We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

We had a great experience using ATR Handyman and would refer them to anyone that asked. Work was done professionally and cleanup was impeccable.

We had Arizona Floors install flooring throughout our whole house. After a couple of years...the carpet started to buckle. We contacted Arizona floors who immediately sent the carpet layers out and had our carpet looking like new again. They didn't need to do that since the warranty had expired but they went over and above what we had expected.

Great company to work with. We had ton of drywall repairs, light carpentry, wallpaper removal, texturing and painting in our old house during a great room renovation, and it now looks like brand new construction. Phenomenal work - you'd never guess where the repairs were, and the paint and texture is excellent.

This company under pays good workers. Also made out a check on May 1st and dated May 3rd so he cant cash it. I'm glad he only worked 1 day

Complete perfection resulting from two bathroom and den remodel. White glove treatment through every aspect of the job exceeding our expectations in every way. Job started on time and was completed on time, as promised! So happy with our experience we are remodeling our kitchen this fall and will continue to upgrade our house with Ray OGC until it is entirely complete. My heart hurts while I write this. Yet again we've been pushed back another week to have our home completed from a major leak. It's been 2 months! They were quick to go out of their way to get their money, even drove to me for the signature, yet they continuously let me down with their follow through. I let them go a week without communication before calling and every time I call, 4 different times, they end up reaching out and finding a problem that keeps postponing the completion of my house. First, they hadn't even ordered it till i called after being told it was already being handled. Then, it was excuses after excuse. One of the most stressful things on a family is having their home disrupted. The fact that they dropped the ball so horribly bad and put us through unnecessary stress has just upset my family so much.
