Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Scott Koches with Hobaica did a HVAC check up today on the 2 units at my house. He called ahead to alert me that he was on his way and arrived at the appointment time. He checked both units for AC and then both units for Heating. Scott did his work thoroughly and has a professional attitude. I look forward to Scott visiting our house in the spring for our next Hobaica HVAC maintenance check up.

My contractor recommended this company to me. I called them this morning and they we here by this afternoon even for a non emergency, which surprised me because this is the time of year that everyone finds out their A/C is broken. I had a 4 hour time window and the tech, Beau, gave me a call when he was 30 minutes out and showed up exactly 30 minutes later, right in the middle of the time window. Diagnostic service was cheap. There are a lot of companies out there that are less than mediocre. I have met a few of these guys on the job and this company seems to be a gem.

James showed up quickly and was knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me of the price for diagnostics before starting and found the issue quickly once he inspected the HVAC. He let me know the price for the repairs and made sure I was comfortable with it before starting. He then repaired the issue and got everything working. I was impressed with the work and had him perform the biannual maintenance on my HVAC as well. I am very happy with the service and have signed up for there monthly maintenance plan.

I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have found something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

The repairman came out quickly during the busy season and was able to diagnose the problem. The company quickly turned around quotes on various ways to proceed forward. Unit was replaced and the entire crew was polite, efficient, and did an excellent job. I have recommended this company to several other people now.

I reached out to this company on a Thursday night and I had a new AC installed by Tuesday. What unbelievable service they provided. I had 2 other AC companies come out and provide estimates and Cactus Mechanical blew their quotes out of the water. Do not get a new AC without reaching out to them and save yourself thousands.
