I am very pleased with the service we received from Hobaica.
Ronnie was such a tremendous help during the entire process. Not only did he provide great customer service but he also went above and beyond to help me understand what exactly was going on with our unit, explained the warranty coverage, future maintenance for the unit and the options available to get the unit serviced. He was also able to get a technician to come to our house right away.
Ryan was the technician who came out and he too was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and patient. He made a few adjustments to the unit and provided a very thorough explanation of the work he completed as well as next steps.

I am beyond grateful for Ronnie, Ryan and the Hobaica team. It is very rare to find this level of customer service anymore and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!

From day one when Simon came out to do estimate on new HVAC installation and Sergio did installing everything was smooth. Simon was very polite,professional and knowledgeable. Helped us make our decision easier. He made sure that they do job ASAP before holidays even it was very busy month for the company(December). Sergio did great job,explained all things that he has done and stayed very late to make sure that everything is done. All i can say is God bless you and we'll be definitely recommending Hobaica to friends and family.

We have used Hobaica since my oldest son has been in high school with Andy. about 15 years. We bought a brand new Bosch air conditioner through them and found out about 2+ years later that the unit we bought had a defect and wouldn't keep the pressure in the cooling system. Bosch said they are working on the issue and will replace our unit once the new and improved one is available. To make a long story short. Hobaica kept us cold and comfortable throughout the whole ordeal. Coming out it seemed like every 3-4 days to keep the coolant pressure up and keeping us cool. They did not have to do this. They could have said you out of luck and we cant come out all those times, but they did. over and over and over and over. I will NEVER use another air conditioning company. The whole Hobaica staff was professional and courteous and i would recommend them to EVERYONE. Good job guys and we really appreciate all the hard work you have done for my home and family. My husband and I recently purchased a home and wanted our A/C unit inspected more thoroughly. Outstanding customer service when scheduling our appointment, great rates for first time customers and our technician, Dylan, was so knowledgeable and really explained the ins and outs of our system. He was on time and very professional. I cannot recommend Hobaica Services enough and I look forward to continuing to work with them as needed!

UPDATE: Aaron and Travis were back to finish the job today and did excellent work. They've been out to my property multiple times in the past month and are always excellent in their service. Hobaica has always sent skilled, professional, kind workers and they have been great about fitting my very limited scheduling windows. Thank you!

Previous Review: They were unable to complete the repair today but were very professional through the process, trouble-shooting many possible solutions and keeping me informed, and staying for many hours trying to solve the problem. They will return at another date with additional tools and materials to complete the job. Their extra effort above and beyond expectations is very appreciated.

Grayson did a fantastic job for us. He was also accompanied by a second tech who was just as good. They were both professional, complete, and did not waste time. They also did not try to up-sell like most AC companies. They provided exactly what we needed. Great job. We have purchased two AC units from Hobaica in the past and the company is fantastic overall.

I had an excellent experience with Hobaica last summer when my AC went out. They did a fantastic job explaining my options and eventually installing a new machine, so today I called them for a plumbing issue - a suspected leak. Travis Vonau did a great job communicating what the problem was and fixing it quickly... but then he went above and beyond and took a few minutes to check out (and fix) an electrical concern I had. Amazing service!

We have used Hobaica for the last 12 years with the installation of a new AC unit. We continued with twice yearly checkups to insure the unit stays in tip-top shape. Our service technician, Justin, does an amazing job evaluating any potential problems to insure we will not experience any breakdowns. He is always on time, professional and extremely nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend Justin and the Hobaica team!

The electrician, Justin Driver was fantastic. We had a fairly complicated issue and he diligently worked the issue to full resolution over the course of 3 visits. He was always on time, very friendly and professional on every visit and even helped my move a heavy bed away from a wall for outlet access. I would highly recommend Hobaica and Justin if you have electrical issues in your home.

Ivan and Tristan showed up on time to install our new A/C unit including thermostat. They laid down matting to make sure there was no mess left behind from coming from outside to upstairs as they installed everything. They even wore shoe booties. I was blown away at that. They vacuumed when they left. You couldn’t even tell they were there when they left. They were very professional, kind and respectful. The new system works great! It’s so quiet! I went from a single step to a variable.

Andy came out initially to assess our system and he was so thorough on educating my husband. This is how good he was a educating and pricing. My husband warned me ahead of time that we were not going to purchase an air-conditioning unit. That we had to wait until he left so we could discuss it. Andy came in and showed him on his handy computer. The difference between the unit types, and then gave us a price that was substantially lower than my husband had already pre-priced them at my husband, and then said, “how do we sign and proceed?”. I gave my husband a look as I recalled his warning to me. LOL! That said, the Hobaica prIce was much less. I like-a my Hobaica!

Emergency call for Utility drains and washer backing up. Professional dispatch and care to get same-day service. Service arrived within the hour!
Technician;-Travis V. was fantastic. Great communication skills keeping me looped in on service, costs, and next steps as he diagnosed where clogs were. Very thorough to make sure fix did not push clog deeper into house plumbing. Hobaica and Travis V. are top-notch and and a rarity. Highly recommend.

I booked a maintenance appointment online which was easy. Because I had a free service coupon I called to make sure it would be valid. Daniel confirmed that it was and to present it to the technician. I received a confirming email, on Saturday I got a text and picture of Alex Beltz who was my tech. He called to give me a heads up that he would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. He went over my roof top heat pump, took pictures and sent me a detailed accounting of the service. He was professional and efficient and I appreciate the excellent service I receive from Hobaica Services from online to in person.

This was my first-time using Hobaica Services. River - the service tech - did a good and thorough check-up on my HVAC system for a very reasonable price. But, I am not sure if the suggestion to replace my Capacitor is actually valid as I just had it replaced only about 7 months ago by my regular AC repair place last year. And the price I was quoted to replace it was way, way too high compared to what I paid last Summer to my regular AC company. I would suggest that other quotes be obtained from other AC places before going with Hobaica.

We chose Hobaica Services to install our new HVAC system after getting several quotes. The combination of friendliness, thoroughness and price convinced us and we were not disappointed. Tristan and Ivan were on time, very friendly, efficient and installed everything correctly. Seemingly little things that could have added up, like a new scuttle and replacement cold air returns were included. We are very happy with our new system and are eager to feel the difference this summer!

After a couple not so awesome experiences with other AC guys Travis V showed up and took care of business.
It’s important to have a great AC maintenance person in Phoenix. He took care of my house and my business.

