Turned a negative into a positive. When I found termites actively infesting my home they were able to send an Inspector out the day after I called them. Gemma the inspector was very honest and professional. After inspection she gave me a quote and the price was very fair. They were able to send a tech out the following morning to treat my home. So two days after I called them for a quote the work has been completed and I no longer have to worry about my home being damaged. Dallas, the tech they sent was professional and thorough. Overall great to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone.

You receive a reminder the day before they come. Also, they are accommodating in that the technician calls before coming so I can make sure to unlock my gate and put the dogs inside.They are very thorough and always ask what activity there has been, if any. They also include web & wasp net clearing, which other competitors have not included in their service.Also, if I do experience activity in between routine visits, they will come to my home at no extra charge, which I occasionally have had to do.

Initially moved from the Midwest, Burns Pest Elimination answered all of my initial questions and explained all the services and options easily and professionally. I have had two technicians as I have had two homes in the Phoenix area. Both technicians have been professional and explained any questions I have. As I am not always at my rental home, I have entrusted the technicians to enter to provide scheduled service. The technicians are very trustworthy and always call before arrival so that I know they are on their way. I highly recommend Burns Pest Elimination for their great employees and service!

Rich and Barry were great to deal with and very professional. We had hundreds of pigeons living on our activity center roof. Our pigeon problem was much worse than first thought and they did not give up until they were gone and the mess was cleaned up. I would recommend to anyone looking to get rid of a pigeon problem.

I hired Beebe's on 3/7/16 to remove a bee hive from under a shipping container. When I arrived on 3/14/16 with the transporter to move the shipping container the bees were still very active. I called Beebe's immediately and was told they would call me right back once they talked to a tech. 1 hour late no return call. I called back and got the same response that they would talk to a tech and get right back to me....I am still waiting for that return call as well. I ended up calling another company. They responded within the hour and did the job correctly the first time allowing the transporter to move the container. Beebe's ultimately cost me 3 hours of waiting and, $100 extra for the transporters extra time and $150 for the treatment by the second company.

Technician Hannah, was knowledgeable, on time, professional, and very thorough. Explained everything throughly.

Termites keep coming back. They do spot treatment but not even 1month and they are back. I asked them to redo the trench with termidol around the house since whatever they are doing is not working and they refuse. The warranty is a joke.

When our home was inspected, we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was done. All of the staff members were very nice and supportive, and they were able to keep us from getting too worked up about a potentially devastating situation.

Aaron P is the best tech I have had from Bulwark yet! He wore shoe protectors in my house and he worked hard to spray for the scorpions that we are starting to see again. Bulwark's service is always excellent and they come back to spray again every time I see a critter I would like to keep out of my home. I am very pleased!
