I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

I have been using Anthonys plumbing for the past year. They have come to my resort to handle issues from stoppages, drain camera, jetting, and instalments of tankless water heaters.
The prices have been fair. They have come out prompt and professional. Being a high end resort even our contractors must be presentable, and the techs that show upbkend in perfectly.

Raymond Vasquez, Service Specialist with REDDI SERVICES is number one in our book! We recently contacted REDDI SERVICES to get a second opinion to replace three shower valve cartridges in our home. Raymond was promptly dispatched to our home that same evening and after assessing the situation he informed us what the process to remove and replace the cartridges would be and what it would cost. We were initially told by a different company we first contacted the cartridges could not be removed therefore the valves would need to be replaced and in order to replace the valves it would be necessary to cut holes through the outside wall of our home to gain access to the valves or remove the shower tile and cut holes to gain access.
Raymond was able to successfully remove and replace the cartridges at an affordable price. This was a very meticulous job and I believe other techs would have walked away from it. Raymond's knowledge and experience saved us thousands of dollars. Raymond was very professional, displayed exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to get the job done for us. We can't thank him enough.

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

I needed a toilet and shower leak looked at and living in a mobile home I know there are companys that avoid these. From the first contact to the last was a very positive experience. I was notified within a 2 hour window when they would be there and called again when arrival was within 15 minutes. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

just had Rooter Ranger come out and Ron showed up immediately. I was very concerned about the cost of my repair being a senior on fixed income, first I can not say enough about Ron and Jordan the owner, they were very helpful and worked with me on costs. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Arrogant! Right off the truck guy has an attitude. I have no use for you unless you know where your septic tank is. This is how you introduce yourself to a customer? By the way thanks for unrolling my 90' garden hose & leaving it out. Here is the lighter side, after calling & speaking to the receptionist she was very apologetic and nice to talk with. She said she would call the owner of the business and talk to him about it.

He has a good understanding of plumbing systems, and is great at communicating what is working good, as well as identifying potential issues to be concerned about. this is one of very very few(i'm sure)m honest companies here that I have found. I just thank God that I decided to work with them. Prompt, Professional, great work and just really really good people all around.
