaced my unit the very next week. Now my home will be warm when the nights get cool, and it will be cool when the days heat up again. Thanks.

I was referred to North Valley Mechanical by two different people who had used this company for years for various services. I was very pleased with the sales rep Jim Reed who came out the next day and gave me a quote in under an hour. He has been in the business a long time and knows his products well. NVM does not use any of that high pressure sales tactics used by many others.A recommendation by a satisfied customer tells me everything I needed to know. Don't waste your valuable time with those other OVER priced high pressure AC companies that churn out those dumb downed radio commercials and hand out cheap China made junk. North Valley Mechanical did an excellent job installing the American Standard AC unit. The service personnel were very polite, professional and did a great job on cleaning up everything after the install. My new AC unit looks and works awesome!

We have 3 units that that needed maintenance to our newly purchased home and needed a good inspect. They are 15yrs old and we expected the worst from the outcome of the checkup.The tech (Dave) gave me a 30 min heads up call as requested and arrived on time. He was very thorough with his review as documented in the post inspect email report and pictures. He indicated that other than possibly getting some float switches installed, the system was in great shape for the years it had on it. We appreciate this company not trying to upsell any unnecessary items as we are new to owning a home with 3 - not so new units and wouldn’t know any better had he tried to sell us the catalog. NVM installed our A/C unit in August 2013 and we can’t be more pleased with the service by several technicians since installation. Early Saturday morning I stepped into our bathroom and instantly found myself standing in water. There was a huge water balloon hanging from the ceiling dripping water onto our floor. After a brief cleaning I arranged for a large bucket to catch the water but didn’t puncture the balloon. I was upset that there was no service on the weekend but I did call NVM and left a message. After calling another service provider and paying them for no work I received a message from NVM that they would get someone there on Sunday. We stayed in a hotel on Saturday night and the tech arrived earlier than expected on Sunday. He was terrific and corrected the problem after having spent 2 1/2 hours in the attic. We were very pleased with the work and the professional way this was handled by NVM. On that day we confirmed our commitment to them.

My warranty recommended this company. The tech came out (Richard I believe was his name) and caused more problems. He said he replaced the motor and had to come back less than an hour later because the AC still wasn’t working and as it turns out he knocked the air duct off in the attic and was unwilling to fix it. (The new AC tech I hired said air ducts just don’t fall off and the last guy was negligent). Anyway he said he needed authorization from the home warranty company to fix it and they were closed but I said I will pay you or someone from your company to fix it now and he said to call someone else. Not willing to work and leave customers in the heat. This is your job or find a new career! Lazy and unprofessional. Made us wait 4 days for the appointment too. Run away!

Terrible experience for AC issues. Had my home warranty send them out as our contractors. The tech was rude and would not answer simple questions. Even answered the phone and walked away mid conversation. It was unbelievable. He came out and said ac Unit was fine but might need cleaned.A month and a half later it broke down completely. Same tech came out and had another terrible experience.So I called to try to calmly explain the frustration. The owner spoke to me and said he would handle it directly and get back to me same day. Never got a single response from him, only a response from home warranty saying I need to clean my ac before they will fix it.Avoid at all costs.

Quick turnaround, good prices, friendly service over the phone. I spoke with a gentleman named Konnor and he was able to get a repair technician to my house to address my faulty air conditioning. And everyone knows in AZ summer, that is no joke. Very pleased with the service, and happy to support a small family-run business during the pandemic. I will be using North Valley again.

Took the time to investigate and look at all vents of house. Arrived on time and explained problems/solutions very well . They also installed my new thermostat at hourly rate, $125 total. I also had them do some work in 2019, on time, professional, fixed AC problem. Both times great . I asked my home warranty provider to assign them as the company to fix my AC.

North Valley Mechanical is a very good company to call if you need ac help. They brought to my home 2 portable ac units for me to use until
everything was installed.

Technician arrived at the appointed time, explained what he was going to do, proceed to check our AC and reported no issues, except that the fins needed cleaning, and they would take care of it at the next inspection.

I've been using North Valley Mechanical for years.. always do a wonderful job, always very pleasant technicians, always done in a timely manner.

