I called these guys for a house I am Purchasing - the AC wasn’t putting out cold air like it should. I had two other companies quote about $5,000 to repair the system and more than $10k for a new unit. Gabe came out and explained how the equipment that was there didn’t even Match up with the size of the Air handler and showed me how it wasn’t even installed properly (neither of the other companies did that). They were just trying to make a bunch of money off me. Gabe was professional and friendly and gave me a great price for a 15 seer TRANE - about $4,000 less than the other guys!! And he got it installed quickly too and fixed the other issues. I highly recommend EXPERT HVAC SERVICES!

The first person I spoke to at Expert was Darlene. I told her my story and how frustrated I was with my AC and the issues I was having with another contractor. She listened carefully and did everything she could to assure me that I was in good hands. Mike was the technician to do the diagnostic. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and most important, honest. He told me what he saw, what is wrong and what they can do to fix it. He explained everything to me in layman's terms and answered all my questions. I feel very confident in giving this company my business and will most likely recommend them to friends and family. They have not repaired the unit yet but we are hoping for this weekend.

Today it is hard to find a honest AC company and one that provides good customer service. Well I found a good one when a friend referred to Expert HVAC. I can not say enough good about this company.

Gabe came out to repair my old ac unit and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about ac systems. He was not high pressure and did not do work that was not necessary, nor pad the bill or try to sell me a new ac or unit. Expert HVAC is an awesome company and one I highly recommend.

Expert HVAC has been providing and servicing my a/c units since 2005.
They originally put two new units on my home in 2005 and have also serviced them since. This year they installed a new unit for one of my daughters and checked out my other daughters unit after she bought her first home. I highly recommend Expert! Their responsiveness is excellent. We were referred to this company through my son in law's boss who had used them for many years. Our old system broke down during extreme heat. Rich came promptly, diagnosed the problem and gave us alternate options for repair. Thankfully, he was able to repair the unit but we requested info on a new system. He explained everything thoroughly with no pressure and provided us with 3 options. We chose one and scheduled installation. Patrick and Tyler were the technicians who installed our system.They arrived on time and worked efficiently, quietly and continuously for 8 hours in extreme heat. Upon completion, they cleaned up and explained our new system and details on the new thermostat. We can say, everyone from this company was extremely knowledgeable and professional and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend Expert HVAC in the future.

My AC stopped working in the morning, and by that afternoon Gabe had his tech at my house getting the repair completed. Then they educated me on the options, and recommended a new motor over replacing the entire unit! I was very happy with the savings and service. My A/C stopped working on a Saturday afternoon in July and my Dad recommended Expert HVAC and I am so glad I called them. Mark showed up pretty quickly and put in a new part and had it working in no time. Mark is extremely polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in fixing air conditioners. He also is very friendly with dogs which is always a great bonus! Their prices seem very competitive and I definitely will call them in the future and highly recommend them.

I have never asked this company for a quote nor service. However they call me twice a week or more from out of town because i live in Tucson.. I have asked them numerous time to quit calling me but they insist. I can not even block them because they call from a ghosted number each time.

Rick, our tech, was on time, checked everything and went above and beyond just the regular a/c check. He wore protective gear, was a pleasure to deal with and even put our dogs at ease. I have been working with Expert HVAC for about 4 years. During that time they have not only done a quality job keeping my equipment running but have done so at a very reasonable price. I bought an old commercial building with 5 AC units all of which were old. I expected to have to replace them all but they have kept 4 out of 5 in good working order and we have only replaced one. They have all lived well past their useful life expectancy. I highly recommend them.

The office staff is wonderful, Ray is awesome he usually does the HVAC SERVICE. calls when he's on his way, and shows up on time. Last year my air conditioner was blowing warm air, I was leaving to go out of town, for work,, I have 3 small dogs, my neighbor checks on, but too hot to leave them in house if air wasn't blowing cold, I called them, told them I had issue, they told me to go to work and not to worry they would be right out and work on it till they get it fixed, all done in a few hours and kept in contact with me, they are very caring. Mark from Expert HVAC was at my house today to do an AC inspection. He was super friendly, personable, and even loved on my doggies. He added refrigerant and offered to change my air filters. House was much cooler within a few minutes. He was professional, answered all my questions, and I felt like I wasn't getting the run around. Technicians were reliable and even arrived early! Very professional and very respectful of the environment- they were working on the roof and showed extra care and concern to not damage any tiles as that was the only way to access the ac fan. I am an out of state Phoenix property owner and more often than not given extremely high bids for materials and services I need done at my properties. I was told once that Out of Towner's are fair game and it's true when it comes to getting an honest job performed!!. Gabe and his team perform exceptional and honest work! He replaced an evaporative cooler on my in-laws home, great work and great price. Months later, when their air conditioner went out, another HVAC company was going to charge 2700 to fix or 5k to replace. Gabe and his team looked at the unit and determined it was only the fan that had failed. Cost was only $550.00. Integrity, service, quality... timely support.

