After a error in manufacturing the branch recognised the error and fixed it. It just took an additional two months.

Every part of the process was excellent. From the estimate to the finished work. Window World came in a little less expensive but Craig's presentation and answering all our questions helped make the decision to hire Vision to do our work an easy one. The installation was done in a day and was exactly what was promised at the exact price promised. Would recommend highly.

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn’t know when the manufacturer’s deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it’s fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

This team did my auto glass repair right there in my parking space. Great work and so convenient. I’m impressed, and that doesn’t happen easily..

Need better communication and let customer know whats going on with inventory. After 4th week 4th appointments, they told us it is out if stock and after a tech broke new windshield.

We don't get much rain in Az, but when it rains it pours!
Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job. They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us. Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!

I will always trust Phoenix Mobile Auto Glass for my vehicle. I got a car window replacement from them a month ago, and I haven't faced any minor inconvenience. Great company and reliable services. I would recommend them.

David was so pleasant and wonderful on the phone from the get-go. This company was the first in my line of other auto glass companies I was expecting to call for quotes. After speaking with David, I was so impressed with his positive can-do attitude, and his efficiency, I wound up booking my glass repair appointment on that call. The call went smoothe, and he ended the convorsation saying I was getting a kickback of $50 and they would have my check cut for me the next day! Very happy :) thank you!

Called on a Thurs 1/3/2020 the guy who answered the phone said he could have my glass fixed by Friday if I brought it in, I arrived 30min later and he told me, we can have it done on Monday; I said you told me Friday on the phone, he then replied, that was best case, how about Saturday? I replied ok thats fine I need a price? he then told me he had my number and would call, we discussed the type to replace the old 70`s colored glass that is no longer made, and that was the last I heard from them until today 1/06/2020 and only because after 6 call Friday and Saturday and 3 text that were answered automated, I decided to call from a different number and the original guy I spoke with answered. After reminding him of our conversation on Thursday, he said he would never had told me Sat as they are not open(web site says 24/7) Then told me it would be at least Thurs before he could do it. I do not recommend nor will I ever call this place again. I was told not to pick up my glass(unfinished) until after 4pm today, as no one was there, when I arrived at 4:10pm glass was leaning against the wall inside office with no one around Not sure where they got their good rating.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
