We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Infinity. Greg promptly returned our call, came to our home and spent a considerable amount of time helping us identify our problem. Although he realized we were not going to make a decision any time soon, he provided solutions ranging from do-it-yourself to expensive window replacement. We decided on his do-it-yourself solution for now, but will definitely call him when we're ready to replace the window.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

I would like to thank the owner for his friendly and professional service to me recently. He was able to get me an appointment soon , he stayed on top of everything until owner arrived at my house on time , He was reliable and did a though survey of my issue on my roof. When he wasn't able to find where the leak was coming from he offer to come back out while it was raining to be able to detect where the issue was. I find the Contractor to be a great help with everything and she is a real asset to this roofing company along with the crew. I would highly recommend using this company if you have a roof issue.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
