These guys are top notch! Had a problem with my heat pump no one could solve. Expert HVAC diagnosed and fixed the issue and followed up to make sure it stayed fixed. Mike was so professional and definitely an expert!

Both of our air conditioning units went out at the same time in the middle of the summer in Arizona! Gabe not only showed up the same day but fixed it in the same hour! I have never seen a more professional and prompt HVAC service in my life! They literally saved our family. The value for the service was amazing. When it comes down to selecting a company to service your HVAC units, they need to have technicians who are honest and knowledgeable.
Rick has been servicing the HVAC units at my homes and I have referred him to friends and family. I have never been disappointed with the service he provides. He is honest and very courageous. He has vast knowledge of what he does and can find issues in a very reasonable time.

I called these guys for a house I am Purchasing - the AC wasn’t putting out cold air like it should. I had two other companies quote about $5,000 to repair the system and more than $10k for a new unit. Gabe came out and explained how the equipment that was there didn’t even Match up with the size of the Air handler and showed me how it wasn’t even installed properly (neither of the other companies did that). They were just trying to make a bunch of money off me. Gabe was professional and friendly and gave me a great price for a 15 seer TRANE - about $4,000 less than the other guys!! And he got it installed quickly too and fixed the other issues. I highly recommend EXPERT HVAC SERVICES!

The first person I spoke to at Expert was Darlene. I told her my story and how frustrated I was with my AC and the issues I was having with another contractor. She listened carefully and did everything she could to assure me that I was in good hands. Mike was the technician to do the diagnostic. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and most important, honest. He told me what he saw, what is wrong and what they can do to fix it. He explained everything to me in layman's terms and answered all my questions. I feel very confident in giving this company my business and will most likely recommend them to friends and family. They have not repaired the unit yet but we are hoping for this weekend.
Update: Rick and Walter came to fix the A/C they were right on schedule and very professional. Rick has a very warm and friendly personality and did a great job. I will recommend this company to my friends, family and neighbors.

Today it is hard to find a honest AC company and one that provides good customer service. Well I found a good one when a friend referred to Expert HVAC. I can not say enough good about this company.
Gabe came out to repair my old ac unit and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about ac systems. He was not high pressure and did not do work that was not necessary, nor pad the bill or try to sell me a new ac or unit. Expert HVAC is an awesome company and one I highly recommend.

Expert HVAC has been providing and servicing my a/c units since 2005.
They originally put two new units on my home in 2005 and have also serviced them since. This year they installed a new unit for one of my daughters and checked out my other daughters unit after she bought her first home. I highly recommend Expert! Their responsiveness is excellent. Gabe, the owner is super nice as well as his employees :)
Rick is the best. He knows the business end completely. He communicates very well and carefully explains how your system is designed to work, how it actually does perform to those design levels, what he’s found, and what if any recommendations he has for current work he’d suggest, along with what you might expect in the future, with any associated costs.
He’s a professional with a great attitude and a regular people friendly guy. We’ve had Rick come every Spring to evaluate our systems at 2 different homes since the first call to him ( on a recommendation from a friend) over 10 years ago. It’s just such an easy call to make. We trust him completely. Nice guy, consummate pro. Highly recommend him.

We were referred to this company through my son in law's boss who had used them for many years. Our old system broke down during extreme heat. Rich came promptly, diagnosed the problem and gave us alternate options for repair. Thankfully, he was able to repair the unit but we requested info on a new system. He explained everything thoroughly with no pressure and provided us with 3 options. We chose one and scheduled installation. Patrick and Tyler were the technicians who installed our system.They arrived on time and worked efficiently, quietly and continuously for 8 hours in extreme heat. Upon completion, they cleaned up and explained our new system and details on the new thermostat. We can say, everyone from this company was extremely knowledgeable and professional and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend Expert HVAC in the future.