I've been using Hobaica for years and they have always taken care of us. Just had my 2 heat pumps units semi annual maintenance and Grayson the tech doing the work was amazingly professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Really appreciated the work he did.

Update -- Aug 24, 2022. Last month, the softener shut-off valve sprang a leak. It was a bad one, appearing to spray strongly from the intake connection to that valve assembly. Luckily, the Hobaica after-hours tech Ian verbally walked me through disconnecting the system altogether until the unit could be troubleshooted. Our house no longer had soft water for about a month until a new part was sent by Rheem, the manufacturer. Hobaica at the time offered to replace the valve for the $69 house call when the part came in, which it finally did last week. Upon calling them, they no longer honored that offer. Luckily, a plumber friend came over yesterday and reinstalled the new part and the softener is working perfectly. He even discovered why the original failed: a simple O-ring had been poorly installed in the initial installation, pinched by the assembly, and ultimately failed catastrophically. I mentioned earlier that Hobaica is Phoenix’s most accountable plumbing + heating + AC company, but now I am changing my impression. While professional, they are always quoting prices that are 150% higher than the going rate, and I typically get 4-6 quotes. I previously mentioned Travis Vanau as one of the best professionals in plumbing, but I have now had a change of heart. Yes, sometimes you have to pay more for higher quality, but if the workmanship fails in the first year, what does that say about quality? I'm a loyal customer, having Hobaica install our new AC and heating system, and several other projects. Not once have they thanked me for the review I gave last year which resulted in 4000+ positive reviews. And now that I have had an issue with their work, and the challenge of getting it addressed, I'm reconsidering my positive review. Please be extra cautious in hiring this company.

I had my AC looked at for routine inspection and Alexander Beltz was the technician. He was professional and got the job well done. Even helped me out with their membership maintenance plan to help lower cost of repair and gave a lot of great advice since my AC unit is really old, highly recommend them!

Alex was our tech. He was very knowledgeable. He only suggested what we really needed. He wasn’t pushy. I like that he took video of our AC unit while he was testing the capacitor. He also showed us the video after her replaced it. Would absolutely recommend.

I signed up for Hobaica's free home inspection for electrical and plumbing for my Mom's park model in ViewPoint Resort. Ian was on time, efficient and very personable. He found one of our hot water tanks was leaking and confirmed what I had called about, replacing an outdoor electrical outlet and fixing the light switch in our shed. We received a quote and were scheduled in a few days to have the work done.

Ian and Arron were a great team to watch. They worked first to drain and remove the old hot water tank and connections, then installed the new tank with all new connections, including a connection to drain the tank (if necessary in the future). I was also happy to have the outdoor electrical outlet and light switch in the shed fixed. That evening the porch lamp came on with the timer and I had the first shower from the new hot water tank. Thank you, Ian and Arron!

This was the first time we used Hobaica and I was impressed by the quality of the work and the people I communicated with throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

I thought I’d try Hobaica because I needed work done quickly. Neighbors had said that they are not the cheapest, but they’re honest and reputable. I had a technician out to connect a gas dryer. He quoted me $260 but told me I should call Southwest gas first because there was a problem with the valve on the main, outdoor meter. When the Southwest Gas technician came, she said she didn’t know what he was talking about, that there was no need for him to be dealing my meter anyway, and she connected my gas dryer for free. Her jaw dropped when I told her how much the Hobaica tech had quoted me. So maybe other folks I’ve had good experiences but this was mine.

Scott and Sam came out to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. Unlike other plumbers we've tried, there was no BS whatsoever. They ran the camera and showed me the build-up in the pipe. Then they ran the snake and cleared the drain pipe. Very professional! I would highly recommend them, and will definitely use their services again. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

We had Justin from Hobaica's out this morning for our AC bi-yearly service. This young man has been providing our service check up for years and we just wanted to say what a great job he does. He's always on time, polite and is straight forward in answering all our questions. We always look forward to his visits. He is definitely an asset to the company. The folks at Hobica are awesome. I’m so glad we used them when we replaced our air conditioner several years ago. Steve was able to troubleshoot a wiring issue in original wiring from when the house was built that was causing problems with the thermostat. He was able to save us several hundred dollars on the special type of thermostat needed for our system. Thanks again and we will ALWAYS use Hobica in the future.

I was very appreciative of Binh’s work expertise and speed. He identified the issue quickly, was willing to take time to share what the issue was with me and explain all of Hobaica’s services. He’s also been with them for 15 years and that is also rare these days. Thankful for the professional attitude from call, to scheduling to the expert who responded.

We have used Hobaica for several issues with our HVAC system. The most recent call was for a plumbing issue. We have been so satisfied with their service, professionalism, responsiveness, quality of their personnel, that we called them for plumbing. Simultaneously, we developed another HVAC issue. The technician, Scott, did a fantastic job of diagnosing, and solving, our HVAC and plumbing issues...in the same call!! He and I talked frequently as he went through his process and he was so well versed in both services. The ultimate resolutions to our issues, in my opinion, will come at a decent price as well. great job Scott and Hobaica!

Travis and Dillan were out this morning, right on time, to repair our basement sump pump. It’s not easy to find plumbers who are familiar with sump pumps in the valley, so it was a huge relief when Travis came out earlier in the week and quickly found the problem, ordered a new motor, and scheduled a time to come back and install. The guys were fast, friendly, and professional the entire time they were here. They left the area they worked on clean and tidy. I’m so happy to have functional plumbing in our basement again, just in time for holiday houseguests.

He called prior to let me know an E.T.A. and when he arrived I explained my situation and in no time he was able to confirm what we thought our issue was and that was a bad thermostat. Dylan is a great tech and service provider. He is friendly, professional, and punctual. He's been to my house a couple of times, once during the summer heat at 115 deg plus..He filled my refrigerant and it really helped during that heat wave. I have been with Hobaica's for over 20 years and never disappointed!

Had a new AC and thermostat installed three months ago by Hobaica. The thermostat stopped working, however, I received a notice from the thermostat manufacturer that the cause was a failed firmware update. The manufacturer was unable to assist, or explain the problem, and told us to call Hobaica for warranty replacement.

I called Hobaica and Grayson came within hours. Turns out, no need for replacement - just a “reset” at the AC unit! He even stayed to ensure it was working properly and cycled through. My house is now comfortably cool. Thanks for the great customer service Grayson! And standing behind your warranty Hobaica!

Hobaica tech Binh provided excellent service. He was informative, efficient and professional. While out for regular maintenance service for my HVAC unit, he identified a mechanical problem with the motor on one of my AC units, explained it detail not only what it was but the most likely cause of its failure. I opted to replace the motor not based on high pressure sales like other companies do but rather based on the quality of the information provided. Thank you Binh!

On Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Hobaica Team: Ian Flood and his assistant came to our home to replace compressor which was no longer functioning and resulted in lack of heat and air conditioning functions. They were observant, professional, and provided detailed information on what they were going to do to resolve the problem. Ian let us know that it would take most of the day to resolve issue and if we had any questions along the way just let him and his assistant know. Throughout the day Ian kept us posted on their progress. Once installation was complete Ian explained what was accomplished and provided additional instructions relative to new compressor and zone thermostat! We want to say a Big Thank You for Ian Flood and His Assistant for making our home a happy home once again:) You both Rock!

Hobaica replaced a failed Hot Water Heater for us. Travis Vonau came out and installed a new unit in a clean and professional manner. He arrived on time as promised. Couldn’t be happier with his service. Would highly recommend.

I am delighted to share my experience with Hobaica Services and it is with much enthusiasm I write this review.

Stumbling upon Hobaica Services yesterday morning as they were servicing my neighbor’s home, I strolled across to learn what the neighbors thought about their plumbing/heating company. It was an unfortunate providence that this very morning my own hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded the room. Although I had already contacted my regular company for service, I was searching to change provider as, after a thirty-year relationship, I had grown weary of their shoddy work and over-aggressive upselling. I had been looking for a new service company for several years but procrastinated. Perhaps this was an opportunity to make a change.

Upon hearing my troubles, the Hobaica HVAC technician, Donovan, indicated he was eager to help but he was not a licensed plumber. Donavan encouraged me to contact the Hobaica office and they could dispatch a specialist. I decided that I would continue forward with my heritage provider, but a while later another Hobaica truck arrived. This man was the field supervisor, Simon, who generously offered to take a look and assess my problems free of charge.

Simon quickly surmised what was wrong but did not push changing course, knowing I had a competitor arriving a few hours later. Sensing honest character and acute knowledge, I asked for a bid. I quizzed him about the product as I am picky about having only quality American-made appliances and gear. Feeling confident Hobaica could pull off the job, I canceled the previous service provider.

Not much time passed when ace technician, Travis Vonau, arrived. Let me tell you something: This fellow is amazing! Full of good cheer and an obvious love for his industry, he also exemplified that kind of guy you want working on your home. He has the look and confidence homeowners are looking for when we are suffering duress. He comes armed with the finest tools and quickly gets to work. Being a technician myself I like to study these types. Not only is he a hard worker and a textbook example of an experience tradesman, but he is also fun to work with. He had many good ideas and cleaned up the overall water flow and surrounding water pipes. Travis’s cleanliness and attention to perfect symmetry inspired me to do other projects around the house to make it look better.

But that is not the end. Next, Luis arrived on the scene with the new water heater. I joked that although I encountered so far three good people, however this arrival of the delivery man will show if Hobaica is consistent in hiring practices throughout the organization. I was not surprised to see Luis is typical of others who work there: nice truck, serious yet friendly, a true happy go lucky “let’s-get-it-done” type.

Speaking of trucks. Between my neighbor’s project and my own, we had a half dozen Hobaica trucks on our street that day. We are thinking of renaming Saint John Road to Hobaica Boulevard.

My only regret about Hobaica Services is that I’d not met them sooner.

Scott K did a great job finding issues that needed repair. He also helped with deciding what maintenance issues could be appropriately left for another time. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to get to our place. Five stars!

Scott D. Came to my house to check the dryer vent on the roof. He was on time, polite and very respectful. He explained the process to have the vent cleaned and the other vents in the house. I was not rushed through, he took his time and explained other services Hobaica offers. I am looking forward to having the ducts cleaned and a long relationship with Scott D and Hobaica. 5 stars for Scott.
12/16 came today to install uv light on hvac system. Clean. Professional and answered all my questions. Looking forward to a good relationship with Hobaica.

Alex was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Figured out, what was a minor issue and then performed a very thorough and professional maintenance check. Video with narration of his work was very informative.

Senior citizens beware of this company. They charged my elderly mother over $1,300 to replace a thermostat! They installed the most expensive option without consulting her. She doesn’t even have WIFI in her home and yet they installed the technically advanced unit that my mom will never use.The technician was rude, didn’t even try to attempt to communicate with my mom on how to use the thermostat. The technician had a new trainee that he pretty much ignored. The trainee was very nice and at least spoke to my mom.

Mike (One Of The Owners) reached out to me personally to discuss my mom’s experience. It was determined that there was a miscommunication, mostly on our end. The HVAC system my mom has requires a specific thermostat. No others are compatible. The Technician installed the least most expensive unit based on my mom’s lack of WIFI and ability to use thermostat. The Technician programmed the unit to be as user friendly as possibly. The Technician attempted to contact me but had an incorrect number, which we updated. We are very comfortable moving forward with the Hobaica Team!

Grayson Vu did routine maintenance on our HVAC unit and checked out a couple of HVAC issues that were listed in our home inspection report. He gave us his professional, honest opinion on whether or not we should perform the work and as a result, saved us from paying for something we didn't need. He was friendly, professional, personable and did a great job. Additionally, he has a very cool name.

Today12/29, we had Travis Vonau assigned to our house call for a sink spout issue. Within a few minutes he had it diagnosed and operational. This wasn’t our first time having Travis assigned to a repair at our place. We have had Travis assigned to a filter replacement for our RO system about a year ago. Again speedy diag and replacement and we were back in business. We highly recommend Travis for any and all repairs. Great guy with a great attitude. Thank you again Travis!

We had Scott and Sam out to evaluate and replace our water heater. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get our new water heater installed in no time. They were very professional and I would work with them again anytime!

The service technician (Justin Driver) effectively diagnosed the problem and offered several ways to correct the condition. The repairs were then completed in an efficient, effective and professional manner. We were very satisfied.

After calling many companies to get estimates, I called Hobaica. Melissa provided me with top notch customer service and answered all of my questions. They sent Grayson out that same day to do a diagnostic check of my AC unit. Of the 18 companies I called, Hobaica gave me the best rate. After the part came in, Grayson came back the following week to fix my unit. It was nice to have the same tech for the entire job...Grayson was professional and meticulous about his work and I appreciated the strong communication I had with this company...would 100% recommend Hobaica!

My first interaction with Hobaica has been very positve. I needed a quick and thorough inspection of an HVAC system for a property I have under contract. Tim was professional and quickly assessed the condition and required repairs. Great service.

