Love the owner and the office staff. Just met Jason, the technician, and he was fantastic. Personable, respectful, timely, and professional. I now find myself looking around the house for more plumbing needs!

After receiving multiple quotes for plumbing services on our new home, we decided to use Pink Plumbing and sewer.

Omar came over and explained everything to me in detail. He was very friendly and honest (something the others didn’t do). He explained what would be replaced and why. My husband and I already knew what we needed done ahead of time and I was very impressed at Omar’s professionalism.

He came to our home the day of work and did everything he said he would do. The work came out amazingly great, even our neighbor noticed how hardworking and dedicated he was to making the job good.

What a terrible time for a total A/C malfunction. John and his guys worked tirelessly on our unit and installed all new duct work because ours was broken down truly beyond repair (I made the mistake of using a handyman to install the duct work when we raised our ceilings which created a nightmare of a problem☹️). They worked through some of the hottest days of the year which made the job take longer to complete but obviously the health of his team was the most important. I really appreciated the work Diamondback did and John going the extra mile to send his guy to paint my ceiling where access to the attic had to been made. Worth every Star!

Chris Kelley came to my home and did an excellent job going above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend him and Parker and Sons for the quality of their work and because they stand behind their work if something goes wrong.

They cannot even give me a quote for the labor charge range for replacing a water heater over the phone. They have replaced water heater many time but the number was 300-500 may be more or may be less. This doesnt sound experience.

Alan is a life saver!! New Years Eve with family visiting from out of town, I couldn’t believe I had to deal with a clogged main sewer line. My whole house backed up, it was terrible. I called all-over and Alan was the only one willing to take my emergency call during the holidays. He was punctual, very respectful, and kind. He provided honest pricing and was very generous especially in such a crucial time. He came immediately and fixed the problem, I was able to enjoy the holidays with my family. This is the second time I have used Peerless to assist with one of my investment properties. I had water backing up in my washer drain and needed a them to help find out what the issue was. Christian came out promptly and discovered the issue with a sewer scope/camera. He was extremely helpful in assisting me and the contractor determine both the problem and fix. This was a great company. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and I was shocked how quickly they were able to come fix our faucet leak. Clayton was a class act and very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.
