I just wanted to give a shout out to Miguel. He came to my home to replace a faucet that had no water pressure. He had all the parts he needed without leaving and making me wait any longer. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend A. P. E. S. For all your plumbing needs.

Matt came out to install a new hot water heater for us, after determining the one we had was the original (20+ years old) that had rusted. He showed my husband exactly what was going on as well as the incorrect overflow and electrical. Matt took great care to not damage a car that was in his way. In fact he called another individual to come help him so he wouldn't inadvertently damage the vehicle. We've been using Hayes for everything we need HVAC for several years now. I wouldn't trust anyone but them. Their pricing is fair and they're very responsive. All of the technicians have been awesome! Keep up the great job!

I’ll start with the good aspects. A tech was dispatched quickly (within 24 hours) and once he arrived, it was a very fast service and appears to have resolved the issue. The tech was also friendly, well prepared and knew what was causing the issue (main drain line was clogged).Now the bad: started off with him asking us to put our dogs outside which wasn’t great as it is still 100 degrees outside, but they’re big and intimidating so fine that’s understandable. Then, I explained the issue and he took a look up in the attic and proceeded to track insulation all over our daughters bedroom on the way back down. Then I mentioned that our house is slightly unusual in that our drain outlet is under the guest sink as opposed to leading outside like most homes and showed him the area under the sink. He said he didn’t deal with those kind of drains and that “he would probably leave that up to the plumber” and that we most likely had another line leading outside. I told him I didn’t think that was the case but he disregarded and proceeded to clear the line. Lo and behold there was only one line was in the bathroom. Dirty water exploded all over the bathroom like projectile vomit, covering everything including my kids toothbrushes, shower curtain, door etc. Water leaking from the vents flooding the hallway (my husband threw down a few bath towels to contain it). He didn’t warn us of the possibility that it could clear out that forcefully (would probably be a good idea just to cover peoples drains prophylactically in the future). Didn’t apologize for the messes or make any attempt to clean them. Then was in and out within 20 min like he was in a rush to go somewhere else. Was not impressed.

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Their technician Binh Tran came out to help us and has now serviced both properties for us. He is always a pleasure to work with. He is patient and knowledgeable and explains the pros and cons of any repair options we have to consider if there is a problem with the system. Because of technicians like Binh, we are happy to continue to use Hobaica for all of our HVAC (and now plumbing!) needs.

We had a heating issue on our HVAC and we called Goettl to come take a look at it. Goettl showed up the same day to look at the system. Rafael and Jerome were very knowledgeable and found the issue right away. Even though they were quick to find the heating problem, they took the time to ensure that the whole system was functioning properly and that we were able to switch back and forth between heating and cooling. I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

Some of our bedrooms were a lot hotter than the rest of the house. Andy figured out what was causing that issue and was able to reroute more air back to those rooms and better balance our house out. I wish we would have called him years ago. They also found a fire hazard that has been a danger to us for many years and fixed that for us as well. Because of all the additional work his team was here 3 days but they did a great job. We are very pleased with SG Mechanical and would recommend them to our friend and family.

Received 2 other bids for new AC/Furnace. Both companies were switching back n forth on equipment recommendations then labor costs. Lost all confidence. I used Mike from Cactus Mechanical a few years back so decided to call him. BEST move I have ever made!!! He is extremely knowledgeable & his recommendations were spot on. Very reasonably & competitively priced. The 4 man crew installed both units (2.5 & 3.5 ton) in under 8 hrs. EXTREMELY pleased with results, equipment & overall company.