He even went above and beyond and took my recycling bin in from the street for me… little things that go a long way. Jared was also a great help throughout this whole process. I've worked with 5-7 HVAC companies in the Phoenix area in the past 12 years, and I'm most happy with Hobaica Services. Travis Vonau did a great job with fixing our AC unit! I kinda freaked out Tuesday night when the AC went down, called Hobaica Wednesday morning, they were here in a few hours and fixed the problem. They even had to secure a special part to finish the job and came back the next day to fully finish the work.

Furthermore, I don't typically trust a lot of contractors doing general maintenance on the house as there pricing seems questionable. I completely trusted Travis with his consultative approach and ended up signing up for a yearly membership.

Finally, I couldn't believe their communication. Typically, I feel like I need to follow up with contractors to make sure they are truly coming when they say. Hobaica sends a text, the tech calls and I got an email. When the job was done, they sent an email right away with a breakdown of the invoice and pictures of the work that was done.

I was truly impressed with Hobaica and will definitely be using them again for any HVAC and plumbing work in the future.

Travis used a camera to check for a blockage or collapsed bathtub drain pipe which was below ground level. The camera stopped at a certain point and he wasn’t totally convinced it was a collapsed pipe. He wanted to try the air snake in the tub drain. It was 100% successful and the tub now drains great! Thank you Travis and Hobaica!! Merry Christmas!!

Binh arrived on time for the yearly AC service. My AC units are on the roof and he recorded the concerns on his phone and then played it for me. This allowed me to ask questions and Binh provided great information. I appreciate the time he took to walk me through some of the steps on the thermostat. Overall, a great experience. I scheduled an appointment with this business to hook up electrical to a heat pump for our pool about a week ago. Gave them very specific details about the work and made sure they serviced the area I was in which is Queen Creek. Work is probably an hour for a decent electrician. Even received a confirmation of my appointment yesterday which I confirmed. Today I received a phone call from this company stating they do not service my area on the day of my appointment. Not that they couldn't make it out but they don't service the area at all despite their website specifically saying they service Queen Creek. The same area I made sure they serviced a week ago when I made the appointment as I've had this happen before. No effort made to maybe get somebody out or reschedule. Just a big giant FU. Lost a week waiting for this appointment when I could have went with someone else. Terrible customer service.

Hobaica just quoted us $5300 for the installation of a Tesla wall charger. We have 3 electrical panels all on the side of the house where we will be parking. For some context we rewired our entire 1950’s home when we moved in for about $2k less than this quote. Silver lining, the pictures they provided us have been helpful for securing other quotes around the $1500-$2000 dollars. I know this is a service company and they do not specialize in EV Charger installation. That said, I would have expected their quote to be similar and not over 3x the other 3 we have received.

Was able to get an appointment for annual maintenance in just a few days. Donovan Rodgers was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was finished in a timely manner.

We needed to replace The hot water heater at our restaurant. After caIling around to other plumbing companies who refused to give me a quote over the phone. I called Ronnie at Hobaica Services. After sending him pictures, he called me back 10mins later with a quote to install a new one. His crew came out the next morning, installed the Water Heater at the price he quoted and we were back up and running for service that night. Great price, great service, great company.

Well, I called into hobaica to have my ac serviced on my home I just moved into, to make sure everything is running well.
The service person I spoke to on the phone was a very friendly gentleman. I felt I was going to receive great customer service.
The service man who came out to check my ac went out side and checked my thermostat. Then went into my attic . He was up there for a bit. And then came down and told us about how we will need to replace our blower, gave us a quote of 745.00 dollars , then tells us , I know we are expensive so you can probly get the part from Grainger cheaper and find some one to install it for you .
My husband realized after he had left our blower would not turn off at all. So I called my brother in law in California who does ac. And he tells me to go in the attic and call him on video . Where he begins to tell me that the man they sent out switched the wires on my blower so that it would constantly stay on and not shut off..
I can't believe someone would do this to a family.
Especially after telling the service agent on the phone how we are military and he told me the Owner was military as well. I thought we would get honest customer service ..

Being pro-active, we decided to replace our 16 year old AC unit in Nov., 2022. Having used Hobaica Services for general AC maintenance for the past several years, we were comfortable going with Hobaica for the purchase and installation. The entire experience was just what we expected. The pricing was competitive, installation was on time, efficient and professional. Sergio and Tristan were competent, communicative and friendly installers. Nothing better doing business with a family-run business whose primary goal is customer satisfaction!

It's never fun to have to get an entirely brand new air conditioning unit. It's expensive and trying to price shop and find the right service people to handle the job is a pain!

HOWEVER, the team at Hobaica made the entire experience so easy!! It started with our sales person Jarred, who educated us on the right type of unit for our home and got us the best price compared to other companies.

Then...when the installers showed up, they were on time, completely professional, efficient and CLEAN!! This was not an easy job and they were impeccable in the way they left everything. It was extremely difficult to access the unit in our attic, but they did it perfectly.

We just bought a home that was built in the 60s and we wanted a bit of work done, including new vents, servicing air roof AC unit, and a few other things. Simon and Steve came out to look at the house, and were super nice and informative the whole time they were there. Barely a week later and Steve came to do all the work and was able to get everything going quick. I would definitely use them again when I need something else done.

Ryan Waters was the technician and he did a great job. He provided advice on the best filter to use and then proceeded to check out my system. When he discovered a serious leak he provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done and suggested the most cost efficient method of repairing it. It was a very good experience.

Last year we called to have an hvac unit installed, the gentleman that came out to discuss what we needed was very professional and knowledgeable about all Hobaica systems and even maintenance programs, he actually talked us into an installation as well as an annual maintenance program. The men that came out to install it were efficient and very professional as well. I don’t recall all their names but they did a great job! I recently called back to discuss renewing our annual plan and spoke with Jasmine. What a wonderful asset you have with her. Not only was Jasmine able to help with that but was able to schedule a maintenance visit for the unit that was installed and discussed the importance of having our water heater flushed, which she scheduled for us as well. I asked if she could email the information and dates of the appointments as i didn’t have pen and paper handy. She followed up with a very detailed email with all the information and dates that we had discussed. Kudos to her for remembering every detail. Definitely have had positive experiences with every employee that we have worked with it spoken to. Highly recommend this company!

Water heater replacement. When I called they were very clear about my options. They let us know when Scott was on the way. He was very helpful and explained what he was doing and some options that we had. He also checked the water to make sure our water softener was working correctly. Travis showed up after he called and said he could be at our house earlier. He arrived 20 minutes later and was 4 hours earlier than we were initially told.