My AC stopped working in the morning, and by that afternoon Gabe had his tech at my house getting the repair completed. Then they educated me on the options, and recommended a new motor over replacing the entire unit! I was very happy with the savings and service. I would highly recommend Expert HVAC to anyone looking for honest service at a fair price!
The team and technician M. were excellent and have maintained our two systems for better part of 8+ years. When our 23yr old air conditioner finally died and stop working the new install was well done and we didn't get priced gouged on the new unit! Definitely trust them to do a great job!
Rick and company are top notch and always available when I need their services. In 2018, We had a top-of-the-line Trans system installed. It’s very important the skill set of the installers and this company has that talent. Moreover Mike, the service technician knows his products and is excellent in trouble shooting,. They don’t up-sell..

My A/C stopped working on a Saturday afternoon in July and my Dad recommended Expert HVAC and I am so glad I called them. Mark showed up pretty quickly and put in a new part and had it working in no time. Mark is extremely polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in fixing air conditioners. He also is very friendly with dogs which is always a great bonus! Their prices seem very competitive and I definitely will call them in the future and highly recommend them.
I have been using Expert HVAC for all of my heating and cooling needs for over 15 years. They have always been great to work with-punctual and efficient. The staff and technicians are always friendly.

Rick, our tech, was on time, checked everything and went above and beyond just the regular a/c check. He wore protective gear, was a pleasure to deal with and even put our dogs at ease. We’re headed into summer with total confidence in our a/c units. If something should go wrong though we know exactly who to call for great service. .
They are also great if you need to get your heating system up and running.
Gabe and all of his crew have always taken fantastic care of our HVAC needs quickly and efficiently. We will continue to use them. My entire family uses them for their HVAC needs at their homes as well. These guys and gals are awesome !!!

As a licensed Contractor and Realtor I have worked with Gabe for many years. They are definitely an honest contractor in an industry that has many companies that employ salespersons as there technician.
On more than one occasion I have had client be told by other HVAC contractors that they need a very expensive new system. After telling my clients to call Expert HVAC they were happy to find only some repairs were in order. If they did opt for a new system the pricing was very competitive.

Patrick worked 10 hours nonstop Wednesday and 12 hours Thursday. Darlene was kind, friendly and prompt with her follow-up to schedule. I have been working with Expert HVAC for about 4 years. During that time they have not only done a quality job keeping my equipment running but have done so at a very reasonable price. I bought an old commercial building with 5 AC units all of which were old. I expected to have to replace them all but they have kept 4 out of 5 in good working order and we have only replaced one. They have all lived well past their useful life expectancy. I highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Expert AC If you want the job done right the first time. Gabe and Rich were very informative on which system to install in our new home and it works excellent. Very quite and efficient. Thank you Gabe and Rich, the installers Pablo and Jesus and the girls in the office for taking the extra step and doing such a fine job.

The office staff is wonderful, Ray is awesome he usually does the HVAC SERVICE. calls when he's on his way, and shows up on time. Last year my air conditioner was blowing warm air, I was leaving to go out of town, for work,, I have 3 small dogs, my neighbor checks on, but too hot to leave them in house if air wasn't blowing cold, I called them, told them I had issue, they told me to go to work and not to worry they would be right out and work on it till they get it fixed, all done in a few hours and kept in contact with me, they are very caring. Love these guys. They feel like family

