We had a great experience using Bill's Pest & Termite service. From the initial inspection with Jonathan to the treatment with Dallas, they were punctual, clean and professional. All of our questions were answered and we never felt pressure to go with their service. So far, no signs of termites since the treatment!

The service is always carried out in a timely manner.

Horrible people. They lie to our face then turn around and say something else. 3 times we have tried to get this taken care of but still no solution.3 days taken off of work for this and still nothing has happened.

Dylan was so attentive to my bed bug issues and recommended bed bug treatment methods that made a lot of sense for my family situation. This company is shady. They sent me a bill in the mail for a “renewal notice” but I have never once used there services and I’ve never even spoken with someone at the company. I wouldn’t trust them with my home.