Fast and courteous service. My only complaint was they missed my filter replacement but after the dude was on my roof for an hour in triple digit weather I can't hold it against him. They could be a bit cheaper but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Our unit was leaking water from the pvc drain pipe. Called Company on a Saturday and they had a service tech out by Monday. Ty/Ray came out; gave us an estimate which was reasonable and fixed our problem. No more leak. Great service. We also use their twice a year service maintenance program. I don’t know where to start with my one of kind experience that I had with NVM and their amazing technician, Jorge! On June 15th, 2021 right when it happened to be the hottest day in Phoenix my AC seemed to be working fine, but things changed the morning after! Our AC stopped working, and the temperature in our house kept going up. I had a full house with both my wife’s and my parents in town who are seniors and can’t tolerate too much heat. I called my home insurance and put in a request; within an hour I received a call from NVM and they had me scheduled for Friday, June 18th originally. When I brought to their attention that I have my wife who is under medication and parents at their senior ages, they didn’t hesitate to offer an option of sending someone over earlier if they had any cancellations. After 2 hours I received a call from NVM that they were going to send a technician over who happened to be in our neighborhood! I was AMAZED and beyond GRATEFUL!Once the amazing technician Jorge arrived within no time he was able to identify the issue and told me that he will take care of it within same day! I didn’t see that coming, since everything happened in such a short notice! But he did fix it!! He replaced the whole AC Engine that was broken and our AC started working within less than 8 of it deciding not to work. I am beyond satisfied with the Amazing experience I had with NVM and would recommend it to everyone! This is how you define a GRRAT customer service!! Thank you!!

We have been customers of North Valley Mechanical for nearly twenty years. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. And they always know what to do to make the AC units run well. Our regular technician, David, is truly remarkable. He has kept our units running for 15 plus years.

They're always very professional and knowledgeable. The problem either gets fixed, or they order the correct parts and come out for installation when the parts arrive. We have a complicated air handling system but they keep it going!

Yesterday Aundre performed our semi-annual heating/air conditioning maintenance. He was prompt, very professional, and fixed a vibration in my attic that had been causing some noise. I hope he will be our technician in 6 months.

I called Kirk because I was putting in a new kitchen and I had an issue with the ductwork. My new stove duct didn’t fit my old stove duct and Kirk came to the rescue. In a day, he came up with a design, build the internal ductwork, and then installed it and the new stove hood. Amazing work! Nicely done fellas.

I had a technician out to my home where I have tenants living. Tenants called me late on the day that it was 116 out in July and Northvalley was able to get out there the next morning. They diagnosed the issue as the renters had not changed the air filter in 2.5 years. North Valley mechanical could’ve totally told us anything and we would have paid any amount to fix our issue. Thank you for being so honest North valley! They also sent an email follow up with pictures of what the service tech did. Loved it!!!

North Valley Mechanical installed our HVAC in our Scottsdale condo. Arrived on time, completed the work efficiently with no mess, communication and follow up was excellent. Highly recommend.

They fixed a leaking drain pan and cleaned really clogged coils. They took the time to evaluate the problem which was not immediately discernible and repaired them rather than immediate going to the replacement option. They truly hear you.

Kendra and the NVM team are absolutely spectacular!!!!!!Their servicemen are knowledgable and honest. I had them service my first home and subscribed to their bi-annual checkup, making sure my A/C was working. I'm moving onto a second home, and absolutely did not hesitate to make a call to make sure they work with me on inspection and making sure we're good to go. Great experience all around. North Valley Mechanical installed our new HVAC system four years ago, and has maintained it ever since. The entire experience has been superb. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

My contractor recommended this company to me. I called them this morning and they we here by this afternoon even for a non emergency, which surprised me because this is the time of year that everyone finds out their A/C is broken. I had a 4 hour time window and the tech, Beau, gave me a call when he was 30 minutes out and showed up exactly 30 minutes later, right in the middle of the time window. Diagnostic service was cheap. There are a lot of companies out there that are less than mediocre. I have met a few of these guys on the job and this company seems to be a gem.

I had two technicians come out, two different days and both were super helpful! Jared was knowledgable and able to tell me what the issue was, but came on short notice so he didn't have the equipment available. He said he would notify the office and make sure someone else came out the next day. It was great having conversation with him, such a friendly guy! Then, Brett came today and fixed the issue! It was 91 degrees in my condo earlier and now it is cooling in the 70s back to normal :) He was very friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem and spent extra time making sure it was cooling properly. I called the home warranty to have the work order reassigned. I could not wait that long because the tenants had small children. I called North Valley and they were able to get someone out the same day which is incredible. The problem was minor (a broken wire) so it was fixed right away. I really liked the report, pictures of the label on the HVAC unit and the tech included the age of the unit. I know the home warranties don't pay much so I appreciate North Valley making this repair a priority. From the office staff to the technicians the service was excellent.

Used these guys to repair my A/C unit. The Compressor was kicking on and off. Called North Valley and they came out, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it same day. Everyone from the people that called and setup the appointment to the people that repaired the A/C unit were awesome.

