The first time we used Hays was back in March. Al came out and replaced the blower. Service was fast, and, although it was an expensive part to replace, the service and labor fees weren't terrible.Our a/c stopped blowing cool air yesterday at noon. I called Hays, and they were able to send out a tech 24 hours later. Justin was prompt, fast, and friendly. He went above and beyond the minimum to get our system working and ensure that it will keep working for the rest of the summer. He even gave us some advice about our vents that was helpful. The fee was very reasonable in this situation, as well. We will definitely call Hays for our a/c needs in the future.

First of all my service person smelled of cigarettes! That is the last thing I want in my home. The estimate that Penguin air and electric gave me for a two outside light bulb changes from a high spot was $285. Then to add a outdoor light was close to $500. Really that is bs. Then they checked fire alarms and circuits and telling me I am not up to code. Ok thanks I doDisagree since you wanted to charge me $800 to switch out a circuit or two. Then I wasn’t on their plan so I was paying 20% hire than a member. This was BS. I rather wait for an independent electrician that give my money to Penguin

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. North Valley Mechanical's technicians diagnosed our AC issue quickly, but also made sure to check the entire system after for any other issues. Their office was communicative and helpful through the repair process. We will be using NV Mechanical for all of our AC tune-up and maintenance from now on!

Nixa came out this time and was really great! She worked hard to find and fix the problem! Very curious and kind and she was very patient with my gregarious 6 year old that wanted to show her everything! He even made her a thank you sticker/badge for her to where when she left. Miles was pleasant and efficient and meticulous in doing his job. He tried to get the humidifier working (since he found out it wasn't) but determined it needed a new control unit inside the house. The unit and indoor control is quite old. He was very pleasant and a joy to talk to.
