Best Repair And Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Overrall I think the work done was above average. Where I have a problem was with the cost. To replace my kitchen faucel and flush the water heater it cost over $1,100. Maybe I am living in the past, but that just seems outrageous.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Josh was amazing in terms of a quick response time and being extremely helpful about our problem. We initially had a company come evaluate our toilets and septic and they said they could not help us. We called Coopers Sewer and Drain and they were here in 15 minutes! The price was very affordable and Josh was able to fix our problem in an hour which was super important as we are a pediatric clinic and need our toilets running at all times! Definitely recommend Coopers Sewer and Drain and Josh for all your needs!

Highly recommend this company. We started out with Justin making the deal, what a great guy and real people person. Then the next team came in to scope, clean our pipes, and line the pipes. These guys were real prompt, real polite and worked great as a team. Three days and done. You have an amazing young group of employees. Thank you!

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I made a mistake to do business with this company. Their contract is unconscionable- they make you agree they will take no responsibility for damage they cause to your property. They came to my property for a routine septic inspection, cut my sprinkler lines and WALKED AWAY leaving an open trench and running water through lines they cut. They refuse to pay for any repairs, complained about having to pump solids from the tank (their job), wrote a nasty inspection report for a functional system (their conclusion) that lost our escrow and then charged us more than $3,000 for the privilege of this experience. A nightmare to do business with them.

I've had several plumbing services provided by Belsito during the past three years, including a bathroom faucet replacement a few days ago. They continue to provide excellent and efficient service at a reasonable price. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours and the Belsito tech arrived when I had been advised he would. He completed the work promptly and professionally, left the work area clean, and was courteous throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Belsito Plumbing to handle your home plumbing needs.

OMG this company is WONDERFUL. I called them at 8am this morning and they were out to my house before 1pm and everyone was so helpful. The gentleman that came out to the house was great and very helpful. Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