I have used this company to replace the AC units in my condo and home. The condo AC gave out in the summer, and this was the only company that actually showed up, followed through with a quote, and completed the install. Soooo....basically I was stuck with them, but due to the quality of their service I continued the relationship. .I just had to replace my home AC this month. Every employee from the original tech, “comfort specialist” (the guy that gives the quote/schedules the install), and the install technicians, were friendly and professional.

I signed up for the service agreement so I will never have to worry about remembering when to call and schedule an appointment and it was more affordable than any other company I have worked with in the past! My A/C units are 1 yr old, so I thought they would be pretty quick. They were so thorough! Told me everything they had done, took pictures and answered all my questions! Great job!

This place is a joke. They took over two weeks to fix my AC and kept breaking more parts with there Misdiagnosis. They would lie about part availability. They told me couldn’t get parts for a day or two. I found the part and picked it up in less than an hour. Good luck if you call after 5pm because they won’t call you back till the next day. Even though they say they have emergency service. Even after it was finished they still didn’t put things together correctly and water was leaking all over my house. I’m having another company come out and fix there mess. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

North Valley Mechanical has been servicing my AC unit for about six years. Last year, they warned me the refrigerant my unit used would no longer be manufactured. My unit was 15 years old too. About a month ago the motor began to go and I decided to replace the unit.The temperature in the bedroom was always hotter than the remainder of the house. I mentioned it to Kirk when he came to give me the quote. He suggested adding a return to the bedroom. He made the fix sound so simple to this daily problem! North Valley Mechanical also arranged for an insulation company to come after the installation date.On June 10th, they came and installed a new AC unit and a return in the bedroom. The change was INSTANT! I could not believe it! I was hot every night for years for no reason!My SRP kW usage has dropped by at least 30% since the installation!North Valley Mechanical's service was excellent! My AC unit has exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend North Valley Mechanical!

These guys are freakin awesome! I've sent them to multiple properties that I have and they have never let me down. They get right in there, they get it done and they stand by their work. The one time i had a unit that was just being a pain, they went back on it 3 times for me and never charged me after the first time. I know it was a difficult unit and no fault of theirs, just the way things are some times. The people in the office will bend over backwards for you and they do everything short of free service to keep the customer happy. I would recommend them to any of my friends, and maybe even some of my enemies.

I contacted my home warranty company because one of the HVAC units seems to be working harder, still cooling but turns on more then the other unit. Fidelity dispatched North Valley Mechanical to diagnose my HVAC (2 units). My daughter lives in this house. While North Valley tech was at the house she called to tell me the tech said the units are very dirty and would not proceed until they cleaned both units for $300 per unit. He was impatient with her and left after I said no to spending $600 before they would diagnose the units. I immediately called Fidelity to ask what my recourse was. I was told I could have any company clean the units. I contracted Bell AC to clean both units. Which Bell cleaned and also provided a detailed diagnosis of both units. Bell AC agreed the units are dirty, but not $300 per unit dirty. Also, we had the furnace looked at, via Fidelity, end of 2019. Not at any time were we told the units were dirty beyond the norm; it turned out to be the thermostat. After North Valley came back out, after Bell AC cleaned and diagnosed the units, North Valley is still saying the units are too dirty and will not service until they clean them. At this time, I am on hold with Fidelity to determine the next steps. I no longer want North Valley Mechanical near my units. Because of their conduct, I have no confidence they can properly diagnose what Bell AC already provided to me. Fidelity is reviewing if they can send another vendor or not.Update 8/26/2020: Fidelity will send another vendor to do the work North Valley Mechanical was dispatched to do twice and refused.

If i could give 0 stars or even negative i would. I would never recommend this xompany for any reason and regret 100% that we did. Front office lady Kendra is not personable at all and just kind of rude. When our air handler went out North valley came out and replaced which is what i expected. Everything was fine until i went into the attic and noticed they had completely cut 2 trusses, which if you know anything about construction is a big no no and maybe even illegal. Kirk or kurt whatever the owners name is did come out to fix but never apologized for what happend or showed any empathy. 2 yrs later we had a leak coming from air handler, not that big of a deal, just a clogged line. But after being here for 2 hours they wanted to charge 900$ for a new pan and clear out the line.? I agreed to it because i just wanted it fixed and didnt want more drywall damage. Then the service tech said he couldn't do it all of a sudden. The owner said we would be a liability to a them. So they still charged us 90$ to come out and blow smoke. They left us with a air handler still leaking and told us to call a better company. Worst experience I have ever had with any company. Please dont put yourself through something like this.Definitely did not refuse service. We agreed to the full amount and everything you mentioned. Your tech told us he talked to Kirk and was told you guys could not service. After we said to go ahead and do it. Thanks for all the help though.