Mark from Expert HVAC was at my house today to do an AC inspection. He was super friendly, personable, and even loved on my doggies. He added refrigerant and offered to change my air filters. Technicians were reliable and even arrived early! Very professional and very respectful of the environment- they were working on the roof and showed extra care and concern to not damage any tiles as that was the only way to access the ac fan. Company was a referral from my parents who said wonderful things as well! Will keep the recommendations going to my other family and friends as well!
Gabe has been servicing my HVAC system since he was a 2 man company. Since that time Gabe and his employees from the office staff to the field techs have always provided outstanding customer service. Gabe is a prime example of someone who is sincere, honest, humble, has a strong work ethic and always available to speak directly with his customers. He cares about his customers. He never tries to sell you a service or product that you don’t need. I wish there were more businesses that had Gabe’s qualities as a business owner. I trust, respect and will continue to refer Expert HVAC to my friends and family.
I am an out of state Phoenix property owner and more often than not given extremely high bids for materials and services I need done at my properties. I was told once that Out of Towner's are fair game and it's true when it comes to getting an honest job performed!!. Not having the luxury of being there to oversee things, I often get less than an acceptable, complete or thorough job.
Recently I needed a new 5 ton HVAC unit and as I usual I got 3 bids. I chose Expert HVAC Services and my Instinct after talking with Gabe was spot on!! Their price was in line with my lowest bid but but I could tell I was dealing with a guy of integrity and character. Gabe communicated with me via text and pictures of the job daily. He did exactly what he proposed, no shortcuts, did a FIRST CLASS job and cleaned up beyond belief!!!
Gabe is the kind of guy I would choose as a friend and trust my properties with. If Gabe lived in Dallas I would bury him with referrals. Gabe and Expert HVAC Services is a rare find in this day and age. Don't hesitate to hire them!!!
I have used this company twice and they are now my permanent HVAC company. They are able to get someone out when you need it and timely as well. The prices that they charge are more than fair. Mike is a great technician! 5 stars may not be enough.
I'm just the lowly tenant, but the owner and I are so happy we contacted Expert. I know that the owner got a perfect system, for a very reasonable price. But, the best part, for me, was the installation happening several days agead of quoted leadtime, and, I love watching expert technicians at work! Pat and Tyler are all about perfection and will not leave until they are completely satisfied, which is a much higher bar than an owner could ever set.

Nice clean install of my rooftop heat pump unit. Very comfortable and happy with the price and unit. The installer Patrick, was informative, polite and nice. Highly recommend Expert HVAC Services.
Gabe and his team perform exceptional and honest work! He replaced an evaporative cooler on my in-laws home, great work and great price. Months later, when their air conditioner went out, another HVAC company was going to charge 2700 to fix or 5k to replace. Gabe and his team looked at the unit and determined it was only the fan that had failed. Cost was only $550.00. Integrity, service, quality... timely support.
Highly recommend to anyone needing evaporative cooler or HVAC support. Gabe and his staff are honest and trustworthy and perform high quality work!

Never used however on 12-16-2021 a received call from Ella trying to schedule an appointment claiming they were raising money for some charity. Tried to explain to her I was on National Do Not Call List and she kept telling me I was rude over and over again. If I tell you I am on that list simply hang up however, to appease her I told her to come on out to service the following day. She continued to call me back asking for more information even after I told her I was on that list and I also told her I was at work and didn't have the time to answer a ton of questions. I finally had to block both numbers she was calling from so she would finally stop calling me. She is in the service industry (or a scam) and this is how she gets new customers by being rude. Hopefully, her calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes so the owner can listen. I would NEVER use a company that treats people like that and they really need to verify that Do Not Call List before they cold call people as the company can face hefty fines under the FTC guidelines. If I receive another call from that company I will turn the company over to the FTC as I am sure I am not the only person Ella is calling claiming to be raising money.

I appreciated the promptness of scheduling my evaluation and the next day the repairs were done. With the heatwave we have now it was imperative I had an air conditioner working smoothly. It does! I first called HVAC when our furnace completely gave out in a cold snap. After fixing that replaced an old AC unit. Because the old wiring system has given the techs some fits they have come back out twice and straightened it out. Each time they responded same day and the techs were patient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Called them for a maintenance service on my three AC Units in the morning and they had their tech Mark scheduled that same day. Mark was terrific as he explained as he cleaned and serviced my units. He also have me pointers on what I can do to go clean my units following dust storms. After he finished the maintenance on the AC units, Mark changed all our filters at no extra cost. Mark also did a great job in explaining their annual maintenance program for both our AC units and furnaces and the discounts that come with the program. We are very pleased with the great service we received.
I have used Expert HVAC for 6 years since I moved into my condo. As a single, elderly woman I appreciate being able to trust their professionalism & expert work. They installed a new AC/furnace for me about 2 years ago & I have been very happy with the results.

