Tyler and his crew at TSM roofing did a phenomenal job in an extremely fast and professional manner. He helped my family and I when we were in a Time Crisis to get our roof replaced ASAP. We greatly appreciate the why they worked with us and highly recommend him and his crew for any roofing project. Renco was hired by my HOA to repair my balcony. To date almost 8 months later they have not resolved many issues. I currently have a negative slope to my balcony and standing water when it rains. They did not re-install the drain. They were very sloppy in applying the surface, splashing on my windows and door frame. Renco sealed the door to my storage closet shut. They have not provided to me warranty or maintenance information. In addition, they were extremely poor at managing the project by not giving me proper notice, they leaving my balcony furniture out in the common lawn area. Renco charged the amount they estimated even though they did not perform all the work on the estimate.

They have done a few repairs but after 31 years it's time to lift the tiles and replace the really old underlayer. Wouldn't trust anyone else. Their work has always been exceptional

Home Inspector identified stains on eaves after recent heavy rain. Recommended an expert inspect for leaks. Alex (manager) was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable about their inspection process. Their technician Chris inspected the roof and repaired flashing. He was very kind and honest with his inspection in which he detected no leaks. This company has INTEGRITY with TRUST!

Pat arrived promptly on time, a few minutes early truth be told. He could not have been more helpful and professional. He climbed on my roof and said almost immediately, Want to save a bunch of money? He then proceeded to point out that I simply needed to clean out some accumulated debris that had collected in area that drains off my roof. While on my roof he also reattached a couple of corner tiles that had fallen off during the recent storms. I'm not sure I ever had a more honest and helpful contractor at least well within recent memory. While I hope I never need their services, if the time ever comes again, I will begin and end my search for a roofing contractor with Pat Stapleton. Highly recommend!!!
