The job took 8 days with everyone out every day which we requested. Everything went great and as requested. The finished product looks awesome. As always everyone at Arrowhead was a pleasure to work with as always. We also had our patio deck & walkways redone by Arrowhead a couple years ago. That job was done just as this was which is why we used Arrowhead again. You won't be sorry.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Mikko and his team. They did a complete renovated a condo in Scottsdale for us. (2 bathrooms, ceilings, kitchen, flooring, painting) Excellent finishing and easy to work with. (even though I might not always be) Also had many helpful suggestions.

After the reno was completed, we were out of town, and the unit below called to say they could hear running water. With no-one else to call, Mikko had a guy go check it out for us on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Miko LLC for your next job.

Sean Anderson of Mountainscapers gave us a very detailed and creative design. We started with an empty backyard with an elevated pool, visible pump, and with minimal decking. Sean worked very well with us to achieve a beautiful outdoor living space full of life. Everyone that sees our yard has nothing but compliments. His attention to detail was awesome, as was his communication and timeliness. I never expected to have the yard look so complete in such a short amount of time. Sean also has a great crew that executes his concepts with perfection.

Beyond disappointed. Over 2 weeks ago I had someone come out to do an estimate for us. After reviews online and word of mouth recommendation I was super excited to see what Lyon had to offer. We have some damage on the roof but we were really wanting quotes to redo the entire roof. After an entire week with no estimate I called as I thought this was really strange. The women I spoke with said they have been busy but she would put a note in that we needed our estimate ASAP. Well guess what..
We are now over 2 weeks still no estimate. I could never trust this company to actually show up on time to do work if they can't even get me an estimate in a timely manner. Super dissatisfied, something must have changed from the time of the positive recommendation I received.
