Best Repair And Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We had been looking for someone to build a shade structure that had rustic wood logs to match our Territorial/Santa Fe Style house. When I came across Mountainscapers Landscaping website and saw the photos, I was hopeful that they could achieve the look. And they did. Sean was efficient and very communicative every step of the way. We were very particular with what we wanted and he and his crew delivered! Whenever we addressed any concerns along the way, he was always willing to do so and with such positivity. I never felt like I was being difficult or putting him out (like my experience with other contractors had been in the past). He always put me at ease and was willing to hear and give me exactly what I wanted. The crew was respectful and always cleaned up their mess at the end of the workday which I greatly appreciated as well. We are so happy with the results both esthetically and quality-wise. In fact, we are currently devising ways to add more shade structures because we love it so much! Will definitely be calling Sean again soon!

Working with Lone Star Landscaping was a great experience. We had our backyard transformed and it has been so enjoyable for our young daughter and our dogs! We love the work that was done and are so happy we went with Lone Star Landscaping for our backyard redesign.

Been dealing with this company for a week now. We seen the character of the company in the past 2 days. Very disappointed in the service after agreeing to let them come out after having our appointment pushed back not once not twice but three times and then asked to reschedule for the next morning. Upon receiving a text at 6:51 AM this morning stating they were on the property and ready to do work. Was hesitant but allowed as my disabled veteran uncle had passed and trying to upkeep his property. I was advised that they would charge me $65 and do a clean up for free. This was not the case the individual stated they were at the property for over 2 hours which is not true as I checked up on them 2 times . While the tree was trimmed they did not do a proper clean up. Ended up paid a bill over $100. Needless to say the contract was terminated.

Not reliable. When I initially setup my consult the time window was sometime on Thursday. I asked them to narrow down to morning or afternoon but then the supervisor only gave me 10 minutes of forewarning when he was heading to my place. It takes me at least 30 minutes to get home from work so I said I wouldn't be there in time. When he asked to go to other appointments and come by later in the afternoon I said okay and drove home from work expecting to meet him. He never called back and he didn't answer when I called him. Thanks for wasting my time.

Bronko was supposed to come to my home this morning for an estimate to install sprinklers and a drip system. I text him to ask what time he would be here to plan my day accordingly. Bronko responded he was busy and it was raining and would come next Saturday. When I replied that we agreed to today and I expected him to keep his word he told me he would come but needed to be compensated for gas and 2 hours of his day. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are actually businesses out there that appreciate customers.

They were attentive to detail, executed our plans perfectly, had great communication, and were fair priced. Ivan went above and provided great customer service through the entire process. We can’t wait to hire him again to do more landscaping in the future.

I have used Victor's Landscaping for a couple of years now, and every time I need their services they do an excellent job!! They are always so organized and their customer service is on point! The maintenance crew is very fast and leave my yard looking great. Highly recommended them.

Desert Garden what a great job you guys do everytime! I've had two other landscaping companies neighbors referred, found these guys and don't regret my decision from parting with neighbors. ? Everytime they leave I just love the way my front and backyard look. I love pulling up to a neat yard... especially, when your neighbors trees are so messy. Thank you Desert Garden Lawn Care. The best landscapers in Phoenix by far! The owner Luis gave us a first class experience from start to end.Great communication throughout the whole process. He explained in detail exactly what I was paying for.I've worked with quite a few landscapers on our back and front. The work turned out okay, but nothing to yelp about. Fili was the leader of the crew that worked on our front. He trimmed two large trees. He was able to teach me exactly what I needed to know to keep both trees maintained. I also showed him a couple of trees in the back and from there he recommended what I needed to do once the monsoons started to keep them alive. I will continue to use Botanist of the Valley with any landscaping job as well as recommend them to my family and friends. A great local business!

Extremely unprofessional, I don't know how they stay in business. I suspect they stole from my house and didn't call me before they came. I had to call the police on these people. Anyone saying otherwise is an obvious employee or friend.

Lazy workers

Absolute most incompetent landscape company I've ever had the displeasure of unfortunately dealing with. What this company needs is someone who can train in the art of power sweeping with backpack blowers. Every Tuesday like clockwork, I as a residential owner of a condominium property go from a nice clean patio and instantly when the guy(s) with the blowers pass by... BOOM! Dirt, debris, trash, rocks, gravel, leaves you name it everywhere! Time after time I have even caught the men and had them to clean off what mess they have created on my patio, and asked they not blow everything under the gates of our units...In one ear and out the other. Asides from leaving personal space a mess? Vehicles in the lot are finely coated with a thick layer of dirt looking like the worst of haboobs has hit... Unacceptable! Leave landscaping to the professionals and NOT these guys!