He listened to our concerns and then went into our attic (108 outside) twice to adjust the duct work then went outside and added refrigerant to the system. Quick, friendly service.

Scott Koches was the technician who diagnosed our upper unit. For consistency, Hobaica sent him back to fix the worn out parts (from what they described, it may prove challenging to replace). Scott & his assistant made it seem effortless! They fixed the AC unit & now it’s running so quietly like new! Scott also shared that he is furthering his knowledge about his trade by going to school to learn more. THAT is what impressed us the most! Good on you, Scott! Had a new Lennox heat pump system installed to replace a 15-year-old system in our home (which was also installed by Hobaica). Hobaica technician Travis Vonau told us he had noted water leakage in the air handler's pan, but was unsure as to a particular cause. So, although our old system was still working, it was showing signs of unreliability and age. We decided to replace the unit now to avoid both future problems and an energy-standard-related A/C price increase in 2023. Technicians Ivan Pacheco and Tristan Burke installed our new system quickly and professionally and, so far, the unit is working very well! Plus, our Hobaica rep, Jared, kept in touch with us before, during and after the install. Great people and service, highly recommend!

Our 1 year old A/C unit went out recently. I called Hobaica on Sunday afternoon and they sent out technician Ryan Waters first things Monday morning. Mr. Ryan is a very knowledgeable man who took the time to not only explain the problem, he respectfully put on shoe covers before coming in and out of the house, repaired the issue and courteously washed the coils but also sent us a video showing us how to wash the coils every so often to help the A/C units longevity and working capacity. This is a family run business That I have utilized on multiple occasions. Although I had to have a very expensive HVAC repair performed, I expected something major, as the unit was almost 15 years old. The variable speed blower motor had gone out. They had to order one shipped from Texas. Luckily I was able to continue using my other units until this one could be repaired, four business days later. Grayson, the technician was excellent! He let me know everything that was going on, when the new motor would arrive, when the final repair repair would be completed, what the status of my unit was upon completion. They stuck to the schedule and completed the repair in a professional and timely fashion.

I received an estimate of $2530.00 to replace the faucet fixtures in two bathrooms. that did not include parts and would leave us with two walls to repair. We were told because the parts were old, no replacements were available. The technician tried for an hour to remove faucet valve
A handyman/ plumber came the next day and removed the four Pfister valves, went to Ace hardware, bought new valves and replaced the four valves in the two bathrooms. Job took him one hour and 15 mins. He charged me $ 200., that’s two hundred dollars. That’s a difference of $ 2330.00.
You make the call as if these are competent, honest people.

Grayson was professional and answered all my questions. When he learned my HVAC had been not working for 3 days, he pushed hard to get my outdoor fan motor part the next day and came and installed it one day earlier than expected. I am very grateful for the good customer service I received. Also, the office checked and found my unit was still under warranty, and it saved me hundreds of dollars.

Absolutely outstanding! Our AC unit was not operating correctly and we called Hobaica as per a recommendation. The service tech, Scott Dale, visited us today, and his service and repairs were fantastic. He fully explained the situation with pictures, gave us his recommendations, which did include replacing the unit (it is 12 years old), but it was not pushed at us at all.

He let us know that our capacitor was leaking, but working at manufacturing specs and that all other parts of our AC system were running well. So he gave us several options on what we could do along with all the possible warranties, and we decided to go with one of his recommendations. Scott replaced our capacitor, showed pictures of the replacement, recommended we clean our filter, and we are all set to go!!

My 'five star' experience started when Andy Hobaica quickly diagnosed a cooling issue we had for years that no other AC company cared to fully investigate and figure out. We actually had a design issue with our cooling ducts. The quote was competitive, so we selected Hobaica. The install quickly followed where Ethan and Ivan did a phenomenal job installing my two AC units. Everyone went above and beyond at Hobaica Services--it must part of their company culture. We have used Hobaica a couple of times in the past, and were very pleased with the quality of work done. Our AC unit went out and we called them on a Sunday. They were great at calling me back but the technician said he was the only one working and no one could come out. It's Phoenix and such a large and reputable company has only one technician for emergencies? I called another company and they came out within an hour and did such a great job; I don't think we will be using Hobaica again.

I contacted Hobaica for help provide hot water more rapidly to bathrooms and kitchen. Their website has a nice video to explain a “flash hot water” system. From the first call to the office everyone was professional and welcoming. Tom was sent to our home to evaluate and estimate the situation. Both he and electrician Amer did the actual installation. All work was done on time, as promised and no mess.
Amer did additional evaluation of our electrical system and the voltage of the bathroom appliances such as a hair dryer & portable heater. He carefully explained how these appliances were causing overloaded circuits.

Hobaica said the tech would arrive between 12p-4p and he arrived right at 12pm with a 30 minute warning. I was thrilled to see it was Scott Dale who showed up! He was super friendly, helpful and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the problem was outside of his control and I am now waiting on the manufacturer Bosch. Scott gave me advice on what to do in the meantime to ensure I am comfortable while I wait for the manufacturer to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Hobaica to anyone looking for a new HVAC. When I had the unit installed 2 years ago, I shopped around and now I know I made the right choice!

I have been a Hobaica customer for many years, first with a new a/c system installation and subsequently with their twice yearly maintenance contract. I have found them to be reliable and honest in their dealings.
For the past several years, my regular technician has been Tom, who is always on time, courteous and helpful However, last week he went way above and beyond helpful by cleaning leaves and debris out of my gutters while he was on the roof servicing the a/c unit. This is by no means within his job responsible;otoes bit he cheerfully took care of it, and while it may have been no big deal to him, it was very much appreciated by me.

This is the second time we have used Hobaica Services and, again, it was a great experience. The thermostat went out on or Lennox unit and they sent Amer Khudher out to fix it for us. Unfortunately we had to replace it. But we could not be happier with Amer's professional work! He was on time, and polite, and very knowledgeable about our system. He replaced the thermostat and all is good again! We will continue to use Hobaica Services from now on! They are honest and dependable! Thank you all at Hobaica for your great service!!!

A few years ago I installed 2 high-efficiency HVAC systems in my home with super efficient Merv 16 filters. I purchased the high end filters because I have allergies. What I did not realize though is that they would be kind of expensive to replace and hard to get locally. I found the specific filters that I need for my systems on her Hobaica's website. Even though I am in North Carolina they shipped them to me. I ordered them on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. The order and tracking information was great. It was just like buying from Amazon. I was able to use a coupon code and even sign up for additional savings by signing up for auto shipping. I will now receive these two filters every six months. One less thing to worry about. I just wish they would drive 2.,000 miles to install them in my attic and crawlspace. I really lika Hobaica!