With soaring AZ summer temperatures, my AC unit quit working. I called Expert HVAC, and they responded immediately, sending Rick, a great tech out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and ordered parts. There was an additional electrical issue, so after that was fixed, Rick and Mike completed the repairs, and I’m cool again.
The y both did a great job, with support from the office staff, Darlene and Noelle. They all would let me know time scheduling, and showed up on time, worked through all the issues.
I have used Expert HVAC for almost 20 year for my commercial properties, residential rentals, and personal property.
They have always been very timely responsive. There has never been an occasion when there has been an issue with their workmanship.
I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Expert HVAC was referred to me, about 6 years ago. They kept our old clunker Goodman running for outstanding low prices, and awesome service. I referred them to my sister for her new HVAC unit. She was so happy about the quality, price, and no forced upsell. Needless to say, when my Goodman that came with the house gave up the ghost after 15 years, it was a no brainer for Expert HVAC to completely replace my system. Rick is our guy for our Surprise home. Also the fact that the office folks take care of ALL the little stuff afterwards. Filling out all of the warranty paperwork with TRANE, and keeping my appointments for me for regular maintenance to keep the warranty valid. Nice extra touch that I have not read about in these reviews.

To say I'm an extremely difficult customer would be an understatement. Regardless, I expect perfection 10 times out of 10 - even though I know that is close to impossible. HOWEVER, when it comes to Gabe and his team, we're pretty darn close. They've installed new, they service my units twice a year, they've diagnosed, repaired, offered solutions to fixing problems rather than immediately reverting to spending additional monies, all while being first-rate in the field. I have recommended them to many, and I don't know of one new customer who isn't happy with them! That says a lot. Gabe has built his company on honesty, reliability, integrity, professionalism and respect. You can't ask for much more than that!!

i hired expert hvac services last year to install a two ton unit for the upstairs and it operates better than my old one they just replaced. since i was so impressed i hired gabe and his installation team, patrick and tyler who does an incredible work install the downstairs four ton unit. they care about their quality of work and it showed. i don't usually have this great of an experience. cost for the work is reasonable, and the quality of the work is excellent. i recommend anyone needing of repairs or new a/c units call gabe at expert hvac services. they will not let you down.

Rick came out the same day in 115• heat and got our AC back up and running- followed up to check on us to make sure we were good for the night. He went way over and above my highest expectations! Have set him up in my calendar to do all yearly maintenance. Truly an exceptional technician and person!
Called Sunday nite, they responded Monday AM. Tech Ray called and said he could be here between 11:00-1:00
Called when he was on the way12:30ish
System looked like a block of ice, needed to melt.
Ray said he could back around 4:00.
He called again 3:45 said he was on the way.
Checked ground mounted compressor it was ok, then Ray went up in the attic... hottest part of the 116° day....he was in the attic 30-40 minutes found several problems fixed them. Ray was awesome!!
Professional, courteous, clean, stayed in contact, did what he said he would do.
I'll use these guys Expert HVAC Every time I need AC/heating service.

We have hired Gabe at Expert HVAC for over 13 years. Our son has hired Gabe for the last six years. Their record of making every client totally happy is immeasurable. He and his team are number one.
GREAT team of professionals, fast, friendly and reasonable prices.
I just moved into our new home and found that our master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the home. I needed an extra vent in that room and they did the job within a week at a great price. The room is now comfortable and the same temp as the rest of the house.
I highly recommend them, straight answers and they won't try to sell you anything you don't need.
Called them on a Monday and they were out the same day to assess the issue with my a/c unit. Had a major leak at the coil and parts were no longer available. They did a temporary charge so I had some a/c and installed a new unit 3days later. These guys rock!!

