Awesome company! We originally hired Promise Heating and Air when we were remodeling our home and needed to replace our complete duct system. The team was very professional and punctual, one of the best companies we used for our remodel. After our great experience we signed up for their ongoing maintenance plan and have been very happy with the high level of service we have received. All of their employees are very nice and presentable and when entering our home the technicians wear shoe coverings to avoid making a mess, Overall awesome service - 5 stars!

What a great experience. The team showed up on time. Started by placing tarps everywhere they were going to walk. Then worked diligently to install new A/C and air handler. They were attentive to details and had everything installed and working when promised. Very clean job. Very happy with the workmenship. Definitely attentive to customer satisfaction.

I own a business in Gilbert, AZ and Promise Heating and Air installed all of my units. I found Jesus and his team to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient to ensure I understood every detail and answer my questions. Since the install, I have found the service to remain excellent! In a world where customer service can be challenging, I know I can count on Jesus and his team to be timely and attentive to details. We called Promise for a broken HVAC blower motor after our landlord went incommunicado and we were stuck figuring it out on our own.

The receptionist was attentive, knowledgeable, and was able to clearly communicate the repair process. They booked us a time exactly when we had hoped, three days out, and gave us an estimate that everything would be able to be completed at that time.

The owner, Jesus Montes, arrived promptly at the arranged time and inspired confidence immediately. He is articulate, professional, friendly, and was able to quickly diagnose the blower motor. His quote commanded in the upper end of the expected price range, however Mr. Montes exceeded all expectations for quality and quantity of service so we felt his price were fair.

Mr. Montes, within 2 hours of arrival, completed the repair of the blower motor and provided us with documentation in pictures of the repair as well as personally showed us the old motor and problem. He sat down with us to discuss possible other issues to work out and was helpful in signing the waiver of lien and preparing the invoice in a way the state advises us we needed to legally deduct these costs from our rent.

Our system has been working well since and we highly recommend Promise and Mr. Montes as an efficient and competent contractor

The woman that answered the phone heard my baby chattering in the background and expedited the service because she wanted to make sure he was okay in the heat of the summer! Like……….who does that? Jesus and Moses installed a new system at my little 1928 historic renovation project. When there was trouble the this summer, Tiffany scheduled Jesus to come the next day, and the fix (a bad capacitor) was simple, he was here a half hour, and everything was under the OEM warranty. we had the AC unit go out at the store and the property management said that we had to replace the whole unit that they would not be doing that. Moises gave us options in regards to getting it repaired that was gonna cost us a lot less than the $10-$15,000 it would cost to replace the unit, we got quotes from different places and everybody kept telling us the same thing.