Never used however on 12-16-2021 a received call from Ella trying to schedule an appointment claiming they were raising money for some charity. Tried to explain to her I was on National Do Not Call List and she kept telling me I was rude over and over again. If I tell you I am on that list simply hang up however, to appease her I told her to come on out to service the following day. She continued to call me back asking for more information even after I told her I was on that list and I also told her I was at work and didn't have the time to answer a ton of questions. I finally had to block both numbers she was calling from so she would finally stop calling me. She is in the service industry (or a scam) and this is how she gets new customers by being rude. Hopefully, her calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes so the owner can listen. I would NEVER use a company that treats people like that and they really need to verify that Do Not Call List before they cold call people as the company can face hefty fines under the FTC guidelines. If I receive another call from that company I will turn the company over to the FTC as I am sure I am not the only person Ella is calling claiming to be raising money.

I first called HVAC when our furnace completely gave out in a cold snap. After fixing that replaced an old AC unit. Because the old wiring system has given the techs some fits they have come back out twice and straightened it out. Each time they responded same day and the techs were patient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Called them for a maintenance service on my three AC Units in the morning and they had their tech Mark scheduled that same day. Mark was terrific as he explained as he cleaned and serviced my units. He also have me pointers on what I can do to go clean my units following dust storms. After he finished the maintenance on the AC units, Mark changed all our filters at no extra cost. Mark also did a great job in explaining their annual maintenance program for both our AC units and furnaces and the discounts that come with the program. We are very pleased with the great service we received.

With soaring AZ summer temperatures, my AC unit quit working. I called Expert HVAC, and they responded immediately, sending Rick, a great tech out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and ordered parts. There was an additional electrical issue, so after that was fixed, Rick and Mike completed the repairs, and I’m cool again.

The y both did a great job, with support from the office staff, Darlene and Noelle. They all would let me know time scheduling, and showed up on time, worked through all the issues.

Expert HVAC was referred to me, about 6 years ago. They kept our old clunker Goodman running for outstanding low prices, and awesome service. I referred them to my sister for her new HVAC unit. She was so happy about the quality, price, and no forced upsell. Needless to say, when my Goodman that came with the house gave up the ghost after 15 years, it was a no brainer for Expert HVAC to completely replace my system. Rick is our guy for our Surprise home. Also the fact that the office folks take care of ALL the little stuff afterwards. Filling out all of the warranty paperwork with TRANE, and keeping my appointments for me for regular maintenance to keep the warranty valid. Nice extra touch that I have not read about in these reviews.

To say I'm an extremely difficult customer would be an understatement. Regardless, I expect perfection 10 times out of 10 - even though I know that is close to impossible. HOWEVER, when it comes to Gabe and his team, we're pretty darn close. They've installed new, they service my units twice a year, they've diagnosed, repaired, offered solutions to fixing problems rather than immediately reverting to spending additional monies, all while being first-rate in the field. I have recommended them to many, and I don't know of one new customer who isn't happy with them! That says a lot. Gabe has built his company on honesty, reliability, integrity, professionalism and respect. You can't ask for much more than that!!

Called Sunday nite, they responded Monday AM. Tech Ray called and said he could be here between 11:00-1:00
Called when he was on the way12:30ish
System looked like a block of ice, needed to melt.
Ray said he could back around 4:00.
He called again 3:45 said he was on the way.
Checked ground mounted compressor it was ok, then Ray went up in the attic... hottest part of the 116° day....he was in the attic 30-40 minutes found several problems fixed them. Ray was awesome!!
Professional, courteous, clean, stayed in contact, did what he said he would do.