Despite a little miscommunication on our part, Travis was amazing with finishing the toilet and shutoff water valves install despite the extra time it took. He was timely with his arrival for the estimate and the install. I would not hesitate to recommend Hobaica Plumbing services.

Well, now I'm not sure, while dealing with a pigeon problem, just had that tech come to check the nets. The net have been ripped, broken, & pigeons were able to get back in.

John Miranda was my Technician. He was able to resolve my issues very quickly and efficiently. My old AC in my new house had a couple quirks from a less than stellar install. John was able to fix everything that I couldn't. I will be using Hobacia Services for all my yearly checkups on AC. highly reccomend.

Amer was quick and knowledgeable. He identified the issue I was having after a brief diagnostic, repaired it, and was on his way, all within 15 minutes. Everything was easily affordable, which helps me a lot, as a student. Would certainly recommend him in particular, for the expertise, professionalism, and excellent communication.

He showed up exactly when he said he would and completed the work on time. The truck was clean and organized. Steve used shoe coverings to avoid getting dirt on the floor. 08/25/2021 Amer Khudher just replaced 2 ceiling fans for us. He came last week to look at the job and provide a price. He came back this morning and did a wonderful job. I know it's not rocket science, but one of the old fans had a bulb broken off in a socket and we needed someone who could handle the power as well as the physical install. We continue to be pleased with all Hobaica service people. Great company staffed by great people.

07/03/2021 Travis Vanau helped save our July 4 holiday. The problem was a clogged condensation line on our master bedroom AC system, but there wasn't any way to know that when the only symptom was a completely dead system. He had us up and running very quickly and even checked the AC system line at the other end of the house. The fact that the solution was simple only adds to the comfort we will enjoy for the rest of the holiday weekend. Thanks to Travis.

Brandon installed a valve in a gas line to our firepit so we could shut off the gas while some work was done in that area of the backyard. It wasn't cheap, but it was done quickly, efficiently, and safely. Brandon was very friendly and helpful, too. The work in the yard can now get started without fear of a gas leak or other emergency.

05/21/2021 Jacey M moved an electrical outlet in our backyard to accommodate the new bbq location. Very well done and we are sure it meets code. Best to work with professionals and Hobaica is certainly one of those.

Brandon was back to unclog the kitchen sink drain. He gave a good assessment of the problem and provided a couple of options for work to be done. We took his advice and things are much better. If this step doesn't provide a long-term solution we know what needs to happen next and we will call him back. We are very satisfied.

Service person arrived as scheduled.He was very polite and professional,went straight to work. Found problem that needed to be taken care of and showed me a photo of problem and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. His name was Travis Vonau and I would highly recommend him.

Dylan was our technician for our AC maintenance. He was professional, polite, well mannered and informed us of everything he was going to be doing. Very pleased he will be our technician twice a year to keep our system in shape. Highly recommend.

When our water heater died, we called Hobaica had absolutely fantastic service throughout the entire process of replacement. Our initial contact was with Melissa, who took all the information and was incredibly thorough and detail oriented. She was incredibly helpful and is clearly a people-person! Scott D. was our service rep; he called 20 minutes before he arrived and arrived well within the service window. He did fantastic work and was cheerful to boot, even though he was replacing a water heater in a 108- degree outdoor structure. He made sure I knew how to set the pilot and he cleaned everything up before he left. Fantastic, prompt, and courteous service. Five stars and won't call anyone else in the future!

We just had two new AC systems installed in our home after our old ones were done. Not a pleasant surprise. We got six estimates and went with Hobaica. We chose them because they had a solid reputation, very fair in pricing and had equipment in stock. They told us two weeks, but surprised us with one week early installation. Ivan and Troy were our installers. They arrived on time and installed both units in about 8 hours. They worked nonstop. Very professional and we even talked and laughed at the end of the installation. Highly recommend.

Dylan came to do my gold VIP bi-annual maintenance check up. He went above and beyond being prepared knowing and with a follow up to a pan and drainage issue from last time. He also spent time making sure the heating component was ready for the winter. Dylan recommended a few repairs to my 6 year a/c unit and did not push me to purchase them at that time. I appreciated him making me aware of the capacitor and another part that will need to be fixed. I appreciate his honesty and upkeep to my system.

Been a customer for 8 years. Paid the stupid monthly that covered 2 visits per year. On the last visit, the tech told me the AC was the best it had ever looked. 2 weeks later, my AC broke and my paltry silver status was not enough to get a tech out immediately. I found another business that could come out right away. He found 2 different leaks that had to have been there 2 weeks prior based in markings on the coil. Hobaica really missed the boat on this one, and a loyal customer.

WHEN I GOT THE BILL I WAS SHOCKED; THEY CHARGED ME $223.69 PLUS $69 TRIP CHARGE FOR A TOTAL OF $292.69 JUST TO REPLACE A FRICKEN FLUSH LEVER WORTH $2.99. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL, I ASKED TO HAVE THE GUTS INSIDE MY OTHER TOILET TANK TO BE REPLACED (SHOULD TAKE 40 minutes) AND THEY QUOTED ME OVER $500 ! LIKE I SAID, WHAT A RIPOFF. I'VE USED THEM BEFORE BUT WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN (EVEN THOUGH THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT!). SENIORS BEWARE, THEY THINK THEY HAVE YOU OVER A BARREL.... JUST TELL THEM TO TAKE A HIKE AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

Another excellent experience with Hobaica and their technician Justin. I have been with Hobaica for many years and Justin has been my tech for several years. He is competent, punctual, and communicative. I appreciate this company's biannual inspection plan and that my Hobaica installed equipment passes every time.

Technician Ryan Waters called in advance to say he was on the way. He was very courteous and professional. He replaced the wax seal and water supply valve on a toilet. He did a thorough cleanup after the job.

You will ask them multiple times to be taken off their mailing list, they will say ok and then ignore you and keep sending junk. Then they will start sending junk emails to you.

We had some hot rooms in our home and wanted to have them fixed for the longest time, but we were afraid of what it would cost. Steven A came out and diagnosed the issue for free, explained in detail his plan of attack, and perfectly corrected the issues we were having for way less than we had imagined it would cost. Now all of the rooms in the house are comfortable. He even changed my filters out for me too. Steven is extremely knowledgeable and and expert at what he does. Very pleased!