I have been a customer of Expert HVAC Services for 10 years. I initially found out about Gabriel, the owner of Expert HVAC Services, when my 90 year old mother saw his advertisement in the Penny Saver and called him for maintenance of her 20 year old AC/heating unit. Needless to say, in the process of maintaining the unit, Gabriel found parts that needed to be replaced, including filters. For a unit that old, he had difficulty finding parts but be made sure that he continued looking until he found them and even had custom filters made. He knew that my mother, on a fixed income at 90 years of age, could not afford a new unit. It was then that I decided that I would also hire Expert HVAC Services to install a new AC/Heating unit at my home and, in the process, eventually my neighbor down the street also hired him as did her daughter. We all have been very pleased with their service, dependency, politeness of the employees and the promptness to handle any issues. I, therefore, highly recommend Expert HVAC Services!

They were quick to respond but could do nothing to fix it until Trane opened on Monday. My unit has been running non stop since Friday. Not sure how I will pay my enormous electric bill. We had them come out and check out our a/c units a couple of times and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. However, once they left and summer came our bills were higher than usual. We had another vendor come out and look and he showed us pictures of the mess that was left in the rafters: cut up pieces of 2x4 laying around, kinks in our lines which was seriously restricting the air flow, etc. This other contractor said we were probably only getting about 25% of what we should be getting out of our units. And Expert HVAC even had one of their supervisors come out and check that all was done right but he didn't bother to clean up the mess they left in the attic. Will definitely NOT be recommending them to anyone!
Mike was here right on time. He was very professional in listening to my concerns. He resealed my roof unit around my new roof and tuned it up so that it is ready for the summer season. I love this company!

Of course my a/c stopped working in July and the hottest day of the summer. After calling a few places and being told they couldn’t make it out finally I hit the jackpot. Darlene called me first thing in the morning, extremely friendly...and well...I was a raging lunatic at my wits end. I was regretfully rude to her and even then she continued to be friendly When I probably deserved to be hung up on. Darlene if you are reading this. I’m sorry I was jerk. If your boss is reading this, Darlene deserves a raise. Or at least a nice lunch.
Mark was my technician. He was prompt and friendly. He didn’t totally escape my wrath and still smiled. Mark found the problem immediately. He was clear on my options and the cost associated with the repairs. There were no surprises, additional fees or trying to swindle more money from me, which I find with some other companies to be a common theme. Mark explained everything he did. What to keep an eye on in the future which was helpful. I finally have cool air again and are very grateful for Mark and Darlene’s patience with my snippy attitude.

Service call was completed with a full repair by noon.

*Update* April 2021, HVAC unit blew two breakers.
It appeared to be the 'hard start' failing. Mike came prepared with the right parts to get the job done and get the unit back up and running. This is our 11th year with Gabe and we're always happy.

The technician was at my house within an hour from the time I called. He checked the system, made some adjustments in the wiring and aided me in setting up the programmable thermostat. Extremely helpful and informative.
We enclosed a patio into a new room connecting to the house. Existing A/C unit was ancient and even a little small for the existing space, let alone the addition. Because the single thermostat was far away from the new room I assumed we'd need a dual thermostat arrangement. Expert talked me off that more expensive solution and explained how adding a return in the new room and setting the thermostat to run on for 10 min, and off for 20 min would equalize the temp throughout the house and only require a single thermostat. A much cheaper & easier solution. After ~9 months experience with the new unit & ducting we actually spent LESS on cooling this summer than in previous summers despite adding 200 sq ft to be cooled. The installation was perfect, but the design phase was the crucial element in this and that's what makes Expert better than the bigger names.

Not complete yet. Came out on Sat. July 4th. And rigged my AC so that it worked with fan running 24/7 (thank God). Waiting for Ray to get a circuit board on Monday.

Our air-conditioning went out last summer. We had temporary fix. Had 4 bids Expert HVAC had best price. Our neighbor recommended them.
They came out explained what they were doing and got to work. They are the nicest group of guys. They tested everything and showed us how it works. Our ducts were a mess they fixed all of them now heating, and air is evenly distributed through the house.
