They came out to replace a cartridge on my shower. They were a vendor for my warranty company. They replaced the cartridge and when they left the shower was still leaking. They returned and said the valve needed to be replaced because of rust and corrosion. They wanted to charge me another $350, after $250 had been paid for the cartridge. This sounded strange so I called another plumber. He stated that the original tech used pliers to remove the old cartridge and broke the valve in doing so. Since companies compete I called a third plumber for an estimate and he came out today and said the exact same thing! When I let Amigo know they still told me it was broken because of rust and corrosion! They refuse to admit their tech broke it and are thieves who will break things and charge you for it!!

We purchased a new A/C unit from Goettl. Instead of just installing the unit, Rafael and Luis installed brand new duct work throughout the house to get the maximum use of the new A/C unit. Rafael kept us informed of the progress of the job in a timely basis. It's obvious Rafael and Luis take pride in their job and the quality of their workmanship. I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. We use Yavapai Plumbing & Heating for our Air Conditioning and Heating service, so we called them when our water line broke. Plumbing Technician John Adkisson, Andrew, and Nathan arrived promptly and finished excavating the main water line trench. 2 previous independent contractors failed to finish, so we decided to have Yavapai Plumbing do the whole job in house. The job was completed in one afternoon. We have clean running water again! They even added a yard box with a shut off valve so we don't have to go to the easement to shut off water main if needed. Techs explained the operation and features of new unit and cleaned and removed all packing materials. Would definitely recommend this company for A/C service work.

This company was sent by my home warranty program one guard Didn't really do anything but run my hose on the air conditioner. Want here very long and 2 days later my air conditioner broke. Don't trust. Tried to drum up business. Quoted me on a repair for another problem with drip pan for 2x the going rate.
Both companies are a scam and rip you off!