We have used Hobaica for almost ten years to service the HVAC systems of two of our properties. We recently called them to check out a problem with the HVAC system on our second property. Their technician Binh Tran came out to help us and has now serviced both properties for us. He is always a pleasure to work with. Hobiaca maintains my 2 AC units twice a year. I pay a small amount each month to avoid that larger maintenance fee all at once. I’ve used several other AC services over the last 14 years and they do not compare to Hobiaca. The technicians are always informative, professional and punctual. I highly recommend their services.

I got a referral from one of my friends to do my maintenance for my old AC to make sure it’s ready for the summer and they recommended Amer K he came in and he was very professional and informative. WOW, even though my father replaced this system in June 2017 and passed away in December 2021, Hobaica honored the parts warranty, I knew the labor warranty was expired, they schedule me for service ASAP. I call on 6/10/22 at noon and a technician Steven Avila, arrive at 5 pm, schedule between 4 to 7 pm. Steven was friendly, professional and got right to work. Found the issue, adjusted the A/C to give me relief right now (today was only 111 degrees and this weekend it should be 114!!!). Thanks, because I thought that was it, but Steven went even further and found an issue (a small leak), so he diagnose the problem, topped off the coolant and call the office to see If the part is available. All I can say, I wish everybody could give service like this. Even though I have a Lennox system, that after five years, sprung a leak, but life isn't fair, but the service from Hobaica and Steven was very fair and extremely fast service!!! Now that it's cooling down in the house, I can start living again, since I'm from Central Oregon (get weather now), and I'm doing maintenance on the house, to have another issue on my list, this one is pretty well done for now and I have Hobaica to thank!!!

John and Jared came out today to take a look at my air conditioning unit. I live in a condo where I can’t see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They weren’t just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day.

They found that the system was running as it should be and let me know that the water was dripping because the condensation line was disconnected. Super easy fix with a little bit of glue, and they did not create worry where there was none just to add to the bill.

As if that wasn’t good enough, they were incredibly nice and easy to talk to. Not nice because it’s required- just really genuine people. I was not expecting to have such an easy and inexpensive experience in Phoenix during hot, muggy monsoon season. Thank you both for making my day!

Scott Dale was awesome. He arrived 45 minutes earlier than projected start window which worked out great. He was very polite, professional and asked thorough questions for purpose of visit.
He was able to resolve the issue with the heat pump and had it properly running in about 10 minutes. Then, performed thorough inspection of the unit.

Our water heater stopped working. Scott came out an replaced it for us. He was professional, friendly, and did outstanding work. The company was very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them.

I usually don't write reviews of places but felt responsible to post this information. I was recently receiving quotes for a tesla wall connector installation and the person performing the quote evaluation from this company was asking a lot of questions like how much money do you make, what type of tesla did you buy which I took as small talk in the beginning until I received my quote. The quote from this company was 3000$~. Other certified tesla installers are giving me quotes from 700-900$ for the same amount of work. I asked for an itemized quote from this company and was ghosted.

It felt like this company was attempting to take advantage of me and wanted to post as a warning to others to shop around and get competing quotes when interfacing with this business.

The simpler installations from other certified tesla installers are around 500-600$, so still triple priced based off of your quote. I would deem what you commented on what makes us different are what other companies consider to be basic requirements and are also including in their quotes to me. Leaving this review up, especially since the reply from the owner is complete and utter nonsense. Stop supporting predatory business practices.

Ian Flood was awesome! He was courteous, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He got right to work on my AC unit and solved the problem. Hobaica is lucky to have Ian on their team.

Scott Dale just did our semiannual service today on the A/C unit in our garage.. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. We will be switching the maintenance work on our main house unit to Hobaica and Scott from Chas Roberts.

Travis came out and got my AC ready for summer use. My AC is 16 years old and the capacitor was working at less than 10% of manufacturers recommended output. I am trying to baby my AC to last four years so I decided to have Travis install the new one. I really wanted the model with the 5 year warranty but my budget dictated the 1 year warranty. I love this company. Their techs are not on commission so I did not feel that they upsell.

We had Steven A come to our house to look into our AC not working. He was so very nice and professional, he looked at everything kept us updated every turn and let us know our options before doing anything. He had all the necessary parts with him which was amazing so we didn’t have to make another appointment!
He was quick and even helped hooking up our nest thermostat and made sure it worked before he left, even went that extra mile to change the filters.
I would recommend them especially this technician again!

Hello, just a little note to tell you how great our Technicians were today.
Ivan and Troy showed up a little ahead of schedule, met with us, checked out the work areas and got right to work. And they did a fantastic job! I thought I was going to hear all kinds of banging and all kinds of noise but instead it was just a little bit of noise and the cool sound of Ivan whistling... reminded me of my Dad, he always whistled to, it was great.
Troy was also quietly working outside.
Upon completion of the work Troy and Ivan showed us their work and how the new thermostat worked.

They did a great job with the installation, very professional work! I've seen a few air conditioning/furnace installations over the years when building homes with my dad and cousin...and these two technicians (Ivan and Troy) are obviously very good at what they do, and very good with the customer service experience they exhibited to us!!

And personally I think they both definitely deserve a raise!!! And no, they didn't ask me to say this, LOL. It's obvious they're humble guys that would never ask for something like this, but they definitely deserve a raise...at minimum some fantastic kudos to some great Hobiaca Technicians!

Giovanni installed my unit about one month ago and things have been working like a charm. He was very professional very understanding took his time to explain what he was going to do and got it done faster then i expected. He went above And beyond i will continue to use Hobaica Services from this point on

Ryan as always did a great job addressing a few issues that required attention. I have used Ryan exclusively for many years and yesterday he addressed issues at my Mother-in-Law's home in the morning and ours in the afternoon. Great Service. Arrived the same day. The technician (Binh Tran) was knowledgable and able to fix the unit.

Sergio and Ivan were our workers. They were on time, personable, and very efficient. They finished ahead of schedule and insured we understood everything before leaving. They were also very respectful of the pets which was a nice touch. I’m so tired of workers coming in and leaving doors/gates open, allowing my pets to wander off.

Binh, the very helpful Hobaica Tech, arrived at our house on time, well informed and quickly resolved our AC and electrical issues. He walked us through the problems, the fixes and gave us helpful tips to maintain these systems. Binh was extremely helpful and we’ll definitely be using Hobaica going forward because of Binh.

Scott and a helper (name escapes me) were on our roof a short time, but obviously knew what they were doing. It was just a heart beat or two and I could feel the warm air coming into my office. It was free of outside smells and appeared to be working properly. The two men came inside again and spent time at the thermostat. All was good and I appreciated Scott slipping on covers over his shoes. The helper remained on the rug at the door. Both are appreciated with my smile.