The other team called back and I didn't have service, so they left a message to call the office. I called again, got the same person and again she couldn't schedule anything. Got a call back from the same person who called back previously, and again wanted me to call the office back, not her directly. Impossible to get an appointment with this company. Continuous cycle of nonsense. Are there only 2 people working there? Ended up going with Chas Roberts who did it same day at a fraction of the cost.Update: This was on a Friday but thanks for trying.

My wife had them come and do a seasonal check and it was going to be around $70. The gave me a review and said the caps on the roof unit were weak. I know a little about these and they are not expensive and he had to be right there to check them. I gave him the ok and expected as much as $100 for the caps and $50 Labor. There was never any mention as how much it would cost. I could have changed them in thirty minutes pulling the panel and bought them for under $50. The next thing I know I am staring at a nearly $400 bill that should have been around $225. They are certainly capable of doing good A/C work, but this is the second time they ripped us off. I am going back to my old A/C company.

Called @ 8am NVM; service was scheduled in the p.m. A welcome surprise....NVM tech Anthony Trejo @ 10:40am was able to come earlier than scheduled and made repairs. Very happy with his service and now have a/c back...yeah.After my prior review, same a/c unit failed due to a dif. issue. Instead, of continuing to repair a 19yo unit, we decided to replace the unit. (Especially, after NVM offered credit to a new unit from servicing old unit.) Also, our roof needed to be recoated, so the timing worked well.For years, formerly a customer of Frank Bristyan a/c co., now he works for NVM. As always, Frank ensures he understands the needs of his customers and ensures satisfaction. He explain our choices of new a/c and was able to recommend roofers. He coordinated the schedule with the roofers to service the roof when the old/new units were removed/installed.Also, the NVM installer tech. Chris, (formerly an employer of Frank Bristyan a/c co. and now, also, works for NVM) is very knowledgeable, professional, and ensure his customers are satisfied. i had several problems with an hvac unit, only 7 years old. The past few months i had several repairs and still was not working properly. I called NVM to come out to trouble shoot the unit as the others were not finding the problem. The tech found the problem immediately,

What a joke of a company that my warranty company sent out! First they cancelled because they said their ladder wouldn't reach the second story even though they knew it was on the roof of the second level. Then when they finally showed up they said the problem was a very dirty indoor coil and they would clean it for $450. I asked them to give me 10 minutes to think it over but they continued to pressure me. I called 2 other companies and provided them photos; the first company wanted $200 and the second wanted $225- both companies said it was outrageous and unheard of to charge $450. The company for $225 was available the next day so I opted for them; when they finished the work they agreed it was dirty but nothing close to $450. North Valley mechanical came back out today because the cleaning of the coil was actually not the problem and the unit still wasn't cooling. Today they said it was low on refridgerant again and found a leak in the schrader valve (they didn't seem to check the first time because they were after their $450 coil cleaning). The company did not know how to change the schrader valve without discharging the unit so they decided to seal it with thread locker so the valve cap cannot be removed. Wow! I talked to Justin at the company and he says he told my warranty company he felt this was a Viable Solution. Thanks Justin; learn some customer service!

We had a new American Standard HVAC system installed yesterday by NVM. The crew was Ramon, George and Tim. It took them all day & part of the evening because of the challenges our home created. These nice men could not have been more professional, patient and competent. They answered our questions and gave us information about the operation of the new system and WiFi thermostat. Our sales person was Jimmy who was also patient with us and very knowledgeable, given his extensive industry experience. Thanks to all of you gentlemen.We no longer have to stress about when our old system was going to die (like next time it's 110+ and we'd have to wait a week or more in a sweltering house). Anthony helped us find a problem that another contractor (from another company) had messed up on three years ago that had been leading to higher than needed AC bills. They are the best HVAC in Phoenix and/or Scottsdale that I have seen. I have heard about how great they are and everything has led me to using them exclusively for my HVAC work.

These people are the real deal. $99 brought them to my 1959 house and they did a 3+ hour home inspection alerting me to ways I could save money and also potential dangers.Kirk showed me that my duct work was for evaporative cooling and was wasting money.They are on time and their office people are very knowledgeable. I am not sure if this deal is still available, call them today.

Had a large job of replacing all of the ducts and vents throughout the house. The crew showed up at 7am on a Friday morning and stayed until the job was finished at 8:30pm. My job manager stopped by at least twice during the day to make sure everything was going as planned.