I just moved into our new home and found that our master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the home. I needed an extra vent in that room and they did the job within a week at a great price. The room is now comfortable and the same temp as the rest of the house.

I have been a customer of Expert HVAC Services for 10 years. I initially found out about Gabriel, the owner of Expert HVAC Services, when my 90 year old mother saw his advertisement in the Penny Saver and called him for maintenance of her 20 year old AC/heating unit. Needless to say, in the process of maintaining the unit, Gabriel found parts that needed to be replaced, including filters. For a unit that old, he had difficulty finding parts but be made sure that he continued looking until he found them and even had custom filters made. He knew that my mother, on a fixed income at 90 years of age, could not afford a new unit. It was then that I decided that I would also hire Expert HVAC Services to install a new AC/Heating unit at my home and, in the process, eventually my neighbor down the street also hired him as did her daughter. We all have been very pleased with their service, dependency, politeness of the employees and the promptness to handle any issues. I, therefore, highly recommend Expert HVAC Services!

I purchased a new unit from Gabe and 3 years into it one of the hottest weekends I found myself and my family living in 94 degrees in my house. They were quick to respond but could do nothing to fix it until Trane opened on Monday. My unit has been running non stop since Friday. Not sure how I will pay my enormous electric bill. Plus this was a miserable weekend

Not only have we worked with Gabe and his team on our personal residence, we refer Expert HVAC to all of our real estate clients. Quality service referral partners are a critical component of our business and we can always rely on Expert HVAC!

We had them come out and check out our a/c units a couple of times and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. However, once they left and summer came our bills were higher than usual. We had another vendor come out and look and he showed us pictures of the mess that was left in the rafters: cut up pieces of 2x4 laying around, kinks in our lines which was seriously restricting the air flow, etc. This other contractor said we were probably only getting about 25% of what we should be getting out of our units. And Expert HVAC even had one of their supervisors come out and check that all was done right but he didn't bother to clean up the mess they left in the attic. Will definitely NOT be recommending them to anyone!

Mike was here right on time. He was very professional in listening to my concerns. He resealed my roof unit around my new roof and tuned it up so that it is ready for the summer season. I love this company!

Of course my a/c stopped working in July and the hottest day of the summer. After calling a few places and being told they couldn’t make it out finally I hit the jackpot. Darlene called me first thing in the morning, extremely friendly...and well...I was a raging lunatic at my wits end. I was regretfully rude to her and even then she continued to be friendly When I probably deserved to be hung up on. Darlene if you are reading this. I’m sorry I was jerk. If your boss is reading this, Darlene deserves a raise. Or at least a nice lunch.

Mark was my technician. He was prompt and friendly. He didn’t totally escape my wrath and still smiled. Mark found the problem immediately. He was clear on my options and the cost associated with the repairs. There were no surprises, additional fees or trying to swindle more money from me, which I find with some other companies to be a common theme. Mark explained everything he did. What to keep an eye on in the future which was helpful. I finally have cool air again and are very grateful for Mark and Darlene’s patience with my snippy attitude.

Ray, the technician, was very thorough in the maintenance check. He checked inside and outside spaces and changed the filter. He was polite and conscientious in his work.

The technician was at my house within an hour from the time I called. He checked the system, made some adjustments in the wiring and aided me in setting up the programmable thermostat. Extremely helpful and informative.

We enclosed a patio into a new room connecting to the house. Existing A/C unit was ancient and even a little small for the existing space, let alone the addition. Because the single thermostat was far away from the new room I assumed we'd need a dual thermostat arrangement. Expert talked me off that more expensive solution and explained how adding a return in the new room and setting the thermostat to run on for 10 min, and off for 20 min would equalize the temp throughout the house and only require a single thermostat. A much cheaper & easier solution. After ~9 months experience with the new unit & ducting we actually spent LESS on cooling this summer than in previous summers despite adding 200 sq ft to be cooled. The installation was perfect, but the design phase was the crucial element in this and that's what makes Expert better than the bigger names.

Our air-conditioning went out last summer. We had temporary fix. Had 4 bids Expert HVAC had best price. Our neighbor recommended them.

They came out explained what they were doing and got to work. They are the nicest group of guys. They tested everything and showed us how it works. Our ducts were a mess they fixed all of them now heating, and air is evenly distributed through the house.
We are so pleased with their work highly recommend them.