After hearing the original charge, a discussion was created with all participating and we received a senior discount and perhaps a LONG TIME CUSTOMER recognition. It was quite pleasant to save some money. Jack and I found Scott informative with what he did and he answered each question with confidence and even used his phone as a double checking device.

It is with confidence that we will recommend Hobaica to friends and neighbors and mention Scott K.'s name. We have been a customer of Hobaica back when the office was located on 27th Avenue just north of Glendale Avenue. Would not even attempt to have someone else come in.

Both Steven and Daniel, the trainee, were very courteous. Their professionalism was impeccable. Their manners and willingness to listen to me with my minor concern displayed the type of service men they are and will be. I found it interesting to watch Steven as he explained things to Daniel. He did it quietly and with respect for both Daniel and me. They were here to check the A/C and did so explaining the dust issue and how clean it up and what I could do in the future. They installed some screws to take care of the rattle of a panel that vibrated. I have heard that noise, but had not mentioned it to them. I sincerely appreciate them respecting my request regarding my dog and not handing me anything. The dog is a dear family pet, but you never know when someone new comes into the home what the reaction might be. It was obvious that these two gentlemen were just that gentlemen and certainly not a threat to me. I have recommended Hobaica to neighbors and friends when asked. It just so happens that one of those recommendations recently chose Hobaica to replace a unit on a backyard office/guest house. The conversation turned to the plumbing services Hobaica offers and I shared about how long the water takes to get hot when turned on in the shower or kitchen. Steven explained about a device can be placed on the farthest faucet that recirculates the water and I would have hot water in a flash. This is something I will be discussing soon. I will not hesitate to recommend Hobaica for A/C services and due to the high quality of service provided, I would recommend a friend investigate their other services. I had Hobaica out for HVAC maintenance and duct cleaning. It was soon discovered my unit was limping along on its last leg and soon to bite the dust. Luckily it got me thru the summer. James came and helped us get a GREAT system that should keep us very comfortable in the future! Great service, very professional and courteous - all technicians who came out were also! You’ll spend a little bit of $ but as they say, you get what you pay for!!

Scott Dale was absolutely wonderful. Let me know he was on his way and updated me as he went along. Took less time than originally thought. He’s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and I will have him back without question.

Stephen A. was very helpful in identifying and fixing a number of troublesome plumbing issues: the showers are flowing better and the sinks are draining faster than they did before I bought the house. Additionally, as a first time home owner I had questions, and he educated me a number of plumbing best practices. Finally the company provides water detection alarms for free in all areas they service, which is just smart!

I reached out to Hobaica to install a Tesla Wall Connector in our garage. They were very polite and immediately scheduled us for a quote with Steven. Steven was amazing in all phases of the project. In all our appointments he was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Made me very comfortable and was respectful when entering our home, ensuring social distance and wearing shoe coverings. Truly amazing to work with. Shoutout to their office staff as well, especially Tina, who was able to work with us so the project accommodated our budget. All in all, this was a great experience and exceptional company to work with. I would highly recommended Hobaica to anyone in the future.

The technician was Binh. He was great. Very knowledgeable and found the problem very fast. He checked out the motor capacitor and found it was showing signs of wear. Discussed replacement with one with better specs. Went with his suggestion.

We used Matt for a repair on our HVAC system, and he did a phenomenal job. He was professional, efficient and saved us from having to spend a ton of money on a new unit. We also used Travis to unclog our bathroom sink (bless him), and he got the job done quickly. I trust these two for all our home repair needs!

After our previous HVAC service person relocated, I had to find a new company to provide the pre-season maintenance for our two AC units. Contacted Hobaica and they were quick and painless to schedule the appointment. On the date of service, John from Hobaica, showed up on time and was awesome! took the time to complete the job correctly. Explained all that he was doing for us in laypeople's terminology. I can see now why Hobaica has great reviews online. Their service and professionalism is second to none, and they have a wonderful and knowledgeable staff.
First, Amer came to my house when my AC unit stopped working. He was super kind and professional. He kindly informed me that my unit was 49 years old and was a safety hazard due to bad wiring and other severe issues. He highly suggested that I replace the unit because of the age and safety issues and any repair done to it would be temporary and delaying the inevitable. He promptly put a call in to get an expert to come to my house.
Simon showed up the same day to discuss solutions to my problem. He talked about my options for what is best for me after he inspected my ducting in the attic and looked at the unit on the roof. He was a great listener for my needs and he suggested a 3 ton unit for my house and we discussed financing options. I went with a Lennox brand unit, it came with a 10 year warranty.
A few days go by and a week before installation, I received a phone call from Simon. He informed me that the unit that we agreed on was no longer in stock. He said that Hobaica, because of the situation, will upgrade me to a unit that has a better warranty for NO COST! Fantastic! It is a Daikin AC unit with a 12 year warranty, instead of 10 year for the Lennox.
For the day of installation, Giovanni and Troy show up to my house exactly when they were scheduled to. They introduce themselves and told me exactly what was going to happen during the installation. They both were very polite and answered any questions I had. Also, I have dogs that are very vocal about people they don't know. I asked them to text me when they need to enter the house to do anything and they kindly accommodated me so I could put the dogs into the backyard for them. They were very thorough about picking up after themselves and they left no trash behind, which is nice.
I highly recommend Hobaica. Thank you guys for keeping my house cool!

We have used Hobaica for A/C check-up service and repair for years, but we’ve only recently needed to use their plumbing services. Over the past few months, we have needed plumbing work done in both our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. Travis V has been excellent to work with on both. We now ask for him by name. Luckily, last weekend, we found he was also able to do an A/C service call along with our plumbing request. Excellent attitude. Excellent work. Throughout the years, we’ve never felt pressured to get anything unnecessary for our home. For well over 10 years, we’ve never been disappointed.

We have used Hobaica Services for many years at three different houses for the maintenance of our A/C system. They provide quality service at competitive prices and all of their techs are top-notch. Danny Unglaub has serviced the unit at our new house since we moved in and has been particularly impressive. He has taken the extra time correct a couple of little things that weren't done perfectly when the system was installed (by others / new build) to make sure our unit will continue to work at its best. He also takes pictures and documents his visits so that when he returns for the next service he can see if there have been any significant changes. That is a professional move!

Grayson Vu was a very knowledgeable and professional service tech. He was on time and took his time checking things out. He even recommended something to improve our air flow and comfort. Great company and great rep!
