Armando showed up right on time, did what he said he would do and the bill was exactly what was quoted over the phone. This was a big project for me; this fence really changed the look of my yard. It's perfect. We don't need to take down that old fence any more; this one looks better than the wood we had before.

Called, and was told I am going to put you on hold was how the phone was answered. I have left two voicemails and my phone calls have yet to be returned. My credit card has been charged for a gate remote that was promised to be delivered a week ago but still have not recieved. I was never sent any confirmation or tracking information. If I had a choice, I would never do business with this company.

I called needing supply parts & the guy didn't have what I needed in stock. However, he recommended a company that did. It's that type of mindset that it's ok to help even if it isn't you yourself selling the product that makes me think this company is decent.

The price is great for such a solid made gate with great hardware and really good installation. It nicely matches our other gate and I really like the optional door handle and dead bolt lock too.

Well after some of those storms it finally did my fence in and my insurance company told me to get 3 bids to replace it. Arizona Fence came in the middle for estimates and my insurance company would only pay me the least priced bid. Mike was able to match the price and installed a real nice
fence. Thanks so much..

I scheduled an estimate with Universal Fence & Gates but the estimator never showed up. I did not receive a phone call to be notified that they would be late or needed to reschedule. I guess they don't need my business.
